The room was absolutely perfect! It featured floor-to-ceiling windows that filled the space with stunning natural light, a luxurious bathtub that added a romantic touch, and a beautiful bathroom that made every photo feel elegant and upscale
The floor to ceiling glass windows were my favorite giving you the perfect city views! The beds were super comfy which made me never want to get out of bed:) Room service/whatever, whenever service were awesome! The lobby was beautiful! It had a very hip, unique vibe! Not your boring hotel attire for sure, I loved it!! I recommend coming to the W Atlanta and I hope to be back again myself!!! :)
Clean rooms and really well appointed Staff was great and enjoyed food and drinks at both bars Fitness room was great and had everything I was looking for Will definitely return here and highly recommend
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the W Atlanta and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive
The check in process was seamless and I was able to quickly get to my room. The decor was modern and elegant and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The dining options were exceptional
As a bride-to-be, my maid of honor booked a room at The W for a boudoir photo shoot as a wedding gift for my husband-to-be, with her taking the photos herself

If you've got the chance, just sit on the loft before Pulse bar, and take a moment to lean back in a chair and marvel at the building above you
Location is downtown Atlanta nearby other hotels and restaurants. 15-20 min drive from the airport with little traffic. Hotel is huge and has plenty of space for a conference
My King (Murphy bed) room was very spacious, included a full living room (2 sofas) open to sleeping area, kitchenette and dressing room, large desk with chair and another space to seat 3 people in case you want to have people over
Some dishes were not replenished often enough at meals, though there were over 1000 people at the conference so I get that is a huge crowd to keep up with. They seemed to run out of popular dishes before mealtime ended
We didn't have much time to explore the city, but walked to some restaurants within 2 blocks or so and there was usually people walking to/from hotels as well as some people panhandling
Not sure if that is their policy but I was fine with that. We attended a conference where the breakfast and lunch was provided and several items ran out quickly

Clean rooms, great pool and bar area. I liked the pool wasn’t crowded on a completely booked Saturday and it was a nice place to relax after stocking up on drinks from the bar that was within shouting distance
Great Midtown location, walkable to many restaurants and cafes. Starbucks just down the street for a quick breakfast. Easy parking next to the hotel. Friendly staff, decent sized room
Very nice hotel with all the amenities. Clean rooms with stunning views, and close proximity to Midtown. Highly recommend staying here when in town.
We were able to check in early and parking isn’t too expensive for the area
Walking distance to beautiful Piedmont Park
The hotel was very modern, clean and the front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating! My only issue was with the bathroom. It looks nice but not very practical

An awesome surprise! Everything was really clean, at one point they ran out of towels. If you are traveling for the first time since the pandemic, be aware that the free breakfast isn't what it used to be
It's no longer a free for all with scrambled eggs, biscuits, etc. They have hot and cold eats, with everything bring individually wrapped. All in all, I would stay here again in a heart beat
Stayed three nights here recently and our family greatly enjoyed our time here. Originally booked a queen bed with a pull out bed on the couch
Was nervous about this for my 14 year old son but that's all the availability they had when I booked. Upon checking in we were upgraded to 2 queen beds and a top floor (11) room. Room had a great city view too
Great location, support friendly staff, evening was clean
Right across from the aquarium making the location perfect for us because that was the reason for our visit. However everywhere we went to eat, the commute was no more than 10-15 and that’s with Atlanta’s crazy traffic

Great location if you’re looking to take in a Braves game. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. I travel a fair amount and try to stay at Marriott properties exclusively. The staff here were phenomenal
This location is an absolute gem solely based on their staff and customer service. Every single encounter with them was very pleasant. From valet-housekeeping, speaks volume about leadership and expectations
I was impressed by the hotel's on-site dining options, as well as the abundance of nearby restaurants. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay
Check in via the app was easy. Digital door key was convenient. However; still had to stop at the front desk to obtain parking pass and breakfast card. Water pressure and temperature 💯
My recent stay at the Marriott was truly exceptional. The rooms were immaculate and incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day exploring Atlanta
Braves game, I can think of no better place to stay. The room is big, the bed is comfy, and the close proximity to The Battery make it a convenient property to stay at

