2 of the elevators are located on the outside of the building, so that when you get onto them, you can see the skyline as you're going up and it is horrifying
Very beautiful and comfortable stay! There was plenty of parking in their garage (under the building and on another street, which took a bit to figure out) and the staff was helpful and friendly
I can only say personally that the sightseeing elevators on both ends of the bank of elevators was designed by a demon. I HATED getting on those elevators
Being able to see all the floor because it was enclosed in glass as you're going up, or you're going down is just traumatic
Lots of options for food and entertainment. No view, but a good sized, clean, well maintained room. I only have three minor gripes
I am quite sure that some people think it is beautiful and romantic but not for me. Thank you for a wonderful vacation

My family and I went to the Reverb Hard rock Hotel because we had a concert in Atlanta, when we arrived there we were taken care by Fab at the front desk, Fab was fantastic, very kind with us, she showed us the best way to visit different places in the city, and she gave us the most beautiful room with a great view, for that reason we stayed in the hotel more days than we had planned
And if that wasn’t enough we received a very nice card from Fab and the hotel with a quite and lovely farewell. I recommend this hotel 100%, thanks to Fab, Allan and the Manager for all your wonderful hospitality!
One of the crew, Unique, was VERY helpful and friendly through the whole process. It's interesting to see the downstairs turn into basically a club/bar scene and the upstairs lounge a very sophisticated bar lounge
I feel that we cant take away from the staff that does an amazing job at the hotel due to the personal views of a different aspect. My only real issue was the parking. I was not impressed by the parking at all
This hotel was one of the best hotels Ive stayed in. Like amazing! Not one problem with the staff at all. They were friendly, gave suggestions on things to do, just superb service
Designed in a very modern style. We had some problems with booking but was solved quickly. It did take some time to check in but that was the only mark that I can think of

The room was absolutely perfect! It featured floor-to-ceiling windows that filled the space with stunning natural light, a luxurious bathtub that added a romantic touch, and a beautiful bathroom that made every photo feel elegant and upscale
The floor to ceiling glass windows were my favorite giving you the perfect city views! The beds were super comfy which made me never want to get out of bed:) Room service/whatever, whenever service were awesome! The lobby was beautiful! It had a very hip, unique vibe! Not your boring hotel attire for sure, I loved it!! I recommend coming to the W Atlanta and I hope to be back again myself!!! :)
Clean rooms and really well appointed Staff was great and enjoyed food and drinks at both bars Fitness room was great and had everything I was looking for Will definitely return here and highly recommend
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the W Atlanta and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive
The check in process was seamless and I was able to quickly get to my room. The decor was modern and elegant and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The dining options were exceptional
As a bride-to-be, my maid of honor booked a room at The W for a boudoir photo shoot as a wedding gift for my husband-to-be, with her taking the photos herself

If you've got the chance, just sit on the loft before Pulse bar, and take a moment to lean back in a chair and marvel at the building above you
Location is downtown Atlanta nearby other hotels and restaurants. 15-20 min drive from the airport with little traffic. Hotel is huge and has plenty of space for a conference
My King (Murphy bed) room was very spacious, included a full living room (2 sofas) open to sleeping area, kitchenette and dressing room, large desk with chair and another space to seat 3 people in case you want to have people over
Some dishes were not replenished often enough at meals, though there were over 1000 people at the conference so I get that is a huge crowd to keep up with. They seemed to run out of popular dishes before mealtime ended
We didn't have much time to explore the city, but walked to some restaurants within 2 blocks or so and there was usually people walking to/from hotels as well as some people panhandling
Not sure if that is their policy but I was fine with that. We attended a conference where the breakfast and lunch was provided and several items ran out quickly

An awesome surprise! Everything was really clean, at one point they ran out of towels. If you are traveling for the first time since the pandemic, be aware that the free breakfast isn't what it used to be
It's no longer a free for all with scrambled eggs, biscuits, etc. They have hot and cold eats, with everything bring individually wrapped. All in all, I would stay here again in a heart beat
Stayed three nights here recently and our family greatly enjoyed our time here. Originally booked a queen bed with a pull out bed on the couch
Was nervous about this for my 14 year old son but that's all the availability they had when I booked. Upon checking in we were upgraded to 2 queen beds and a top floor (11) room. Room had a great city view too
Great location, support friendly staff, evening was clean
Right across from the aquarium making the location perfect for us because that was the reason for our visit. However everywhere we went to eat, the commute was no more than 10-15 and that’s with Atlanta’s crazy traffic

