The Whitley, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Atlanta Buckhead, Atlanta1 / 22

Atlanta, 3434 Peachtree Road Northeast 🧭 Map
Wonderful decoration and amenities - breakfast is amazing and worth it if you have a big appetite. Swimming pool and lounge area outside are nice, but no shower. Beautiful rooms and hotel lobby. Super polite and helpful staff. Some minor issues: • a snickers bar costs $9 😂 • staircase is filthy with dead insects everywhere. • Water pressure in rooms is very low. • pool area has no shower • outlets...
The Whitley is an extremely refined hotel that offers impeccable service from staff that is clearly caring and engaged in the welfare of guests. Beds were comfortable, facilities were pleasant, and the noise level was acceptable. The Whitley also presents impressive value relative to services rendered. I highly recommend it for those staying in the Buckhead area. We stayed at the Whitley for an anniversary...
The decor of the hotel is quite lovely. Everything speaks of quiet luxury and very little detracts from that main theme.
Very well kept hotel. Good for older people in town for business, it’s traditional and comfortable, yet nothing extraordinary. The indoor pool is enjoyable for exercising or refreshing in the morning but not as fun as an outdoor pool. The bar has good ambiance at night. Parking is not free.
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary by staying overnight at the Whitley Hotel and what a wonderful stay it was! What I liked most was the friendly, helpful staff at every turn. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Dinner in the lounge was amazing and the couple's massage in the spa was perfect!
Absolutely the best. I won't hesitate to return. I had the opportunity to go there this weekend for a birthday celebration. I usually choose them and every time I come they exceed expectations. The customer service is fantastic, this is a place where you walk in and feel like a queen or king. Attention to detail, room cleanliness and understanding of your needs. Irreproachable

We stayed with our three kids. The facilities and amenities were great. It was easy to get to, and attached to a mall, so we were able to walk to dinner. The indoor pool was huge and great for our kids to get some energy out after a day of driving in the car. The only downside was all their two-bed rooms were doubles. We were a bit uncomfortable fitting all 5 of us for a comfortable night's sleep....
Awesome! The staff, the attention those people have got it together. Best experience ever! ! I Highly recommend the JW Marriott Buckhead. .
Very nice hotel. Great accomadations. Very courteous staff. Parking fee seems a bit much but free self park in the area is available.
Not the JW Marriott level I'm used to. Rooms are small, smelled like a 2 star, and service staff lacked professionalism. The indoor pool/gym are great, and we'll kept. Parking is $32 for self. Probably pick somewhere else in Buckhead.
The hotel is very tastefully decorated and pleasant to spend time at. Staff at the front desk are professional, helpful and kind. Rooms are adequately sized and beds are comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Gold Line train (Marta) which you can ride from the airport to the hotel for only $2.50. Event catering is excellent. Food is excellent, better quality than pub...
I attended a jazz concert in one of the ball rooms. It was very spacious and very accommodating. Will definitely be back.

It was a short trip so we wanted to make the best of it. We knew what to expect from the Waldorf brand and it did not disappoint. The shopping nearby was luxurious and returning to the elegantly appointed room was a nice way to end the day. Who knew you could have such a great weekend in the city!
Just stayed there with my woman for the night, it was everything I hoped for. The entire building was top notch and clean. Our room was spotless and beautiful with a fabulous bed. The staff were excellent, the food in the room was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.
What a wonderful spa experience. I got a Waldorf Astoria massage during their Monday special which is an 80 minute massage for the price of a 50 minute. It was worth it! Enjoy free approved valet parking, a warm neck pillow while you wait, and easy payment. Andrea was my masseuse and highly recommended, she was able to perfectly adjust my massage pressure to what I needed. Overall would love to visit...
The rooms are just lovely and spacious. The balcony we had was just looking at the building next door, but it was on the highest level we could get without getting into the residence levels of the building. Hotel is very posh and nice.
It was all right. For a five star hotel, i kind of expected a little more. Room was very nice; however, I stayed there for multiple nights and the room was never tidied up. Hotels half the price do a better job than that.
Wow. I booked a half day for me and my sisters for a birthday celebration. The massage option in the half-day package was “peaches and cream journey.” I was nervous i was going to come out smelling like a Bath & Body Works candle but that was definitely not the case (I would suggest rebranding that service???). The two-hour treatment was pure heaven. Mark was the jam - he really knows what he is doing...

