Atlanta, 265 Peachtree Center Avenue 🧭 Map
I just attended an SBDC convention there and had to share my amazing experience. I was there for 7 days and experienced all that goes with attending a convention as well as using various services
We did mobile check in, which was fine - except we still needed a physical key to get into the pool area, so we had to wait in a long line at the front desk in our bathing suits which was not fun, although the desk staff were perfectly pleasant and helpful
The reason I didn’t give 5 stars for the room was that the bathroom floor had not been cleaned any my room (241) had an ugly and dirty concrete wall outside my window so no view
Great location. Helpdesk service was excellent.the food i ordered wasn't good.
Service at this location is always top tier. Enjoyed sear after dark on NYE.
Nice staying in Atlanta. We have a great show exhibition there.

The only bad thing was the room was a handicap shower so there was no barrier on the floor to keep the water in the shower, so after my shower the entire bathroom had half an inch of water in it which didn't completely drain overnight because the water didn't flow towards the drain in the center of the room
I enjoyed my stay here while visiting for a show at Mercedes Benz Stadium.
The lobby is beautiful and the history of the hotel is fun The location is going downhill. I was afraid to leave the hotel without my husband and I have zero problem in any other large city
Several in-house restaurant options - the Marketplace in particular was great for really good food options on the go. Fast elevators to the various rooms. on the 22 floors in the main tower
Stayed here for several nights as part of a work conference. One of the best hotels for these type of events. Great facilities, great food, great service
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Also, we were treated like royalty by all we met. The bed wasn’t so great I slept on the day bed as it was more comfortable

Stayed here for Beyonce Cowboy Carter Tour and they did an amazing job even had decor and music dedicated to the event for us beyhive to enjoy .
I'm not sure if the guy doing the check-in forgot or what, but perhaps it should be more clear on the app/website or a sign on the counter pointing this information out. That way, I wouldn't have spent an extra $30
Apparently, the parking garage is not owned by the hotel, and if you don't go to the counter to have them add the fees to your room card, you have to pay to both get in AND out
I understand it was a busy weekend because a concert was in town, but I feel like that information should be more readily available and obvious for people
This was later brought to our attention at the front desk after we had difficulty getting out (the parking assistant was no help)
Good reception, professional service  Room as clean as always Breakfast reception was not as too pleasant n not fast enough

I really liked the hotel's location, room size, price range, and view. It was a good place to stay for the price. It felt a bit old, but I liked the place. If I go to Atlanta again, I would definitely stay there again.
Visited for a birthday weekend. The room was clean and had a great view. No problems, the staff was friendly and answered all requests
Parking is challenging, even when you're using the valet parking, pack your patience
I wasn't in the room much and didn't bother trying to change rooms so that's on me. I'm sure if I let them know, it would have been handled. Other than that, it was quite comfortable and the service was very good
Beautiful view from the 45th floor staff was friendly and offered a late checkout
Great hotel, location and everything

Shout-out the valet team, they worked hard and were very accommodating when needing to park for a few minutes
Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and a nice change of pace from the Philly area : ) The ambience and lighting of the saline-pool area was really fun for the kids! One night while swimming it started sprinkling rain and it gently cam through the split- roof open above the pool and made it an interesting experience for us all
Good location, right off the interstate. Lots of parking decks across the street. The location is walking distance to most attractions in downtown. Every member said hello or welcome
Our family stayed during the first week of December for an aquarium trip. Hotel has parking garage on site for a fee but definitely needed (in any city)
Breakfast is hot, but simple and the same daily which takes place in a dining room with service
The room was clean and the pool and gym are both very nice, however it doesn’t inform you upon online check out when booking that parking is $35 a night, and when I checked in I was not asked for identification

The decoration style is similar to that of the Ritz-Carlton in China, the old money style, but the bathroom has no door and water is all over the floor.
The shower gel is very fragrant and the service is very good It’s also very close to some attractions
The design is mediocre, but considering the price, it is not a big problem
One of the nicest hotels to stay at for the holidays! I loved every minute of our stay. The staff are amazing. Along with that the rooms are perfect. One of my favorite Marriott properties.
Luxurious decoration, quiet, excellent location
The location is good, and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the aquarium. The hotel recognized the Marriott membership number and upgraded to a suite

Great location if you are trying to catch a baseball game. It was also a nice that everything I needed to get to was near by. Only downside was that the hotel was under renovation when I was there
I only gave 4 stars because the bathtub wasn't as clean as I thought it should have been. Other than that every was fine. The staff was very friendly and took care of all our needs
Clean room, decent service. Not very modern or extravagant. The shuttle driver's we're the best part!! They're awesome. They also do not pick up from the airport.
Hotel was nice and clean. Also very quite and accommodating. The front desk people were great. Only complaint is no complimentary breakfast.
Also the walls are a little thin. I had some neighbors who were not very considerate
I definitely would recommend for anyone staying in the Downtown area

