Hotels with pool in Atlanta

I just attended an SBDC convention there and had to share my amazing experience. I was there for 7 days and experienced all that goes with attending a convention as well as using various services

The reason I didn’t give 5 stars for the room was that the bathroom floor had not been cleaned any my room (241) had an ugly and dirty concrete wall outside my window so no view

The front desk staff was so fun, engaging and welcoming. Any time I had a question they answered it quickly and fully

Any time I ran into housekeeping or maintenance in the hallways they were beyond friendly and helpful

We did mobile check in, which was fine - except we still needed a physical key to get into the pool area, so we had to wait in a long line at the front desk in our bathing suits which was not fun, although the desk staff were perfectly pleasant and helpful

The pool area is very outdated but thankfully the water was very warm and we enjoyed it. We ordered room service for dinner which was pretty good

The only less pleasant part was when we tried to go down to the lobby bar and the waitress was very smart and rude. Otherwise a lovely stay and would definitely stay at this hotel in the future

I always love being here! I can't think of anything wrong with this place. Very nice decor, clean rooms and professional staff. It is also centrally located and close to many places to hang out, eat and see

The only bad thing was the room was a handicap shower so there was no barrier on the floor to keep the water in the shower, so after my shower the entire bathroom had half an inch of water in it which didn't completely drain overnight because the water didn't flow towards the drain in the center of the room

First of all, the room service was impeccable. Qiana (floor 20) needs a raise because no matter what she’s earning, she’s worth her weight in gold. She is respectful, and obviously cares about her guests personally

You can watch your good being prepared in the rotating restaurant. I stayed in the international tower. The rooms are newly renovated and spacious. I had a chase lounger and a king bed with a desk

I always love staying at a Marriott for the most part. Typically, it is a very good experience. That said, there was a horrible odor in my room which I believe stemmed from the pipes in the bathroom

Visited for a birthday weekend. The room was clean and had a great view. No problems, the staff was friendly and answered all requests

Parking is challenging, even when you're using the valet parking, pack your patience

The chair at the desk was vegan leather, but it was cracked and had seen better days. They did not provide garbage removal or housekeeping on the second day of our stay

Parking is SO EXPENSIVE! $45/day!!! The hallway carpet is coming up and is threadbare in front of our room. The mirror in the bathroom was broken, as was the soap dish

Instead of having a book showing room service options, you have to scan a qr code. It's just too much inconvenience for the $250/night. The restaurant on top is EXTREMELY expensive

Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and a nice change of pace from the Philly area : ) The ambience and lighting of the saline-pool area was really fun for the kids! One night while swimming it started sprinkling rain and it gently cam through the split- roof open above the pool and made it an interesting experience for us all

The room was clean and the pool and gym are both very nice, however it doesn’t inform you upon online check out when booking that parking is $35 a night, and when I checked in I was not asked for identification

I do see where this place needs improvement. I like that the pool stay open til 10pm and it's heated. Parking overnight is $35 and Valet is $45

Our family stayed during the first week of December for an aquarium trip. Hotel has parking garage on site for a fee but definitely needed (in any city)

Breakfast is hot, but simple and the same daily which takes place in a dining room with service

Don't like that the parking deck is not secured they should change it and only let those who are staying have access. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars, it is downtown in a great area to walk and explore

I love the lounge and restaurant. It’s indoor outdoor and quiet. And the gym is stay of the art with peloton and lifestyle machines that offer classes if you have AirPods. It’s big enough to really have your own space

This is probably one the best hotels I've stayed in Atlanta. The restaurant has great food and service. The gym is clean, will equipped and up to date. Belgium waffles and custom eggs and omelettes

The room was nice and everything was pretty clean except the Shower. I stayed in room 732 , maybe Housekeeping could take care of this. Other than that I had a good night sleep and a great Dinner

I missed my Delta flight to Phoenix due to a Mechanical problem and Delta put me up in this Marriott. The Front Desk was so nice to give me a Toothbrush

I stayed here for a club trip and I was very pleased. The hotel was very nice and maintained. I really loved the view from my room

I was here with my friend for a class reunion September 14th. We spent the night, the room was in her name. The Bistro bar was very busy and very understaffed. A couple of new employees doing their best

From the greeting you get at the front door to the usher you get taking you to your room to the softest towels, pillows and bedding to the gym, spa, sauna, and pool

Wonderful decoration and amenities - breakfast is amazing and worth it if you have a big appetite. Swimming pool and lounge area outside are nice, but no shower. Beautiful rooms and hotel lobby

