Great service with a friendly staff. Rooms are clean and we'll take care of. Hotel is great modern and updated. Prices were reasonable and there are 2 restaurants in the lobby including corner which is really good
Beautiful hotel! We only spent one night there but we loved the hotel. Our room was gorgeous and immaculately clean. The hotel is located within walking distance to 6th street, making it very convenient
Staff was very courteous and professional. The check-in process was quick and painless. They took the time to explain the multiple amenities the hotel had to offer and where they were located
The room and the facility as a whole was both clean and very modern. Our room had excellent views and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay again the next time we're in Austin
They were also very knowledgeable about area attractions and nearby dining options. They followed up after we checked in to ensure the room was to our liking
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking at being in the heart of Austin. Near all the local attractions

Staying for 2 nights and what can I say! It’s been an amazing experience! The room is amazing, modern and clean! The bar is fantastic. Pool is perfect. Staff have gone above and beyond. Shoutout to J.Ortiz!
Notified the front desk around 10pm, and they had maintenance in our room within 5 minutes to fix the issue. After he was done fixing our shower, he noticed we were low on towels and brought some up to us
I have been staying here for long term due to business. The hotel provides many amenities to make my stay comfortable. Its location in downtown Austin makes it convenient to go anywhere, and the city views are nice
In particular, the UPS employees had great attitudes throughout the busy days, and the lobby attendants, specifically Clinton, went above and beyond! Great stay all around
I stayed here with a big group for an event and had a great experience! Every person I interacted with was super helpful
All the staff here are friendly and provide excellent service. I am satisfied with everything about this hotel

I saw too many older guests wandering around needing seats. Add signage reminding all guests to kindly toss towels if abandoning their bed. Long-term (costly) solutions 1. The corn hole game area is underutilized space
The pool seating is still an issue. Add about 20 more Chairs (not beds); guests are grateful with just a place to store their stuff, rather than leave it at the edge of the pool
Remove some of the tables; they’re taking up valuable real estate. Pull one cabana (the large one in West side of pool) to make it seating for 10 guests and I would suggest reserving it for families and guests over 55
Gated-off pool area needs to be expanded into the corn hole game area 2. Eliminate 2 cabanas on East side of pool; make them public seating
Worked in the building and the lighting in the building and it's a absolutely beautiful building and level 7 is the one to visit!! Huge pool and amazing panoramic view and all the art designs in the building is spectacular and the whole building is based off an artist which is really cool also! I'm actually going to work there this Saturday to finish the building so we could open on his premier
Great location. Walking distance to shopping, music, and great food! Bed comfortable and nice shower. House keeping service every day!

Great hotel. Stayed here for a friend's wedding and was very impressed with how helpful the staff was. Great location too right next to Town Lake. I will definitely be staying here next time I'm down in Austin.
The Hyatt is an Austin original. Great restaurant and bar and walking distance to almost everything Austin. Whether it's shopping at the Yeti store or watching the Congress Avenue bridge bats
Only complaints was the after hour room service food was not great and to get the shower going you had to get blasted with cold water. Loved the bathroom mirror with the back lighting. Loved the inside glass elevators
Not to mention thread girls world headquarters restaurant is just across the way. The Hyatt also offers a great parking venue, in their garage, Another place with a great view, from the top floor
The city has plenty to offer and the hotel just made it easier to work and still had a little time to play. Do a little research ahead of time to make the best of it
We had a conference at this location and the service was exceptional. The location is walking distance to local attractions, restaurants, so it was a good location