however if you stay during the week 2 out of 3 meals are provided to you complimentary with your stay. Lots of hotels serve a free breakfast (and the Hampton Inn has a great one) but this hotel also offers a free dinner
My stay here last week could not have been better. The staff were very friendly and checked with me multiple times to make sure I was happy. The lobby was elegantly designed and my room was spotless and clean
The work area had plenty of space and enough outlets to get everything charged up and ready to go for the next day. Most of all, our client spoke of the staff. Helpful, friendly and professional
Lasagna, salad, rolls and cake for dessert and beverages. This was a welcome bonus for a traveler on a budget such as my self. This hotel is of great quality and I will plan to stay here again
As is the case with most Hampton Inns, our client found the property to be spotless. Even in the busiest parts of the hotel, like the breakfast area. Breakfast also got rave reviews
The rooms are all updated: flat screen tv, new fixtures, even nice bed headboards and a built-in desk. They are spacious rooms and bathrooms, entirely clean and well-kept

The only less pleasant part was when we tried to go down to the lobby bar and the waitress was very smart and rude. Otherwise a lovely stay and would definitely stay at this hotel in the future
I always love being here! I can't think of anything wrong with this place. Very nice decor, clean rooms and professional staff. It is also centrally located and close to many places to hang out, eat and see
The only bad thing was the room was a handicap shower so there was no barrier on the floor to keep the water in the shower, so after my shower the entire bathroom had half an inch of water in it which didn't completely drain overnight because the water didn't flow towards the drain in the center of the room
First of all, the room service was impeccable. Qiana (floor 20) needs a raise because no matter what she’s earning, she’s worth her weight in gold. She is respectful, and obviously cares about her guests personally
You can watch your good being prepared in the rotating restaurant. I stayed in the international tower. The rooms are newly renovated and spacious. I had a chase lounger and a king bed with a desk
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Also, we were treated like royalty by all we met. The bed wasn’t so great I slept on the day bed as it was more comfortable

It's nearby to everything downtown, including the Westin which has an awesome rooftop bar you should check out. Worth noting that there is only 1 washer and dryer so if you have a load, do it early it really late
The rooms are well appointed but I'll note that an Elite member I've only gotten the best rooms on the top floor so I don't know how others are
Super friendly staff. Nice rooms. Please fix how slow the elevator is though. I've had a nice stay though. Coffee in the room is good too.
Even though I work for Marriott at a different property, it was such a relief to be treated as I treat my guests. My "Staycation" was that much better because of the exceptional service
Great location, nice rooms and friendly staff. I've stayed here twice now and would come back again
The lounge downstairs is larger than your average Courtyard so you can sit privately and conduct business without disturbing others

We always try to stay in a Comfort Inn whenever we go somewhere, but it's not always feasible. So we were delighted when we discovered this one so close to our yearly event in Atlanta
They even gave us our same room for next year! What great service! Shout out to all the employees who were hardworking and friendly, making us feel so welcome! Everyone from the manager to the housekeeping, from the front desk folks to the folks who served the breakfast, even the maintenance guy- everyone just was so friendly, and made us feel welcome! We loved them all! made us feel like family...
We come to Atlanta every year, and we have stayed in different hotels each time. From now on it will be this one. Can't say enough good things about it
And it exceeded expectations! Already made reservations for next year's event
A very comfortable overnight stay at Atlanta - we had twin queen beds! The breakfast spread was sufficient but not elaborate. Location was convenient, not too far away from downtown
It was a nice evening at the hotel. The staff was really great and the room was quite nice. You could tell the hotel had some age to it but it was well maintained.

We had a pleasant stay here! I booked online and the check in process with Anthony was so pleasant and memorable! I would return immediately after the service he provided upon check-in
They had a bar/restaurant in the south wing of this hotel. I just wish the service was as nice as the facility. Our food took over an hour to get to us
The rooms are a little dated, but not bad at all! They have restaurants in the hotel and a coffee shop! I would definitely stay here again!
The waitress never asked if we wanted anything to drink and didn't refill the cups with water until they were empty within 20 minutes. The food was good as soon as you got it
Me and my bf wanted to get away for the night and he had stayed here before. It was my first time and I absolutely loved it. From the valet, to check-in, to the rooms it was fabulous. We will definitely be back!!
I turned 70 and my daughter took me there. The room was great except there were no trash bags, but we improvised

