The hotel is located on Second Street in downtown Austin, and the surrounding transportation and food are very convenient. There are many restaurants, but there is no Chinese food

Staff was very courteous and professional. The check-in process was quick and painless. They took the time to explain the multiple amenities the hotel had to offer and where they were located

The room and the facility as a whole was both clean and very modern. Our room had excellent views and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay again the next time we're in Austin

Notified the front desk around 10pm, and they had maintenance in our room within 5 minutes to fix the issue. After he was done fixing our shower, he noticed we were low on towels and brought some up to us

We didn't have a chance to check out the pool, but the rooftop bar was nice and the staff was great. The staff at the reception was wonderful as well. The furniture in the room is a little odd as it sits low to the floor

This is our second time staying here for ACL festival weekend. They are dog friendly within limits. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great views of the city and Lady Bird lake from the upper floors

We were there all morning for bridal party hair and make up- the suite was more than ample to accommodate everyone and all of our things (more than 1 trash can would have been nice) I was able to check into my own room early with no issues

The Hyatt is an Austin original. Great restaurant and bar and walking distance to almost everything Austin. Whether it's shopping at the Yeti store or watching the Congress Avenue bridge bats

Only complaints was the after hour room service food was not great and to get the shower going you had to get blasted with cold water. Loved the bathroom mirror with the back lighting. Loved the inside glass elevators

Not to mention thread girls world headquarters restaurant is just across the way. The Hyatt also offers a great parking venue, in their garage, Another place with a great view, from the top floor

The city has plenty to offer and the hotel just made it easier to work and still had a little time to play. Do a little research ahead of time to make the best of it

We had a conference at this location and the service was exceptional. The location is walking distance to local attractions, restaurants, so it was a good location

We had a great stay here and the valet men were absolutely fantastic. We interacted with Timothy on our checkout and he was so great! He helped me load my luggage in the car and was very attentive! Thank you Timothy!

Luckily my Son works at an Omni. Very helpful and pleasant staff from the Valets , Front Desk, Maids and Security. You all helped make my stay less lonely when my Sons were busy or working

The rooms are nice and clean, but nothing that blew me away. Small rooms, but comfy beds and otherwise excellent accommodations. Keep in mind parking will cost you about $60, whether you self park or use valet

Trying to decide on a downtown hotel, we selected this for the location and the great reviews. The place is lovely, clean, and contemporary. The service is excellent and location is spectacular

We LOVED this hotel! Marie-Grace at reception was wonderful and set the tone from the moment we arrived. She extended a warm mimosa welcome and later guided us to Tacos 10/10 which was one of our favourite spots to eat

She gave us the best recommendations on the menu, what juices and coffees will pair best, and was able to get us taken care of and out the door in no time at all. Thank you Jillian! We will definitely be back again

The Weston is a fantastic place to stay in Austin. The company I work for hosted a sales meeting here and they did an outstanding job accommodating 150 sales guys. Guest rooms were clean and comfortable

The hotel has two restaurant/bars now which were both fantastic, offering a great selection of cocktails and a chic atmosphere, both bar menus offered an impressive selection of premium spirits and wines

It is a major safety hazard with adults and children slipping all over the place. My child fell 3 times just trying to slowly walk back to the pool. One of those times she hit her head on the metal part of the pool chair

The drinks are a little high for what they are. It is difficult to get what you ordered and it takes quite awhile. The biggest problem I have is that the pool area needs a sealant or to be redone

The property is beautiful and the golf course is immaculate. The pool chairs are ripping and quite uncomfortable. The food in the restaurants is okay and not a terrible price point

I know I don't have to tell you the probability of this happening, and it required a number of levels of incredibly honest people. I took this watch off my dads wrist when he passed away and it means so very much to me

One of the wall outlets was completely unsecured to the wall box inside the wall and completely pushed into the wall when I tried to plug into it. The outlets next to the bed in the nightstand were non functional as well

Very beautiful and great hotel! My wife and I stayed here right before we got married and they were very accommodating and even upgraded our room for free! Not only did they upgrade our room on the night of our wedding, they also had chocolate strawberries and champagne for us when we got back from our wedding day

My family and I usually stay at the Omni every year for Christmas when visiting family, and the stay is always fantastic. Although the hotel is bit pricey, I can honestly say that it’s worth it

If you are interested in staying at the Omni, I would recommend using Priceline (my mom uses it for everything). You can usually get away with cheaper prices if you use it

This hotel is very conveniently located near interstate Highway 35. Also the ballroom is great for a company functions and of have attended several here in the past

They also gave us tickets for a free breakfast drink for each night we stayed there. They really made our stay one of the best we have ever had

If your company looking at having a gathering here I would recommend it, plenty of parking available and an easy to find location

All good Good gym Location much closer to city center than expected. Its a 10 min pretty nice walk along the river. Food in the restaurant was very good. Service good. Stay here in again when I'm in Austin

Booked for 2 nights. The hotel has a garage. Parking is free for hotel guests. Also there is a bar on a site. Not sure if they clean rooms every day. My room wasn't clean during 2 nights staying.

We had a wonderful stay. We stayed here for valentines day and my husband and I had a blast. It was very quite and very clean. Thank you for a wonderful and safe place to stay.

As we walked around the West End the customer service was amazing, the generosity was amazing. The young man at the front desk was shockingly young, but the customer service was excellent

Nice big room with good amenities from dry bar. Mini fridge is convenient however the room could use a microwave.

Our keys never worked from day 1 and we had to go down to the lobby to get new keys made. The lobby has a small store for drinks, snacks, souvenirs, etc. Room was nice, clean, and updated

The hallways were extremely hot for some reason. The pool and hot tub area was nice and has pretty shade trees

All of the staff i encountered for my needs, had smiling faces, welcomed me and was respectful, friendly, and very eager to help in any way they were ask to help out

However there was one night where we were at the pool, one of the service workers came out and saw my wife and I and a few other people in the hot tub, still decided to lock the gates and lock the doors and we had to hop the fences in order to get back inside the hotel so that wasn't fun! They could have at least told us hey I'm locking up

I just recently stayed here and HAD to write an amazing review!! I LOVED my stay! The hotel is like BRAND NEW, super clean, luxurious bed rooms! Our beds were soo comfortable! We had an event nearby in Dripping Springs and stayed here as a halfway point between Austin and Dripping as there isn't much in Dripping Springs

The rooms were well done, with ample power outlets and lighting, and the bathrooms were exquisite! The staff was more than helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for the trip, and they went out of their way for any special requests we sprung on them

The bar had a great view out and the evenings spent outside were great. The bar tenders where good and knew how to create a great experience for guests. If your in the area this is the best hotel to stay at in the area

We can't say enough good things about this hotel. We did our wedding down the road, and the staff was amazing. It's super close to the airport and close to all of the good places to eat in the area
