Spent my birthday weekend in Austin and so glad we chose this hotel rather than the ones in downtown. The location was so lovely, the staff were helpful, the hotel was extremely clean and the room was nice. Overall great value for money. Really nice gym which comes with everything you need & they didn’t charge us for parking or Wi-Fi.
Was very clean and really liked the location, staff seemed very nice
I attended a conference at the Renaissance Austin Hotel. The conference facilities were amazing. The hotel offered easy access to general meeting space, breakout sessions, and meal service. The room was very comfortable and clean. The area around the hotel offers great shopping and a variety of restaurants. I was surprised by some of the limited hours of operation of business around the hotel. I felt...
The hotel is beautiful, the staff is super friendly and helpful. If you need to go somewhere within 5 miles, they have a vehicle that will shuttle you to where you're needing to go. Andre was a very efficient and safe driver. He got us to our destination quickly and it was pleasant to ride with him. We will definitely book another ride with him this weekend! I highly recommend him!
The lady who checked us in was super nice, friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean, one of the rooms I booked is a suit and I really like it. the AC is not noisy which is very important to us. Location is good. Parking is not bad at all.
I stayed here for a week while I was in the area for work. I booked a Signature suite. Looks like the rooms were renovated within the last year. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfy. The R Lounge was really nice and the staff working there were too notch in terms of customer service and keep the lounge clean. Lots of parking but space size-wise can be a bit tight. Walkable to a few restaurants...

Absolutely stunning hotel! Absolutely gorgeous, modern, upscale, great amenities and most importantly very friendly and helpful staff…from check in to check out! Not a single complaint or downside! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stylish stay in Austin! Beautiful pool!
Great place to relax by the pool. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love their support of the arts! Be sure to take the elevator to the top floor overlooking the lake and enjoy the view. You may even find an Artist in Residence painting by the pool or an on-site art exhibit.
Loved this place! Not sure what this hotel was before but it is in a great location right on the lake. Even though it looks like 60's architecture it is modern and stylish inside with an infinity pool with a bar window where you can order tacos and drinks, three restaurants (taco, brunch and upscale dinner) and a coffee bar! What more could you ask for? We had a view of downtown in room 1212 on...

We had a great stay here and the valet men were absolutely fantastic. We interacted with Timothy on our checkout and he was so great! He helped me load my luggage in the car and was very attentive! Thank you Timothy!
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. A special shout-out to CJ in valet—he went above and beyond to make my experience seamless and stress-free. Five stars for his excellent service! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again.
Trying to decide on a downtown hotel, we selected this for the location and the great reviews. The place is lovely, clean, and contemporary. The service is excellent and location is spectacular. The rooms are nice and clean, but nothing that blew me away. Small rooms, but comfy beds and otherwise excellent accommodations. Keep in mind parking will cost you about $60, whether you self park or use valet
Very Nice place. High end. Luckily my Son works at an Omni. Great staff. Awesome building. Neat artwork. Very helpful and pleasant staff from the Valets , Front Desk, Maids and Security. You all helped make my stay less lonely when my Sons were busy or working. Thank You.
Highly recommend the Omni! Even before I arrived, a manager reached out to inquire if I needed anything. Beck at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful. Jarvis was a delight to see every morning and Matt was an incredible valet! He had our car ready and waiting each time we needed it. The entire staff was amazing. A great location close to the Texas State Capitol and also to the very vibrant 6th Street. Our suite was most comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff at Reception and the Porters were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would be happy to recommend this hotel.
The start of my journey to the entrance of the Stephen F. Austin Hotel was impressive. Mainly because of the staff, location and amenities. Anthony runs a tight ship, taking care of all customer service points. When you arrived at the service desk, you were pleased with the ease of checking in, receiving important information about amenities, and tips on how to best enjoy the area 😀👍. The rooms were...
This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever had the privilege of entering. Wow. Absolutely blown away by the amenities. Everything was so well kept and I felt at ease with its peaceful energy.
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Room was lovely, super clean, comfortable bed and fast service. Front desk was quick and helpful, valet as well. Delicious cocktails upstairs in the bar too. All around a wonderful experience.
Room was extremely spacious and impeccably kept. Hallways were quiet , breakfast was world-class. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you intercontinental! Can’t wait to stay at your other locations. Also, big thank you to Ali , Andrew, and Eric management staff, 5 Stars!
This is a beautiful hotel. We visited the bar and easily would have had a whole bottle of wine had it not been for the sewer gas smell enveloping our table every time the exterior door opened. Great place but fill your floor drains in the kitchen!

