Atlanta Marriott Marquis, Atlanta1 / 37

Atlanta, 265 Peachtree Center Avenue 🧭 Map
I just attended an SBDC convention there and had to share my amazing experience. I was there for 7 days and experienced all that goes with attending a convention as well as using various services
The front desk staff was so fun, engaging and welcoming. Any time I had a question they answered it quickly and fully
Some dishes were not replenished often enough at meals, though there were over 1000 people at the conference so I get that is a huge crowd to keep up with. They seemed to run out of popular dishes before mealtime ended
We did mobile check in, which was fine - except we still needed a physical key to get into the pool area, so we had to wait in a long line at the front desk in our bathing suits which was not fun, although the desk staff were perfectly pleasant and helpful
The reason I didn’t give 5 stars for the room was that the bathroom floor had not been cleaned any my room (241) had an ugly and dirty concrete wall outside my window so no view
There was a wardrobe in the entry space as well as coat hangers on the wall. Several floor length mirrors for checking your outfits before going out. My room was not tidied/bed made while I was there 3 nights

First of all, the room service was impeccable. Qiana (floor 20) needs a raise because no matter what she’s earning, she’s worth her weight in gold. She is respectful, and obviously cares about her guests personally
The lobby is beautiful and the history of the hotel is fun The location is going downhill. I was afraid to leave the hotel without my husband and I have zero problem in any other large city
Stayed here for several nights as part of a work conference. One of the best hotels for these type of events. Great facilities, great food, great service
Several in-house restaurant options - the Marketplace in particular was great for really good food options on the go. Fast elevators to the various rooms. on the 22 floors in the main tower
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Also, we were treated like royalty by all we met. The bed wasn’t so great I slept on the day bed as it was more comfortable
The only less pleasant part was when we tried to go down to the lobby bar and the waitress was very smart and rude. Otherwise a lovely stay and would definitely stay at this hotel in the future

2 of the elevators are located on the outside of the building, so that when you get onto them, you can see the skyline as you're going up and it is horrifying
The rooms were a decent size, they were clean and tidy when I arrived. When I had problems with service, the staff responded quickly and went above and beyond with their professionalism and courtesy
I can only say personally that the sightseeing elevators on both ends of the bank of elevators was designed by a demon. I HATED getting on those elevators
Being able to see all the floor because it was enclosed in glass as you're going up, or you're going down is just traumatic
Lots of options for food and entertainment. No view, but a good sized, clean, well maintained room. I only have three minor gripes
I am quite sure that some people think it is beautiful and romantic but not for me. Thank you for a wonderful vacation

I always love staying at a Marriott for the most part. Typically, it is a very good experience. That said, there was a horrible odor in my room which I believe stemmed from the pipes in the bathroom
Visited for a birthday weekend. The room was clean and had a great view. No problems, the staff was friendly and answered all requests
Parking is challenging, even when you're using the valet parking, pack your patience
The chair at the desk was vegan leather, but it was cracked and had seen better days. They did not provide garbage removal or housekeeping on the second day of our stay
Parking is SO EXPENSIVE! $45/day!!! The hallway carpet is coming up and is threadbare in front of our room. The mirror in the bathroom was broken, as was the soap dish
Instead of having a book showing room service options, you have to scan a qr code. It's just too much inconvenience for the $250/night. The restaurant on top is EXTREMELY expensive

Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and a nice change of pace from the Philly area : ) The ambience and lighting of the saline-pool area was really fun for the kids! One night while swimming it started sprinkling rain and it gently cam through the split- roof open above the pool and made it an interesting experience for us all
Our family stayed during the first week of December for an aquarium trip. Hotel has parking garage on site for a fee but definitely needed (in any city)
Breakfast is hot, but simple and the same daily which takes place in a dining room with service
The room was clean and the pool and gym are both very nice, however it doesn’t inform you upon online check out when booking that parking is $35 a night, and when I checked in I was not asked for identification
Don't like that the parking deck is not secured they should change it and only let those who are staying have access. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars, it is downtown in a great area to walk and explore
I do see where this place needs improvement. I like that the pool stay open til 10pm and it's heated. Parking overnight is $35 and Valet is $45