I wasn't in the room much and didn't bother trying to change rooms so that's on me. I'm sure if I let them know, it would have been handled. Other than that, it was quite comfortable and the service was very good
Visited for a birthday weekend. The room was clean and had a great view. No problems, the staff was friendly and answered all requests
Parking is challenging, even when you're using the valet parking, pack your patience
The chair at the desk was vegan leather, but it was cracked and had seen better days. They did not provide garbage removal or housekeeping on the second day of our stay
Parking is SO EXPENSIVE! $45/day!!! The hallway carpet is coming up and is threadbare in front of our room. The mirror in the bathroom was broken, as was the soap dish
Instead of having a book showing room service options, you have to scan a qr code. It's just too much inconvenience for the $250/night. The restaurant on top is EXTREMELY expensive

From the greeting you get at the front door to the usher you get taking you to your room to the softest towels, pillows and bedding to the gym, spa, sauna, and pool
Wonderful decoration and amenities - breakfast is amazing and worth it if you have a big appetite. Swimming pool and lounge area outside are nice, but no shower. Beautiful rooms and hotel lobby
Good for older people in town for business, it’s traditional and comfortable, yet nothing extraordinary. The indoor pool is enjoyable for exercising or refreshing in the morning but not as fun as an outdoor pool
• pool area has no shower • outlets are old w/ liquid damage (hazard ⚠️)
Super polite and helpful staff. Some minor issues: • a snickers bar costs $9 😂 • staircase is filthy with dead insects everywhere. • Water pressure in rooms is very low
Beds were comfortable, facilities were pleasant, and the noise level was acceptable. The Whitley also presents impressive value relative to services rendered. I highly recommend it for those staying in the Buckhead area

The indoor pool was huge and great for our kids to get some energy out after a day of driving in the car. The only downside was all their two-bed rooms were doubles
Not the JW Marriott level I'm used to. Rooms are small, smelled like a 2 star, and service staff lacked professionalism. The indoor pool/gym are great, and we'll kept. Probably pick somewhere else in Buckhead
Hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Gold Line train (Marta) which you can ride from the airport to the hotel for only $2. Food is excellent, better quality than pub food
The hotel is very tastefully decorated and pleasant to spend time at. Staff at the front desk are professional, helpful and kind. Rooms are adequately sized and beds are comfortable
Didn't draw attention to me but also not afraid to directly ask what help I needed or about my disease. It's a great location and the rooms are classic and beautiful
This is by far my favorite hotel. It is in a great location and the staff are the best around. Excellent dining and shopping options all around

I love the lounge and restaurant. It’s indoor outdoor and quiet. And the gym is stay of the art with peloton and lifestyle machines that offer classes if you have AirPods. It’s big enough to really have your own space
If they keep their rates competitive this will be the only place I'll stay. Parking could be better, but still rate it 5 stars. Also excellent customer service from reception and bars
I missed my Delta flight to Phoenix due to a Mechanical problem and Delta put me up in this Marriott. The Front Desk was so nice to give me a Toothbrush
The room was nice and everything was pretty clean except the Shower. I stayed in room 732 , maybe Housekeeping could take care of this. Other than that I had a good night sleep and a great Dinner
The parking??? Astronomical! I was told to scan my room key upon check out at parking meter, enter my ticket and my parking for one day would be $7. Too late to do anything about it as I was at the meter and leaving
Staff very friendly, Hotel overall looks nice and is clean. Not so great experience with the room. I've stayed in a $60/ night Motel before and was more satisfied

Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and a nice change of pace from the Philly area : ) The ambience and lighting of the saline-pool area was really fun for the kids! One night while swimming it started sprinkling rain and it gently cam through the split- roof open above the pool and made it an interesting experience for us all
The room was clean and the pool and gym are both very nice, however it doesn’t inform you upon online check out when booking that parking is $35 a night, and when I checked in I was not asked for identification
I do see where this place needs improvement. I like that the pool stay open til 10pm and it's heated. Parking overnight is $35 and Valet is $45
Our family stayed during the first week of December for an aquarium trip. Hotel has parking garage on site for a fee but definitely needed (in any city)
Breakfast is hot, but simple and the same daily which takes place in a dining room with service
Don't like that the parking deck is not secured they should change it and only let those who are staying have access. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars, it is downtown in a great area to walk and explore

