Absolutely lovely hotel. For one of this quality, the prices are very fair. In addition to beautiful rooms/suites, the surrounding area is the most beautiful Austin has to offer. We’ve stayed in nearly all of the best hotels Austin has and Granduca is our favorite.

Was in Austin for surgery. Stayed here and considering the circumstances, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Parked in the Apple lot without issue, the valet folks were very friendly, the lobby smells amazing, the people at the front desk were kind, the bar and restaurant were fantastic, the room was large with a wonderful view, and it was very clean.

The Hyatt is an Austin original. Great restaurant and bar and walking distance to almost everything Austin. Whether it's shopping at the Yeti store or watching the Congress Avenue bridge bats. I really enjoy coming out here. Super family-friendly, with tons of activities for kids. The food in all of the restaurants is quite good. Trying to decide on a downtown hotel, we selected this for the location and the great reviews. The place is lovely, clean, and contemporary. The service is excellent and location is spectacular. The rooms are nice and clean, but nothing that blew me away. Small rooms, but comfy beds and otherwise excellent accommodations.

Very good hotel. The area is very interesting, with lots of nightlife and an incredible variety of options. The only downside is that there is music playing outside, but that wasn't a problem for me. The room is very nice and the spa tub is amazing. The price is right for a room of this caliber. Will definitely come back again.

The resort was just okay. Much needed renovation. The pictures in the hallways are so out of date. Hard to believe they still have them up. Pictures were from Jim Crow days. We went for Christmas and they were short of staff. Hospitality industry unacceptable.
I had my wedding reception here. Everything went really well. The event planners and managers were always on top of everything and everyone was very accommodating.
Hotel is fantastic! Views, scenery and use of nature/outdoor areas is awesome! Service at the bar was a little slow, but I'm told that's temporary until renovation is completed. All else was great! Can't wait to come back in December for ice skating!

This hotel is very conveniently located near interstate Highway 35. Also the ballroom is great for a company functions and of have attended several here in the past. If your company looking at having a gathering here I would recommend it, plenty of parking available and an easy to find location.

Really nice place in a great area. Clean rooms, friendly service, and close enough to all of the action. The hotel bar was really nice. Some of the fancier cocktail bars require reservations but the cocktails we got in the hotel bar were just as good with no reservations. Really very nice and would definitely return.

When we reported a maintenance issue with our shower, they immediately changed our room and updated it in the process! Incredibly convenient accommodations to the capitol. Have stayed here a couple of times for business. I have chosen to park at the parking garage on the same block which was about $40 a day vs $55 at hotel valet. Nice thought out rooms. They have motion activated lights. Very cozy.
The toilet in the corner room is part of the room, and the toilet bowl is not separated from the bedroom by a wall, but only by a glass partition. This funny design decision gives the feeling of the literal presence of someone using the toilet next to the sleeping person on the bed.
Newly built Hyatt hotel in the center. Since its new its all fresh which I like. After a few days my AC broke and the hotel kindly upgraded me to top suite with amazing views.