Located in the heart of Atlanta, the Ritz Carlton boasts a central position that beckons weary travelers with promises of convenience and accessibility
I ordered a burger very late one night after the reception and the burger and fries were delicious. The venue the events we were in were also beautiful. The hotel is older but very we maintained despite it's age
I went for a wedding and reception, so stayed only one night. The service is exceptional, firstly, from arrival to check out
From the housekeeping brigade's impressive ability to disappear into thin air, rendering fresh towels an elusive treasure, to the concierge's uncanny talent for recommending the most obscure and underwhelming local attractions, the Ritz Carlton Atlanta proved to be a haven for the unexpected
In conclusion, for those seeking a whimsical escapade, complete with slow-motion front desk encounters, a touch of smoke in the air, and service that dances to its own rhythm, the Ritz Carlton Atlanta offers an experience like no other
It was an olfactory adventure that left me yearning for fresher air and a faint longing for my trusty nostril plugs. Alas, the substandard service continued to unfold its theatrical acts throughout my stay

Great location if you are trying to catch a baseball game. It was also a nice that everything I needed to get to was near by. Only downside was that the hotel was under renovation when I was there
I only gave 4 stars because the bathtub wasn't as clean as I thought it should have been. Other than that every was fine. The staff was very friendly and took care of all our needs
Clean room, decent service. Not very modern or extravagant. The shuttle driver's we're the best part!! They're awesome. They also do not pick up from the airport.
Hotel was nice and clean. Also very quite and accommodating. The front desk people were great. Only complaint is no complimentary breakfast.
Also the walls are a little thin. I had some neighbors who were not very considerate
I definitely would recommend for anyone staying in the Downtown area

We we're a family of six, so room felt small but manageable. The access to everything was convenient. Only a block away from the Aquarium , so it was in walking distance. You won't need to use your vehicle hardly ever
Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. Bedroom is separate from living room. The bathroom is average size. There is a Ruth Chris Steakhouse on premise. Free happy hour & cook to order breakfast included withroom
View from room of Centennial Olympic Park & CNN World Headquarters were beautiful. Both of them, the Aquarium & College Football Hall of Fame are all within walking distance
The Ruth's Chris breakfast was awesome too. It was right up my alley for a breakfast. The rooms were clean and they were also large. Plenty of room for all of your things
I recommend unlimited valet parking it makes it easier. We had problems with the shower but they sent someone right up to fix it
The office in the room was awesome to work from as well. If I am in town again, this is where I will stay

They were wonderful with my 2. 5 year old and really helped make our visit to Atlanta fun
The guy handed me a drink voucher even though my flight ordeal had nothing to do with him. The hotel gives you 2 complimentary bottles of water, not to mention the cookie lol. My room is super nice and spacious and clean
Our server was very understanding wrapped up my son's meal and was able to put our order to go so we could bring it upstairs and put my son to bed. The lobby and restaurant I will be going through a bit more renovation
Went to the hotel bar later and the bartender , Ashley was amazing. The hotel is close to quite a few things so you could just walk around. I woulf definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Atlanta
We were able to get a renovated room which looked nice, was comfortable and had an awesome view from the balcony of Centennial Park and the Ferris Wheel. Closet was small which was the only draw back
Then one day 2, I left the heat running with hopes that my room would would warm up. Well It never warmed up so I called the front desk. They sent up an engineer right away who was unable to fix it

Althea, Victoria, Crystal, James, to name a few. It was every person we encountered. Is this an Atlanta thing? A Southern Hospitality thing? I don’t know but it was so appreciated. The hotel is historical and stunning
The customer service from the whole staff was impeccable! I would recommend and stay here again and again. Special thanks to Kory that helped me get checked in. He was so friendly and helpful
Our stay at the Candler Hotel has been wonderful. Our deluxe room with a city view is very spacious and well appointed. The hotel is gorgeous and so nicely decorated. It is like stepping back to more elegant times
James made my parents feel so special for an anniversary celebration, and gave wonderful recommendations. In the morning, Rodney took so much time with us, took us down to the vault, and walked us upstairs
We absolutely loved our stay at the Candler! The hotel is beautiful and accommodating, but the staff truly make it incredible. The bell captain that helped us up to the room was so kind
My hubby and I stayed at the Candler for one night but wished we stayed longer. We checked in late on a Saturday night after valeting our car which will cost you $55/night

