Difficult to find parking 😒
I definitely enjoyed my stay. Room service was on point, room was super clean, front desk was nice.
Nice staying in Atlanta. We have a great show exhibition there.
Service at this location is always top tier. Enjoyed sear after dark on NYE.
Great location. Helpdesk service was excellent.the food i ordered wasn't good.
Location is downtown Atlanta nearby other hotels and restaurants. 15-20 min drive from the airport with little traffic. Hotel is huge and has plenty of space for a conference. My King (Murphy bed) room was very spacious, included a full living room (2 sofas) open to sleeping area, kitchenette and dressing room, large desk with chair and another space to seat 3 people in case you want to have people...

I enjoyed my stay here while visiting for a show at Mercedes Benz Stadium.
The hotel is safe and in a good location close to the aquarium. There is a restaurant open until late and the breakfast is also good
The room is a bit small. You have to park opposite. Others are OK.
First of all, the room service was impeccable. Qiana (floor 20) needs a raise because no matter what she’s earning, she’s worth her weight in gold. She is respectful, and obviously cares about her guests personally. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Also, we were treated like royalty by all we met. The bed wasn’t so great I slept on the day bed as it was more comfortable. The lobby is beautiful and the history...
Magnificent, the room has a terrace, and the outdoor swimming pool is big enough 🏊♂️
Stayed here for several nights as part of a work conference. One of the best hotels for these type of events. Great facilities, great food, great service. Several in-house restaurant options - the Marketplace in particular was great for really good food options on the go. Fast elevators to the various rooms.on the 22 floors in the main tower. Rooms were largely quiet, although even from the 19th floor...

Convenient location for access to downtown and to travel outside city limits but facilities are quite old without proper repairing. Staff was kind but still somewhat behind comparing with other Hilton sites. Valet system is not well being operated.
Stayed here for Beyonce Cowboy Carter Tour and they did an amazing job even had decor and music dedicated to the event for us beyhive to enjoy .
Good reception, professional service  Room as clean as always Breakfast reception was not as too pleasant n not fast enough
The only negative thing I would say is that the parking situation was a little confusing. Apparently, the parking garage is not owned by the hotel, and if you don't go to the counter to have them add the fees to your room card, you have to pay to both get in AND out. This was later brought to our attention at the front desk after we had difficulty getting out (the parking assistant was no help). She...

Great hotel, location and everything
I really liked the hotel's location, room size, price range, and view. It was a good place to stay for the price. It felt a bit old, but I liked the place. If I go to Atlanta again, I would definitely stay there again.
Visited for a birthday weekend. Had a fabulous time. Close to resturants and bars. The room was clean and had a great view. No problems, the staff was friendly and answered all requests. Parking is challenging, even when you're using the valet parking, pack your patience.
Hotel location is prime! Staff were very friendly and helpful. No concierge service, bar not open until later in the afternoon and restaurant does not offer a lounge. Some perks could be added to make this property even more desirable.
This hotel is awfully expensive given that it's showing signs of wear and tear. The layout is very neat, so every room has full-length windows to see the city. We were on the 35 floor. Parking is SO EXPENSIVE! $45/day!!! The hallway carpet is coming up and is threadbare in front of our room. The hallways were very dark. The mirror in the bathroom was broken, as was the soap dish. The chair at the desk...

Here for 2 nights. It's not bad. I do see where this place needs improvement. I like that the pool stay open til 10pm and it's heated. The staff is very friendly. Parking overnight is $35 and Valet is $45. Don't like that the parking deck is not secured they should change it and only let those who are staying have access. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars, it is downtown in a great area to walk...
Our family stayed during the first week of December for an aquarium trip. Hotel has parking garage on site for a fee but definitely needed (in any city). Breakfast is hot, but simple and the same daily which takes place in a dining room with service. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and a nice change of pace from the Philly area : ) The ambience and lighting of the saline-pool area was...
The hotel itself is very nice inside and seemingly secure however it is in a bit of a rough area. The room was clean and the pool and gym are both very nice, however it doesn’t inform you upon online check out when booking that parking is $35 a night, and when I checked in I was not asked for identification... anyone could have gone into my room.
Nice hotel clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Bed feels like they put a sheet on plywood.
Good hotel. Nice bar on 3rd floor. Friendly staff. Convenient for downtown access
Good location, right off the interstate. Lots of parking decks across the street. The location is walking distance to most attractions in downtown. The staff was very courteous. Every member said hello or welcome. Shout-out the valet team, they worked hard and were very accommodating when needing to park for a few minutes.

