My King (Murphy bed) room was very spacious, included a full living room (2 sofas) open to sleeping area, kitchenette and dressing room, large desk with chair and another space to seat 3 people in case you want to have people over

There was a wardrobe in the entry space as well as coat hangers on the wall. Several floor length mirrors for checking your outfits before going out. My room was not tidied/bed made while I was there 3 nights

Location is downtown Atlanta nearby other hotels and restaurants. 15-20 min drive from the airport with little traffic. Hotel is huge and has plenty of space for a conference

The only bad thing was the room was a handicap shower so there was no barrier on the floor to keep the water in the shower, so after my shower the entire bathroom had half an inch of water in it which didn't completely drain overnight because the water didn't flow towards the drain in the center of the room

I enjoyed my stay here while visiting for a show at Mercedes Benz Stadium.

Magnificent, the room has a terrace, and the outdoor swimming pool is big enough 🏊♂️

The lobby is beautiful and the history of the hotel is fun The location is going downhill. I was afraid to leave the hotel without my husband and I have zero problem in any other large city

Several in-house restaurant options - the Marketplace in particular was great for really good food options on the go. Fast elevators to the various rooms. on the 22 floors in the main tower

Only down side was the abundant homeless population immediately surrounding the hotel, including in nearby parks - not really a family-friendly atmosphere

I really liked the hotel's location, room size, price range, and view. It was a good place to stay for the price. It felt a bit old, but I liked the place. If I go to Atlanta again, I would definitely stay there again.

Visited for a birthday weekend. The room was clean and had a great view. No problems, the staff was friendly and answered all requests

Parking is challenging, even when you're using the valet parking, pack your patience

I wasn't in the room much and didn't bother trying to change rooms so that's on me. I'm sure if I let them know, it would have been handled. Other than that, it was quite comfortable and the service was very good

Great hotel, location and everything

Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and a nice change of pace from the Philly area : ) The ambience and lighting of the saline-pool area was really fun for the kids! One night while swimming it started sprinkling rain and it gently cam through the split- roof open above the pool and made it an interesting experience for us all

The room was clean and the pool and gym are both very nice, however it doesn’t inform you upon online check out when booking that parking is $35 a night, and when I checked in I was not asked for identification

I do see where this place needs improvement. I like that the pool stay open til 10pm and it's heated. Parking overnight is $35 and Valet is $45

Good location, right off the interstate. Lots of parking decks across the street. The location is walking distance to most attractions in downtown. Every member said hello or welcome

Shout-out the valet team, they worked hard and were very accommodating when needing to park for a few minutes

Our family stayed during the first week of December for an aquarium trip. Hotel has parking garage on site for a fee but definitely needed (in any city)

I love the lounge and restaurant. It’s indoor outdoor and quiet. And the gym is stay of the art with peloton and lifestyle machines that offer classes if you have AirPods. It’s big enough to really have your own space

The shuttle bus operates 24 hours a day, and it runs every 15 minutes in the morning. Because we were going to take a flight to Florida before checking in, we left our luggage at the hotel, which was very convenient

The hotel environment is quite good and it is very close to the airport. It should be noted that there are two Marriott hotels near the airport, and the one at home is a little far away, so don't go the wrong way

The room was nice and everything was pretty clean except the Shower. I stayed in room 732 , maybe Housekeeping could take care of this. Other than that I had a good night sleep and a great Dinner

I missed my Delta flight to Phoenix due to a Mechanical problem and Delta put me up in this Marriott. The Front Desk was so nice to give me a Toothbrush

Food: The restaurant on the right side of the hotel entrance has very bad dinner, and the service staff is not considerate

They also had a very convenient setup where the front desk would send you a text message at the start of your stay and you could simply reply to that text rather than calling them with your needs throughout your stay - I took full advantage of this and they were very helpful and responsive

Everything about the spot was amazing. The staff were also care

Wonderful decoration and amenities - breakfast is amazing and worth it if you have a big appetite. Swimming pool and lounge area outside are nice, but no shower. Beautiful rooms and hotel lobby

On this trip we utilized the pool and the hot tub, both of which were excellent. We also had a fantastic time at the spa. We did not get the chance to dine yet

Good for older people in town for business, it’s traditional and comfortable, yet nothing extraordinary. The indoor pool is enjoyable for exercising or refreshing in the morning but not as fun as an outdoor pool

I had a great stay. The vibes were good. The food was good very quiet and clean

Overall I would give this hotel a 8/10. The ambience and layout was gorgeous! Great location close to plenty of amenities. The only I didn't really care for was the shower in the bathroom

Very good location, super close to everything. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The Valet team was always so nice and kind. Great bar inside also! Will definitely stay again next time we are in the city!