Good for older people in town for business, it’s traditional and comfortable, yet nothing extraordinary. The indoor pool is enjoyable for exercising or refreshing in the morning but not as fun as an outdoor pool

Super polite and helpful staff. Some minor issues: • a snickers bar costs $9 😂 • staircase is filthy with dead insects everywhere. • Water pressure in rooms is very low

Beds were comfortable, facilities were pleasant, and the noise level was acceptable. The Whitley also presents impressive value relative to services rendered. I highly recommend it for those staying in the Buckhead area

There’s no microwave and the mini coffee maker is the best you can do for hot water without going back down to the lobby. There is a very nice swim out pool. Overall, would stay again if in town for business

Had a flight change so stayed at this hotel. The hotel looks super nice inside. Beds are comfortable and most importantly, the pillows are awesome!!! There's self-parking for a fee and breakfast for a fee

For breakfast, Wanda put coffee in our cups and smiles on our faces, she truly got our day off to a great start. We really appreciated the good food and great service

Spot hero parking $6 per day! Killer deal in a safe area. Highly recommended! They provide shuttles every 15 minutes to the airport. Valet staff is very friendly and informative about parking policies

The rooms here are very comfortable and the beds are very cozy. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at Cecilia’s restaurant. Our server for dinner, Herold, and the rest of the staff were great

Very good location, super close to everything. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The Valet team was always so nice and kind. Great bar inside also! Will definitely stay again next time we are in the city!

Overall I would give this hotel a 8/10. The ambience and layout was gorgeous! Great location close to plenty of amenities. The only I didn't really care for was the shower in the bathroom

ᴄᴏᴍ when making your reservation. They compare thousands of booking sites and usually offer prices much cheaper than others! Please :)! This place is one of my favorites in the area

I ordered a burger very late one night after the reception and the burger and fries were delicious. The venue the events we were in were also beautiful. The hotel is older but very we maintained despite it's age

The indoor pool was huge and great for our kids to get some energy out after a day of driving in the car. The only downside was all their two-bed rooms were doubles

Not the JW Marriott level I'm used to. Rooms are small, smelled like a 2 star, and service staff lacked professionalism. The indoor pool/gym are great, and we'll kept. Probably pick somewhere else in Buckhead

Hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Gold Line train (Marta) which you can ride from the airport to the hotel for only $2. Food is excellent, better quality than pub food

The hotel is very tastefully decorated and pleasant to spend time at. Staff at the front desk are professional, helpful and kind. Rooms are adequately sized and beds are comfortable

Didn't draw attention to me but also not afraid to directly ask what help I needed or about my disease. It's a great location and the rooms are classic and beautiful

Parking was $26 for self-park, and $40 for valet parking, kind of pricey to me, but given that it's in midtown area, the price was understandable. VERY clean room; lobby area and room area smelled GOOD

Food was good (Salt Wood Restaurant - will review this later) especially breakfast! The only hiccup was that we tried to dine in on Memorial night and asked to confirm the night before, but the restaurant was still closed when we came down

Margaret did not give me a line from a customer service script. She showed real empathy, and got me in a room is less than 30 minutes. She made me a priority and that is why I will keep coming back

We felt comfortable just like home. Room service was good - even cared to reorganize our shoes. This nice gesture would definitely leave good impression in our mind

Loved this place! We stayed here for 3 nights. Atlanta treated us well, and Loews was definitely part of this good treatment

My towels and washcloths were clean, prestine white and fluffy. Two large towels, two washcloths and two hand towels, awesome. Floor tiles and carpet, very clean, virtually spotless

The only thing I would have a complaint about, which to me is not that big of a deal(for me) is there was no soap in my room but I quickly solved that issue by simply walking to the gas station which is very conveniently close by, and purchased a bar

The couch was comfy and all of the lights and lamps worked just fine. I don't drive but the MARTA station is literally a 1 minute or less walk from the hotel. Everything is conveniently located within walking distance

I was so skeptical about our stay after reading the most recent views. However, our stay was great! Nicole at the front desk got us checked in in under 5 minutes. Our room was clean, no weird smells or anything

I always read the reviews of anywhere I'm staying at, however, the reviews I've read on here, I don't know because my stay here was quite the opposite. My room, super clean, my heat/air works just fine

The best hotel I’ve ever been too, I loved that there was 15$ parking behind it which had a hallway connected leading to the lobby. The view was amazing and the room was even better

You can't beat the location if you have an early or late flight it's right on the sky train. The staff has been very friendly and the room is nice, clean and comfortable

The only downside is you can hear a little of the hallway noise from the room

the food at the hotel restaurant is very mediocre, but getting a food order in 3 minutes before the kitchen closed wasn't a problem when I realized how hopeless getting food elsewhere was and the staff was very wonderful about it

We were there for a conference. The majority of the staff we encountered was very friendly and accommodating. Some of the food was less than desirable, but other were very good. Convenient location for travelers.

