The location is great for bars nearby. Nice view from my room. The service at the hotel was very good, all hours of the night. I had a terrible experience with a neighboring room (alarm going off for hours starting at 3am). Hotel staff did the best they could under the circumstance.

I had a great stay at this hotel. I really enjoyed being located right on the green belt. Every morning or night I would go for a walk or bike on the path. Really nice pool overlooking the lake. The staff were really nice. Great value for being so close to downtown and the east side

Nice employees. We had a "partial view" executive room. It was the size of most regular rooms but nicely updated. Very nice view of Austin and the water. It's easy to go for a wonderful walk (or bike ride) by the water. Also very short drive from here to anywhere you'd want to go in Austin. We will return.

Room was nice and clean. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Pillows were not terribly comfortable. A lot of the elevators were non-operational. It seemed like the building was going through a lot of repairs or needed some work.

I booked overnight to avoid having to drive to the airport super early in the morning. They have a shuttle whose driver was incredibly nice, the front desk clerks were very courteous and helpful. They even allow you to park your car for a reasonable fee until you return. The beds were comfy and rooms were clean. I really don’t know what more I could have asked for. It checked all our boxes.

The room and bed were very comfortable. The hotel provided a varied and interesting breakfast. The best thing at the hotel was being able to catch the airport shuttle bus to the airport very early in the morning to catch our flight. We were able to invite family members who live in Austin to a meal in the hotel.

This place is growing. It's a nice little airport that may not be "little" too much longer. There's been a lot of renovation in the last few months. Salt Lick expanded, Second Bar added a location. Seems like there's cherry pickers going through there every time I go. I never see them used...they seem to just run them from one end to the other. Pretty sure that's not true...but it's funny!

I really enjoyed this Hotel! The newly renovated lobby and guest rooms were excellent. The staff here are amazing, and food is delicious only disappointment was the pool was not open yet, but we will definitely return after the entire renovation.

The room set up was nice. Nice large tv. The bed was very uncomfortable and there weren’t any firm pillows. The shower setup was not good. You have to get in the shower to turn it on and get blasted with cold water. The food was overpriced and coffee not good. No free coffee or tea. Southwest airlines put me up here after a flight cancellation. The staff was very efficient and friendly, making sure I was on a shuttle the next morning. I didn't like where the AC unit was blowing in the room. It was designed to blow directly on the bed, which caused me to have a very dry throat the next morning. If I was there another night, I would have put a towel over it and solved the problem

Down the middle amenities in a outer rim location. You'll find this hotel inconveniently located far away from downtown but right near the airport. We picked the La Quinta because of it's proximity to the Frank Erwin Center. This hotel is like a well worn coat, not so good looking anymore but still keeps you warm. Our room was quiet even though we faced a busy intersection. Service was fine. Room was clean. Free breakfast was pretty ordinary. Parking is extra.

We were there on a Saturday night. We got great service from the front desk. Daytime clerk helped us check in early and the night clerk brought us a blanket within 5 minutes of our request. The room was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t have any issues at all. The restaurant breakfast buffet was not extensive but the omelette was made to order and delicious.

We are at the hotel restaurant for both breakfast and dinner; meals were great. Coffee, tea, water, fruits and cookies available almost 24/7; always restocked/refill. Bed and pillow can be a little in the soft side.

Nice clean rooms. But the other guests ruined any good impression. Several set up chairs in the walkways and carried on late into the night, music blaring. Other rooms nearby were also loud. TVs and music thudding through the walls. Hotel staff seemed inexperienced or exhausted. Parking on the weekends was problematic. My family had three rooms rented here for the week and we had a great time. The location is great to everywhere we wanted to go, rooms are very clean, The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating even when we asked for a few unusual things. I definitely recommend this one for families!

A pleasant stay. The staff was quick and very friendly upon my arrival and have me a choice of available rooms. The room was a good size and comfortable. Extra plugs for chargers at the bedside would have been nice. The room and washroom were clean and neat although they could update the showerheads to have a bit more pressure.
