1 / 27Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Downtown Capitol Park Hotel
Atlanta, 450 Capitol Avenue 🧭 Map
Great location if you are trying to catch a baseball game. It was also a nice that everything I needed to get to was near by. Only downside was that the hotel was under renovation when I was there. Also the walls are a little thin. I had some neighbors who were not very considerate.
The hotel is in a great location, next to Turner Field and Hank Aaron's home run wall, 715. But if you're allergic to cigarette smoke, this hotel is not for you. I had to move from one cigarette room to another, and this place is non-smoking. The vicinity is not secured. If you take the stairs down, you will find the door leading to outside is broken, meaning it doesn't close. So anyone can get in...
Rooms are nice. I only gave 4 stars because the bathtub wasn't as clean as I thought it should have been. Other than that every was fine. The staff was very friendly and took care of all our needs. I definitely would recommend for anyone staying in the Downtown area.
Clean room, decent service. Not very modern or extravagant. The shuttle driver's we're the best part!! They're awesome. They also do not pick up from the airport.
Hotel was nice and clean. Also very quite and accommodating. The front desk people were great. Only complaint is no complimentary breakfast.

Embassy Suites by Hilton at Centennial Olympic Park
Atlanta, 267 Marietta Street 🧭 Map
Always love embassy suites. Still do the happy hour at night and free made to order omelets and breakfast. Having a door between the bedroom and living room is always great for when traveling with friends.
Great location! It is central to Coca Cola museum and college football museum.
All staff weee do friendly couldn’t fault this place from the fresh hit breakfast to the free evening reception!
Splitting hairs but the only 2 slight criticisms are the music on pool deck is too loud & public atrium too cold!!
Apart from that everything was wonderful - def the best choice in downtown Atlanta
The rooms are all suites, equipped with a living room and a small desk. The hotel is older and the facilities are average. The room has wireless charging equipment, which is particularly convenient.
The hotel breakfast is not bad, but the end time is too early, closing at 9 o'clock. Including breakfast, the overall value for money is good.
Breakfast was okay, staff were amazing! And two free cocktails each night from the lovely bartenders at the hotel bar
Friendly staff, great location, comfortable. Recommended.

The American Hotel Atlanta Downtown is a very nice hotel. Renee and Joy went over and above to make our stay perfect. We will definitely return!!
Clean and spacious hotel, plus my room had two big bottles of water for free! However you’d have to pay $59.90(tax inclusive) for overnight parking which is too pricey if you ask me. Also, room services was at my door at 8am to ask the time I’ll be leaving whilst check out starts at 11am (hotel needs to check that). Overall, I loved my stay!
Nice and clean hotel; friendly staff :)
There were many problems with the rooms, especially the bathroom, and the feedback was not taken seriously.
I visited on a business trip, and the location and room condition were not bad. The bed was soft, but there was no microwave, which was inconvenient.
facility is a bit old fashion but overall is good.

Let me start with the staff at this location was great. The hotel is right across from Olympia park and next to a Waffle House. The hotel itself seems dated and not kept up. The rooms and lobby had an odor. Can’t describe it but it just didn’t smell fresh. Valet guys were a little rude but I believe they are contracted. They are fast though. The area is sketchy with homeless people around but they...
The hotel is conveniently located near Centennial Park. Upon arrival valet was prompt and patient while unloading our car. They even helped get a luggage cart and off load bags. The front desk reception was nothing short of amazing. We had a king suite for a room which was very spacious and clean. The room was comfortable and I would absolutely stay again.
I don’t often review hotels (even though I travel 50-60% of the time and see many), but this one stuck out for many reasons. The front desk was beyond kind and accommodating, with a great sense of humor. We were here for a show, so the hotel could have been overwhelmed, but they accommodated our bags after checkout and offered us conference room space if we needed it for a short stint. The lobby itself...
Incredible service!!!! The bartenders David and Quaneisha at the main bar on the ground floor were so nice, generous and enthusiastic. Great conversation and great service. Genuinely kind and interested. My friends and I just went for drinks and it was truly a great experience. I highly recommend this bar. The lobby and the hotel as a whole are very fancy and a nice place to hang out.
Fabulous Hotel. INCREDIBLE SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY! Never had better actually! The kitchen management Sonja and Kim were exceptional as well as the front desk clerks and even down to Peter the maintenance man. All did their jobs above and beyond with dedication and professionalism. I will always come back to this location when I visit Atlanta. The area was close to downtown fun activities like shopping...

