Spent my birthday weekend in Austin and so glad we chose this hotel rather than the ones in downtown. The location was so lovely, the staff were helpful, the hotel was extremely clean and the room was nice. Overall great value for money. Really nice gym which comes with everything you need & they didn’t charge us for parking or Wi-Fi.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is super friendly and helpful. If you need to go somewhere within 5 miles, they have a vehicle that will shuttle you to where you're needing to go. Andre was a very efficient and safe driver. He got us to our destination quickly and it was pleasant to ride with him. We will definitely book another ride with him this weekend! This is a beautiful hotel. We visited the bar and easily would have had a whole bottle of wine had it not been for the sewer gas smell enveloping our table every time the exterior door opened. Great place but fill your floor drains in the kitchen!

I'm staying here from California for the F1 race, I didn't have to pay for the room so based on just my experience! the rooms are a 5/10 nothing special, the pool is sketchy I thought about swimming but better minds prevailed, the service is ok the staff is nice and friendly! The staff at the front desk was absolutely marvelous. They went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated. The valet attend was also very attentive. We eat at the restaurant and appreciated the recommendations the waitress provided. This made our stay very relaxing.

My husband and I loved the Ella hotel. It looks like the perfect place for parties and weddings. I stayed at the Ella to convalesce after a medical procedure. The staff was beyond accommodating, and we enjoyed the hotel dining, gardens, pool, and comfortable rooms. The valet staff were very helpful in getting me around when I wasn't feeling my best.

Have come here twice now for work events using their catering services. Highly recommend them if you need to host an event. They are friendly, professional, and put out great brunch choices with options for everyone. They have valet parking and those staff members are also efficient and a pleasure to work with.

The Hyatt is an Austin original. Great restaurant and bar and walking distance to almost everything Austin. Whether it's shopping at the Yeti store or watching the Congress Avenue bridge bats. I really enjoy coming out here. Super family-friendly, with tons of activities for kids. The food in all of the restaurants is quite good. Call ahead for the food theme that night, and don't eat anything before you go - you want to have room for the dessert table. The upstairs restaurant is very nice, and makes a great date night. The location was convenient for me as it’s close to the University of Texas at Austin’s museums and the LBJ Presidential Library and to the state capitol. We had a wonderful stay at W Austin! The rooms are clean and well equipped. The staff was very helpful. When we reported a maintenance issue with our shower, they immediately changed our room and updated it in the process!
