I was in awe the entire time at this hotel! It is beautifully decorated and styled. The staff from entry to exit were all great. The drinks and food were yummy, pricey but yummy. My room was amazing! The shower was huge and I loved that they had an AppleTV making watching tv super easy. We spent time at the pool and loved our service and drinks. The pool isn’t super large or fancy, but it was perfect...
This is an amazing hotel. Everything is first class. We wish we could have stayed longer just to enjoy more of the hotel itself. A list of what we loved would just be everything. It's right in the middle of everything you need without being overwhelming.
Austin Proper Hotel is absolutely beautiful—everything about it exudes elegance and style. The design and attention to detail create a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere that made my stay truly special. The staff was attentive and made sure every need was met, enhancing the overall experience. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend Austin Proper Hotel and...
My husband and I had an incredible anniversary weekend at The Proper Austin hotel. Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing!
The food service was exceptional—every meal was a delight, from the breakfasts to the dinners. The flavors were impeccable, and the presentation was top-notch.
The room was fantastic, but what really stood out was the shower! The water pressure was the best we've ever...
Really nice hotel. Close to a lot of good restaurants and bars. Rooms nice (shower head was amazing). Restaurants/bars in hotel were awesome. Pool awesome. Best hotel gym I’ve ever seen. Decor throughout was really attractive. Great service.
However, there are a good amount of schizophrenic vagrants hopped up on drugs in the area. We passed multiple during our minimal walking downtown, that were yelling...
Great experience and staff service! Lovely bar and amenities. Rooms small like New York but well designed and very comfortable

From a wedding photographer's perspective, Hotel Granduca is truly special. The reception space is just exploding with so much color, which we LOVE. The Spanish architecture adds such a unique element to your wedding day. Your guests are going to have their jaws drop when they arrive and leave with an experience that will be hard to top by any other wedding they attend in the future. Wow your friends...

Absolutely lovely hotel. For one of this quality, the prices are very fair. In addition to beautiful rooms/suites, the surrounding area is the most beautiful Austin has to offer. We’ve stayed in nearly all of the best hotels Austin has and Granduca is our favorite.
Thank you Hotel Granduca for making my birthday weekend memorable. Your grounds are lovely, your staff is friendly and accommodating and the hotel is exquisite. We enjoyed the pool, the air conditioned patio and our room. My only complaint was not knowing the pool was under construction and the wine cooler in the room was not cool enough to keep food cold. Otherwise it was wonderful!
The location of this lovely hotel is breathtaking. Green, rolling hills make this a delight for anyone who wants to be away from the busy downtown area. The drive up makes you feel like you're not in Texas.
The staff friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean and offered what we needed. The showers are awesomely spacious. The robes and a welcoming bottle of wine in the room, were a nice...
Was in Austin for surgery. Stayed here and considering the circumstances, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Parked in the Apple lot without issue, the valet folks were very friendly, the lobby smells amazing, the people at the front desk were kind, the bar and restaurant were fantastic, the room was large with a wonderful view, and it was very clean.
The food was so good though. Highly recommend...

Four Seasons Hotel Austin

Room was comfortable and shower was good. super short 1 night stay with arrival after 10PM and 7:30 AM departure
My wife and I enjoyed a 5-night stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Austin. Our experience was very favorable. Sure, it was a beautiful hotel on the Colorado River, but it had other features that were most impressive. Firstly, the hotel was very clean and well maintained, with one of the best housekeeping practices we have ever seen. Our room was kept spotlessly clean with crisp white linen every day...
ACTION CLASS! What an experience. I was surprised with dinner and a lake view room for our anniversary. The concierge, Abigail, was wonderful in helping make this happen. The dinner was amazing and the room was beautiful, from the decor to the view! Valet was professional and friendly. Everything about the Four Seasons was top notch!
Excellent hotel. They have a nice drinks trailer by the river. It would be even better if they had a seating area. Beautiful view.
Didn't stay here, but had dinner in the courtyard. The menu was somewhat limited, but the atmosphere was incredible. One of the best patios I've found! It is surrounded by trees and magical lighting. There seemed to be no errors... there was not 1 mosquito.. Beautiful!!
Gorgeous appearance, exquisite cuisine, beautifully decorated rooms and incredible staff. We stayed there with family for my daughter's funeral. She was taken hostage by the pediatrician and killed. I couldn't believe how compassionate and lively every staff member was towards us. The whole experience, despite the deep sadness, was touching...