The room was clean and comfortable with a lot of space, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the location was great for accessing downtown Austin. Conveniently next door to a Circle K fuel station if you need to pick any extra bits for your room! Plenty of parking onsite.
Our favourite stay of the whole trip! This place is such a gem, the room is great but the real winner is the stunning lobby area and pool. Such a fab place to chill out and right next to the lovely Hideout restaurant. Fab location, easy drive to anywhere from here.
a little dirty but mainly a good hotel
All you can eat breakfast is included ! Serve yourself a variety of tidbits reminiscent of elementary school fare... powdered eggs, "biscuits" & a gravy like substance accented by questionable pastries & fruit, watered down coffee, juices, milk ,oatmeal, cereals & "make your own " waffles round out the variety offered until 9 a.m. (you must consume it in the lobby.) ☆☆ I would like to add that a couple...
I'm staying here from California for the F1 race, I didn't have to pay for the room so based on just my experience! the rooms are a 5/10 nothing special, the pool is sketchy I thought about swimming but better minds prevailed, the service is ok the staff is nice and friendly! Enjoyed the new menu they rolled out, clearly! Great flavors, good portions - highly recommend. Love the new event series they’re incorporating in their calendar. Definitely going back soon!
We came in town for a memorial so we were already in a somber mood but what a beautiful stay and respite from the hard emotional things that we were going through. My husband and I loved the Ella hotel. It looks like the perfect place for parties and weddings. I stayed at the Ella to convalesce after a medical procedure. The staff was beyond accommodating, and we enjoyed the hotel dining, gardens, pool, and comfortable rooms. The valet staff were very helpful in getting me around when I wasn't feeling my best.
Have come here twice now for work events using their catering services. Highly recommend them if you need to host an event. They are friendly, professional, and put out great brunch choices with options for everyone. They have valet parking and those staff members are also efficient and a pleasure to work with.
Wonderful experience here! One of the best in west campus. Beautiful little hotel that has everything you need. Kyle the bartender was great to us, as was the manager with the big ears. Have already booked my next stay. 10/10

As far as 2017 goes, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had not only this year but ever. Nestled near the so hip it hurts section of congress in Austin, this hotel truly is an experience. Excellent breakfast. More options than I expected. It was great value. Loved the options. Loved the made to order omelette station. Pancakes were awesome
Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and fresh made to order breakfast every morning. Also, a free complimentary drink from the bar every evening. Would stay here again while visiting Austin?
I just went to meet up with my parents as they were staying there for Thanksgiving. Only went in for an hour or so, but it was nice. On Saturdays they do a swan "show" with their resident swans, Butch and Sundance. The kids get to feed them lettuce and that's about it, but the kids really enjoy it. I will say, the swan water looks gross and needs some maintenance, but other than that it was nice.
Great hotel especially if you have kids with you. They will enjoy the swans, indoor pool and free breakfast. The hotel is also located in a place in Austin where there are many things to do as a family without having to deal with the traffic that plagues the city.
Beautiful hotel. Swans in fountain were remarkable. They are brothers! I was here for an Amazon event at the hotel for potential employment the day I first walked in to an Embassy Suites. This hotel is definitely expensive but overall is wuiet and safe, so I see why they obtain and retain guests business! Great job.
Had a great stay here. Everything was clean and beautiful. Traveling with my family. My son loved the indoor saltwater pool. We also enjoyed the free hot breakfast bar or with a chef on duty, you could order omelets, pancakes, etc. Pretty much anything you want, they have it. Also loved the friendly staff, the royal swans in the hotel lobby we're such a nice touch. They have their own little sanctuary...