The breakfast was delicious and the service excellent
Went for some quiet drinks one night to get some writing done. I wanted a nice enough cocktail that was not served to me in a plastic cup, and I also didn’t want to be bothered with talking. I drink often enough at the King Cole Bar in NYC, but forgot there was a St. Regis I’m Atlanta , so I made a beeline for it. Walking in from valet, The lobby of the hotel/ residence is gracious , albeit a little...
We had a delicious brunch and have been here a few times for brunch and lunch. We look forward to our visit every time. It's a fun and fancy place to try new things as the menu changes every so often. Very attentive staff. And very accommodating kitchen stuff. They want to make sure you are happy!
Afternoon “High” Tea at the St. Regis was very nice. First, there is valet parking that was validated- great for not feeling confused about where to go. It’s just up the stairs and they have a nice quiet area. I wanted the “little girl dream” of having tea...even if I’m old now ?. We had 3 people and it ended up being $200 with tip so certainly a splurge. You each get to pick your own tea and you get...
We attended a baby shower here. What a beautiful place, amazing service. The event was perfect and everyone had a great time. Would definitely recommend.

Love this place. Everything was perfect. I loved the bar in the lobby. The staff was perfect. I can only say personally that the sightseeing elevators on both ends of the bank of elevators was designed by a demon. I HATED getting on those elevators. Being able to see all the floor because it was enclosed in glass as you're going up, or you're going down is just traumatic. 2 of the elevators are located...
I stayed here on business recently. Service here was quick and friendly, food at the market place was convenient and good. The gym was also very nice and clean. My issues are with the parking and with the room. The shower couldn’t get very hot at all, there was a lot of visible dust everywhere, and the bathroom was very cramped. Parking was ridiculously expensive ranging from $27-35 daily for self...
I was very satisfied with this hotel. It’s older but been renovated, and very chic inside. The service in every department was outstanding!! The Valet gentleman gave me local recommendations to eat. The front desk were helpful throughout my stay, and checked on me each day by text. The cafe was well stocked with a wide variety of options for food, snacks and drinks, and the staff were all so attentive...
Everything was about what I expected from a downtown Atlanta Hilton other than two things: The bathrooms are nicely redone within the past few years but the layout seems weird with a very small counter and the shower head is oddly off to one side and low. Maybe we were in a handicap room but even if that was the case it would have still been weird. The bigger shocker was the event going on the same...
The hotel is in a good location. Attractions like Coca-Cola and the Aquarium are within walking distance. The room is pretty good and clean, with a great view from the window. The buffet could be improved; it had very few options. Room service is quite good. However, the service at the reception could be improved; there is room for improvement in the behavior of the reception staff. The laundry...