Great for conventions or events. No microwave in room but there is one on each floor. Breakfast is not included but there are several options for purchasing
The room i booked had a pretty decent view and was a nice size for the price. The breakfast supplied in the morning was definitely top notch and a wide buffet style selection
I enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, they were delightful after long days. The coffee shop closed early, which I didn't understand, so I had to get coffee from the bar
the restaurant and bad in the main lobby had fair pricing for what was offered. The hotel is located in a very nice area with a lot of different stores/restaurants within walking distance
I would definitely stay here again
The room where the meeting was held was adequately prepared however the chairs where to close to each other not allowing ample room between attendees and limiting comfort

The restaurant was expensive but pretty tasty. The restaurant/bar space in the atrium had a nice indoor/outdoor feel while being inside. The back patio made for good social outdoor space during nice weather
Great hotel! Staff we're friendly and helpful, and the space was clean and inviting. I attended a convention here, and the meeting spaces were well positioned for an event with several hundred people
The bed was quite comfortable, and the room and bathroom were a good size. The "relax" kit with aromatherapy, lotion, and foot wipes was a nice unexpected touch. The TV had a decent channel lineup
I stayed at this hotel weekly for many years until my area changed. I returned to the Georgia market and registered this evening and was lucky enough to meet Michael as I was registering
LOTS of space, and the rooms/suites were pretty good from what I could tell. Parking is sort of annoying (pay-per-day to use the garage), but it makes sense given it's location

In conclusion, for those seeking a whimsical escapade, complete with slow-motion front desk encounters, a touch of smoke in the air, and service that dances to its own rhythm, the Ritz Carlton Atlanta offers an experience like no other
It is a place where time stands still, towels play hide-and
It was an olfactory adventure that left me yearning for fresher air and a faint longing for my trusty nostril plugs. Alas, the substandard service continued to unfold its theatrical acts throughout my stay
From the housekeeping brigade's impressive ability to disappear into thin air, rendering fresh towels an elusive treasure, to the concierge's uncanny talent for recommending the most obscure and underwhelming local attractions, the Ritz Carlton Atlanta proved to be a haven for the unexpected
Just steps away from Atlanta's vibrant city life, it serves as a reminder that even within the confines of peculiar hospitality, the world outside awaits with its own grand adventures
Alas, as I arrived, as I ventured into the room, the scent of adventure mingled with an unexpected aroma of smoke. Ah, yes, the lingering essence of smoky surprises

I planned a weekend getaway and birthday celebration at the Grand Hyatt in Buckhead and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel and my conference room were clean and sanitized, which is very important to me
Our room was very clean and spacious! We want to especially thank the agent, Joseph, who was professional, personable, and anticipated our needs! Give this man the employee of the year, He made us feel royal and special ❤
I spent the rest of the weekend relaxing at the hotel and enjoying the views because it was so convenient. The main reason for this review is Tia Young, Event Planning Manager. Working with her was an absolute pleasure
Floor-to-ceiling windows provide everyone with an exceptional view of the massive open-air waterfall from the Japanese Garden. Typical rooms are based on the Hyatt product. Clean, modernized and well maintained
My guest had already asked her for information about future events they would be hosting and I was happy to share. Five stars is not enough for Tia and the Grand Hyatt staff. These are truly wonderful people!
We had a king suite on the 17th floor and it was wonderful. The room was clean, smelled fresh when we walked in, had a great view, and the bed was very comfortable. I needed all this after the dance evening

Being able to access the sauna and whirlpool was the cherry on top of the day. It wasn’t cheap, but completely worth it. I often feel tired and groggy coming out of a massage, but i really felt rested and energized
The shopping nearby was luxurious and returning to the elegantly appointed room was a nice way to end the day. Who knew you could have such a great weekend in the city!
The rooms are just lovely and spacious. The balcony we had was just looking at the building next door, but it was on the highest level we could get without getting into the residence levels of the building
” I was nervous i was going to come out smelling like a Bath & Body Works candle but that was definitely not the case (I would suggest rebranding that service???). The two-hour treatment was pure heaven
