The hotel was quiet and very well staffed. The entering of the hotel says luxury when you walk in
Come, let me regale you with the tale of my stay at this unconventional luxury establishment. Located in the heart of Atlanta, the Ritz Carlton boasts a central position that beckons weary travelers with promises of convenience and accessibility. Alas, as I arrived, as I ventured into the room, the scent of adventure mingled with an unexpected aroma of smoke. Ah, yes, the lingering essence of smoky...
I went for a wedding and reception, so stayed only one night. The service is exceptional, firstly, from arrival to check out. Stellar. I ordered a burger very late one night after the reception and the burger and fries were delicious. The venue the events we were in were also beautiful. The hotel is older but very we maintained despite it's age. I would go back for sure. I didn't take any pictures...
Make sure to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. They compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you won't be disappointed. This hotel has always been a home away from home for me! The staff always provides excellent...
My wife and I recently stayed here for a week and the service and hospitality were beyond expectation. The valet parking of $55 a day seems really steep when you consider you should be tipping somewhere when retrieving your vehicle. The room we had was nice, but definitely nothing luxurious in my opinion except the bathroom. We stayed on the club level and I have to say hats off to the entire staff...
This was my first time booking a Ritz Carlton because I got a really great deal from a business rate. I ended up booking two rooms because I had family with me. The rooms are very standard with not a lot of fancy appeal like you'd expect from one of the more luxurious brand hotels. The bathroom felt pretty old. The staff was friendly and accommodating and would try to meet all of your needs. They have...

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean with comfy beds and an awesome view of downtown Atlanta skyline. The room does not offer refrigerator and microwave which I found very odd. The room also does not have electric safe. Breakfast is moderate and had variety of fruits, and hot items. There were very limited variety of cereals and all items were repetitive every day, it cost $18 for...
The best hotel I’ve ever been too, I loved that there was 15$ parking behind it which had a hallway connected leading to the lobby. The view was amazing and the room was even better. There was an ice machine right on my floor so I didn’t walk far after a late night.
the hotel was very nice and as expected. What made the experience 5 stars was the friendly and attentive staff, especially MARSHA who works at the front desk. She went far above and beyond the norm in helping our elderly parents this morning. Mom had an appointment at Emory, and Dad was feeling weak and unsteady. Marsha welcomed him into the lobby and kept an eye on him so that Mom could keep her...
This is a beautiful place. Our room was very nice The View was wonderful. There was shopping within walking distance. The front desk was very accommodating and very friendly. The the valet parking was excellent and the man that helped with our luggage was very fast and very good. The only trouble we had was the maid service putting stuff in our room or bringing stuff that they forgot. I would have...
I do not know who designed the parking lot and entrance and exits but they should probably have a special level of purgatory reserved for them. Even now with some thought, these could probably be streamlined. Do not park here for Ponce City Market because they actually have spotters with telescopes on the top of that building and we'll send somebody down to boot your car. The stores are of decent quality...
Nice room and ideally located. You have Marta météo station half a block away. The hotel is right between midtown and downtown. Basically to place where things happen. It is also walking distance to the aquarium and all the tourist stuff around. The breakfast wasn't great so I actually prefer have a breakfast outside. Friendly staff, specially Lakisha... Hi there
Didn't feel clean, bathroom door couldn't close, cockroaches in bathroom, really bad traffic noise Reception on arrival was good, leaving we were ignored while all three reception staff tried to help one guest. Room service tried to get into our room at 8.30 am.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, ambience is amazing, staff are lovely 😍.
Spot hero parking $6 per day! Killer deal in a safe area. Must use the deal online. Highly recommended! They provide shuttles every 15 minutes to the airport. Valet staff is very friendly and informative about parking policies. Will use this service again.
Had a flight change so stayed at this hotel. The hotel looks super nice inside. Beds are comfortable and most importantly, the pillows are awesome!!! There's self-parking for a fee and breakfast for a fee. There's a gym but I didn't visit. Room has good lighting. The best part of the room is that there are a whole row of outlets on the nightstand next to the bed! Very considerate design. Would recommand
I stayed in this hotel for one night when I had an overnight stopover in Atlanta. The shuttle to and from the hotel is very convenient and runs every 15 minutes. The hotel itself is nice and large. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are large enough, and check in was a breeze. There is both a bar and a restaurant downstairs. I went to the bar for dinner and waited way too long to get served. Loved the hotel but did not appreciate the valet scratching/scuffing my brand new car on the passenger front. Usually I do a walk around when leaving but I did not notice the scuff until I left the location. Gratefully, I was able to get the scuff mark out. Outside of that mistake, the room & the hotel was amazing.
Hotel had a cool vibe, but if you’re not interested in walking through a busy nightclub of a lobby carrying your luggage it may not be for you. Staff was very friendly. It may as well be attached to Mercedes Benz stadium, so if you’re going to an even it would be convenient.. the neighborhood around it is a bit sketchy. Room was modern, but some of the features like lights and built I. USB chargers...
Great hotel, everything was modern and clean. Staff were friendly. Check in was quick, smelled really good in the lobby. Appreciated the steamer in the room. The only negative thing is the room didn’t have a mini fridge or a microwave which helps with kids. Great location if you have an event at the Mercedes Stadium
My family and I went to the Reverb Hard rock Hotel because we had a concert in Atlanta, when we arrived there we were taken care by Fab at the front desk, Fab was fantastic, very kind with us, she showed us the best way to visit different places in the city, and she gave us the most beautiful room with a great view, for that reason we stayed in the hotel more days than we had planned. And if that wasn...
+ Cool innovative hotel with super friendly, helpful staff. Kids loved the Roadie Room We loved the view. Great value when there is no event going on in the arenas across the street (except for parking which is expensive at an extra charge) Self-service concept - It's clean, but not maintained in detail as I would expect from a 4* hotel. E.g. torn carpet and cabinets, missing power cables that...