By the time we arrived at the hotel, the valet parking was full of cars waiting and the shuttle was parked in front of the doors. We had to unload our bags and walk a far distance to get inside. Someone behind me had to remove the bollards so we could move our vehicles.
The hotel is clean and hygienic
Very close to the airport, I forgot what the room looked like, stayed in too many hotels, waiting for the plane to take off, bored and reading reviews... The breakfast was super bad, the only impression was this
Facilities: Very complete
Sanitation: Very clean
Environment: Very comfortable
Front desk agent was very nasty and rude at the mouth. Upon returning to the property after eating dinner I was stopped and asked numerous questions and held up from going to my room. I was basically interrogated by the employee before I could go up to my room which was very unprofessional.
The food is amazing compared to where I'm from.

Very nice hyatt. Rooms are great and service is great. Breakfast is one of the better ones in the area. Nice sitting areas by pool. Places to eat close by. Highly recommended!
Beautiful hotel. Good customer service. One drawback is 1stbroom were we given looked like it had not been cleaned. We were move to another room immediately. All was good.
Service was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful and I even witnessed a member of the staff help load an elderly couple's van and refuse a tip. Prices were also good because it was just outside the perimeter.
Not a huge fan of this hotel. Location is problematic with limited dining options. Lighting in the rooms is abysmal - very dark. My bathroom door had what appeared to be hair dye spattered on it. Everything has a charge here - even coffee which is free in most competitors. Bed was comfortable, ac was cold, and staff was friendly. There are just far better options at this price point and even less that...
Stayed @ the Hyatt on Windy Hill. Greeted by Harley (check-in) who did everything in her power to accommodate a last minute connecting room change on a super busy day NYE. Unfortunately Hyatt reservations provided me inaccurate information when inquired about a connecting room; I was advised this property did not have connecting rooms which I thought were strange. We were able to receive a connecting...
Room was spacious and clean. Very quiet. Nice and updated. Location is great. Across the valley from SunTrust Park, near to all the shopping we wanted. Lovely landscaping. Bathroom fixtures and cabinets were in rough shape. 10 dollars for self parking seemed excessive considering they have a large parking lot and nobody mentioned the charge to me, the only way I knew about it was an obscure sign at...

Have stayed at this Hyatt Centric several times in the last year and the service is truly SO good. Every time and in every area of the hotel. Bar downstairs is also really good - had a great dinner after an evening flight one trip. Location is good right in Midtown.
Our suite was well appointed and provided beautiful views of Midtown Atlanta, from both our room and Author’s Den, where we enjoyed breakfast inside the hotel. My husband surprised me with a stay here, as he had planned it as a part of his marriage proposal that evening. The service was excellent, beginning with the ease of Valet Parking, followed by a smooth checkin, and quick response from the Front...
Great location in midtown. The Marta station restaurants and piedmont park ate close by a block or two. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
The Hyatt centric in Midtown Atlanta is one of the finest Hyatt hotels. Its location is perfect. I’m a 67-year-old women who loves to travel. I taking every part of a hotel. I had a really good stay here. The staff (both front desk and valet) were very courteous and friendly. They really made it a very welcoming experience. The room was nice and very spacious as well. My family and I had a fabulous stay at this lovely hotel. The service was fantastic. Our valet service from Dahlak was one of the best if not the best hands down. He was very tentative with my family and we were very appreciative of him.