Stayed here for my bday weekend since everything I was doing was near by and I loved this hotel. Def would come back.

The decoration style is similar to that of the Ritz-Carlton in China, the old money style, but the bathroom has no door and water is all over the floor.

The shower gel is very fragrant and the service is very good It’s also very close to some attractions

The design is mediocre, but considering the price, it is not a big problem

One of the nicest hotels to stay at for the holidays! I loved every minute of our stay. The staff are amazing. Along with that the rooms are perfect. One of my favorite Marriott properties.

Luxurious decoration, quiet, excellent location

The location is good, and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the aquarium. The hotel recognized the Marriott membership number and upgraded to a suite

My girlfriend and I spent our anniversary weekend at the JW and had a great experience. The staff was extremely nice, they enhanced the stay with no question. Really enjoyed how the mall was connected to the hotel

One of the biggest selling features to this hotel is that it's connected to a HUGE mall that I didn't get to explore but my family did and had fun walking around. I love this hotel and would visit again

The food at the hotel was great, but I highly recommend the restaurant across the street—a Thai and sushi bar that was so good I ate there two days in a row! Everyone, from the valet to the front desk staff, was incredibly friendly and welcoming

My family and I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a higher floor and access to concierge lounge so we had free breakfast and snacks during our stay

The room was fairly modern and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool was huge only complaint is its not walk-in warm but otherwise great

Everyone keeps telling me that Loews has a great lunch menu. Since Colony Square has been under renovation, I've run out of lunch options. Last week, I decided to walk down to Loews and check it out

Service in bar was marginal. Bartender very cocky. Couldn’t recommend a simple beer and made comments about patrons being drunk. Well don’t serve them then! Show some responsible service.

The people at the hotel were all very nice. That does not happen all of the time. The hotel clearly trains its people to be attentive to the needs of the guests. That makes the stay very pleasant.

The check in process was slow and there always was a line at reception. Elevators are also incredibly slow and have long lines. The towels in the room had holes in them and one was actually dirty / stained

I was so skeptical about our stay after reading the most recent views. However, our stay was great! Nicole at the front desk got us checked in in under 5 minutes. Our room was clean, no weird smells or anything

Really sweet staff! Bathroom clean, sheets clean, BUT the furniture was dusty, carpet genuinely disgusting and obviously had not been vacuumed in a long time (I kept my shoes on whenever I was not in bed) and the bed frame was seriously gross too and needed a vacuum

The location is simple superb, located just right in the middle of two MATRA stations and stone throw away from major attractions in the city and walking distance to famous restaurants and markets, making your stay so convenient

It’s a cute place, but the hotel left us with a lot of confusion because they said they had some things, like free parking, but it wasn’t. It was actually $36 per day. The room didn’t have a fridge either

Good location with convenient transportation. Simple Breakfast, mediocre service.

The shower room is not a bathtub, which makes it more convenient to get in and out. After returning the car, it is very close to the free light rail from the airport

The sound insulation is very good and you can't hear the noise of the plane and light rail

One of the best airport hotels near Hartsfield-Jackson (and apparently the convention center) After an event at the Fox Theater and an early next day morning flight we decided to stay close to the airport

The hotel is right next to the airport that connects it with a tram. The hotel is steps away from the convention center. There is a restaurant in the main floor, Starbucks, and a great bar

Stayed here because we were going to a convention on Saturday morning. If you don’t have room service breakfast there is only Starbucks open in this hotel

The next light rail stop is Atlanta Airport Domestic Departure. I basically ate something at the airport and walked around before returning to the hotel. The hotel was very clean and the service was good

The only drawback is that there is no breakfast! You can only have a simple meal at the Italian breakfast shop on the street behind the hotel

There is no breakfast in the hotel, but there is a small cafe on the first floor. The Palm restaurant in the lobby has a good appetite and is worth recommending

they gave us a high floor with city view which made our experience even more wonderful! This was our second time staying with them and they deserve 5 star all across! Will always be staying here when visiting Atlanta!