I wasn’t impressed with my stay. When I arrived to the hotel it was very noisy on my floor. My room wasn’t cleaned throughly. For example: there was a blue substance on the electrical plug in the bathroom. I had Clorox wipes and spray. So, I just wiped it off. I had requested items to be in my room via the app. When I arrived none of the items were there I had to call the front desk to receive them...
Lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms were nice and uniquely decorated. Food was great. Awesome location in West midtown. The only hiccup is that we got a suit with a "pullout couch" and it was more like a very firm wide couch that was not very comfortable to sleep on at all. Also the AC was super cold and wouldn't turn off, so our room was like 66 degrees. The kids ended up sleeping in the bed with...
This is a lovely hotel and my favorite place to stay when I visit Atlanta. There's candy in jars by the elevators on each floor, which is a whimsical touch I love. I stayed in a suite last time, and the luxurious touches - from the sitting tub to the blackest blackout curtains - clearly had thought put into them.
My overall experience was a little less than awesome. This not all the way their fault. So far this year I have been to Atlanta 5 times and each hotel when we stay had something happen to their onsite restaurant and it is out of commission the time we are here. Or it has construction. I was really hoping with this one being a newer hotel that we would not have this but we did😢. No restaurant. They...
My husband & I celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary and his 52nd birthday at the Bellyard - Interlock. Talk about an awe-inspiring time!! We’re 1st timers so we had a slight culture shock when we exited the elevator to the hotel lobby. It was bustling! The hotel lobby is a shared space with the Draw Bar. It’s very spacious with beautiful decor and lots of areas to kickback & lounge. Oh, the food...