Loved the hotel but did not appreciate the valet scratching/scuffing my brand new car on the passenger front. Usually I do a walk around when leaving but I did not notice the scuff until I left the location. Gratefully, I was able to get the scuff mark out. Outside of that mistake, the room & the hotel was amazing.
Hotel had a cool vibe, but if you’re not interested in walking through a busy nightclub of a lobby carrying your luggage it may not be for you. Staff was very friendly. It may as well be attached to Mercedes Benz stadium, so if you’re going to an even it would be convenient.. the neighborhood around it is a bit sketchy. Room was modern, but some of the features like lights and built I. USB chargers...
Great hotel, everything was modern and clean. Staff were friendly. Check in was quick, smelled really good in the lobby. Appreciated the steamer in the room. The only negative thing is the room didn’t have a mini fridge or a microwave which helps with kids. Great location if you have an event at the Mercedes Stadium
My family and I went to the Reverb Hard rock Hotel because we had a concert in Atlanta, when we arrived there we were taken care by Fab at the front desk, Fab was fantastic, very kind with us, she showed us the best way to visit different places in the city, and she gave us the most beautiful room with a great view, for that reason we stayed in the hotel more days than we had planned. + Cool innovative hotel with super friendly, helpful staff. Kids loved the Roadie Room We loved the view. Great value when there is no event going on in the arenas across the street (except for parking which is expensive at an extra charge) Self-service concept - It's clean, but not maintained in detail as I would expect from a 4* hotel. I wasn’t impressed with my stay. When I arrived to the hotel it was very noisy on my floor. My room wasn’t cleaned throughly. For example: there was a blue substance on the electrical plug in the bathroom. I had Clorox wipes and spray. So, I just wiped it off. I had requested items to be in my room via the app. When I arrived none of the items were there I had to call the front desk to receive them...
Lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms were nice and uniquely decorated. Food was great. Awesome location in West midtown. The only hiccup is that we got a suit with a "pullout couch" and it was more like a very firm wide couch that was not very comfortable to sleep on at all. Also the AC was super cold and wouldn't turn off, so our room was like 66 degrees. The kids ended up sleeping in the bed with...
This is a lovely hotel and my favorite place to stay when I visit Atlanta. There's candy in jars by the elevators on each floor, which is a whimsical touch I love. I stayed in a suite last time, and the luxurious touches - from the sitting tub to the blackest blackout curtains - clearly had thought put into them.
My overall experience was a little less than awesome. This not all the way their fault. So far this year I have been to Atlanta 5 times and each hotel when we stay had something happen to their onsite restaurant and it is out of commission the time we are here. Or it has construction. I was really hoping with this one being a newer hotel that we would not have this but we did😢. No restaurant. They...
My husband & I celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary and his 52nd birthday at the Bellyard - Interlock. Talk about an awe-inspiring time!! As a bride-to-be, my maid of honor booked a room at The W for a boudoir photo shoot as a wedding gift for my husband-to-be, with her taking the photos herself. The room was absolutely perfect! The customer service was outstanding. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The in room minibar was an added bonus since a lot of hotels don’t stock them anymore. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the W Atlanta and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Staff was super well trained and they were focus on custoner service, everyone from front desk, restaurant, cleaning services. Well done. Location was also great.
Kenyetta at the front desk really took care of me and my family. Very helpful in what the hotel had to offer.. My wife and I had stayed before but we brought our kids and they loved it. The pool in the morning was perfect for the kids who loved the atmosphere on the rooftop. The staff was also on site. We have stayed in many hotels in Atlanta, this is our number 1.

Location is downtown Atlanta nearby other hotels and restaurants. 15-20 min drive from the airport with little traffic. Hotel is huge and has plenty of space for a conference. Hotel itself is great, sublime architecture and all. Staff was kind but I had four minor issues: 1. Elevator seemed to work sporadically. At times I couldn't go to my floor and have to take another elevator. 2. Out of five days they forgot to clean room and fill towel for two days. 3. The water pressure in the shower is almost a drip. 4. There's seemingly a minor rumble that happens sporadically that...
I just attended an SBDC convention there and had to share my amazing experience. I was there for 7 days and experienced all that goes with attending a convention as well as using various services. This was one of our nicest hotel stays ever. The interior atrium and lobby area is just stunning. Valet parking was a breeze. We were upgraded to a room on the top floor with a gorgeous skyline view. really beautiful, good service, nice clean spacious rooms
What a literally fantastic hotel to be in. It's like a character all onto itself, when you're in the atrium, be it on any of the lower floors looking up, the middle floors amidst the sea of levels above or below, to the highest heights where your views out to Atlanta grow spectacular, and down through the entire interior of the hotel are certainly too much to take in on a glance. The front desk staff was lovely! The Marta station was very close.
Clean rooms, great pool and bar area. I liked the pool wasn’t crowded on a completely booked Saturday and it was a nice place to relax after stocking up on drinks from the bar that was within shouting distance. We were able to check in early and parking isn’t too expensive for the area.
Very nice hotel with all the amenities. Clean rooms with stunning views, and close proximity to Midtown. Highly recommend staying here when in town.
Great Midtown location, walkable to many restaurants and cafes. Starbucks just down the street for a quick breakfast. Easy parking next to the hotel. Friendly staff, decent sized room. Walking distance to beautiful Piedmont Park. Very good stay.
The hotel was very modern, clean and the front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating! My only issue was with the bathroom. It looks nice but not very practical. Just turning on the water was a puzzle then the pressure was very weak. For 350$ a night I’d like to take a good shower. The shower gel bottle was completely empty. Nowhere to prop your leg inside the shower when shaving or washing...