Great service, excellent hotel, nice Zen garden, and in an incredibly central location to all things downtown ATL! Book it! You’ll be glad you did!
Hotel is within walking distance to the stadium, park, Coca Cola Museum, Aquarium and Congress Center. Room is big and well equipped, beds are good. Breakfast was very good and the service was great
The ENTIRE hotel (from the outside to the lobby, the meditation & zen garden, the restaurant & lounge areas & everything in between) was sparkling clean. No detail was overlooked in this amazing 'home away from home'
The bar service with barkeeper Lisa was outstanding good
Favorite amenity that is really unique: fog free mirror in the bathroom. Very appreciated, but the mirror was hung a little low so the fog free part is focused on your belly, not your face
Loved our stay in this hotel! The rooms are chic and incredibly comfortable. We had one minor issue which we reported to be front desk, and they were incredibly proactive

The room was absolutely perfect! It featured floor-to-ceiling windows that filled the space with stunning natural light, a luxurious bathtub that added a romantic touch, and a beautiful bathroom that made every photo feel elegant and upscale
The floor to ceiling glass windows were my favorite giving you the perfect city views! The beds were super comfy which made me never want to get out of bed:) Room service/whatever, whenever service were awesome! The lobby was beautiful! It had a very hip, unique vibe! Not your boring hotel attire for sure, I loved it!! I recommend coming to the W Atlanta and I hope to be back again myself!!! :)
Clean rooms and really well appointed Staff was great and enjoyed food and drinks at both bars Fitness room was great and had everything I was looking for Will definitely return here and highly recommend
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the W Atlanta and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive
The check in process was seamless and I was able to quickly get to my room. The decor was modern and elegant and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The dining options were exceptional
As a bride-to-be, my maid of honor booked a room at The W for a boudoir photo shoot as a wedding gift for my husband-to-be, with her taking the photos herself

It may as well be attached to Mercedes Benz stadium, so if you’re going to an even it would be convenient. the neighborhood around it is a bit sketchy. Room was modern, but some of the features like lights and built I
Hotel had a cool vibe, but if you’re not interested in walking through a busy nightclub of a lobby carrying your luggage it may not be for you
And if that wasn’t enough we received a very nice card from Fab and the hotel with a quite and lovely farewell. I recommend this hotel 100%, thanks to Fab, Allan and the Manager for all your wonderful hospitality!
Gratefully, I was able to get the scuff mark out. Outside of that mistake, the room & the hotel was amazing
My family and I went to the Reverb Hard rock Hotel because we had a concert in Atlanta, when we arrived there we were taken care by Fab at the front desk, Fab was fantastic, very kind with us, she showed us the best way to visit different places in the city, and she gave us the most beautiful room with a great view, for that reason we stayed in the hotel more days than we had planned
One of the crew, Unique, was VERY helpful and friendly through the whole process. It's interesting to see the downstairs turn into basically a club/bar scene and the upstairs lounge a very sophisticated bar lounge

I left my chapstick in the room and the lady who was cleaning was nice enough to call the front desk and let them know before I left
This hotel is absolutely amazing! The service is beyond Great! The staff and location is 100%
Very secure as you need a key to access elevator. Staff was super friendly ( I stayed 01-27-18 - 01-28-18) , as well as valet. Definitely worth the valet charge! The girls at the front when I checked out were super nice
Oh and the breakfast is super! I have been to this location once a year for the past three years for business purposes! And Sylvester is a great waiter!!
I love this hotel! The staff here is wonderful! Everyone is so pleasant. Starting with the front desk Tanner Damali and Nicole were the BEST! Just all smiles! I also enjoyed room service with bishop! He made my morning
I love a hotel with positive and great vibes like the THE Ellis Hotel Staff! Thank you!

Clean, friendly staff, and convenient location. Their customer service is amazing. Modern updated plumbing and fixtures. I'll be staying here next time for sure
The only problem I had was when I set my laundry out for washing it came back a couple sizes too small. The rooms are very nice but there was a horrible smell that came from the drain in the shower
Great service, valet, front desk staff, maintenance always smiling and appear happy. Nice view, clean rooms. Fair prices, found in a pinch... Happier here than I expected.
Everybody in this entire Hotel had the greatest disposition and was very helpful. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was prepared nicely and a very good value
It was quite a walk till the things around us and since parking was difficult you felt like you had to walk to get where you wanted. I want any restaurants or shops close by that were Accessible especially late at night
We didn't have a bad experience at this hotel. Parking is very difficult in the rooms are kind of beat up. They aren't very spacious that you are in downtown Atlanta so I guess you can expect much