Absolutely first class folks at this location mean that minor things like paint get overlooked in favor of exemplary service. From our phenomenal, shuttle driver, Quintin, whose heart is as big as his smile, two the desk staff, and all the employees we ran into, I have nothing but the best things to say about their folks.
I liked the look of the rooms and the size. Had nice view from our large window. Very nice layout with coffee maker and shower strategically located. Downsides, no everyday room cleaning, walls not very thick so interior room sounds not blocked, broken floor ice machine so had to go to other floors to get ice, leaky faucet. On scale of 1 to 10, a 7.
Perhaps my opinion may be a bit different, but it is worth reading.
I both wish and feel compelled to express gratitude for an incredibly beautiful, extraordinary, and compassionate act, and to remind everyone how many kind-hearted people exist in this world.
My mother, who is 79 years old, **missed her connecting flight at Atlanta Airport** and had to stay overnight in Atlanta. We were very fortunate...
The environment is comfortable and the surroundings are convenient, making it suitable for business trips and personal travel.
Previous customer’s black lace lingerie was left on the desk chair.
Otherwise, room seemed fairly clean, though dated. Blankets were thin. Shower is old but nice.
Hot tub was nice and hot.
Delta paid for our room due to a missed flight/delay. Though the place didn’t seem crowded whatsoever, they wouldn’t grant us a later checkout than noon - even though our flight isn’t till 10 pm.
Great for the price. Hotel had some renovations that I'm sure will make it look like a 5 star when they are completed. The room didn't have a microwave in the kitchenette so heating up food after a night out drinking and dancing wasn't possible but the mini fridge was big and the beds were clean and soft. Great place to stay if you are working or attending an event in the area. We had a great night, got plenty of rest and had a wonderful breakfast in the morning. Definitely recommend Hyatt House.

Very clean room, updated and modern but the walls are VERY THIN. I heard creaking all night from the people above me. For such a tall building I would have expected concrete between floors.
Otherwise it’s a nice hotel. Parking is limited on site so you have to go across the street. It is $10 a day.
I booked a room at Hyatt House based on the positive reviews and after a terrible experience at the hotel chain I normally use and hold Gold status with. The friendly staff was definitely the highlight of my stay. I wasn't able to eat at the restaurant the first night due to staffing issues, but management had it resolved the next day. The low point was probably cleanliness in common areas. Since it's summertime, nats were flying around at the check-in desk and the dining areas while I was trying to eat. I think if they did an extra cleaning pass on...
Everything was excellent I especially enjoyed the valet service. Staying at Marriott hotels is always a treat.
Our stay at Courtyard Marriott Atlanta Buckhead
It was good. Only complaint bar/resturant female did not acknowledge or say hello, even after we patiently waited for her to cash out others, for over 15 minutes even after she helped three other people. Decided Uber, only downside to being here. Everyone else was friendly and pleasant.
Stay was fun

Our room was very clean, everything worked as it was supposed to. A/C was cold, water pressure was adequate, sheets were clean. Service was spectacular both at check in and check out. Allison was very professional. Breakfast was a delight. Definitely would recommend and would stay again!
Some of the staff were extremely helpful, shout out to the short lady that works in the morning, and keep up the good work. I really appreciate your great customer service. Came to the area for a concert. The room was great, the location was great. The only weird thing was the parking. It's $7 a night, paid on a website via QR Code. What do you get? Highly recommended. Excellent location. New hotel facilities. Spacious rooms. Convenient parking (scan QR code for daily payment). The front desk is also very nice. The breakfast is great (compared to several similar hotels nearby).
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the SpringHill Suites Perimeter Center, and I can confidently say that my experience was nothing short of magnificent! From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home.