We only stayed here for 2 nights but they were great. Great view from our top floor room and also got a quiet room on request. The only less pleasant part was when we tried to go down to the lobby bar and the waitress was very smart and rude. Otherwise a lovely stay and would definitely stay at this hotel in the future.
I always love being here! I can't think of anything wrong with this place. Great service. Very nice decor, clean rooms and professional staff. It is also centrally located and close to many places to hang out, eat and see.
The location is perfect. I didn't realize it, but the train from the airport stops very close to the hotel. The Polaris restaurant is a A MUST SEE. The food is AMAZING and the chefs are really friendly. You can watch your good being prepared in the rotating restaurant. I stayed in the international tower. I had a great time. I turned 70 and my daughter took me there. The room was great except there were no trash bags, but we improvised. I have a suggestion that perhaps you could get wheelchairs to accommodate some of the disabled visitors that could be rented while they are there. But overall I'll give you a 5 and come back.
We had a pleasant stay here! I booked online and the check in process with Anthony was so pleasant and memorable! I would return immediately after the service he provided upon check-in. Our view was simply amazing. The rooms are a little dated, but not bad at all! They have restaurants in the hotel and a coffee shop! I would definitely stay here again!
They had a bar/restaurant in the south wing of this hotel. I just wish the service was as nice as the facility. Our food took over an hour to get to us. The waitress never asked if we wanted anything to drink and didn't refill the cups with water until they were empty within 20 minutes. The food was good as soon as you got it. Even the beer took forever.
Some truly great lobby and bar areas, they are connected to a food court and to shopping. The hotel itself was grand, the rooms where not as much. I would have loved to have more comfortable sleeping arrangements. They are very hospitable thought and I would highly suggest to give them a try
Hotel itself was conveniently located to many downtown activities including easy transportation to the airport via Marta. Room I stayed in however was slightly dated with cracks in the crown moulding and a smoke detector which was hanging by it's wires for the entirety of my stay. Evening activities inside the hotel were lively and the lounge areas nicely kept.
Was here as part of a business conference. The hotel runs like a well-oiled machine, with the staff and meeting rooms prepared extremely quickly. The catering provided a variety of options, and was flexible enough to suit most dietary preferences. The rooms were comfortable and we'll sized, though they lose a point in my eyes for not having in room coffee. I'm aware that room service provides it, and...

Hotel location is prime! Staff were very friendly and helpful. No concierge service, bar not open until later in the afternoon and restaurant does not offer a lounge. Some perks could be added to make this property even more desirable.
This hotel is awfully expensive given that it's showing signs of wear and tear. The layout is very neat, so every room has full-length windows to see the city. We were on the 35 floor. I always love staying at a Marriott for the most part. Typically, it is a very good experience. That said, there was a horrible odor in my room which I believe stemmed from the pipes in the bathroom. I liked the pool, gym, observation deck and high-speed elevator :). The day was planned in such a way that we didn’t even have time to make the bed, but when we returned, everything was put away, clean and new linen was hanging.
Housekeeping was lacking, sometimes the rooms weren't cleaned and when they were they didn't even replace the toilet paper. I have now stayed at the hotel twice and it has been a pleasure both times. The rooms are nice and well kept. The staff is very nice and helpful. The bar on site has a large selection of whiskey and burbons, which is much better than most. If you are looking for a nice place that is close to a lot, including the Braves stadium, this is it.
The room i booked had a pretty decent view and was a nice size for the price. The breakfast supplied in the morning was definitely top notch and a wide buffet style selection. the restaurant and bad in the main lobby had fair pricing for what was offered. This hotel is great. Yes older, but very well maintained. The staff was very helpful, especially Leonard and everyone that does valet. The only reason I didn't give the hotel 5 stars is because the smoking section is at the front entrance. Not very good curb appeal and when you have 3+ people out smoking it's awful. Management should look into changing the space to another area.
I enjoyed my room. I was happy that housekeeping came!! Last hotel I stayed at they did not clean daily as I believe they should. I liked the lobby very nice. One of the parking elevators was broken. I don't like paying for parking only valet but oh well. The bathrooms need to be updated...the bathtub area. That did look a little old. Very close to shopping and food which was great. Would def come...
Lovely hotel, currently under renovation. By next year it should be beautiful. I was there for a convention and enjoyed my time. The walking trails out back are a splendid place to relax for a but with all its waterfalls and sitting areas. Conveniently located near the mall and downtown areas, yet away from everything enough to cut down city noises.