We took a shuttle to the airport, and then back again to pick up our car. I am so very pleased with my stay that this will now be my default destination if I ever have to brave the Atlanta airport again

After a long day of work, didn't feel like going back out. Figured I would try the on site restaurant. She knew the menu and was able to suggest items and was very friendly and efficient

Located near the airport on a quiet location it offers free shuttle starting at 7. The suites are cleaned and spacious. You can add breakfast for just $1 dollars extra. I would stay again.

We stayed for one evening and ate dinner in the restaurant. Letty was our server and did a wonderful job! She got our food and beverages quickly and we had a lovely experience

Our room clearly wasn't vacuumed before we arrived is the only negative thing I'd say

Great location if you are trying to catch a baseball game. It was also a nice that everything I needed to get to was near by. Only downside was that the hotel was under renovation when I was there

I only gave 4 stars because the bathtub wasn't as clean as I thought it should have been. Other than that every was fine. The staff was very friendly and took care of all our needs

Clean room, decent service. Not very modern or extravagant. The shuttle driver's we're the best part!! They're awesome. They also do not pick up from the airport.

All staff weee do friendly couldn’t fault this place from the fresh hit breakfast to the free evening reception! Splitting hairs but the only 2 slight criticisms are the music on pool deck is too loud & public atrium too cold!! Apart from that everything was wonderful - def the best choice in downtown Atlanta

I booked a park city view room, you can see Atlanta's Ferris wheel🎡, the Olympic Park is opposite, the hotel is surrounded by the attractions check-in area, the Coca-Cola Company Museum, Atlanta's largest aquarium, and CNN are all within a 5-minute walk of the hotel

We we're a family of six, so room felt small but manageable. The access to everything was convenient. Only a block away from the Aquarium , so it was in walking distance. You won't need to use your vehicle hardly ever

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. Bedroom is separate from living room. The bathroom is average size. There is a Ruth Chris Steakhouse on premise. Free happy hour & cook to order breakfast included withroom

Always love embassy suites. Still do the happy hour at night and free made to order omelets and breakfast. Having a door between the bedroom and living room is always great for when traveling with friends.

Fantastic location in the heart of Atlanta. Valet parking was pleasant. Good desk crew. Nice rooms. Great view of the park. Breakfast included. Nice gift shop. Well maintained. Quiet.

If it looks as good as our room it will be amazing. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Atlanta. Walking distance to the aquarium, Centennial Park and so many other things

The American Hotel Atlanta Downtown is a very nice hotel. Renee and Joy went over and above to make our stay perfect. We will definitely return!!

Clean and spacious hotel, plus my room had two big bottles of water for free! However you’d have to pay $59. 90(tax inclusive) for overnight parking which is too pricey if you ask me

Also, room services was at my door at 8am to ask the time I’ll be leaving whilst check out starts at 11am (hotel needs to check that)

The room was clean and it was big. Perfect location. 10 min walk from state farm arena. parking is valet only in an underground garage (which is perfect not having to worry about break-ins), they charged me $55 per day.

Our server was very understanding wrapped up my son's meal and was able to put our order to go so we could bring it upstairs and put my son to bed. The lobby and restaurant I will be going through a bit more renovation

In Atlanta for a show at the Fox. The room was great and had a fantastic view. The Element has the top floors of the building sharing the lower levels of the building with the Courtyard

It was nice to have the view the upper floor had. Walking distance to the Fox was great and the downstairs bar was a great late night option for a bite and a drink

The rooms are fine, and having service to clean and refresh rooms every day is an added bonus these days. Buffet lunches at the restaurant are also very good, with variety of options and plenty of seats for large events

Santiago was truly outstanding—he came through in a crunch and ensured our accommodations were perfect. His thoughtful dinner recommendations made the night even more special

Jasmine was instrumental in helping us coordinate a beautiful family dinner celebration. Her attention to detail and warm demeanor made the experience effortless

Four Seasons and family I have stayed here almost 10 times. They are always quick overnight stays. This time I was able to enjoy the amenities and they did not disappoint. The pool, locker room and sauna was so relaxing

Towels in the room are hard and smell like bleach. Toilet paper is the cheap paper kind. Asked for city view, ours was a vacant dirt lot. Having said that, service was impeccable

Im very picky about my hotel stays. One star down from 5 * because pool area showed wear and tear. There’s only half a hot tub, disable chair apparatus blocks the entire view
