Love this place. Everything was perfect. I loved the bar in the lobby. The staff was perfect. I can only say personally that the sightseeing elevators on both ends of the bank of elevators was designed by a demon. I HATED getting on those elevators. Being able to see all the floor because it was enclosed in glass as you're going up, or you're going down is just traumatic. 2 of the elevators are located...
I stayed here on business recently. Service here was quick and friendly, food at the market place was convenient and good. The gym was also very nice and clean. My issues are with the parking and with the room. The shower couldn’t get very hot at all, there was a lot of visible dust everywhere, and the bathroom was very cramped. Parking was ridiculously expensive ranging from $27-35 daily for self...
I was very satisfied with this hotel. It’s older but been renovated, and very chic inside. The service in every department was outstanding!! The Valet gentleman gave me local recommendations to eat. The front desk were helpful throughout my stay, and checked on me each day by text. The cafe was well stocked with a wide variety of options for food, snacks and drinks, and the staff were all so attentive...
Everything was about what I expected from a downtown Atlanta Hilton other than two things: The bathrooms are nicely redone within the past few years but the layout seems weird with a very small counter and the shower head is oddly off to one side and low. Maybe we were in a handicap room but even if that was the case it would have still been weird. The bigger shocker was the event going on the same...
The hotel is in a good location. Attractions like Coca-Cola and the Aquarium are within walking distance. The room is pretty good and clean, with a great view from the window. The buffet could be improved; it had very few options. Room service is quite good. However, the service at the reception could be improved; there is room for improvement in the behavior of the reception staff. The laundry...
Great location in downtown, comfortable rooms and the staff were great.

Loved the hotel but did not appreciate the valet scratching/scuffing my brand new car on the passenger front. Usually I do a walk around when leaving but I did not notice the scuff until I left the location. Gratefully, I was able to get the scuff mark out. Outside of that mistake, the room & the hotel was amazing.
Hotel had a cool vibe, but if you’re not interested in walking through a busy nightclub of a lobby carrying your luggage it may not be for you. Staff was very friendly. It may as well be attached to Mercedes Benz stadium, so if you’re going to an even it would be convenient.. the neighborhood around it is a bit sketchy. Room was modern, but some of the features like lights and built I. USB chargers...
Great hotel, everything was modern and clean. Staff were friendly. Check in was quick, smelled really good in the lobby. Appreciated the steamer in the room. The only negative thing is the room didn’t have a mini fridge or a microwave which helps with kids. Great location if you have an event at the Mercedes Stadium
My family and I went to the Reverb Hard rock Hotel because we had a concert in Atlanta, when we arrived there we were taken care by Fab at the front desk, Fab was fantastic, very kind with us, she showed us the best way to visit different places in the city, and she gave us the most beautiful room with a great view, for that reason we stayed in the hotel more days than we had planned. And if that wasn...
+ Cool innovative hotel with super friendly, helpful staff. Kids loved the Roadie Room We loved the view. Great value when there is no event going on in the arenas across the street (except for parking which is expensive at an extra charge) Self-service concept - It's clean, but not maintained in detail as I would expect from a 4* hotel. E.g. torn carpet and cabinets, missing power cables that...
I loved the vibe of the hotel. We walked in and was greeted by a lovely atmosphere with music playing.

I wasn’t impressed with my stay. When I arrived to the hotel it was very noisy on my floor. My room wasn’t cleaned throughly. For example: there was a blue substance on the electrical plug in the bathroom. I had Clorox wipes and spray. So, I just wiped it off. I had requested items to be in my room via the app. When I arrived none of the items were there I had to call the front desk to receive them...
Lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms were nice and uniquely decorated. Food was great. Awesome location in West midtown. The only hiccup is that we got a suit with a "pullout couch" and it was more like a very firm wide couch that was not very comfortable to sleep on at all. Also the AC was super cold and wouldn't turn off, so our room was like 66 degrees. The kids ended up sleeping in the bed with...
This is a lovely hotel and my favorite place to stay when I visit Atlanta. There's candy in jars by the elevators on each floor, which is a whimsical touch I love. I stayed in a suite last time, and the luxurious touches - from the sitting tub to the blackest blackout curtains - clearly had thought put into them.
My overall experience was a little less than awesome. This not all the way their fault. So far this year I have been to Atlanta 5 times and each hotel when we stay had something happen to their onsite restaurant and it is out of commission the time we are here. Or it has construction. I was really hoping with this one being a newer hotel that we would not have this but we did😢. No restaurant. They...
My husband & I celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary and his 52nd birthday at the Bellyard - Interlock. Talk about an awe-inspiring time!! We’re 1st timers so we had a slight culture shock when we exited the elevator to the hotel lobby. It was bustling! The hotel lobby is a shared space with the Draw Bar. It’s very spacious with beautiful decor and lots of areas to kickback & lounge. Oh, the food...