Poorest Marriott I have been in. Had to change the room three times due to noise and broken equipment issue and instead of getting an apology from the staff we were told to not come again asking to change the room. Rooms itself very poor quality.
Hotel location is great with provided shuttle bus. Just be sure you know which Marriott airport hotel you are going.
The hotel environment is quite good and it is very close to the airport. It should be noted that there are two Marriott hotels near the airport, and the one at home is a little far away, so don't go the wrong way. The shuttle bus operates 24 hours a day, and it runs every 15 minutes in the morning. Because we were going to take a flight to Florida before checking in, we left our luggage at the hotel...
Clean and sanitary, the front desk is very professional and friendly It seems that you have to pay for breakfast, although it is included in the room rate Distance from the airport. It takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi from the international arrival terminal. I don't know how to get to the domestic terminal
I missed my Delta flight to Phoenix due to a Mechanical problem and Delta put me up in this Marriott. It's a great location. The Front Desk was so nice to give me a Toothbrush. Check In was fast. The room was nice and everything was pretty clean except the Shower. I stayed in room 732 , maybe Housekeeping could take care of this. Other than that I had a good night sleep and a great Dinner. I love the lounge and restaurant. And I love the pool. It’s indoor outdoor and quiet. And the gym is stay of the art with peloton and lifestyle machines that offer classes if you have AirPods. It’s big enough to really have your own space. The Rooms are fine. Nothing special but clean.

Stayed here for my bday weekend since everything I was doing was near by and I loved this hotel. Def would come back.
I had a pleasant staycation, would return again :)
Booked a night here only for the beignet, and it’s been removed from the menu. I also had people in the next room blasting music at 3:30am. I called security to report it, they never came had to get up and go down stairs and ask again and finally security came up to quite the guest.

Luxurious decoration, quiet, excellent location
The location is good, and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the aquarium. The hotel recognized the Marriott membership number and upgraded to a suite. The design is mediocre, but considering the price, it is not a big problem.
The decoration style is similar to that of the Ritz-Carlton in China, the old money style, but the bathroom has no door and water is all over the floor.
The shower gel is very fragrant and the service is very good It’s also very close to some attractions
The hotel was quiet and very well staffed. The entering of the hotel says luxury when you walk in
Compared with the domestic Ritz-Carlton, the gap is relatively large

Excellent hotel for our business trip. The room size and amenities are prefect! Location is good as it is easy to go around.
Beware of in room dining, they will take forever and charge you a delivery fee to bring it up to your room
I enjoyed my stay at Loews. Glad the room was clean and it was very comfortable especially for the short stay. I would stay here again.
Service in bar was marginal. Bartender very cocky. Couldn’t recommend a simple beer and made comments about patrons being drunk. Well don’t serve them then! Show some responsible service.
The people at the hotel were all very nice. That does not happen all of the time. The hotel clearly trains its people to be attentive to the needs of the guests. That makes the stay very pleasant.
Had an overall great stay. Great central location. Top notch front of house staff. Option to valet or to self park in the garage next door at a reduced rate. Clean comfortable room. The only area for improvement is lack of consistency from housekeeping. Would still highly recommend.

The check in process was slow and there always was a line at reception. Elevators are also incredibly slow and have long lines. The towels in the room had holes in them and one was actually dirty / stained. The location is the saving grace of the hotel.
No hair dryer, no iron, lights in bathroom sink area not working. Old, musty smell. Needs to be updated and cleaned up!!! They ask how your room is, you tell them and NOTHING is done about it.
It’s a cute place, but the hotel left us with a lot of confusion because they said they had some things, like free parking, but it wasn’t. It was actually $36 per day. The room didn’t have a fridge either
Good location with convenient transportation. Simple Breakfast, mediocre service.
The location is simple superb, located just right in the middle of two MATRA stations and stone throw away from major attractions in the city and walking distance to famous restaurants and markets, making your stay so convenient.