Even though it looks like 60's architecture it is modern and stylish inside with an infinity pool with a bar window where you can order tacos and drinks, three restaurants (taco, brunch and upscale dinner) and a coffee bar! What more could you ask for? We had a view of downtown in room 1212 on the top floor
This is our second time staying here for ACL festival weekend. They are dog friendly within limits. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great views of the city and Lady Bird lake from the upper floors
We didn't have a chance to check out the pool, but the rooftop bar was nice and the staff was great. The staff at the reception was wonderful as well. The furniture in the room is a little odd as it sits low to the floor
Very convenient if you're doing business or just trying to get the downtown vibe. The pool and poolside bar are hopping, and the little taco shop is not only convenient, but the food is on point
We were there all morning for bridal party hair and make up- the suite was more than ample to accommodate everyone and all of our things (more than 1 trash can would have been nice) I was able to check into my own room early with no issues
The valet attendants were super nice and quick! The location is great and is within walking distance of different things to do

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit
Breakfast was delicious and I could have stayed in the pool all day! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
Thank You for all your help and for the pleasant conversation. Excellent work ethic, very helpful, friendly, caring, smiling, peaceful and just such a pleasure, and I will recommend that everyone I know stay at the Omni
A special shout-out to CJ in valet—he went above and beyond to make my experience seamless and stress-free. Five stars for his excellent service! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again
We had a great stay here and the valet men were absolutely fantastic. We interacted with Timothy on our checkout and he was so great! He helped me load my luggage in the car and was very attentive! Thank you Timothy!
Each and every person we encountered (front desk, housekeeping, bar staff, valet) were upbeat and friendly. Location was great! We walked everywhere right from the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable

The room was spotlessly clean and housekeeping was quick to provide extra towels. We will be our go-to place to stay in Austin for all the upcoming holidays!
We had a great stay at the Westin. The breakfast while not free is worth every penny. The front desk was very helpful. Shout out to Mike who went above and beyond
We LOVED this hotel! Marie-Grace at reception was wonderful and set the tone from the moment we arrived. She extended a warm mimosa welcome and later guided us to Tacos 10/10 which was one of our favourite spots to eat
She gave us the best recommendations on the menu, what juices and coffees will pair best, and was able to get us taken care of and out the door in no time at all. Thank you Jillian! We will definitely be back again
Jillian is hands down the best waitress at our favorite brunch spot! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel incredibly welcome
The Weston is a fantastic place to stay in Austin. The company I work for hosted a sales meeting here and they did an outstanding job accommodating 150 sales guys. Guest rooms were clean and comfortable

Got room at a discount with price line yet was still very much so full service paid for the valet service which was absolutely necessary with the craziness of downtown Austin, yet wad completely worth it! Staff was very attentive and friendly! Especially our main valet we had Geraldo, who was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and made sure that we were taken care of even to the...
The hotel was fairly empty so we got an upgrade to a bigger room! Location is great easily walkable to almost everywhere in the downtown area. Price was reasonable for the location
When you arrived at the service desk, you were pleased with the ease of checking in, receiving important information about amenities, and tips on how to best enjoy the area 😀👍. The rooms were cozy, clean and comfortable
Room was extremely spacious and impeccably kept. Hallways were quiet , breakfast was world-class. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you intercontinental! Can’t wait to stay at your other locations
This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever had the privilege of entering. Wow. Absolutely blown away by the amenities. Everything was so well kept and I felt at ease with its peaceful energy.

There was only one towel, one washcloth, one hand towel in the bathroom. Other notes: There is construction occurring everywhere around the property
The rooftop pool was well maintained, offering views of the city and great bites and cocktails poolside. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway!
The "pool view rooms" are looking over the pool and a very active construction site that started bright and early
In addition to Geraldine’s, the lobby now has The Brass Poppy that brings another element of elevated style which uniquely represents Austin. It’s not just a place to have a drink; it’s an experience in itself
The staff takes hospitality to the next level, blending sophistication, comfort, and world-class service seamlessly. All staff were attentive, making us feel welcomed and well-cared-for throughout our stay
The hotel has two restaurant/bars now which were both fantastic, offering a great selection of cocktails and a chic atmosphere, both bar menus offered an impressive selection of premium spirits and wines