Really enjoyed my stay here. Clean rooms and really well appointed Staff was great and enjoyed food and drinks at both bars Fitness room was great and had everything I was looking for Will definitely return here and highly recommend
As a bride-to-be, my maid of honor booked a room at The W for a boudoir photo shoot as a wedding gift for my husband-to-be, with her taking the photos herself. The room was absolutely perfect! It featured floor-to-ceiling windows that filled the space with stunning natural light, a luxurious bathtub that added a romantic touch, and a beautiful bathroom that made every photo feel elegant and upscale...
The customer service was outstanding. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The in room minibar was an added bonus since a lot of hotels don’t stock them anymore. We walked to the aquarium and to a couple restaurants for lunch, so the location was very convenient. We ate breakfast at the onsite restaurant, Local Motives, both mornings we were there. The food was incredibly fresh and tasty. I would...
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the W Atlanta and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check in process was seamless and I was able to quickly get to my room. Staff was super well trained and they were focus on custoner service, everyone from front desk, restaurant, cleaning services. Well done. Location was also great.
Kenyetta at the front desk really took care of me and my family. Very helpful in what the hotel had to offer.. My wife and I had stayed before but we brought our kids and they loved it. The pool in the morning was perfect for the kids who loved the atmosphere on the rooftop. The staff was also on site. We have stayed in many hotels in Atlanta, this is our number 1.

Location is downtown Atlanta nearby other hotels and restaurants. 15-20 min drive from the airport with little traffic. Hotel is huge and has plenty of space for a conference. My King (Murphy bed) room was very spacious, included a full living room (2 sofas) open to sleeping area, kitchenette and dressing room, large desk with chair and another space to seat 3 people in case you want to have people...
Hotel itself is great, sublime architecture and all. Staff was kind but I had four minor issues: 1. Elevator seemed to work sporadically. At times I couldn't go to my floor and have to take another elevator. 2. Out of five days they forgot to clean room and fill towel for two days. 3. The water pressure in the shower is almost a drip. 4. There's seemingly a minor rumble that happens sporadically that...
I just attended an SBDC convention there and had to share my amazing experience. I was there for 7 days and experienced all that goes with attending a convention as well as using various services. Any time I ran into housekeeping or maintenance in the hallways they were beyond friendly...
This was one of our nicest hotel stays ever. The interior atrium and lobby area is just stunning. Valet parking was a breeze. We were upgraded to a room on the top floor with a gorgeous skyline view. The room was impeccably clean, well furnished and very comfortable. We did mobile check in, which was fine - except we still needed a physical key to get into the pool area, so we had to wait in a long...
really beautiful, good service, nice clean spacious rooms
What a literally fantastic hotel to be in. It's like a character all onto itself, when you're in the atrium, be it on any of the lower floors looking up, the middle floors amidst the sea of levels above or below, to the highest heights where your views out to Atlanta grow spectacular, and down through the entire interior of the hotel are certainly too much to take in on a glance. The front desk staff was lovely! The Marta station was very close.
Clean rooms, great pool and bar area. I liked the pool wasn’t crowded on a completely booked Saturday and it was a nice place to relax after stocking up on drinks from the bar that was within shouting distance. We were able to check in early and parking isn’t too expensive for the area.
Very nice hotel with all the amenities. Clean rooms with stunning views, and close proximity to Midtown. Highly recommend staying here when in town.
Great Midtown location, walkable to many restaurants and cafes. Starbucks just down the street for a quick breakfast. Easy parking next to the hotel. Friendly staff, decent sized room. Walking distance to beautiful Piedmont Park. Very good stay.
The hotel was very modern, clean and the front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating! My only issue was with the bathroom. It looks nice but not very practical. Just turning on the water was a puzzle then the pressure was very weak. For 350$ a night I’d like to take a good shower. The shower gel bottle was completely empty. Nowhere to prop your leg inside the shower when shaving or washing...

