Clean rooms and comfortable stay. We didn’t have the breakfast but it looked good and fairly priced. They have a shuttle bus if you need to go somewhere which is convenient. Pool was out of order for cleaning but not a big deal as there are plenty of places to swim in Austin.

Friendly clean modern. Room was very pleasant. My only negative was the hours of cafe and bar. I couldn’t get a cup Of coffee at 10am. Plus couldn’t get wine at 10pm. I’m traveling far. Just saying. Maybe if ur going to close the cafe offer free coffee.

Breakfast changed every morning a little bit. The hotel is nicely furnished. The room was really spacious however the wall were rather thin. The shower missed an extra space to put my own products. The corners were a bit dust and a towel had a small make up stain.

Hotel was nice. Restaurants and bars in the hotel were convenient if a little pricey. Rooms were a little small but configured good with storage and dresser space. Shower door leaked a little and wish there was more towels. Otherwise pretty nice for the money.

Hotel was cozy and centralized. Parking options are scarce and overpriced which is expected for downtown but was annoyed more by The Aloft bar on the 2nd floor. I was charged 12$ for the jellyfish IPA while MENU price was 8$. I had quite a few & even though I was overcharged at the time of the bill, I sill tipped.

Staff was very friendly and updated our room to a suite free of charge. The room was clean and there are lots of great amenities close by including a theater and an awesome cafe/market around the corner. This was our second time staying here and both times we have been very happy.

We came here as a team for a baseball tournament and it was the perfect place for the kids to have some fun between game days at the pool, watch a movie out on the patio and even got to rent the media room for a Wii tournament!

When we arrived we were greeted with a smile by the receptionist. I actually forgot if I had Marriott bonvoy membership and he was very patient and he asked me to slowly check cause he didn’t want me yo lose my points which I felt was very sweet. The maids are so generous & clean the room for u everyday to their very best ability. The whole entire staff is pretty nice & stores are walking distance. Only thing is they dont come with microwaves or fridges & they only have drinking vending machines not food machines.

When I first walked into the Quality Inn, it was quiet and felt a bit eerie. The room was old and outdated and smelled like smoke even though we requested a non smoking room. Our window did not have a screen on it and you could technically climb in or out which was not safe. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless it's a last minute resort

Great c lean hotel. Perfect proximity to the airport. Shuttle available as well as a grab and go breakfast in case your flight leaves before the nice, hot, breakfast options. Was under a remodel when I visited but they don't actually start working on it till 11 giving guests more than enough time to sleep in and then get ready! Great staff. Free airport shuttle was nice. Used the public transportation system to get around Austin. Wasn't bad since it was only $2.50 a day per person. The breakfast buffet was slightly different each day, which was nice. Pool didn't have towels for two of the three days we were there.

Hotel is very nice definitely updated. Breakfast was very good. Bed was wonderful. Lots of pillows. We did have trouble with the air conditioning unit when we were there, but they sent a tech up in the morning who fixed it and then actually the hostess at the Front Desk, she came up that later that evening and had to reset everything and fixed it all in all it was a very good stay

Great for the price Super comfy bed so a great night’s sleep! Very Austin-y…almost feels like a converted dorm? Some of the bedrooms don’t have their own bathrooms, our room did but definitely felt like a college kid again. Super loud pool party for a few hours downstairs, which was not a problem. Great place in a perfect location. We stayed on a Wednesday night so it wasn’t very busy. We shared the pool with only a few people and were warmly welcomed. The under ground parking was perfect to park off the street and the elevator went right to our floor. We had a poolside view which was nice later in the evening enjoying the outdoors.

I had out of town family there to check them in at 3pm. There was no staff, no front desk staff. It had a sign that said we’ll be back at 430pm. A young man had to FaceTime someone to walk him through the process.

Austin visit Elevator out of service. Found stairs but other elevator was the only one. Food area was clean and food was hot and nicely prepared. Bread area lacked choice and jelly. So apparently there is a charge for parking at a hotel with more than enough spaces. I could understand if it was downtown - but it’s not.

This is the third time we stay here. I think location wise it is not near to downtown. But it is close to typhoon Texas and Barton springs. Also i think it is highest in value based on the rate paid. The water is a little too soft I am not sure why. Overall is good stay.

Pleasant place to stay It was a great stay. The office staff, especially Lisa, were amazing to deal with. The hotel was quiet, in a nice area, and offered many amenities, such as a decent breakfast, fitness center and pool area. Just be aware, the "free" parking as listed under the amenities isn't free. The fee is nominal but it's still charged. It can be refunded if you beef the policy.

For the money you pay, I don’t think you shall expect more. You have a car, you can cook, it is right on ih35, 4 miles to Austin downtown, 30 miles to San Marcus, you want spend a few days with your family in this area, this hotel’s suites are just on the money I should say.

The pillows look full but the minute you touch them they become pancakes, still have a kink in my neck days later.