Great location! It is central to Coca Cola museum and college football museum.
The location of the hotel is very good. In the city center, the aquarium and the Coca-Cola Museum are very close. There are restaurants, ice cream, and everything around
All staff weee do friendly couldn’t fault this place from the fresh hit breakfast to the free evening reception! Splitting hairs but the only 2 slight criticisms are the music on pool deck is too loud & public atrium too cold!! Apart from that everything was wonderful - def the best choice in downtown Atlanta
I booked a park city view room, you can see Atlanta's Ferris wheel🎡, the Olympic Park is opposite, the hotel is surrounded by the attractions check-in area, the Coca-Cola Company Museum, Atlanta's largest aquarium, and CNN are all within a 5-minute walk of the hotel
We we're a family of six, so room felt small but manageable. The access to everything was convenient. Only a block away from the Aquarium , so it was in walking distance. You won't need to use your vehicle hardly ever
Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. Bedroom is separate from living room. The bathroom is average size. There is a Ruth Chris Steakhouse on premise. Free happy hour & cook to order breakfast included withroom

If it looks as good as our room it will be amazing. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Atlanta. Walking distance to the aquarium, Centennial Park and so many other things
The American Hotel Atlanta Downtown is a very nice hotel. Renee and Joy went over and above to make our stay perfect. We will definitely return!!
Clean and spacious hotel, plus my room had two big bottles of water for free! However you’d have to pay $59. 90(tax inclusive) for overnight parking which is too pricey if you ask me
Also, room services was at my door at 8am to ask the time I’ll be leaving whilst check out starts at 11am (hotel needs to check that)
In the center of all things downtown and was easily accessible to the festival I attended. Really good staff as well
Our server was very understanding wrapped up my son's meal and was able to put our order to go so we could bring it upstairs and put my son to bed. The lobby and restaurant I will be going through a bit more renovation

Very attentive staff. Took care of everything. Checked in regularly to see how we were doing. Good neighborhood and access to everything we wanted to do. The valet, Jermaine, was terrific and made us feel at home.
We had a wonderful experience at The Candler. Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of downtown. We were checking in right as a big group was as well, but the front desk kept things moving in a very efficient manner
Nice hotel, convenient location, many restaurants around, and the taste is quite good, the price is not expensive. The valet parking service is very serious and considerate,,,,
Liked the staff and central downtown location. Enjoyed the restaurant on site. The building is old and quirkiness was to be expected. Would stay here again
It was a good experience up until we were checking out but the bells man was wonderful and the car service was easy. Very clean pulled the sheets back befor climbing in bed and it was so clean not even a slight stain
This hotel is the old Candler hotel. You don’t find them like this anymore: marble, staircases and beautiful wood carving in the elevator. Rooms are clean and contemporary

We were here for a show, so the hotel could have been overwhelmed, but they accommodated our bags after checkout and offered us conference room space if we needed it for a short stint
INCREDIBLE SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY! Never had better actually! The kitchen management Sonja and Kim were exceptional as well as the front desk clerks and even down to Peter the maintenance man
The front desk reception was nothing short of amazing. We had a king suite for a room which was very spacious and clean. The room was comfortable and I would absolutely stay again
I don’t often review hotels (even though I travel 50-60% of the time and see many), but this one stuck out for many reasons. The front desk was beyond kind and accommodating, with a great sense of humor
The hotel is conveniently located near Centennial Park. Upon arrival valet was prompt and patient while unloading our car. They even helped get a luggage cart and off load bags
My friends and I just went for drinks and it was truly a great experience. The lobby and the hotel as a whole are very fancy and a nice place to hang out

The room was absolutely perfect! It featured floor-to-ceiling windows that filled the space with stunning natural light, a luxurious bathtub that added a romantic touch, and a beautiful bathroom that made every photo feel elegant and upscale
The floor to ceiling glass windows were my favorite giving you the perfect city views! The beds were super comfy which made me never want to get out of bed:) Room service/whatever, whenever service were awesome! The lobby was beautiful! It had a very hip, unique vibe! Not your boring hotel attire for sure, I loved it!! I recommend coming to the W Atlanta and I hope to be back again myself!!! :)
Clean rooms and really well appointed Staff was great and enjoyed food and drinks at both bars Fitness room was great and had everything I was looking for Will definitely return here and highly recommend
The customer service was outstanding. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The in room minibar was an added bonus since a lot of hotels don’t stock them anymore
We walked to the aquarium and to a couple restaurants for lunch, so the location was very convenient. We ate breakfast at the onsite restaurant, Local Motives, both mornings we were there
As a bride-to-be, my maid of honor booked a room at The W for a boudoir photo shoot as a wedding gift for my husband-to-be, with her taking the photos herself