The hotel is in a nice location. Everything is in a great distance. The staff at the front desk is very nice. They let use do early check in so we can rest before we go to our dinner reservations. The staffs are very nice. Breakfast is okay. My kids like it. The beds are comfy 😄. The location is very nice. Everything is in walking distance. We had a great pizza just around the corner. I enjoyed to stay here.
Loved my experience at this location walking distance from the Georgia Aquarium which is right across the street. Many awesome tourist attractions and eateries also within walking distance. All staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating and the room was gorgeous! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hotel while in town or just for a place on their stay cation!
I’m a clean freak so little things keep me from giving this place 5 stars however it is a pretty clean space. Nice people working here. Valet men were always very kind. Great location if you’re looking to take in a Braves game. Easy walk to the stadium. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. I travel a fair amount and try to stay at Marriott properties exclusively. The staff here were phenomenal. Very nice and welcoming. I’ll be back because of the staff alone.
My recent stay at the Marriott was truly exceptional. The rooms were immaculate and incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day exploring Atlanta. If you plan to attend a. Braves game, I can think of no better place to stay. The room is big, the bed is comfy, and the close proximity to The Battery make it a convenient property to stay at. The staff and the management are nothing but helpful, and are always ready to assist you with anything. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.
Isaiah checked me in at the front desk and he was so pleasant and friendly, answered every question I had for him with a smile. Our room was spacious and clean. The AC was cold. Fitness center very well equipped and spacious!! Would 100% stay here again.
Best location for us to walk to Braves game. Room was a little pricey but overall worth it.
This location is an absolute gem solely based on their staff and customer service. Exceptional. Every single encounter with them was very pleasant. Now a comfort inn, the front desk staff were excellent and the rate was reasonable, but the facility needs a makeover. The rooms were dated, but clean. The bed had scratchy sheets but again clean as was the bathroom. Overall, if looking for a clean, quiet place to layover in Atlanta at a value price, think about comfort inn.
I think some previous reviews were referring to the hotel before the name changed, because there's really nothing to complain about here. The rooms are all updated: flat screen tv, new fixtures, even nice bed headboards and a built-in desk. They are spacious rooms and bathrooms, entirely clean and well-kept. Obviously, the location is the star, but safe parking outside of legendary Atlanta traffic...

This hotel is amazing! We stay at the one in Jacksonville from time to time also. The rooms are always clean, the beds comfy, and the staff are awesome. Besides all the the normal reasons to like this hotel the rooms are just kind of cool to stay in. Even the "standard" rooms are designed in a way to not feel like a cookie cutter hotel room.
I loved my stay at this hotel. The warm color indigo throughout the hotel was a treat because the specfic colors of indigo used were my favorite colors. Ok- great hotel. Harvard and Main in the lobby is good, too (pricey). Hotel van from the airport not so good; in fact, take a cab. The hotel claims the van runs on a schedule picking up at the airport at:15/:45. We only stayed here for 2 nights but they were great. Great view from our top floor room and also got a quiet room on request. The only less pleasant part was when we tried to go down to the lobby bar and the waitress was very smart and rude. Otherwise a lovely stay and would definitely stay at this hotel in the future.
I always love being here! I can't think of anything wrong with this place. Great service. Very nice decor, clean rooms and professional staff. It is also centrally located and close to many places to hang out, eat and see.
The location is perfect. I didn't realize it, but the train from the airport stops very close to the hotel. The Polaris restaurant is a A MUST SEE. Great location, nice rooms and friendly staff. I've stayed here twice now and would come back again. The lounge downstairs is larger than your average Courtyard so you can sit privately and conduct business without disturbing others. Super friendly staff. Nice rooms. Please fix how slow the elevator is though. I've had a nice stay though. Coffee in the room is good too.
Stay at Courtyard Marriott was mostly good. I liked the room, bed and the Marketplace. Room had very good heating as well as cooling. The staff was courteous and I didn't have any problem. Things which I didn't like: Room didn't have water bottle. Even fitness center didn't have water bottles. There was a water fountain near fitness center. The elevator was very old and outdated. Friendly and helpful staff in a great location. Beds are comfortable and the high ceilings in the rooms make them feel larger. The long, narrow shower is a little odd, but the water temperature is heavenly. The only bad part is the "rotten egg" methane smell when you first turn it on. The only other negative was the vending machines which had expired beverages. The hotel staff quickly replaced them...
Upon arrival we were pleased to see there was a little space to drop off some luggage and people, and able to run in and check in. I had a great time. I turned 70 and my daughter took me there. The room was great except there were no trash bags, but we improvised. I have a suggestion that perhaps you could get wheelchairs to accommodate some of the disabled visitors that could be rented while they are there. But overall I'll give you a 5 and come back.
We had a pleasant stay here! I booked online and the check in process with Anthony was so pleasant and memorable! I would return immediately after the service he provided upon check-in. Our view was simply amazing. The rooms are a little dated, but not bad at all! They have restaurants in the hotel and a coffee shop! I would definitely stay here again!
They had a bar/restaurant in the south wing of this hotel. I just wish the service was as nice as the facility. Our food took over an hour to get to us. The waitress never asked if we wanted anything to drink and didn't refill the cups with water until they were empty within 20 minutes. The food was good as soon as you got it. Even the beer took forever.
Some truly great lobby and bar areas, they are connected to a food court and to shopping. The hotel itself was grand, the rooms where not as much. I would have loved to have more comfortable sleeping arrangements. They are very hospitable thought and I would highly suggest to give them a try
Hotel itself was conveniently located to many downtown activities including easy transportation to the airport via Marta. Room I stayed in however was slightly dated with cracks in the crown moulding and a smoke detector which was hanging by it's wires for the entirety of my stay. Evening activities inside the hotel were lively and the lounge areas nicely kept.
Was here as part of a business conference. The hotel runs like a well-oiled machine, with the staff and meeting rooms prepared extremely quickly. Hotel location is prime! Staff were very friendly and helpful. No concierge service, bar not open until later in the afternoon and restaurant does not offer a lounge. Some perks could be added to make this property even more desirable.
This hotel is awfully expensive given that it's showing signs of wear and tear. The layout is very neat, so every room has full-length windows to see the city. We were on the 35 floor. The decor of the hotel is quite lovely. Everything speaks of quiet luxury and very little detracts from that main theme.
Very well kept hotel. Good for older people in town for business, it’s traditional and comfortable, yet nothing extraordinary. The indoor pool is enjoyable for exercising or refreshing in the morning but not as fun as an outdoor pool. The bar has good ambiance at night. Parking is not free.