I came here last minute as I was not happy with another hotel. So glad I decided to come here. Nice hotel, decor, great customer service, free parking, near Mall and shops, fitness center and nice pool. Not to far from other Atlanta area. I will return.
Staff was very nice and accommodating. Eva was a sweet heart. Staff greeted us each time we entered and exited the hotel. Comfortable beds, room was clean and linen was fresh. My only issue was there wasn't a microwave in the room.
Their rooms are fine, not special but more than adequate and clean. What makes this hotel great is the staff. Polite, hospitable, knowledgeable about the Atlanta area, and eager to please. I was on a business trip to Atlanta for an exhibition. This hotel is probably the cheapest one near the exhibition hall. Some comments say that the front desk has a bad attitude, but I don't know how to communicate...
The hotel is close to a main road, and trucks and motorcycles passing by at high speeds make a lot of noise. I asked to change to a quieter room. The service attitude at the front desk was bad and I had no idea of changing. Hygiene needs special reminder before cleaning. The breakfast is quite rich.
This Hotel is in a great Location. The front desk staff are meh. Not very friendly. The Breakfast is pitiful, sausage sitting in a pan full of grease, I know sausage is greasy, but I’ve never seen it served sitting in a pan full of greased. So not appetizing at all. Everybody in this entire Hotel had the greatest disposition and was very helpful. The entire Hotel was clean. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was prepared nicely and a very good value. The only problem I had was when I set my laundry out for washing it came back a couple sizes too small. The rooms are very nice but there was a horrible smell that came from the drain in the shower.

Convenient to Georgia Tech and close enough to walk to Whole Foods. I was able to use Lime scooters to get around the whole time. Staff were kind and friendly. Best of all, nobody bothered me! The hotel is in a good location, next to the university, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. How many kilometers is the hotel from Atlanta Airport?

The property is close to Hartsfield and about 5-8 mins from some fast food restaurants the room was great for the price only problem was the water pressure from the shower I will stay again in the future
This is my second time staying at this hotel, I like the proximity to the airport, transfer at any time, very nice staff. Not bad breakfast. And a good price.
I wouldn’t stay here again. It was ok for one night stay to rest and get going the next morning. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast food was not fresh. Even the wrapped muffins tasted old. Outside of hotel looks clean and modern, but old and run down inside and needs major renovations. The tub area was visbly dirty/stained.
Good enough!
Shower could use a good wash so I didn’t use it. The blackout curtains only had a foot-long track, so they didn’t cover any of the window. Only sheer curtains on window with a bright street lamp meant it was bright in the room. Other than that it did the job! I asked for a lower room because of the storm and they had one!
Now a comfort inn, the front desk staff were excellent and the rate was reasonable, but the facility needs a makeover. The rooms were dated, but clean. The bed had scratchy sheets but again clean as was the bathroom. Overall, if looking for a clean, quiet place to layover in Atlanta at a value price, think about comfort inn.
I think some previous reviews were referring to the hotel before the name changed, because there's really nothing to complain about here. The rooms are all updated: flat screen tv, new fixtures, even nice bed headboards and a built-in desk. They are spacious rooms and bathrooms, entirely clean and well-kept. The hotel had plenty of parking, was very clean, and offered a convenient location. A great choice for an easy and comfortable stay.
The hotel is close to the airport but quite isolated from everything and there is nothing around the hotel. They charge for everything, not even a cup of coffee in the hotel lobby. Restaurant is onsite but that’s the only place you can eat. Again, nothing is around the hotel. No fee breakfast . Water in the tub was never kept. Facility is so old.. For the same price I paid, I could have stayed somewhere...
FYI, I am answering for my son, for whom i reserved the room. I did not ask him about the room, but mentioned to me that the room was really nice and also mentioned how clean it was.
Staff was super friendly, hotel was clean rooms were also very clean and spacious.
I didn’t do much other than sleep and leave for work. There seems to be a pretty popular bar area. You can hear the planes fly over but I live on an Air Force base for 10 years so the planes didn’t bother me at all.

Always clean. Great breakfast !! And very very polite ,helpful ,friendly staff!!! Jasmine at the desk was so so nice and very helpful. The rooms are huge and the area is safe. We ALWAYS stay here when we are in Atlanta!!!
They were very nice and helpful at the desk. Breakfast and room were great! Thank you

Love this place! Every room is great. Great staff!
Nice place to stay for my time there. The room was clean and it was in a nice area. Customer service was good, specifically one person by the name of Lynice. I would stay here again.

Make sure to bring your food bc it has a stove with 4 burners and a nice sized refrigerator so you can cook. Parking was no issue and the noise level was none existent. It felt like an apartment versus a hotel. Will...