First of all, the room service was impeccable. Qiana (floor 20) needs a raise because no matter what she’s earning, she’s worth her weight in gold. She is respectful, and obviously cares about her guests personally
The lobby is beautiful and the history of the hotel is fun The location is going downhill. I was afraid to leave the hotel without my husband and I have zero problem in any other large city
Stayed here for several nights as part of a work conference. One of the best hotels for these type of events. Great facilities, great food, great service
Several in-house restaurant options - the Marketplace in particular was great for really good food options on the go. Fast elevators to the various rooms. on the 22 floors in the main tower
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Also, we were treated like royalty by all we met. The bed wasn’t so great I slept on the day bed as it was more comfortable
The only less pleasant part was when we tried to go down to the lobby bar and the waitress was very smart and rude. Otherwise a lovely stay and would definitely stay at this hotel in the future

It's nearby to everything downtown, including the Westin which has an awesome rooftop bar you should check out. Worth noting that there is only 1 washer and dryer so if you have a load, do it early it really late
The rooms are well appointed but I'll note that an Elite member I've only gotten the best rooms on the top floor so I don't know how others are
Super friendly staff. Nice rooms. Please fix how slow the elevator is though. I've had a nice stay though. Coffee in the room is good too.
Even though I work for Marriott at a different property, it was such a relief to be treated as I treat my guests. My "Staycation" was that much better because of the exceptional service
Great location, nice rooms and friendly staff. I've stayed here twice now and would come back again
Things which I didn't like: Room didn't have water bottle. Even fitness center didn't have water bottles. There was a water fountain near fitness center. The elevator was very old and outdated

We always try to stay in a Comfort Inn whenever we go somewhere, but it's not always feasible. So we were delighted when we discovered this one so close to our yearly event in Atlanta
They even gave us our same room for next year! What great service! Shout out to all the employees who were hardworking and friendly, making us feel so welcome! Everyone from the manager to the housekeeping, from the front desk folks to the folks who served the breakfast, even the maintenance guy- everyone just was so friendly, and made us feel welcome! We loved them all! made us feel like family...
We come to Atlanta every year, and we have stayed in different hotels each time. From now on it will be this one. Can't say enough good things about it
And it exceeded expectations! Already made reservations for next year's event
A very comfortable overnight stay at Atlanta - we had twin queen beds! The breakfast spread was sufficient but not elaborate. Location was convenient, not too far away from downtown
It was a nice evening at the hotel. The staff was really great and the room was quite nice. You could tell the hotel had some age to it but it was well maintained.

We had a pleasant stay here! I booked online and the check in process with Anthony was so pleasant and memorable! I would return immediately after the service he provided upon check-in
The waitress never asked if we wanted anything to drink and didn't refill the cups with water until they were empty within 20 minutes. The food was good as soon as you got it
They had a bar/restaurant in the south wing of this hotel. I just wish the service was as nice as the facility. Our food took over an hour to get to us
The rooms are a little dated, but not bad at all! They have restaurants in the hotel and a coffee shop! I would definitely stay here again!
Some truly great lobby and bar areas, they are connected to a food court and to shopping. The hotel itself was grand, the rooms where not as much. I would have loved to have more comfortable sleeping arrangements
Room I stayed in however was slightly dated with cracks in the crown moulding and a smoke detector which was hanging by it's wires for the entirety of my stay

I wasn't in the room much and didn't bother trying to change rooms so that's on me. I'm sure if I let them know, it would have been handled. Other than that, it was quite comfortable and the service was very good
Visited for a birthday weekend. The room was clean and had a great view. No problems, the staff was friendly and answered all requests
Parking is challenging, even when you're using the valet parking, pack your patience
The chair at the desk was vegan leather, but it was cracked and had seen better days. They did not provide garbage removal or housekeeping on the second day of our stay
Parking is SO EXPENSIVE! $45/day!!! The hallway carpet is coming up and is threadbare in front of our room. The mirror in the bathroom was broken, as was the soap dish
Instead of having a book showing room service options, you have to scan a qr code. It's just too much inconvenience for the $250/night. The restaurant on top is EXTREMELY expensive

Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and a nice change of pace from the Philly area : ) The ambience and lighting of the saline-pool area was really fun for the kids! One night while swimming it started sprinkling rain and it gently cam through the split- roof open above the pool and made it an interesting experience for us all
Our family stayed during the first week of December for an aquarium trip. Hotel has parking garage on site for a fee but definitely needed (in any city)
Breakfast is hot, but simple and the same daily which takes place in a dining room with service
The room was clean and the pool and gym are both very nice, however it doesn’t inform you upon online check out when booking that parking is $35 a night, and when I checked in I was not asked for identification
Don't like that the parking deck is not secured they should change it and only let those who are staying have access. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars, it is downtown in a great area to walk and explore
I do see where this place needs improvement. I like that the pool stay open til 10pm and it's heated. Parking overnight is $35 and Valet is $45

Atlanta, 181 Peachtree Street Northeast 🧭 Map
Located in the heart of Atlanta, the Ritz Carlton boasts a central position that beckons weary travelers with promises of convenience and accessibility
From the housekeeping brigade's impressive ability to disappear into thin air, rendering fresh towels an elusive treasure, to the concierge's uncanny talent for recommending the most obscure and underwhelming local attractions, the Ritz Carlton Atlanta proved to be a haven for the unexpected
It was an olfactory adventure that left me yearning for fresher air and a faint longing for my trusty nostril plugs. Alas, the substandard service continued to unfold its theatrical acts throughout my stay
Just steps away from Atlanta's vibrant city life, it serves as a reminder that even within the confines of peculiar hospitality, the world outside awaits with its own grand adventures
Alas, as I arrived, as I ventured into the room, the scent of adventure mingled with an unexpected aroma of smoke. Ah, yes, the lingering essence of smoky surprises
Yet, amidst the chaos, one cannot overlook the hotel's prime location—a gleaming ray of hope amidst the comedic mishaps

Althea, Victoria, Crystal, James, to name a few. It was every person we encountered. Is this an Atlanta thing? A Southern Hospitality thing? I don’t know but it was so appreciated. The hotel is historical and stunning
We had a wonderful experience at The Candler. Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of downtown. We were checking in right as a big group was as well, but the front desk kept things moving in a very efficient manner
Our family was here for the funeral service of my father in law and we received the most thoughtful bouquet of flowers from the hotel staff and I was shocked and surprised by this thoughtful and kind gesture
Clean and spacious rooms in a very safe and beautiful area of downtown Atlanta. The prices are reasonable and affordable. I would recommend this hotel and I would not stay anywhere else
It is obvious they have a positive culture at this hotel because EVERY staff member we have encountered are happy and seem like they truly love their jobs and are happy to serve
If you ever visit The Candler hotel definitely ask for Jerome at the concierge desk, he will make you feel like royalty. Thank you Jerome for making my birthday so special

Thomas came out of the hotel to my rescue.   He placed himself between the person and me. He told him to leave me alone right then or he was calling the police. Some more words were exchanged but the man walked away
They deserve more than 5 stars for the excellent quality they demonstrated EVERY day of our stay! From group bookings with Rachel to working with the staff throughout our stay, our trip was flawless and they catered to our every need
The gentleman asked me for a smoke and then money, every time stepping closer to me. I would take one step back and he would take two steps closer. He reached a point where he was right on top of me quite close
" We've been staying here on our 3-5 trips per year ever since! When you're away from home and want to stay somewhere you can feel safe, stay at this location ❤ Make sure you say hello to Mr
We also needed a meeting room so our 20 students and 13 adults could meet every day. In support of what we do with our foundation, they provided us with "The Gallery" for free
Thomas made me feel safe in a situation which I felt helpless in. He even said, "No honey you finish your cigarette and I'll stay right here with you