I love the lounge and restaurant. And I love the pool. It’s indoor outdoor and quiet. And the gym is stay of the art with peloton and lifestyle machines that offer classes if you have AirPods. It’s big enough to really have your own space. The Rooms are fine. Nothing special but clean.
Staff very friendly, Hotel overall looks nice and is clean. Not so great experience with the room. I've stayed in a $60/ night Motel before and was more satisfied. Bed was awful, tossed and turned all night every night and had back pain so bad I had to take Tylenol. Outlet by coffee pot didn't work, the body wash bottle was broke off the shower wall, and there is no microwave in the room. Also...
I was here with my friend for a class reunion September 14th. We spent the night, the room was in her name. The Bistro bar was very busy and very understaffed. A couple of new employees doing their best. Service was sub par due the fact they were new and overwhelmed. Drinks were good, food good. Our room was supposed to be 2 queen beds, they were full size. The parking??? Astronomical! I was told to...
i booked the wrong day and the front desk change it with no extra cost most appreciated.
Most everything about this hotel is great except for one thing. Staff is super friendly, rooms are very nice, and there’s a Starbucks/restaurant, BUT both times I’ve stayed here I’ve been in a connecting room and the walls are SO thin. You can literally hear the people in the other rooms ENTIRE conversation as if you’re in the same room. So hopefully the people in the room next to you go to bed the...

Here for 2 nights. It's not bad. I do see where this place needs improvement. I like that the pool stay open til 10pm and it's heated. The staff is very friendly. Parking overnight is $35 and Valet is $45. Don't like that the parking deck is not secured they should change it and only let those who are staying have access. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars, it is downtown in a great area to walk...
Our family stayed during the first week of December for an aquarium trip. Hotel has parking garage on site for a fee but definitely needed (in any city). Breakfast is hot, but simple and the same daily which takes place in a dining room with service. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and a nice change of pace from the Philly area : ) The ambience and lighting of the saline-pool area was...
The hotel itself is very nice inside and seemingly secure however it is in a bit of a rough area. The room was clean and the pool and gym are both very nice, however it doesn’t inform you upon online check out when booking that parking is $35 a night, and when I checked in I was not asked for identification... anyone could have gone into my room.
Nice hotel clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Bed feels like they put a sheet on plywood.
Good hotel. Nice bar on 3rd floor. Friendly staff. Convenient for downtown access

Nice rooms. Great for conventions or events. No microwave in room but there is one on each floor. Breakfast is not included but there are several options for purchasing. Great in hotel bar. While the big open center area is cool, the noise is generates can be heard in rooms. Shuttle service to and from local places within 3 miles is provided.
I have now stayed at the hotel twice and it has been a pleasure both times. The rooms are nice and well kept. The staff is very nice and helpful. The bar on site has a large selection of whiskey and burbons, which is much better than most. If you are looking for a nice place that is close to a lot, including the Braves stadium, this is it.
The room i booked had a pretty decent view and was a nice size for the price. The breakfast supplied in the morning was definitely top notch and a wide buffet style selection. the restaurant and bad in the main lobby had fair pricing for what was offered. The hotel is located in a very nice area with a lot of different stores/restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again
The location is very convenient to 285 & 75. It needs a tiny bit of updating in the common area, mostly the carpet. The down escalator didn't work. Everything else in the hotel was very nice. My room was a king, on the end. It was lovely. The bed was wonderful. I didn't want to leave it after a 15 hour work day in the galleria. I highly recommend.
