Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Downtown Capitol Park Hotel, Atlanta1 / 27
Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Downtown Capitol Park Hotel
Atlanta, 450 Capitol Avenue 🧭 Map
Great location if you are trying to catch a baseball game. It was also a nice that everything I needed to get to was near by. Only downside was that the hotel was under renovation when I was there. Also the walls are a little thin. I had some neighbors who were not very considerate.
The hotel is in a great location, next to Turner Field and Hank Aaron's home run wall, 715. But if you're allergic to cigarette smoke, this hotel is not for you. I had to move from one cigarette room to another, and this place is non-smoking. The vicinity is not secured. If you take the stairs down, you will find the door leading to outside is broken, meaning it doesn't close. So anyone can get in...
Rooms are nice. I only gave 4 stars because the bathtub wasn't as clean as I thought it should have been. Other than that every was fine. The staff was very friendly and took care of all our needs. I definitely would recommend for anyone staying in the Downtown area.
Clean room, decent service. Not very modern or extravagant. The shuttle driver's we're the best part!! They're awesome. They also do not pick up from the airport.
Hotel was nice and clean. Also very quite and accommodating. The front desk people were great. Only complaint is no complimentary breakfast.

Always love embassy suites. Still do the happy hour at night and free made to order omelets and breakfast. Having a door between the bedroom and living room is always great for when traveling with friends.
Great location! It is central to Coca Cola museum and college football museum.
All staff weee do friendly couldn’t fault this place from the fresh hit breakfast to the free evening reception! Splitting hairs but the only 2 slight criticisms are the music on pool deck is too loud & public atrium too cold!! Apart from that everything was wonderful - def the best choice in downtown Atlanta
The rooms are all suites, equipped with a living room and a small desk. The hotel is older and the facilities are average. The room has wireless charging equipment, which is particularly convenient. The hotel breakfast is not bad, but the end time is too early, closing at 9 o'clock. Including breakfast, the overall value for money is good.
Breakfast was okay, staff were amazing! And two free cocktails each night from the lovely bartenders at the hotel bar
Friendly staff, great location, comfortable. Recommended.

They tried to give me a worse room than the one I booked. The room I ended up getting had sheets as the comforter. It was weird. But I made do. I actually thought the hotel and staff were pretty good overall. The staff were really friendly.
The staff were amazing. They were wonderful with my 2.5 year old and really helped make our visit to Atlanta fun. We were able to get a renovated room which looked nice, was comfortable and had an awesome view from the balcony of Centennial Park and the Ferris Wheel. Closet was small which was the only draw back. Really liked the décor and retro looking fridge. The restaurant staff both in the morning...
Staying here has been an amazing. My flight was delayed for 7 hours. Instead of getting in at 9am like I had planned, I got in at 4:30pm. The people at the front desk were awesome. The guy handed me a drink voucher even though my flight ordeal had nothing to do with him. The hotel gives you 2 complimentary bottles of water, not to mention the cookie lol. My room is super nice and spacious and clean...
I went to The American Hotel Atlanta Downtown for a professional event during the afternoon. The atmosphere was very pleasant with piano music playing in the lobby. It was easy to find my way to where I was going, which is not always easy in hotels. They had catered lunch for us, and the food was very good. There was a good selection of sandwiches, along with salad, chips, soup, and several dessert...
The customer service is amazing. The heat in my room was broken. I didn't realize it the first nite as I am cold natured and thought it was just me so I bundled up. Then one day 2, I left the heat running with hopes that my room would would warm up. Well It never warmed up so I called the front desk. They sent up an engineer right away who was unable to fix it. They called me back with in minutes with...

Let me start with the staff at this location was great. The hotel is right across from Olympia park and next to a Waffle House. The hotel itself seems dated and not kept up. The rooms and lobby had an odor. Can’t describe it but it just didn’t smell fresh. Valet guys were a little rude but I believe they are contracted. They are fast though. The area is sketchy with homeless people around but they...
The hotel is conveniently located near Centennial Park. Upon arrival valet was prompt and patient while unloading our car. They even helped get a luggage cart and off load bags. The front desk reception was nothing short of amazing. We had a king suite for a room which was very spacious and clean. The room was comfortable and I would absolutely stay again.
I don’t often review hotels (even though I travel 50-60% of the time and see many), but this one stuck out for many reasons. The front desk was beyond kind and accommodating, with a great sense of humor. We were here for a show, so the hotel could have been overwhelmed, but they accommodated our bags after checkout and offered us conference room space if we needed it for a short stint. The lobby itself...
Incredible service!!!! The bartenders David and Quaneisha at the main bar on the ground floor were so nice, generous and enthusiastic. Great conversation and great service. Genuinely kind and interested. My friends and I just went for drinks and it was truly a great experience. I highly recommend this bar. The lobby and the hotel as a whole are very fancy and a nice place to hang out.
Fabulous Hotel. INCREDIBLE SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY! Never had better actually! The kitchen management Sonja and Kim were exceptional as well as the front desk clerks and even down to Peter the maintenance man. All did their jobs above and beyond with dedication and professionalism. I will always come back to this location when I visit Atlanta. The area was close to downtown fun activities like shopping...