Location is downtown Atlanta nearby other hotels and restaurants. 15-20 min drive from the airport with little traffic. Hotel is huge and has plenty of space for a conference. My King (Murphy bed) room was very spacious, included a full living room (2 sofas) open to sleeping area, kitchenette and dressing room, large desk with chair and another space to seat 3 people in case you want to have people...
Hotel itself is great, sublime architecture and all. Staff was kind but I had four minor issues: 1. Elevator seemed to work sporadically. At times I couldn't go to my floor and have to take another elevator. 2. Out of five days they forgot to clean room and fill towel for two days. 3. The water pressure in the shower is almost a drip. 4. There's seemingly a minor rumble that happens sporadically that...
I just attended an SBDC convention there and had to share my amazing experience. I was there for 7 days and experienced all that goes with attending a convention as well as using various services. Any time I ran into housekeeping or maintenance in the hallways they were beyond friendly...
This was one of our nicest hotel stays ever. The interior atrium and lobby area is just stunning. Valet parking was a breeze. We were upgraded to a room on the top floor with a gorgeous skyline view. We did mobile check in, which was fine - except we still needed a physical key to get into the pool area, so we had to wait in a long...
really beautiful, good service, nice clean spacious rooms
What a literally fantastic hotel to be in. It's like a character all onto itself, when you're in the atrium, be it on any of the lower floors looking up, the middle floors amidst the sea of levels above or below, to the highest heights where your views out to Atlanta grow spectacular, and down through the entire interior of the hotel are certainly too much to take in on a glance. As a bride-to-be, my maid of honor booked a room at The W for a boudoir photo shoot as a wedding gift for my husband-to-be, with her taking the photos herself. The room was absolutely perfect! The customer service was outstanding. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The in room minibar was an added bonus since a lot of hotels don’t stock them anymore. Chose Midtown location based on other reviews but found the area around the hotel very quiet and nothing to do/no places to eat which was disappointing (Feb 2022). Alright, so first let me start off by saying that this was the best hotel BY FAR that I have stayed in Atlanta. Misa at the front desk was awesome! The hotel room was nice and clean. The breakfast really good. The valet service was amazing as well. The hotel was located near everything we wanted to do! The only downside to the stay was the lack of wash cloths and no access to the pool. Other than that, it was awesome! Would stay there again!
All the front desk staff were very accommodating and kind. Best customer service I've encountered in quite some time. Hotel is not located by very many stores or restaurants but the Atlantic Station is only a mile walk(if that). The hotel bar closed at 2:30ish (which was awesome!) and they made great drinks! Nice lounge area. Only negative - Cleanliness of the rooms was extremely poor! The cleaning...

FYI, I am answering for my son, for whom i reserved the room. I did not ask him about the room, but mentioned to me that the room was really nice and also mentioned how clean it was.
Staff was super friendly, hotel was clean rooms were also very clean and spacious. I didn’t do much other than sleep and leave for work. There seems to be a pretty popular bar area. You can hear the planes fly over but I live on an Air Force base for 10 years so the planes didn’t bother me at all.
good situation to the airport, very good size rooms, all good
100% would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in the area. Eric was amazing! He helped us not have to sleep in our car after another hotel that we had already made reservations for 2 weeks prior turned us down at 8:00 PM. After a long drive we were wanting to rest before having to be at the airport very early the next morning and Eric made that happen for us. He said “you’re here now,...
Our flight was canceled and we were not in the best moods. When we arrived Aryan greeted us and let us vent. He had a kind and compassionate personality that made it so we could not help but be in better spirits. That’s a huge value for a business, especially these days. Our room was beautiful and clean and a perfect place to unwind from a very long and issue filled day. We will book at Radisson again
This was an amazing hotel! The room was very clean and luxurious - definitely bang for the buck. The cocktails at the restaurant were so nice!! Shoutout to Mr. Aryan at the front desk - felt very welcomed by him... man should be given a promotion! Will definitely stay here again :)

My recent stay at the Marriott was truly exceptional. The rooms were immaculate and incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day exploring Atlanta. I like the location. Easy access to the interstate.
This hotel is not quite up to typical Marriott standards. For instance, the valves in my shower made it very hard to get the water temperature to adjust adequately and the flapper in the toilet constantly needed adjusting to keep water from flowing continuously. I did not receive room service on first night. These are details that are usually looked after at a Marriott. Nevertheless, the price was...