Great service, excellent hotel, nice Zen garden, and in an incredibly central location to all things downtown ATL! Book it! You’ll be glad you did!
Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, very well located. The rooms are modern and pleasing. I actually fell in love with the bathroom door (picture shared). They have a bar area and breakfast offering, for a cost
The ENTIRE hotel (from the outside to the lobby, the meditation & zen garden, the restaurant & lounge areas & everything in between) was sparkling clean. No detail was overlooked in this amazing 'home away from home'
Loved our stay in this hotel! The rooms are chic and incredibly comfortable. We had one minor issue which we reported to be front desk, and they were incredibly proactive
Loved this stylish room with a bungalow feel right in the middle of the city. The sliding glass door to the bathroom was super chic. Nice tile detail in the shower

We we're a family of six, so room felt small but manageable. The access to everything was convenient. Only a block away from the Aquarium , so it was in walking distance. You won't need to use your vehicle hardly ever
Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. Bedroom is separate from living room. The bathroom is average size. There is a Ruth Chris Steakhouse on premise. Free happy hour & cook to order breakfast included withroom
View from room of Centennial Olympic Park & CNN World Headquarters were beautiful. Both of them, the Aquarium & College Football Hall of Fame are all within walking distance
The Ruth's Chris breakfast was awesome too. It was right up my alley for a breakfast. The rooms were clean and they were also large. Plenty of room for all of your things
I recommend unlimited valet parking it makes it easier. We had problems with the shower but they sent someone right up to fix it

Very secure as you need a key to access elevator. Staff was super friendly ( I stayed 01-27-18 - 01-28-18) , as well as valet. Definitely worth the valet charge! The girls at the front when I checked out were super nice
Oh and the breakfast is super! I have been to this location once a year for the past three years for business purposes! And Sylvester is a great waiter!!
I love this hotel! The staff here is wonderful! Everyone is so pleasant. Starting with the front desk Tanner Damali and Nicole were the BEST! Just all smiles! I also enjoyed room service with bishop! He made my morning

They tried to give me a worse room than the one I booked. The room I ended up getting had sheets as the comforter. I actually thought the hotel and staff were pretty good overall. The staff were really friendly
We were able to get a renovated room which looked nice, was comfortable and had an awesome view from the balcony of Centennial Park and the Ferris Wheel. Closet was small which was the only draw back
The guy handed me a drink voucher even though my flight ordeal had nothing to do with him. The hotel gives you 2 complimentary bottles of water, not to mention the cookie lol. My room is super nice and spacious and clean
Our server was very understanding wrapped up my son's meal and was able to put our order to go so we could bring it upstairs and put my son to bed. The lobby and restaurant I will be going through a bit more renovation
Went to the hotel bar later and the bartender , Ashley was amazing. The hotel is close to quite a few things so you could just walk around. I woulf definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Atlanta
Staying here has been an amazing. My flight was delayed for 7 hours. Instead of getting in at 9am like I had planned, I got in at 4:30pm. The people at the front desk were awesome

Nice indoor pool, especially for kiddos. Big outdoor pool is open seasonally. Within easy walking distance to all downtown attractions. Next door to aquarium and park
Very clean rooms with comfy pillows and bed. Front desk staff were very courteous and helpful
Perfect if you want to go to the aquarium. Rooms are alright. Good if your looking for a jetted tub for an Atlanta staycation. If you get breakfast free don't miss the French toast!
The safe wouldn't open after we placed our passports inside but security was there in a flash and installed a new safe and returned our passports

I was planning on spending nights in the room watching movies we had brought, having some mother-daughter time, but apparently new TVs had been installed so we couldn't plug up a DVD player
That was very upsetting since it was one reason I chose the facility. But they sent an engineer up to the room VERY quickly who tried so hard to get it to work. There were also issues with Netflix so we settled for cable
By the time they had gotten our luggage inside the lobby, we were checked in. Checking in was so easy! They were so nice and made everything so simple
We had dinner reservations in other areas of Atlanta and I was amazed at how easy it was to get to and from everywhere. We're already making plans to return and I would stay here every time we visit the area!
Beautiful views of the city. Newly renovated floors on some Residences floors. Great concierge services and friendly staff.
Our stay was amazing! The moment we parked the car, I felt like everyone that worked there wanted us to feel at home. The valet helped my daughter unload the car and made sure we got inside