DoubleTree by Hilton Airport Hotel, Atlanta1 / 28

Atlanta, 3400 Norman Berry Drive 🧭 Map
This was a very disappointing Hilton experience for me. Firstly, the hotel as a whole needs to be updated. Our room, though it was clean had mildew in the tiles in the bathroom and the paint in the tub was peeling off. Also at certain times the hot water didn’t work. On our last night there I just got out the shower and luckily I threw on my nightgown just before our hotel door was swung open by two...
Staff makes the difference! Extended stay and I've visited about every corner of this place by now. Restaurant staff has kept me well fed on multiple occasions and front desk always helps me with, well ...whatever I need and a warm cookie. Workout room is that, a workout room but it along with the rest of the hotel is well maintained and clean. I'm sure I'll be back.
I don't often leave reviews but for this hotel, I have to. The staff was accommodating, kind and welcoming! They made my boyfriend and I feel like home as we walked through the doors. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The coffee and breakfast were delicious and served by polite wait staff. The shuttle driver was so kind and drove us to the closest entrance to the...
Timely shuttle to and from airport. Decent breakfast buffet ( extra charge) very nice room. I was placed there as a guest of delta after a flight issue. I would definitely staying there if I was in Atlanta.
An airport hotel..Period! Do not expect more than that. And built for convenience to access the airport. For those who haven't been in Atlanta, if you have to get to the airport around rush hour from the north, you get caught in traffic. This place is convenient tko avoid that and preferred for business travelers.
Overall, well within expectations for a DoubleTree. However, one of two elevators was out of service and the one that was working sounded like it was on its last legs. Fortunately only seven stories tall so the waits certainly could have been a lot worse. In contrast, the food in the restaurant was good and the staff was excellent.

Very nice hyatt. Rooms are great and service is great. Breakfast is one of the better ones in the area. Nice sitting areas by pool. Places to eat close by. Highly recommended!
Beautiful hotel. Good customer service. One drawback is 1stbroom were we given looked like it had not been cleaned. We were move to another room immediately. All was good.
Service was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful and I even witnessed a member of the staff help load an elderly couple's van and refuse a tip. Prices were also good because it was just outside the perimeter.
Not a huge fan of this hotel. Location is problematic with limited dining options. Lighting in the rooms is abysmal - very dark. My bathroom door had what appeared to be hair dye spattered on it. Everything has a charge here - even coffee which is free in most competitors. Bed was comfortable, ac was cold, and staff was friendly. There are just far better options at this price point and even less that...
Stayed @ the Hyatt on Windy Hill. Greeted by Harley (check-in) who did everything in her power to accommodate a last minute connecting room change on a super busy day NYE. Unfortunately Hyatt reservations provided me inaccurate information when inquired about a connecting room; I was advised this property did not have connecting rooms which I thought were strange. We were able to receive a connecting...
Room was spacious and clean. Very quiet. Nice and updated. Location is great. Across the valley from SunTrust Park, near to all the shopping we wanted. Lovely landscaping. Bathroom fixtures and cabinets were in rough shape. 10 dollars for self parking seemed excessive considering they have a large parking lot and nobody mentioned the charge to me, the only way I knew about it was an obscure sign at...