I know I don't have to tell you the probability of this happening, and it required a number of levels of incredibly honest people. I took this watch off my dads wrist when he passed away and it means so very much to me
After staying in several new chain hotels in recent months where we were consistently awakened by noise from other rooms or the hallway, we particularly appreciated the quiet nature of this place
While staying at this resort, we played a round of golf which was amazing. More amazing is that my gold rolex fell out of my golf bag while the bags where being transported back to the hotel
We just spent three nights here and had a very pleasant stay. It's in a beautiful location, the staff is remarkably helpful and courteous, it's extremely quiet, and the food is not bad
Our room definitely needed updating (as does the whole place), but it was comfortable and clean, and we never heard a sound from another guest (and the hotel appeared to be reasonably full)
Hotel is fantastic! Views, scenery and use of nature/outdoor areas is awesome! Service at the bar was a little slow, but I'm told that's temporary until renovation is completed

Very beautiful and great hotel! My wife and I stayed here right before we got married and they were very accommodating and even upgraded our room for free! Not only did they upgrade our room on the night of our wedding, they also had chocolate strawberries and champagne for us when we got back from our wedding day
My family and I usually stay at the Omni every year for Christmas when visiting family, and the stay is always fantastic. Although the hotel is bit pricey, I can honestly say that it’s worth it
If you are interested in staying at the Omni, I would recommend using Priceline (my mom uses it for everything). You can usually get away with cheaper prices if you use it
This hotel is very conveniently located near interstate Highway 35. Also the ballroom is great for a company functions and of have attended several here in the past
They also gave us tickets for a free breakfast drink for each night we stayed there. They really made our stay one of the best we have ever had
If your company looking at having a gathering here I would recommend it, plenty of parking available and an easy to find location

I had a great stay at this hotel. I really enjoyed being located right on the green belt. Every morning or night I would go for a walk or bike on the path. Really nice pool overlooking the lake
We tipped them on our first night, and each night thereafter they didn't take the garbage, change the sheets, nor bring new towels. We stayed for 5 nights, so that's fairly gross
The location is great for bars nearby. The service at the hotel was very good, all hours of the night. I had a terrible experience with a neighboring room (alarm going off for hours starting at 3am)
The hotel has a complimentary airport shuttle which is super helpful. It's located next to a gas station for quick access to things that aren't at the little store in the lobby area
The hotel bar and food at the bar are solid. Local beers on tap and in cans so you don't have to go far for those. It's easy to get to as it's right off the highway
Hotel staff did the best they could under the circumstance

Everyone makes you feel very welcomed. Some rooms have pictures with a group of people looking at the picture. It kind of got underneath my skin, but oh well, I tried to look the other way
Breakfast was great with a super buffet or a la Carte options. The location was easy to find and 2 minutes off hwy 35. The staff were friendly and helpful but a little too professional
Great room. Only downsides are the bathroom door doesn't lock and the lighting is SUPER dim. Otherwise the staff were all very nice and helpful. Very clean and snazzy.
Attended an event here sponsored by Texas Mutual and it was great! The conference center is large and offers plenty of space. Facilities were very clean and in good repair. Wait staff was very courteous and attentive
Classrooms are nice and roomy while catering is superb. Nice snacks, fresh coffee, tea and sodas and during breaks all kinds of snacks from breakfast in the morning to candy and cookies in the afternoon
Was at the hotel for a seminar. Breakfast was good -make your own breakfast tacos, fruit, and grits. The setup of the room was fine. However, it was much to cold in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful

The service is a little slow at the bar but that is because they are always slammed. They also forget sometimes to give you a complementary water bottle after they clean the room. But the food is very good in the lounge
This experience has been the best hotel experience I’ve had. From the moment I checked in Avery at the front desk provided amazing customer service and made me feel welcomed. Her customer service was very accommodating
Made to order pancakes were one of the best I’ve ever had in many years. The size of the hotel is not so big, but it has everything you need and the location is so convenient to find places to eat and do shopping
Also, it seemed like they used a very high concentration of perfume in the vents around the hotel, which was also irritating to my allergies. It also would have been nice to have valet options to the hotel
Kim was also really helpful and forthcoming when we arrived at the hotel. One of the other great features of the hotel is their breakfast. They provide great selection of food made with fresh ingredients
She was personable and listened to my requests. Thanks for all of your help and hospitality. You truly deserve a promotion. I recommend the Westin Austin at the Domain for everyone