The hotel was quiet and very well staffed. The entering of the hotel says luxury when you walk in
Come, let me regale you with the tale of my stay at this unconventional luxury establishment. Located in the heart of Atlanta, the Ritz Carlton boasts a central position that beckons weary travelers with promises of convenience and accessibility. Alas, as I arrived, as I ventured into the room, the scent of adventure mingled with an unexpected aroma of smoke. Ah, yes, the lingering essence of smoky...
I went for a wedding and reception, so stayed only one night. The service is exceptional, firstly, from arrival to check out. Stellar. I ordered a burger very late one night after the reception and the burger and fries were delicious. The venue the events we were in were also beautiful. The hotel is older but very we maintained despite it's age. I would go back for sure. I didn't take any pictures...
Make sure to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. They compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you won't be disappointed. This hotel has always been a home away from home for me! The staff always provides excellent...
My wife and I recently stayed here for a week and the service and hospitality were beyond expectation. The valet parking of $55 a day seems really steep when you consider you should be tipping somewhere when retrieving your vehicle. The room we had was nice, but definitely nothing luxurious in my opinion except the bathroom. We stayed on the club level and I have to say hats off to the entire staff...
This was my first time booking a Ritz Carlton because I got a really great deal from a business rate. I ended up booking two rooms because I had family with me. The rooms are very standard with not a lot of fancy appeal like you'd expect from one of the more luxurious brand hotels. The bathroom felt pretty old. The staff was friendly and accommodating and would try to meet all of your needs. They have...

Location and cleanliness are always good. It is an oasis in the hectic city.
I planned a weekend getaway and birthday celebration at the Grand Hyatt in Buckhead and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel and my conference room were clean and sanitized, which is very important to me. I interacted positively with all the employees I met. The food at the event was amazing, but I have to say the breakfast and lunch options were amazing too. Especially the burger and wings. My guest...
What a magical experience! Surprised my husband with a hotel stay and I'm so glad I chose the Grand Hyatt. The grounds were magnificent. Our room was very clean and spacious! We want to especially thank the agent, Joseph, who was professional, personable, and anticipated our needs! Give this man the employee of the year, He made us feel royal and special ❤. We will definitely stay here again!!
A wonderful oasis in the concrete jungle. The property is well equipped and decorated in a classic elegant style with modern touches. The ground floor of the home features the usual gift shops, a reception area, an impressive multi-level bar and a common area. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide everyone with an exceptional view of the massive open-air waterfall from the Japanese Garden. Typical rooms...
Nice hotel overall. The area is great and there's a lot of shopping and dining within walking distance. The view from upper floor rooms is great as you can see downtown in the distance. The real downside is the age of the hotel. You'll notice things in the room not working right and can see the patchwork done to keep what still works, working. At night you'll likely feel a bit unsafe walking on the...
Nice hotel in a quite area, near the Lenox mall. The hotel is great and quite big. Rooms are really clean and comfy. Breakfast is good with a wide range of things to eat. Staff is great and helpful. Overall a nice hotel to stay in, location is fine and convenient with the train station nearby, would recommend!

