The room was very comfortable and clean. The area around the hotel offers great shopping and a variety of restaurants. I was surprised by some of the limited hours of operation of business around the hotel

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is super friendly and helpful. If you need to go somewhere within 5 miles, they have a vehicle that will shuttle you to where you're needing to go

I stayed here for a week while I was in the area for work. Looks like the rooms were renovated within the last year. Room was very clean and spacious

Even though it looks like 60's architecture it is modern and stylish inside with an infinity pool with a bar window where you can order tacos and drinks, three restaurants (taco, brunch and upscale dinner) and a coffee bar! What more could you ask for? We had a view of downtown in room 1212 on the top floor

Our favourite stay of the whole trip! This place is such a gem, the room is great but the real winner is the stunning lobby area and pool. Such a fab place to chill out and right next to the lovely Hideout restaurant

I'm staying here from California for the F1 race, I didn't have to pay for the room so based on just my experience! the rooms are a 5/10 nothing special, the pool is sketchy I thought about swimming but better minds prevailed, the service is ok the staff is nice and friendly! Breakfast from 6 to 9 is free and not that far a walk from many restaurants!

powdered eggs, "biscuits" & a gravy like substance accented by questionable pastries & fruit, watered down coffee, juices, milk ,oatmeal,cereals & "make your own " waffles round out the variety offered until 9 a

The staff was beyond accommodating, and we enjoyed the hotel dining, gardens, pool, and comfortable rooms. The valet staff were very helpful in getting me around when I wasn't feeling my best

We didn't use the pool but it was beautiful and had a lively lounge vibe at night. One con was there wasn't a closet, just hanging rack

They have their own little sanctuary pool and the staff will give you food to feed them. We also enjoyed the free happy hour at the bar at 5:30p everyday along with free snacks set out in the dinning area next to bar

Everything was clean and beautiful. My son loved the indoor saltwater pool. We also enjoyed the free hot breakfast bar or with a chef on duty, you could order omelets, pancakes, etc

I just went to meet up with my parents as they were staying there for Thanksgiving. Only went in for an hour or so, but it was nice. On Saturdays they do a swan "show" with their resident swans, Butch and Sundance

The kids get to feed them lettuce and that's about it, but the kids really enjoy it. I will say, the swan water looks gross and needs some maintenance, but other than that it was nice

The housekeeping staff also deserves praise for keeping the hotel clean, fresh-smelling, and always being kind and accommodating whenever I needed a replacement towel

Staff was pretty chill and professional. Greeted you as you came and go. Front lobby and bar area decor was nice. The Gym area was great and very clean. I think they definitely deserve much more than 3 stars

We stayed for 4 nights and over all had a good visit. Staying that long I felt like we needed a room freshen around day 2 but the could not do that, we were given new towels though, that was nice

Lone Star Court is the hotel we always stay at for our quick Austin mini-trips. Hotel is conveniently placed next to The Domain in north Austin, making shopping, dining, and drinking very convenient

Was a really great place while at a conference across the street. Wish I had more time to explore the Domain, but the room and atmosphere was great. Good hot breakfast every morning.

Parking is free, no resort fee, continental breakfast is usually good, and the hotel bar is also good if you want to stay in. Bathrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable

I will say I wish the VVIP program was more consistent; no special offers have been mailed my way in years. Regardless, expect to stay there again this year

What a wonderful stay! We were here for a bachelorette party and stayed in the bunk room. There were a few things off about the room, but we were comfortable. What made this stay phenomenal was the staff

Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel South Congress! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Austin, with incredible views and access to everything South Congress has to offer

The thing that stands out most after all was said and done is simply the vibe of this hotel. It’s chic, with a great location and carefully curated interiors that give it that cool, moody Austin aesthetic she wanted

The staff seemed trained to prevent communication with management and almost every call or email to the Social Sales Manager that had provided the proposal was met with an out of office message

We looked at several venues in the area but this was her favorite, so although we knew its size would limit the guest count, after careful consideration we decided on South Congress

We were half expecting a grimy budget motel but were pleasantly surprised as our room was renovated and clean. They upgraded our room without extra charge and also accepted our cat without any extra charges

In-room amenities are dated but functional. Wifi is free, decently fast, and easy to connect to. Beds are beds, and check-in and out were quick and efficient

I didn't go in the rooms. I just went to have a drink with my friend. It was very good service. Wasn't the nicest atmosphere but the service was great

The hotel was decent for the price, but what made the difference was the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was a good one.

There's no breakfast but coffee and tea available. The only negative point for me was the unbelievably loud AC unit in the room

I had a reservation (supposedly). When I landed at 11:40 pm I received a phone call advising me that they did not have a room for me. Really? Where am I supposed to sleep in my car? Don’t book this hotel

They have a nice-looking bar but only one bartender which was surprising for a Saturday evening prior to a UT game. It's a disappointing stay for someone who usually likes Hilton properties

This hotel is outdated and needs some attention. My husband and I stayed here for one night for a UT game. Our room was on the fourth floor

at the time we stayed there in February 2022 , it was really cold in the mid 30s. Pool sign stated it was a heated pool. Told staff and problem wasn't fixed during our stay. Other than that , No complaints 🤙🏽Aloha

Get the room with the double queen size bed + tub if you’ve got kids. You’ll want it and will like it because it’s spacious and can allow you to set up a pack and play in a good spot

Their breakfast was SO GOOD! Ordinary free hotel breakfast but the cooking is restaurant level, scrambled eggs are so soft, little sugar in the waffle, fluffy pancakes and perfect flavored bacon/ sausage/potato wedges

This room, 212 is in the back, seems quiet enough, cant really hear the interstate traffic. Front desk staff very professional, quick check in and even a phone call to my room to check that everything was to my liking

Good enough room for the price. AC is somewhat quiet, bed comfortable, big bathroom, nice TV with a good selection of channels. Wifi connection is stable and the speed is adequate. No fridge but a full ironing set

The maids are so generous & clean the room for u everyday to their very best ability. The whole entire staff is pretty nice & stores are walking distance

Only thing is they dont come with microwaves or fridges & they only have drinking vending machines not food machines

Had to go there for a work event. Temperature in the room was just right, not too hot, not an icebox like so many others. Staff greeted us immediately on entry and directed us to the proper room. Restaurant smelled good.

Small area of the ceiling in my room seemed to have water damage. Also, the light next to the king bed was not operating correctly. But these were both small things to me

Room was a good size with a very comfortable bed, plenty of sockets for plugging in appliances and a socket with USB points. Staff were very friendly and quick to rectify any problems.

From the front desk all the way through all the employees, everyone was kind and willing to help! Will stay again in the future and continue to choose Marriott on other travel adventures

The rooms are a good size, about 550 square feet, have a full size fridge, and are nicely decorated. Plenty of storage for clothes and personal belongings. They allow pets and have a great fenced in yard for dogs