Have stayed at this Hyatt Centric several times in the last year and the service is truly SO good. Every time and in every area of the hotel. Bar downstairs is also really good - had a great dinner after an evening flight one trip. Location is good right in Midtown.
Our suite was well appointed and provided beautiful views of Midtown Atlanta, from both our room and Author’s Den, where we enjoyed breakfast inside the hotel. My husband surprised me with a stay here, as he had planned it as a part of his marriage proposal that evening. The service was excellent, beginning with the ease of Valet Parking, followed by a smooth checkin, and quick response from the Front...
Great location in midtown. The Marta station restaurants and piedmont park ate close by a block or two. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

I had a really good stay here. The staff (both front desk and valet) were very courteous and friendly. They really made it a very welcoming experience. The room was nice and very spacious as well. I will definitely be staying here again the next time...
My family and I had a fabulous stay at this lovely hotel. The service was fantastic. Our valet service from Dahlak was one of the best if not the best hands down. Absolutely first class folks at this location mean that minor things like paint get overlooked in favor of exemplary service. From our phenomenal, shuttle driver, Quintin, whose heart is as big as his smile, two the desk staff, and all the employees we ran into, I have nothing but the best things to say about their folks.
I liked the look of the rooms and the size. Had nice view from our large window. Very nice layout with coffee maker and shower strategically located. Downsides, no everyday room cleaning, walls not very thick so interior room sounds not blocked, broken floor ice machine so had to go to other floors to get ice, leaky faucet. On scale of 1 to 10, a 7.
Perhaps my opinion may be a bit different, but it is worth reading. I both wish and feel compelled to express gratitude for an incredibly beautiful, extraordinary, and compassionate act, and to remind everyone how many kind-hearted people exist in this world. My mother, who is 79 years old, **missed her connecting flight at Atlanta Airport** and had to stay overnight in Atlanta. We were very fortunate...
The environment is comfortable and the surroundings are convenient, making it suitable for business trips and personal travel.
Previous customer’s black lace lingerie was left on the desk chair. Otherwise, room seemed fairly clean, though dated. Blankets were thin. Shower is old but nice. Hot tub was nice and hot. Delta paid for our room due to a missed flight/delay. Though the place didn’t seem crowded whatsoever, they wouldn’t grant us a later checkout than noon - even though our flight isn’t till 10 pm.
Great for the price. Hotel had some renovations that I'm sure will make it look like a 5 star when they are completed. The room didn't have a microwave in the kitchenette so heating up food after a night out drinking and dancing wasn't possible but the mini fridge was big and the beds were clean and soft. Our check in was smooth although the day clerk was a bit short, the night clerks were much nicer...

The staff is always pleasant. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We always stay here when we come to Atlanta.
The room was big and like a little apartment, comfortable for long stays. It was clean and maid service was good. Very clean room, updated and modern but the walls are VERY THIN. I heard creaking all night from the people above me. For such a tall building I would have expected concrete between floors. Otherwise it’s a nice hotel. Parking is limited on site so you have to go across the street. It is $10 a day.
I booked a room at Hyatt House based on the positive reviews and after a terrible experience at the hotel chain I normally use and hold Gold status with. Awesome staff, awesome digs! Great part of town, very walkable, and lots of restaurants. We could not find a room after going to several hotels. It’s in a perfect location for food selections and if you want to use the metro (which I didn’t). I paid to park all day with there ability to come and go without any extra cost!