Our keys never worked from day 1 and we had to go down to the lobby to get new keys made. The lobby has a small store for drinks, snacks, souvenirs, etc. Room was nice, clean, and updated
The hallways were extremely hot for some reason. The pool and hot tub area was nice and has pretty shade trees
Stayed here over the weekend for my daughters’ soccer tournament and I have only good things to say about the staff. They were very flexible, letting us relax in the lounge between games. Highly recommended.
This hotel is perfect in every way! The people who work here are top notch all the way from the front desk to housekeeping. They never missed a beat! Everything I asked for was taken care of immediately

The hotel was beautiful, the staff were friendly and inviting, the food at the restaurant was affordable and delicious. I had their breakfast tacos, their breakfast buffet, their pizza and onion rings
All of the things were cooked to perfection. The onion rings had a light and airy texture, the pizza was gooey and cheese, while the slices of tomato were juicy and cooked through
During my recent stay at the Hilton Austin Airport hotel, I had a pleasant experience overall. The room I stayed in was nice and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere to relax in after a long day of traveling
The hotel's facilities, such as the fitness center and swimming pool, were well-maintained and provided opportunities for relaxation and exercise during our stay
In terms of dining options, the hotel offered a restaurant that served a variety of dishes. While we didn't have the chance to dine there, the menu looked appealing and the restaurant had a pleasant ambiance
I booked overnight to avoid having to drive to the airport super early in the morning. They have a shuttle whose driver was incredibly nice, the front desk clerks were very courteous and helpful

Thank you Hotel Granduca for making my birthday weekend memorable. Your grounds are lovely, your staff is friendly and accommodating and the hotel is exquisite. We enjoyed the pool, the air conditioned patio and our room
My only complaint was not knowing the pool was under construction and the wine cooler in the room was not cool enough to keep food cold
Hotel is nestled in hill country, such beautiful views and close to restaurants and retail. Loved the location! The Laurel restaurant is the hotel and the food is excellent
Veggie omelette was delicious Very comfortable bedding, down comforter and pillows Extremely clean facility Staff was nice and helpful
Parked in the Apple lot without issue, the valet folks were very friendly, the lobby smells amazing, the people at the front desk were kind, the bar and restaurant were fantastic, the room was large with a wonderful view, and it was very clean
From a wedding photographer's perspective, Hotel Granduca is truly special. The reception space is just exploding with so much color, which we LOVE. The Spanish architecture adds such a unique element to your wedding day

The staff here are amazing, and food is delicious only disappointment was the pool was not open yet, but we will definitely return after the entire renovation

I can only say positive things, from the first impression to the check-out! We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights during our honeymoon! First of all, we received a very warm welcome and an absolutely stunning room! As soon as we arrived in the room, we were given a bottle of Prosecco! What a lovely surprise! The pool area is beautiful, there is music playing, it has a good bar - what more could you...
What a wonderful stay! We were here for a bachelorette party and stayed in the bunk room. There were a few things off about the room, but we were comfortable. What made this stay phenomenal was the staff
Louie at the front desk went out of his was to ensure all of our questions and requests were answered. The pool and multiple restaurants on site were lovely. We will be staying here again!
The thing that stands out most after all was said and done is simply the vibe of this hotel. It’s chic, with a great location and carefully curated interiors that give it that cool, moody Austin aesthetic she wanted
A space for the wedding party to get ready the day of? No, you’ll have to rent a suite for that. A Manhattan for a signature drink? Bitters isn’t included in the bar package so $17 extra per drink, and on and on
Throughout the planning process, it seemed like everything we asked about we were told no to, or that the request would result in extra charges. Welcome bags for our guests? That’s a charge of $3