The facilities are very good. The shower room is not a bathtub, which makes it more convenient to get in and out. After returning the car, it is very close to the free light rail from the airport. The sound insulation is very good and you can't hear the noise of the plane and light rail. The bedding is comfortable. Highly recommended.
Nice clean hotel, friendly staff
Stayed here because we were going to a convention on Saturday morning. If you don’t have room service breakfast there is only Starbucks open in this hotel. The line is extremely long. It’s clean, slept ok, just found it quite expensive for what they offer. There’s no in room microwave so Starbucks is our only choice.
One of the best airport hotels near Hartsfield-Jackson (and apparently the convention center) After an event at the Fox Theater and an early next day morning flight we decided to stay close to the airport. First time at this hotel but will definitely say again. The Self Park was easy to use and worth the $45 for the overnight( husband flying out I was sleeping in). Room was clean & bed was comfortable...
Room was a bit smaller than I anticipated. Booked a king room with balcony but due to construction, I was put into a double bed standard unit. Bummer. Stuffy and a bit claustrophobic but had a nice view of the airport plane traffic. Surprisingly quiet even though the airport was close. All employees were super nice & helpful (especially the valets).
This hotel is really great! The room is clean and comfortable, the bedding is soft, and the facilities are complete. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the location is also very convenient, and there are all kinds of food and shopping around. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great! Super cost-effective, highly recommended, I will come again next time!

I booked in advance on Ctrip and got a bargain. The price was surprisingly cheap.
The room was pretty good. We booked a room on a high floor and the view from the window was pretty good. The hotel is close to Lenox Square, so it is convenient for dining and shopping around.
It's great and the waiters are also very nice. There is a big shopping mall opposite. The only drawback is that there is no breakfast! You can only have a simple meal at the Italian breakfast shop on the street behind the hotel.
There is no breakfast in the hotel, but there is a small cafe on the first floor. The Palm restaurant in the lobby has a good appetite and is worth recommending. There is a large shopping mall around, which is convenient for shopping.
The hotel is located in a bustling business district, and parking fees are very expensive. Self-parking is $45/day and valet parking is $55/day. I felt that the hotel management was in disarray. At 8:20 in the morning, the staff opened the door with the room card for cleaning. Fortunately, we locked the door and couldn't get in, but it woke us up. After a long day of work, didn't feel like going back out. Figured I would try the on site restaurant. Letty was amazing. She knew the menu and was able to suggest items and was very friendly and efficient. Never had an empty drink cup and even offered a Togo drink. One of the best waitress I've ever had. Will be back again for sure.
We stayed for one evening and ate dinner in the restaurant. Letty was our server and did a wonderful job! She got our food and beverages quickly and we had a lovely experience. Our room clearly wasn't vacuumed before we arrived is the only negative thing I'd say.

Very attentive staff. Took care of everything. Checked in regularly to see how we were doing. Good neighborhood and access to everything we wanted to do. The valet, Jermaine, was terrific and made us feel at home.
Perfect location. This hotel is the old Candler hotel. You don’t find them like this anymore: marble, staircases and beautiful wood carving in the elevator. Rooms are clean and contemporary. Staff is friendly and always there to assist with anything that you need during your stay in Atlanta. This is where I always stay when I am visiting the city
What a gem of a hotel! It was beautiful, clean with extrememly friendly staff. The restuarant was amazing and all the amenities were great. Will stay again.

In Atlanta for a show at the Fox. The room was great and had a fantastic view. The Element has the top floors of the building sharing the lower levels of the building with the Courtyard. It was nice to have the view the upper floor had. Walking distance to the Fox was great and the downstairs bar was a great late night option for a bite and a drink.

This is probably the 'oldest' Four Seasons hotel I've ever been to...The hotel definitely needs to invest in replacing the furniture and room equipment. It's all very worn, as if from a previous era. But they have a good spa area.
Everyone we encountered during our brief stay was lovely. Thank you all for making our family -- especially our two rescue pugs -- feel like royalty! Beautiful property enhanced only by its terrific people.
We love the hotel. Amazing, friendly staff, great rooms and we love the gym, spa and pool. Both restaurants are excellent.
The stay was a 10 out of 10! The Margot Bar has the best burger I’ve ever had!!
Excellent service and responsiveness. Efficient app for interfacing with staff and making requests. Spacious well kept room, tasteful decor.