Absolutely lovely hotel. Great rooms, we had a suite with a separate lounge. There was a lot of noise coming from some rooms on our corridor but once we went into our room there was no noise. Very impressive noise cancellation! Pool was closed for the season which was a shame. Big fitness room with everything you need.
The hotel is located about 10 minutes away from the airport which is convenient. We had a very short visit and ultimately just spent time in the room which was adequate and clean. The room needed maintenance such as ceiling fall down and peeling in bathroom and the bathroom wouldn't close. The big negative for this hotel was the check in desk. There were never enough employees behind the desk and I...
What a wonderful surprise! I had to make a last-minute reservation, and as someone who is extra cautions about reviews (due to a terrible experience) I quickly mapped out my airport area options based on "what's-the-worst-that-can-happen" negative reviews, price, and airport shuttle schedule/convenience and chose this hotel. When I booked I was prompted to enroll (free) in IHG''s Rewards Club, which...
Excellent staff. Several restaurants within walking distance. Didn't find it noisy at all. Comfortable room and facilities. Breakfast buffet was a little high. Shuttles to airport is regular.
The rooms are clean and moderately modern. But I was there for a NYE event. Ballroom was not decorated. Plus there was no Champagne or Favors for the occasion, which was promised. Want go to the Q's ball again!
Friendly, clean and modern. Free shuttle service from the airport. Lobby was inviting. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. Room was very comfortable and reasonably priced. Only down side was the hot water for the shower took a couple minutes to stop being cold. It never got up to temperature so I left the faucet fully turned up to hot. It was bearable but never got warm. Assume it...

Great Marriott hotel. I was upgraded to the "Wow Suite" as an Ambassador Elite. The room we found was amazing and spacious as well as a great view. Highly recommended if you are in the city. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.
I've always been a fan of the W chain, and this one is pretty good. Design is interesting: everything has a purple accent to it. Lobby bar is nice but a little pricey for the simple drinks. Rooms are very chic. Depending on when you go you might have some crazy parties going on around the floor you are on but that's not unexpected.
We stayed for one night under a wedding room block. We arrived to very nice and attentive valet staff. The front desk staffed welcomed us with a smile and went over the hotel amenities. Very informative. The lobby and hallways were beautifully decorated but the rooms were nothing like I thought. You could tell it had been refurbished. It was poorly painted, dusty and oddly setup. There was a space...
Was at the W for a professional event. The facilities were quite nice, and very well maintained. It may have been because of the specific events going on there that day, but it did feel a bit like they were trying way too hard to be cool. The whole decor is super modern, which isn't particularly my thing, but it works for them, I suppose. The DJ spinning on the stairs on the way out was a tad obnoxious...
The staff were very friendly and accommodating both inside and outside the hotel. The hotel has a contemporary style, the rooms have everything needed to work with a laptop during your stay. The downside was the room did not seem fresh and clean upon entry. The rug did not appear vacuumed with several areas having light debris and a few hairs were found throughout the bathroom and room. Overall the...

