We came to your hotel after 30+ hours of travel. All we wanted was a cool room, hot shower, and a comfortable bed. I gave a rating of 2, because the bed was comfortable. But the AC was broken and took quite awhile to get someone in to fix it. So we couldn't shower until the person was done. When we did get a shower, it was ice cold. The room smelled of marijuana and cleaning chemicals. I needed a shuttle to the airport the next morning, but after multiple attempts to reach the front desk, no one ever answered the phone. I had a child with me and I couldn't leave her asleep in the room to walk down there and ask for information. I ended up having to use an Uber, which cost me an additional $50. This was a very disappointing stay, to say the least.

Checked in and asked for the standard bottles of water and was told there was none. In the whole hotel not one bottle of water. Unheard of. The room was average, ok, nothing to brag about. The bathroom had one mini bar of soap, enough to wash your hands twice, certainty not sufficient enough for a shower or two. Absolutely under standard. Tried to print out boarding pass in the 'business center' on the two computers sitting on the desk. Told neither was working. Couldn't wait to leave.

Checked in on the evening of 10/3/2023 having travelled all day from Iceland. We were looking forward to a nice sit-down dinner in their restaurant followed by a peaceful nights sleep and a nice hot shower. We experienced none of the above. The restaurant was not opened at all (not for dinner last night nor for breakfast this morning) and the bar menu, which had about a dozen items on it was reduced to only 3 available. The bartender was also the waitress as well as the cook and while doing all this she also assisted with guest checkins. The floor in the elevator looked like it had never been mopped and only one of the two elevators were working (the hotel was completely booked so all those rooms had 1 elevator to use). There was NO hot water in the morning for a shower. I verified this by trying the hot was in the bathroom sink as well as in the shower and, living in Texas, I think that our cold water runs hotter than what was there. The shuttle driver (who does not work for Hilton) asked us when we boarded how we liked the hot water and when we said "what hot water" he told us that they have had hot water issues for the last 2 years. This will not sour me for the Hilton brand but there is no way that we'll ever stay at this location. It's as if the franchise owners has made an investment and is not willing to put any more money into it.

Check in was very slow and person could not get off the phone long enough to complete the process. They gestured for my ID and CC and I was handed a room key.
The rooms are dirty, house keeping does not come unless you are staying 3+ nights and then you have to give 24+ hour notice to have your room cleaned or suppled with towels/toiletries.
My room was running low on toilet paper, I went to the front desk and asked for another roll... I was directed to the service closet to get it myself. The service was non existent. Manager and staff on their phones behind the desk with a line full of customers.
In short, I do not recommend spending your time and money at this hotel.

This was a very disappointing Hilton experience for me. Firstly, the hotel as a whole needs to be updated. Our room, though it was clean had mildew in the tiles in the bathroom and the paint in the tub was peeling off. Also at certain times the hot water didn’t work. On our last night there I just got out the shower and luckily I threw on my nightgown just before our hotel door was swung open by two guests who claimed we were in their room! I was livid how could their key open our door when they should’ve been on the floor above! I went downstairs to the front desk staff and he couldn’t be bothered. Didn’t even apologized just said he’s not sure how that happened. We ate at the bar on the last night. The bartender was friendly and courteous; however we were charged an extra which we did not spend. I called the hotel 10 times now and I am still waiting on someone to send me a receipt which they claimed I signed for. I have my friend as a witness that we signed one bill and left. If another bill was signed someone forged my signature. I will keep calling until I have those charges reversed. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a Hilton branded hotel!

Staff makes the difference! Extended stay and I've visited about every corner of this place by now. Restaurant staff has kept me well fed on multiple occasions and front desk always helps me with, well ...whatever I need and a warm cookie. Workout room is that, a workout room but it along with the rest of the hotel is well maintained and clean. I'm sure I'll be back.

I don't often leave reviews but for this hotel, I have to. The staff was accommodating, kind and welcoming! They made my boyfriend and I feel like home as we walked through the doors. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The coffee and breakfast were delicious and served by polite wait staff. The shuttle driver was so kind and drove us to the closest entrance to the Marta station. Everyone (the staff) made our stay a great one.
We absolutely enjoyed our short stay and will certainly be back. Thank you for having us.

Timely shuttle to and from airport. Decent breakfast buffet ( extra charge) very nice room. I was placed there as a guest of delta after a flight issue. I would definitely staying there if I was in Atlanta.

An airport hotel..Period! Do not expect more than that. And built for convenience to access the airport. For those who haven't been in Atlanta, if you have to get to the airport around rush hour from the north, you get caught in traffic. This place is convenient tko avoid that and preferred for business travelers.

Overall, well within expectations for a DoubleTree. However, one of two elevators was out of service and the one that was working sounded like it was on its last legs. Fortunately only seven stories tall so the waits certainly could have been a lot worse. In contrast, the food in the restaurant was good and the staff was excellent.
