Pool is amazing as it looks in the picture. Great location right in the center of Downtown, very walkable to everything.
Valet guys were all so friendly and professional. We took advantage of their free car service every day where they dropped us off and picked us up all over town.
Front desk people were great, free wine upon arrival, cookies in the lobby daily.
I loved that the bar/restaurant were open until 12am when everything else closed at 10pm across town, it kept us fed on the late nights.
Worth every penny.

Had high expectations and they were exceeded ten fold. They think of every detail to make your stay comfortable and every single person that works there is smiling and readily available. Really and truly, 10 out of 10.

All great, but could improve on room service, missed a day for cleaning our room, and bathroom needs better lighting.

the hotel was beautiful and clean. The only complaints I have are;
I paid with my credit card at the pool and closed my tab. however, they still billed it to my room.
I had the payment receipts in my pool bag thank goodness! also, I had ordered a burger with room service at midnight. It was raw and cold in the middle. I called and told them. They offered to make another one but I honestly felt sick to my stomach after that. They did take the $40. burger off my bill.

This hotel is very friendly. Pool is really nice. There is a 3 mile limit for where the drivers will take you for free. The restaurant upstairs is delicious. The bed rooms with a balcony is worth the extra money spent. The views and the breeze at night was nice for your slow days.
Parking is 60 bucks a day which is pretty expensive. And the homeless in the area was very off putting.

Great Downtown Austin Weekend at Hotel ZaZa!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay with you this past weekend! The location was perfect, our room was lovely, and the service we received was exceptional. We especially loved the hotel pool vibe and the signature cocktail selection from the pool bar and the hotel bar. The turndown service was also a very nice touch.