I’m so thankful for Melissa she help me out a lot. If it wasn’t for her I really don’t know how well it would have went! Thank you for understanding me, I appreciate you so much. It was a great environment. Very clean and great atmosphere.
Loved this place! We stayed here for 3 nights. Atlanta treated us well, and Loews was definitely part of this good treatment. Parking was $26 for self-park, and $40 for valet parking, kind of pricey to me, but given that it's in midtown area, the price was understandable. VERY clean room; lobby area and room area smelled GOOD. We felt comfortable just like home. Room service was good - even cared to...
Stylish, up-market, modern hotel. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious (separate shower and tub) and felt new; and mattresses were firm but comfy. Self-parking and valet both available. Conveniently located off Peachtree St, with a charming, dimly-lit, European-style restaurant (Intermezzo) located right next door. Staff were a little cold but to be expected in a big city. The lobby is bizarrely colder...
Margaret created a fantastic customer experience. I had a long day of travel, I was not feeling well and the room wasn't ready when I checked in, granted I was early, but I am usually accommodated. Margaret did not give me a line from a customer service script. She showed real empathy, and got me in a room is less than 30 minutes. She made me a priority and that is why I will keep coming back....
Everyone keeps telling me that Loews has a great lunch menu. Since Colony Square has been under renovation, I've run out of lunch options. Last week, I decided to walk down to Loews and check it out. It's not a quick meal, but the food is great and the service is pretty good too. I'll be back again soon.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean with comfy beds and an awesome view of downtown Atlanta skyline. The room does not offer refrigerator and microwave which I found very odd. The room also does not have electric safe. Breakfast is moderate and had variety of fruits, and hot items. There were very limited variety of cereals and all items were repetitive every day, it cost $18 for...
The best hotel I’ve ever been too, I loved that there was 15$ parking behind it which had a hallway connected leading to the lobby. The view was amazing and the room was even better. There was an ice machine right on my floor so I didn’t walk far after a late night.
the hotel was very nice and as expected. What made the experience 5 stars was the friendly and attentive staff, especially MARSHA who works at the front desk. She went far above and beyond the norm in helping our elderly parents this morning. Mom had an appointment at Emory, and Dad was feeling weak and unsteady. Marsha welcomed him into the lobby and kept an eye on him so that Mom could keep her...
This is a beautiful place. Our room was very nice The View was wonderful. There was shopping within walking distance. The front desk was very accommodating and very friendly. The the valet parking was excellent and the man that helped with our luggage was very fast and very good. The only trouble we had was the maid service putting stuff in our room or bringing stuff that they forgot. I would have...
I do not know who designed the parking lot and entrance and exits but they should probably have a special level of purgatory reserved for them. Even now with some thought, these could probably be streamlined. Do not park here for Ponce City Market because they actually have spotters with telescopes on the top of that building and we'll send somebody down to boot your car. The stores are of decent quality...
Nice room and ideally located. You have Marta météo station half a block away. The hotel is right between midtown and downtown. Basically to place where things happen. It is also walking distance to the aquarium and all the tourist stuff around. The breakfast wasn't great so I actually prefer have a breakfast outside. Friendly staff, specially Lakisha... Hi there
Didn't feel clean, bathroom door couldn't close, cockroaches in bathroom, really bad traffic noise Reception on arrival was good, leaving we were ignored while all three reception staff tried to help one guest. Room service tried to get into our room at 8.30 am.

comfortable n spacious room and bath. Sitting area and long-chaise is well appreciated. Very good quality of mattress and quite air condition. Water boiler tea and coffee-espresso machine!! Pool and free ample parking. Restaurants and huge lounge to wait for your flight after check out time. Nice arrays of choice for breakfast with waffle-machine. Friendly service.
Great location, convenient to Interstate. We were skeptical about selecting this hotel from reading the reviews on cleanliness, but our room and other areas throughout the hotel was clean. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. The shower offered a spa like experience. The front desk staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed upon arrival. We will definitely stay...
I was just amazed by the room and the design of the stories how they outlooked the lobby area. It was cool to use the first elevator and the lobby area was very big. It’s one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in. The personnel is very helpful and nice. The reception area is big enough to serve people adequately no matter how much is crowded. You even have a dog walking garden and the location is very...
Great hotel, ambience, amenities, EXCEPT, carpet in room by the window was WET & had slight 'pet odor'; we reported this. The room otherwise was nice (17th floor... GREAT VIEW.) Hotel Staff = ?AWESOME!! They were friendly, helpful, & full of smiles! Also, the automatic gate when we departed (for our big event) & when leaving, never worked correctly! Another guest had to assist in ringing the front...
Great place to stay when catching a flight. Four of us stayed before our early morning flight. We came in late and left early. I can't speak much of any amenities, but our room was updated and nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We put in for an early morning wakeup call and it was on time, with two separate calls to assure we were awake. Shuttle bus was on time and the gentlemen was very friendly...
Accomodoations were great. Linens, towels, floor were all clean. Stayed on the 15th floor which give a decent view of downtown in the distance. Also attended a professional event in the conference center. The food was 4 of 5-very good, but not the best. Service was 5 of 5.