I am beyond grateful to have had the chance to meet such a superstar! KAY at the front desk is the bomb! And I was not provoked at all to write this!!! She deserves a raise and I will definitely be back, short of the power of Kay! Thank you for your kindness, and thank you for making my birthday special! Hope you are here on my next visit!
After an 8 hour car ride with four children (one of whom was 18 months old) I was very upset. All the hotels were fully booked. To my surprise, the manager Rachel exceeded all expectations
I was thinking of staying again next week just because she picked up the ball that was dropped and kept shooting for the moon! I am speechless at the time and care she took with us
She moved my room due to technical issues, helped move our luggage to our new room, confirmed the room was ok before the move, and REFUSED the tip I so desperately wanted her to have
Kay at the front desk! She literally exceeded all of our expectations! She treated me and my family like her own family and that is the best and most efficient customer service
I am a gold elite member, I don't get too many perks but always get a late check out no matter my "rate". But the FIVE STAR rating is all because of Ms

My wife and I have been in the Glenn numerous times over the past several years, basically waiting for a Falcon's game. This time we decided to stay at the Glenn for the Falcons/Panthers game over New Year's weekend
Directly inside they have an intimate area where they have live music and it's lit up with small white lights covering the ceiling. After 7 there's a cover charge, but seems like a great place for a small group
The bed is beyond comfortable! Nice bar downstairs and above on the top floor! Also has a full service food venue as well. Great little gem right downtown!
I went solely for Sky Lounge which is the bar at the top of the hotel. If you are looking for good pics of the city from a bird's eye view. this is it! The drinks were decents but I'm not a big drink
Only downside is the manager's cocktail hour- the staff is always confused about where it is and if it's happening that evening, even though it is clearly posted in several locations in the hotel
We didn't stay here, but my husband and I stopped by the bar then Checked out their skyview. The have couches and comfortable areas to sit, and hang out and socialize

They even gave us our same room for next year! What great service! Shout out to all the employees who were hardworking and friendly, making us feel so welcome! Everyone from the manager to the housekeeping, from the front desk folks to the folks who served the breakfast, even the maintenance guy- everyone just was so friendly, and made us feel welcome! We loved them all! made us feel like family...
at first, I was a little skeptical bc of the reviews, but it ended up being a really nice hotel! not to mention, the hospitality was great! its a little outdated but everything was clean, beds were soft, & the breakfast was a good 7
We always try to stay in a Comfort Inn whenever we go somewhere, but it's not always feasible. So we were delighted when we discovered this one so close to our yearly event in Atlanta
We come to Atlanta every year, and we have stayed in different hotels each time. From now on it will be this one. Can't say enough good things about it
5/10! it has everything you need so no need for a fancy hotel. in terms of the location, it was close to a lot of popular areas downtown!
And it exceeded expectations! Already made reservations for next year's event

Location was awesome - it's right downtown near Georgia State, the technical college, several libraries and museums, business centers, and all the bars and restaurants you could want
Location was great, bed were comfortable, bathroom was clean and staff was very friendly. Not to mention it was affordable. Only giving 3 stars because yes it is outdated and our bathroom in our room had low ceilings
Good, no-frills hotel with great Southern-style hot breakfast included. Customer service was excellent. Room service is available but I didn't use it; there were plenty of restaurants just a couple minutes away on foot
The biggest negative to this hotel is that they can't have the heat and air on at the same time for the building. It was a million degrees in our room. The fact the windows opened made our visit so much more pleasant
I was happily surprised at the location and price of this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel design was quirky and old which is awesome
If you're looking for massages and bellboys, look elsewhere; but this place is clean, professional, and exactly where you want to be in Atlanta

Floor wasn't clean in my room (my only complaint), but it wasn't enough to bother me as it was the only thing not up to top notch standards
Very few amenities but it IS a motel 6. Nice parking under the hotel, and they were kind enough to let me stay parked after check in. Overall decent experience and no major issues aside from the doors sticking
The most important thing at this hotel is friendly and helpful staff. On the other hand, you should have a general toilet in the lobby area. This happened to me because I need to check-out at 11 am
Good location in the downtown area. They have good parking with their own garage. Parking is important in downtown Atlanta. Ben at the front desk was friendly and very helpful in explaining how to get around downtown
Hotel is in easy walking distance to all of downtown area including Olympic Centennial Park. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Basic amenities with a microwave, refrigerator, soap and shampoo
The fan from the ac/heat drowned out a lot of the noise, but not all. Once I got to sleep the noise didn't wake me up, but I did have trouble getting to sleep. I would probably stay here again