Good location, minimalistic hotel rooms and breakfast options were modest. Suite was disappointing. No scenic view and not as spacious as we hoped.
I think they designed this place for me. Great staff, great breakfast, great style, great vibe. Would love to stay here again. Till next time! Cole was super friendly and welcoming at check in, too.
Pet friendly, modern decor and great customer service. Well located downtown; easy to avoid their ridiculous $43/day valet by using the spothero app to find cheap overnight parking close by. Fast elevators and good coffee shop on the first floor
Wow! My husband and I travel A LOT and this hotel has been AMAZING. The facility is beautiful and well taken care of. Everyone has been a complete pleasure to deal with. Was a really great place while at a conference across the street. Wish I had more time to explore the Domain, but the room and atmosphere was great. Good hot breakfast every morning.
Great Location and decor. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Plenty of parking for hotel guests. Layout of hotel emphasizes style over practicality. What a wonderful stay! We were here for a bachelorette party and stayed in the bunk room. There were a few things off about the room, but we were comfortable. What made this stay phenomenal was the staff. Louie at the front desk went out of his was to ensure all of our questions and requests were answered. The pool and multiple restaurants on site were lovely. We will be staying here again!
My daughter was married at the South Congress Hotel earlier this year. We looked at several venues in the area but this was her favorite, so although we knew its size would limit the guest count, after careful consideration we decided on South Congress. Clean pet friendly hotel. No breakfast. Great price. No complaints on my side at all.
Customer service was subpar. Kicked us out after they mistakenly booked us under age. Carla, the large heavyset woman at the counter, was one of the rudest people I've dealt with. Find a better place there's a bunch of hotels on this st. don't pick this one.
Quick service, but thin walls. In-room amenities are dated but functional. Wifi is free, decently fast, and easy to connect to. Beds are beds, and check-in and out were quick and efficient. One issue is thin walls, which leaked sound from the hallway and adjacent rooms. Good value for the price.
The hotel was decent for the price, but what made the difference was the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was a good one.
I didn't go in the rooms. I just went to have a drink with my friend. It was very good service. Wasn't the nicest atmosphere but the service was great
We were half expecting a grimy budget motel but were pleasantly surprised as our room was renovated and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel bartenders were fantastic. However, the hotel overall wasn’t in the best shape. Almost everything is outdated from the lobby to the rooms, and our room had water stains on the ceiling by the AC unit as well as in the hallway. Beds were comfy, but the room itself left much to be desired as it was very bland and the TV had screen issues. Was not a terrible...
This hotel is outdated and needs some attention. My husband and I stayed here for one night for a UT game. Our room was on the fourth floor. The AC was very loud, the sink was cracked in the front, and the room was just tired-looking. It was clean though. The check-in process was fine. Would leave 0 if I could. I had a reservation (supposedly). When I landed at 11:40 pm I received a phone call advising me that they did not have a room for me. Really? Very nice facilities, huge workout room, friendly staff. Rooms aren’t big, but they’re comfy and have everything you need. My only complaint is that the interior rooms facing the bar can be a bit noisy depending on the crowd down there at night. Also can hear...

I called the front desk and had someone at my door with a new room key within 90 seconds, a maintenance guy appeared minutes after as I was packing up my stuff, and I was comfortably in a new room within 5 minutes of calling the front desk. Profuse apologies all around. Impeccable service here!
I have stayed here twice now and both times the service desk clerks were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very nice and is much bigger on the inside than it appears on the outside. Great Service and Comfortable Rooms. Definitely would stay again. Just don't expect big bowls for cereal to be available, if that's something your going to request.
Nice overall. Major negatives were the bathroom and noise level. The bathroom was so small the door could not open all the way. It would hit the shower.