When I did call to the front desk, they said they would send someone up, though I am not sure they ever did. One of my only complaints is there aren't many food options around when you get stranded late at night

It's a beautiful hotel; clean rooms; friendly staff; comfortable beds. Breakfast was phenomenal! Everything would have been five stars, except that as we were checking in we got some offer to upgrade to a suite

• Old Review October 2018 (1 star) DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL: I booked a room by phone a week before, a room with two queen beds. When I arrived late on the first night of my stay, the only room was a single bed

The rest of my group was forced to sleep on an uncomfortable rollaway bed that was brought to my room. We were transferred around 14:00. the next day, after waiting all morning for the room to become available

He offered to buy me a drink at the bar due to my inconvenience. I suspect my room was bought by someone else because there was a big event at the hotel. This is bad practice and should never have happened

December 4, 2020 - The front desk agent who checked us in when we arrived was very nice. This hotel needs clones of her. I'm changing my review because of her. The room was clean as expected

The first room smelled of mold and the toilet smelled VERY moldy. We couldn't hang clothes in the closet at all, and it was hard to breathe. This is a respiratory health and safety issue

LISA at the front desk should be cloned for all Starwood locations!!! The rooms (2 adjoining) were very clean nice & spacious enough. Nice accommodations ( great indoor heated pool)

This is a really upper class place very nice lobby and nice rooms. The view from the top floor is great. I was rather disappointed by the jerks who were smoking pot and making a ton of noise next door

beautiful hotel. we stayed here for a couple nights and actually met some celebrities in the parking lot. many great restaurants around (south city kitchen!) and in a convenient location by lenox mall!

The second night I could hear every word the neighbor was saying on his phone conversation in the evening until 10pm. He is a car salesman and gripped about making only $ 450 on a sale today

This was my second stay here at this location and the customer service is always Superb here! I love that! You are immediately acknowledged as soon as you come to the front door, from valet to the front desk to the restaurant staff everyone was friendly and attentive

The other young man helped with cleaning up and Isaiah took care of loading our vehicle. They were swamped with a santa convention but the service was still very good

You can tell they strive on customer service, I only remembered a couple names, Phillip at the front desk and Dedo, but everyone else was friendly as well

The valet attendant Isaiah and another young man with him (who's name I cannot recal)l were so helpful especially after my pup had a little accident

Great location if you’re looking to take in a Braves game. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. I travel a fair amount and try to stay at Marriott properties exclusively. The staff here were phenomenal

Nice sized closet with an iron provided, also a big window for lots of natural light during the day. The indoor pool was closed, good thing this hotel has two, the outdoor pool was available

What a wonderful surprise! I had to make a last-minute reservation, and as someone who is extra cautions about reviews (due to a terrible experience) I quickly mapped out my airport area options based on "what's-the-worst-that-can-happen" negative reviews, price, and airport shuttle schedule/convenience and chose this hotel

When I booked I was prompted to enroll (free) in IHG''s Rewards Club, which resulted in room upgrade to a suite (!!) and a free glass of wine in the cute bar on the ground floor! My room was perfectly sanitary and comfortable

We took a shuttle to the airport, and then back again to pick up our car. I am so very pleased with my stay that this will now be my default destination if I ever have to brave the Atlanta airport again

I was so very surprised and pleased by my stay! The room was extremely clean, and much larger than I had expected. The staff was all incredibly friendly, even though I was staying on Christmas Day

The staff was very kind! The only sad part was the fact that I had little time to enjoy the premises due to an early flight, but shall definitely keep it in mind for future stays

The elevator to the pool was a bit janky. The pool itself had some rust spots in it, which grossed me out, but they might not bother most people

I was disappointed that with how large the room was, there was no fridge to store my leftovers from eating out, not a microwave to re-heat food. I’ve come to expect those amenities in even the most basic hotel

The bathrooms in the website pictures are all beautiful, well lit, updated with white/grey tile, impeccably clean. My room was not updated and did not look like what the site advertised

The grout on the floor looked like it needed a deep clean. The tile was brown and dated, not white and refreshing. The shower had some rust and calcium buildup in some corners

I might not stay here again unless I really needed to be in this location for some reason