Some of the staff were extremely helpful, shout out to the short lady that works in the morning, and keep up the good work. I really appreciate your great customer service. Came to the area for a concert. The room was great, the location was great. The only weird thing was the parking. It's $7 a night, paid on a website via QR Code. What do you get? A guaranteed designated spot? Nope. Valet parking? Nope. Parking lot security? Nope. Just the privilege of parking in the parking lot of a place I've already paid to be at.
Highly recommended. Excellent location. New hotel facilities. Spacious rooms. Convenient parking (scan QR code for daily payment). The front desk is also very nice. The breakfast is great (compared to several similar hotels nearby).
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the SpringHill Suites Perimeter Center, and I can confidently say that my experience was nothing short of magnificent! The stay was nice. Rooms were nice and very quiet. The bed was dirty it was pieces of things on bed but other than that 10/10.
All staff were extremely professional and helped with anything I needed. The food at the bar was great as well. The rooms are clean but do need updating. (AC vent leaked on floor and kept me awake all night due to dripping.) I did NOT call maintenance to fix it BUT it was evident that it had been doing it over a period of time looking at the floor underneath it.
First hotel I've been to without a microwave or fridge in room but after asking I was provided with both. First room was hot because air conditioning wasn't working properly, and the patio door was almost impossible to get out of but again after asking for a room change I 8 was able to the next day. I was on a business trip to Atlanta for an exhibition. This hotel is probably the cheapest one near the exhibition hall. The hotel is close to a main road, and trucks and motorcycles passing by at high speeds make a lot of noise. I asked to change to a quieter room. The service attitude at the front desk was bad and I had no idea of changing. Hygiene needs special reminder before cleaning. The breakfast is quite rich.
This Hotel is in a great Location. The front desk staff are meh. Not very friendly. The Breakfast is pitiful, sausage sitting in a pan full of grease, I know sausage is greasy, but I’ve never seen it served sitting in a pan full of greased. So not appetizing at all. Everybody in this entire Hotel had the greatest disposition and was very helpful. The entire Hotel was clean. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was prepared nicely and a very good value. This is my second time staying at this hotel, I like the proximity to the airport, transfer at any time, very nice staff. Not bad breakfast. And a good price.
I wouldn’t stay here again. It was ok for one night stay to rest and get going the next morning. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast food was not fresh. Even the wrapped muffins tasted old. Outside of hotel looks clean and modern, but old and run down inside and needs major renovations. The tub area was visbly dirty/stained.
Good enough! Shower could use a good wash so I didn’t use it. The blackout curtains only had a foot-long track, so they didn’t cover any of the window. Only sheer curtains on window with a bright street lamp meant it was bright in the room. Other than that it did the job! I asked for a lower room because of the storm and they had one!
Now a comfort inn, the front desk staff were excellent and the rate was reasonable, but the facility needs a makeover. The rooms were dated, but clean. The bed had scratchy sheets but again clean as was the bathroom. Overall, if looking for a clean, quiet place to layover in Atlanta at a value price, think about comfort inn.
I think some previous reviews were referring to the hotel before the name changed, because there's really nothing to complain about here. This is a swanky little hotel. The room is what I expected for the price and area. I like that it's not a large chain. The character with this hotel is pretty cool. The bed is beyond comfortable! I'm not sure if this is a policy with all autograph collection, but the breakfast vouchers only covered two items off a limited menu. I've never stayed at a Marriott that had that policy for guests.

FYI, I am answering for my son, for whom i reserved the room. I did not ask him about the room, but mentioned to me that the room was really nice and also mentioned how clean it was.
Staff was super friendly, hotel was clean rooms were also very clean and spacious. I didn’t do much other than sleep and leave for work. There seems to be a pretty popular bar area. You can hear the planes fly over but I live on an Air Force base for 10 years so the planes didn’t bother me at all.
good situation to the airport, very good size rooms, all good
100% would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in the area. Eric was amazing! He helped us not have to sleep in our car after another hotel that we had already made reservations for 2 weeks prior turned us down at 8:00 PM. After a long drive we were wanting to rest before having to be at the airport very early the next morning and Eric made that happen for us. He said “you’re here now,...
Our flight was canceled and we were not in the best moods. When we arrived Aryan greeted us and let us vent. He had a kind and compassionate personality that made it so we could not help but be in better spirits. That’s a huge value for a business, especially these days. Our room was beautiful and clean and a perfect place to unwind from a very long and issue filled day. We will book at Radisson again
This was an amazing hotel! The room was very clean and luxurious - definitely bang for the buck. The cocktails at the restaurant were so nice!! Shoutout to Mr. Aryan at the front desk - felt very welcomed by him... man should be given a promotion! Will definitely stay here again :)

Always clean. Great breakfast !! And very very polite ,helpful ,friendly staff!!! Jasmine at the desk was so so nice and very helpful. The rooms are huge and the area is safe. We ALWAYS stay here when we are in Atlanta!!!
They were very nice and helpful at the desk. Breakfast and room were great! Thank you
Overall an ok place to stay. We stayed multiple nights and realized the AC did not work on the last night. Housekeeping did not replenish all towels. The finishes are a bit dated and worn, but it looks like some renovations are underway. Location is hard to beat for the price. Lots of restaurants and eateries within walking distance.
Love this place! Every room is great. Great staff!
Nice place to stay for my time there. The room was clean and it was in a nice area. Customer service was good, specifically one person by the name of Lynice. I would stay here again.
Everything was perfect!~ Room was spotless upon arrival. Gabriella did a GREAT job preparing our room. Bed was SUPER comfy. And the water pressure was to die for!~ King suite was spacious. Make sure to bring your food bc it has a stove with 4 burners and a nice sized refrigerator so you can cook. Parking was no issue and the noise level was none existent. It felt like an apartment versus a hotel. Will...