Wonderful stay in suite one. Wish I could have stayed longer. My favorite thing was the outdoor shower... Texas: where you can shower outdoors in December! ?
As far as 2017 goes, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had not only this year but ever. Nestled near the so hip it hurts section of congress in Austin, this hotel truly is an experience. From he moment we walked in and were greeted to being escorted to our room and grabbing vinyl to play - the service is second to none. We had a few drinks at the lobby bar. Prices were very reasonable, great location and the bar was gorgeous. It can be a bit of a wait, but not too bad. We had a table in about 10 minutes. They also have live music which is very nice. Would recommend stopping in if you're in the area.

What a treat. First time in Austin and stayed at the beautiful Driskill Hotel. Aside from the beauty of the hotel, the customer service was everything you would expect from a Hyatt property. Naturally, my colleague mentioned the hotel was rumored to be haunted as we arrived...
Hip vibe, good music, make sure you flag down the bar staff with a $100 bill since this place is packed and you want service all night. Then when it comes time to close out the bill be fair and consider the level of service and tip according to service. You all thought I was gonna stiff my server didn’t you. Shame on you
The menu was incredible, the food was to die for, the service was impeccable. The restaurant itself was stunning. I loved our experience at the Driskill. We were even able to check our large bags with the hotel, since we changed for dinner in the hotel itself, despite not staying there overnight and just eating at the Grill. Everyone treated us so kindly.
We absolutely love this wonderfully opulent corner of what is otherwise known as Dirty 6th. If you're into the clubbing and loudness all the power to you, but it was refreshing to see a refined and luxurious place to enjoy a drink or two. We came for brunch and the food was fantastic. Service was excellent and we felt very comfortable and relaxed. Next time we will plan to stay at this historic hotel...

Possibly not a fair review based on one night but honestly first impressions are important ............ the property is quite stunning and certainly tasteful in a sophisticated Texas style . Our gripe came with the somewhat generic...
Best resort in Texas. Have stayed twice now and couldn’t ask for a more beautiful, intimate, and dog friendly experience while visiting Austin. Would highly recommend for couples, families, and pet owners. Nothing beats sitting in the mansion library in front of the fire while having charcuterie with your dog.
Exquisite in every detail. The experience is both opulent and at ease. Beautifully designed environment and decadent dining. It doesn't get better. Grand. Gorgeous. Occasion destination hotel and dining. #treatyourself
Marco and his team were so gracious and accommodating during our recent stay at Commodore Perry. The room and grounds were outstanding, and the staff was polite, helpful and met all our needs.

