An airport hotel..Period! Do not expect more than that. And built for convenience to access the airport. For those who haven't been in Atlanta, if you have to get to the airport around rush hour from the north, you get caught in traffic. Overall, well within expectations for a DoubleTree. However, one of two elevators was out of service and the one that was working sounded like it was on its last legs. Fortunately only seven stories tall so the waits certainly could have been a lot worse. In contrast, the food in the restaurant was good and the staff was excellent.

Overall, this place has great service, great rooms and nice amenities. We were treated well when checking in and the hotel room fit my expectations. The only downside is the parking. It’s $25 to park in their underground lot which is quite a bit. Large and clean rooms. Staff very nice. Pet friendly hotel and nice to have laminate wood floors in guest rooms. So much cleaner than carpet. Air conditioner was very noisy and light could be seen under door from hallway. Otherwise a good location and complimentary coffee in the morning

We didn't have a bad experience at this hotel. But it wasn't our favorite. Parking is very difficult in the rooms are kind of beat up. They aren't very spacious that you are in downtown Atlanta so I guess you can expect much. It was quite a walk till the things around us and since parking was difficult you felt like you had to walk to get where you wanted. I want any restaurants or shops close by that...

Everybody in this entire Hotel had the greatest disposition and was very helpful. The entire Hotel was clean. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was prepared nicely and a very good value. The only problem I had was when I set my laundry out for washing it came back a couple sizes too small. The rooms are very nice but there was a horrible smell that came from the drain in the shower.

Bartender was AWESOME. More face towels could have been in the room. Only 1 was in there with 4 big towels. Other than that valet was great. Front desk staff and housekeepers in were very polite

Comfortable stay. Across the Aquarium. Clean, friendly staff, and convenient location. Their customer service is amazing. The showers are big. Modern updated plumbing and fixtures. I'll be staying here next time for sure.

We loved our stay. Was there just for an overnight as we were attending a concert at The Fox. Clean, comfortable beds, Paul Mitchell Tea Tree hair care. Smelled wonderful. Recommend to anyone.

I always enjoy my stay at Residence inn hotels from the time they used to be Brock Residence Inn in the 80's to today as a part of Marriott. Casual Ambiance, lobby room is a bit thin on the walls as I can hear people outside. Cimportance couches, friendly staff. Parking is a little tight but plenty of space most of the time.

Excellent location. Close to the shopping center, but quiet residential area. We stayed for 5 days, and really enjoyed. Has no swimming pool but a court yard where we played basketball. Takes only 15 min to centennial park and other downtown attractions. Breakfast was just OK and cold have been better. Property is on the older side, but well maintained.

Dirty Clearly not cleaned. Left and got a different hotel. Stayed less than 3 hours. Enough to discover the uncleanliness and to find a different hotel.