It may as well be attached to Mercedes Benz stadium, so if you’re going to an even it would be convenient. the neighborhood around it is a bit sketchy. Room was modern, but some of the features like lights and built I
Hotel had a cool vibe, but if you’re not interested in walking through a busy nightclub of a lobby carrying your luggage it may not be for you
And if that wasn’t enough we received a very nice card from Fab and the hotel with a quite and lovely farewell. I recommend this hotel 100%, thanks to Fab, Allan and the Manager for all your wonderful hospitality!
Gratefully, I was able to get the scuff mark out. Outside of that mistake, the room & the hotel was amazing
My family and I went to the Reverb Hard rock Hotel because we had a concert in Atlanta, when we arrived there we were taken care by Fab at the front desk, Fab was fantastic, very kind with us, she showed us the best way to visit different places in the city, and she gave us the most beautiful room with a great view, for that reason we stayed in the hotel more days than we had planned
One of the crew, Unique, was VERY helpful and friendly through the whole process. It's interesting to see the downstairs turn into basically a club/bar scene and the upstairs lounge a very sophisticated bar lounge

Very secure as you need a key to access elevator. Staff was super friendly ( I stayed 01-27-18 - 01-28-18) , as well as valet. Definitely worth the valet charge! The girls at the front when I checked out were super nice
The hotel is conveniently located for walking. There is parking, but we did not use it. I would add breakfast, but it is ok anyway)
I left my chapstick in the room and the lady who was cleaning was nice enough to call the front desk and let them know before I left
This hotel is absolutely amazing! The service is beyond Great! The staff and location is 100%
Good service and good location.
Oh and the breakfast is super! I have been to this location once a year for the past three years for business purposes! And Sylvester is a great waiter!!

I was on a business trip to Atlanta for an exhibition. This hotel is probably the cheapest one near the exhibition hall. The breakfast is not rich but filling, and the breakfast style changes slightly every day
Some comments say that the front desk has a bad attitude, but I don't know how to communicate, and I didn't encounter this situation. This hotel can be said to be the first choice for low-cost business travel
The sanitary conditions are OK, and it takes only 7 or 8 minutes to walk to the exhibition hall
Ghetto guests allowed to say the worst cuss words and talk any way they want to loudly in front of other guests and Children. I finally had to say something to this one girl
The first day the French toast sticks were stuck together and half cooked. Charging $15 for that is insane!! I will say the Breakfast attendants are sweet and helpful
The Breakfast is pitiful, sausage sitting in a pan full of grease, I know sausage is greasy, but I’ve never seen it served sitting in a pan full of greased

Nice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff
I am beyond grateful to have had the chance to meet such a superstar! KAY at the front desk is the bomb! And I was not provoked at all to write this!!! She deserves a raise and I will definitely be back, short of the power of Kay! Thank you for your kindness, and thank you for making my birthday special! Hope you are here on my next visit!
The rooms are amazing and spacious! I had a weird customer service experience on my first night with a woman who lied about an engineer coming to my room when I waited an hour and no one came to find out that they didn't have any engineers on staff to help with my issue at all
The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service
After an 8 hour car ride with four children (one of whom was 18 months old) I was very upset. All the hotels were fully booked. To my surprise, the manager Rachel exceeded all expectations
She moved my room due to technical issues, helped move our luggage to our new room, confirmed the room was ok before the move, and REFUSED the tip I so desperately wanted her to have

The bed is beyond comfortable! Nice bar downstairs and above on the top floor! Also has a full service food venue as well. Great little gem right downtown!
I went solely for Sky Lounge which is the bar at the top of the hotel. If you are looking for good pics of the city from a bird's eye view. this is it! The drinks were decents but I'm not a big drink
The room is what I expected for the price and area. I like that it's not a large chain. The character with this hotel is pretty cool
Hotel is located right across the street from Olympic park so tons of places to see and eat nearby

The gentleman at the front desk the other nights was so friendly as well. It was nice to have someone greet me so warmly after a long day of work as I passed through the lobby
Easily within walking distance for where we went. Some reviews said staff were bad, not for me. When I come back to Atlanta, I'll be staying here
Frint desk staff was rude at first. A few unexpected fees like parking. The elevator is slow and outdated. Could use some updates
Just needed a room quick overnight between points A & B night staff friendly and room was as expected.
Had a great stay in Atlanta, central location and nice staff.
There was couple fighting all night until 3 am couldn’t sleep they were hitting each other in the hallways cursing at each other it was just disturbing. The staff did not do anything to stop it

at first, I was a little skeptical bc of the reviews, but it ended up being a really nice hotel! not to mention, the hospitality was great! its a little outdated but everything was clean, beds were soft, & the breakfast was a good 7
They even gave us our same room for next year! What great service! Shout out to all the employees who were hardworking and friendly, making us feel so welcome! Everyone from the manager to the housekeeping, from the front desk folks to the folks who served the breakfast, even the maintenance guy- everyone just was so friendly, and made us feel welcome! We loved them all! made us feel like family...
We always try to stay in a Comfort Inn whenever we go somewhere, but it's not always feasible. So we were delighted when we discovered this one so close to our yearly event in Atlanta
We come to Atlanta every year, and we have stayed in different hotels each time. From now on it will be this one. Can't say enough good things about it
5/10! it has everything you need so no need for a fancy hotel. in terms of the location, it was close to a lot of popular areas downtown!
And it exceeded expectations! Already made reservations for next year's event