Beautiful hotel! We only spent one night there but we loved the hotel. Our room was gorgeous and immaculately clean. The hotel is located within walking distance to 6th street, making it very convenient. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.
Great service with a friendly staff. Rooms are clean and we'll take care of. Hotel is great modern and updated. Prices were reasonable and there are 2 restaurants in the lobby including corner which is really good. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking at being in the heart of Austin. Near all the local attractions.
Stayed over Halloween weekend for our anniversary. The rooms are beautiful and we had a great view of downtown. We left only for a couple hours for lunch and came back to our bed made which was nice. I stayed here with a big group for an event and had a great experience! Every person I interacted with was super helpful. In particular, the UPS employees had great attitudes throughout the busy days, and the lobby attendants, specifically Clinton, went above and beyond! Great stay all around. Thank you!
I have been staying here for long term due to business.
The hotel provides many amenities to make my stay comfortable.
Its location in downtown Austin makes it convenient to go anywhere, and the city views are nice.
All the staff here are friendly and provide excellent service.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton in Austin! I had an issue with water temps being extremely hot with no way to use the cold water. Notified the front desk around 10pm, and they had maintenance in our room within 5 minutes to fix the issue. A brand new hotel opening in the heart of Austin Downtown. We had the honor of staying in the hotel the weekend before it opened as part of their soft opening. It was an amazing experience. Everything from the hotel decoration, rooms, staff and food were excellent. The food was amazing and they have beautiful restaurants. We can't wait to go back and experience these amazing restaurants.
The highly anticipated Fairmont Austin did not disappoint. As expected, great staff right when you walk in, helpful and smiling folks everywhere and of course, smack in the middle of Austin - we can walk seemingly everywhere from here! The restaurants have been delicious food and cocktail experiences, and considering they just opened, the sevice was on point. Can't wait to see what else they have in...
Worked in the building and the lighting in the building and it's a absolutely beautiful building and level 7 is the one to visit!! Huge pool and amazing panoramic view and all the art designs in the building is spectacular and the whole building is based off an artist which is really cool also! I'm actually going to work there this Saturday to finish the building so we could open on his premier.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my experience at the fairmont, but I was not an overnight guest. I was trying to arrange a conference for work because it is a beautiful venue. Still under construction but as an employee I can honestly say this place will be amazing when its completed. Its beautiful and the attention to detail is amazing.
Great location. Walking distance to shopping, music, and great food! Bed comfortable and nice shower. House keeping service every day!
The pool seating is still an issue. Short-term solutions: 1. Add about 20 more Chairs (not beds); guests are grateful with just a place to store their stuff, rather than leave it at the edge of the pool. 2. Remove some of the tables; they’re taking up valuable real estate. 3. Pull one cabana (the large one in West side of pool) to make it seating for 10 guests and I would suggest reserving it for families...

The Hyatt is an Austin original. Great restaurant and bar and walking distance to almost everything Austin. Whether it's shopping at the Yeti store or watching the Congress Avenue bridge bats. Not to mention thread girls world headquarters restaurant is just across the way. The Hyatt also offers a great parking venue, in their garage, Another place with a great view, from the top floor.
Great hotel. Nothing crazy to boast about as everything was as expected, nothing disappointed.
To get 5 stars I would've liked to see something more interesting in terms of the decorating, as it is advertised as a 'luxury' hotel.
Staff were helpful and friendly, the available amenities that could be ordered to the room was extremely extensive!
Cannot comment on the breakfast as I was not eating...
I really enjoy coming out here. Super family-friendly, with tons of activities for kids. The food in all of the restaurants is quite good. Call ahead for the food theme that night, and don't eat anything before you go - you want to have room for the dessert table. The upstairs restaurant is very nice, and makes a great date night. This hotel is very conveniently located near interstate Highway 35. Also the ballroom is great for a company functions and of have attended several here in the past. If your company looking at having a gathering here I would recommend it, plenty of parking available and an easy to find location.
Nice hotel close to the highway and only $10 cab ride to downtown Austin. Really enjoyed our stay, it was very nice to be outside the city limits but still have access to all the nightlife and restaurants of Austin and the surrounding areas.
Free parking, close proximity to gas stations, and various grocery stores.
My boyfriend and I booked a stay here for one night after having a terrible experience at another hotel the night before. From beginning to end our experience with Omni was amazing. Booking was very simple over the phone; when we arrived, room keys were already made and waiting for us even though we had just booked a reservation hours before. When we went to our room, we realized it hadn't been cleaned...