Now a comfort inn, the front desk staff were excellent and the rate was reasonable, but the facility needs a makeover. The rooms were dated, but clean. I think some previous reviews were referring to the hotel before the name changed, because there's really nothing to complain about here. My wife and I arrived very late at check in and the desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. The hot breakfast was very good. The location was great for us as well. The room was very clean and we liked having a refrigerator in the room.
Room was good but had funny smell to it. Front desk two ladies are ok. They did not answer my questions, so need to improve customer service. Breakfast served in ready to go brown bag, which is easy and convenient .
This hotel is very nice. Jarvis checked us in with a huge small and a giant positive attitude. We didn't use any hotel amenities but our room was very nice. Rooms nice enough, if a little outdated. I'm still here as of writing. Biggest complaints: Mini fridge doesn't really work all that well. Location is clean and essential if you are working near the area. Although there is construction, parking is not limited. The only issue I had is with a Ms. Elizabeth during my stay. Being able to see all the floor because it was enclosed in glass as you're going up, or you're going down is just traumatic. 2 of the elevators are located...
I stayed here on business recently. Service here was quick and friendly, food at the market place was convenient and good. The gym was also very nice and clean. My issues are with the parking and with the room. The shower couldn’t get very hot at all, there was a lot of visible dust everywhere, and the bathroom was very cramped. Parking was ridiculously expensive ranging from $27-35 daily for self...
I was very satisfied with this hotel. It’s older but been renovated, and very chic inside. The service in every department was outstanding!! The Valet gentleman gave me local recommendations to eat. The front desk were helpful throughout my stay, and checked on me each day by text. The cafe was well stocked with a wide variety of options for food, snacks and drinks, and the staff were all so attentive...
Everything was about what I expected from a downtown Atlanta Hilton other than two things: The bathrooms are nicely redone within the past few years but the layout seems weird with a very small counter and the shower head is oddly off to one side and low. Maybe we were in a handicap room but even if that was the case it would have still been weird. The bigger shocker was the event going on the same...
The hotel is in a good location. Attractions like Coca-Cola and the Aquarium are within walking distance. The room is pretty good and clean, with a great view from the window. The buffet could be improved; it had very few options. Room service is quite good. However, the service at the reception could be improved; there is room for improvement in the behavior of the reception staff. The laundry...
Great location in downtown, comfortable rooms and the staff were great.

Great Hotel. Friendly staff, very clean. Best beds of any hotel! Free breakfast. And...free shuttle anywhere within 3 miles!
Not a 5 star hotel by any means, but reasonably clean and the breakfast in a bag was great. A little more attention to detail and it would be a solid 4 stars. As it is, I would still recommend staying if you're in Buckhead or Atlanta on business.
Great place to stay! Staff is super friendly. Rooms are clean and amenities are cool. Pool looks great and it’s not even open yet. Not too far from the Buckhead MARTA station. Shuttle is available till 10pm. Good food/drinks within walking distance.
Stayed here to see a concert at the Buckhead Theater. Very friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was on point. The location was also great. It's really close to multiple restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
We LOVE this place and won't stay anywhere else in Atlanta. The whole place is clean!! I can be picky about hotels and feel very uncomfortable there but this felt like home. The people are friendly and efficient. The breakfast has so many options and even fresh berries and fruit! The shuttle is free and takes you anywhere within 3 mi. And the bed are so comfy!
The shower was odd; we never could figure out how to adjust the temperature correctly: it was either icy, lukewarm, or boiling hot. Also, the elevators were slow. Other than that, we thought the hotel was great! It's very nicely designed, the rooms are lovely, the bed was very comfy, and they had a really good complimentary breakfast. If we have to go back to Atlanta, we'll definitely consider...