AT&T Hotel & Conference Center
Austin, 1900 University Avenue 🧭 Map
Very nice and clean facility on the UT campus. 20-minute walk to downtown and the Colorado River. The room was immaculately clean and well-appointed, and it had an in room safe for valuables. Breakfast was great with a super buffet or a la Carte options.
The location was easy to find and 2 minutes off hwy 35. The staff were friendly and helpful but a little too professional. I mean that they really...
Attended an event here sponsored by Texas Mutual and it was great! The conference center is large and offers plenty of space. Facilities were very clean and in good repair. Wait staff was very courteous and attentive. Great place to hold any type of event!
Was at the hotel for a seminar. Breakfast was good -make your own breakfast tacos, fruit, and grits. The grits needed some salt. The setup of the room was fine. Plenty of seats and space. However, it was much to cold in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful.
I have attended several training meetings at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center for a volunteer role, and have always been very impressed with this facility. The meeting and training rooms are state-of-the-art, with AV equipment, tiered seating, outlets at each desk, and excellent acoustics. The building itself is beautiful, and tastefully nods to the University of Texas setting while...
Great hotel! Accommodating staff, great amenities and located in the heart of University of Texas at Austin. Local restaurants and museums surround this hotel for the adventurous folks and it's within walking distance of the capital building. Refrigerator in the room, good coffee to brew in your room and they'll bring you a microwave on request! Awesome
Great room. Only downsides are the bathroom door doesn't lock and the lighting is SUPER dim. Otherwise the staff were all very nice and helpful. Very clean and snazzy.

Really nice place in a great area. Clean rooms, friendly service, and close enough to all of the action. The hotel bar was really nice. Some of the fancier cocktail bars require reservations but the cocktails we got in the hotel bar were just as good with no reservations. Really very nice and would definitely return.
The staff were nicer to me than they were to my mother. Great service! The rooms are modern and clean. The location is in the city center, which gives easy access to literally everything! The pool and gym are the cherry on top. Great hotel!
One of the best Hilton hotels I have stayed at. Beautiful decor, fun pool area and great location. After a bonus credit was accidentally missed on my application, the manager was prompt and professional in correcting the situation. Can't recommend this place enough.
Wonderful hotel. Probably my best experience in Texas so far. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Everything was very clean. The rooms are spacious with lots of natural light and quiet, which is unusual for such a central location. I recommend it to anyone who wants a nice, relaxing stay in the center of town.
This hotel is in a fantastic location. If you decide to drive you will be greeted by a friendly valet. When you walk into the lobby the smell is wonderful! We opted to do the digital check in but were still greeted by very friendly hotel staff. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern! Although there are a few clubs/bars around there is no street noise! Close to bars and restaurants and easy walking...

Party of 7. Part of group did not receive all of their breakfast. Our steel oatmeal was cold. Service was questionable. More tables to serve then waitresses. Will not eat breakfast again.
I will definitely come back here! Everything was great. The only thing is I wish they had is pool side service. The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants & a really cool area that the streets are blocked off at night. kind of like 6th street but it’s definitely a much higher economic level.
Beautiful location. Beautiful hotel. Excellent bar. Amazing pool. Absolutely amazing in every way. It was awesome to be able to walk anywhere in The Domain within a few minutes. My biggest complaint would be the high dust percentage in the rooms. I did have to have the staff change the air filter to the ac during my stay, which helped my alergies but didn't completely relieve them. Also, it seemed...
This experience has been the best hotel experience I’ve had. From the moment I checked in Avery at the front desk provided amazing customer service and made me feel welcomed. Her customer service was very accommodating. She was personable and listened to my requests. Thanks for all of your help and hospitality. You truly deserve a promotion. I recommend the Westin Austin at the Domain for everyone
Great hotel with welcoming staff with true hospitality. Kieth was a Waldorf Astoria level of customer service, kind enough to help arrange not only our room but also gave great advice for our plans for the night we stayed. Kim was also really helpful and forthcoming when we arrived at the hotel.
One of the other great features of the hotel is their breakfast. They provide great selection of food made...
This place is absolutely amazing! Very comfortable in a very nice part of the city. The beds are very comfy, they have the best robes, the lotions smell amazing, and I loved this little lavender oil they left by the bed for relaxation to go to sleep. The service is a little slow at the bar but that is because they are always slammed. They also forget sometimes to give you a complementary water bottle...

I really like this hotel. I'm a local to Austin and when I plan to stay downtown this is my first choice. The location is great and within walking distance to downtown parks, restaurants and bars. Trace has great food and Austin is reasonably priced. Don't miss out on cocktails at one of the many great bars.
It was a nice hotel, the breakfast was really good, great pancakes! I'm not sure if it's worth paying to stay there. MAJOR UPDATE: 2021 Hotel Update. Such a fantastic place to stay. We were there in January 2021, celebrating my birthday back in February, and were returning this Saturday. We had an amazing stay, the room was fantastic along with the view. Looks like there have been a lot of...
We had a wonderful stay at W Austin! The rooms are clean and well equipped. The staff was very helpful. When we reported a maintenance issue with our shower, they immediately changed our room and updated it in the process! The location is phenomenal, centrally located and very close to many great restaurants and live music venues. We will definitely recommend W Austin to our friends and family!
I came here not long ago and I have to say that this place is one of the best. Convenient location, super stylish lobby. Nice bar and lounge. I was a big fan of the pool. The rooms were nice and spacious. I had a great experience here. Truly a 5 star hotel in my book.
The W Austin has a fun swanky atmosphere. The DJ was on point with the music and the drinks were delicious! Looking for a fancy night out? This is the place.
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...
I had an amazing stay at the W Austin!
They really treat their preferred guests well! I am only Gold, but got an upgrade to a suite + 15% off room service, etc. Folks there are super nice and considerate.
In addition, they really went beyond the call of duty - my only...

Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin
Austin, 721 Congress Ave 🧭 Map
Incredibly convenient accommodations to the capitol. Have stayed here a couple of times for business. I have chosen to park at the parking garage on the same block which was about $40 a day vs $55 at hotel valet. Nice thought out rooms. They have motion activated lights. Very cozy.
The toilet in the corner room is part of the room, and the toilet bowl is not separated from the bedroom by a wall, but only by a glass partition. This funny design decision gives the feeling of the literal presence of someone using the toilet next to the sleeping person on the bed.
Newly built Hyatt hotel in the center. Since its new its all fresh which I like. After a few days my AC broke and the hotel kindly upgraded me to top suite with amazing views. Very kind and service minded staff that work hard to keep you happy. Had several dinners at Lumiers restaurant on the ground floor which also serves the breakfast - all good. I recommend this hotel.
Very new hotel with a new style. The building is very tall and narrow, with only about 1/2 dozen rooms on each floor. Our room was very stylish with great views, large windows, and interesting decorations. However, it was smaller and more narrow than a traditional hotel room (larger than Hyatt Tommie, but smaller than Hyatt Regency). Best for couples and singles, not recommended for families with children...
What a great stay. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were brand new and very stylish. We stayed in a deluxe room capital view which was phenomenal. Breakfast at Luminaire was delicious. The location is perfect. It was centrally located to everything in a very walkable city.
The hotel restaurant and check in + bar area is well designed and has an upscale, modern and welcoming atmosphere. I'm not entirely familiar with Hyatt's centric as we normally use Marriotts family of hotels. The only Hyatt experience we have is Grand Hyatt San Diego that we have stayed at twice. Hyatt describes Centric as upper upscale. The hotel itself is really nice, but I would not describe our...

The location was convenient for me as it’s close to the University of Texas at Austin’s museums and the LBJ Presidential Library and to the state capitol. The rooftop offers a fantastic view of downtown Austin and the Capitol. The hotel staff were helpful and cheerful (Fernando and Freddy were especially cheery and they both have a delightful sense of humor). My room was very comfortable.
Chris is a wonderful guy made sure my stay was the most pleasant experience here in Austin Texas. The staff is lovely and will wait on you hand and foot. I love the design and you will too. Brand spanking new and damned beautiful if I do say so. Also you MUST check out the rooftop view the only view of the Southside of the capital in the city!
The hotel is clean and cozy, newly decorated, and the bedding is very new. I like the table lamp and the round mirror behind the table lamp very much. There is no parking lot in the hotel. You can park the car at the entrance of the hotel lobby first. After checking in, I find a parking space near the hotel, which is $15 a day. They have Neutrogena's soap, shampoo, condition and body lotion in the...
We had a great time this weekend. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Jody, Jay and the bartender are super people.
