Staff was very courteous and professional. The check-in process was quick and painless. They took the time to explain the multiple amenities the hotel had to offer and where they were located. They were also very knowledgeable about area attractions and nearby dining options. They followed up after we checked in to ensure the room was to our liking. The room and the facility as a whole was both clean...
Beautiful hotel! We only spent one night there but we loved the hotel. Our room was gorgeous and immaculately clean. The hotel is located within walking distance to 6th street, making it very convenient. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.
Great service with a friendly staff. Rooms are clean and we'll take care of. Hotel is great modern and updated. Prices were reasonable and there are 2 restaurants in the lobby including corner which is really good. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking at being in the heart of Austin. Near all the local attractions.
Stayed over Halloween weekend for our anniversary. The rooms are beautiful and we had a great view of downtown. We left only for a couple hours for lunch and came back to our bed made which was nice. My only complaint is the parking. We were able to park in the parking structure at the hotel. But after coming back from lunch there was absolutely no parking. We had to pay for parking a couple blocks...

I stayed here with a big group for an event and had a great experience! Every person I interacted with was super helpful. In particular, the UPS employees had great attitudes throughout the busy days, and the lobby attendants, specifically Clinton, went above and beyond! Great stay all around. Thank you!
I have been staying here for long term due to business. The hotel provides many amenities to make my stay comfortable. Its location in downtown Austin makes it convenient to go anywhere, and the city views are nice. All the staff here are friendly and provide excellent service. I am satisfied with everything about this hotel.
Staying for 2 nights and what can I say! It’s been an amazing experience! The room is amazing, modern and clean! The bar is fantastic. Pool is perfect. Staff have gone above and beyond. Shoutout to J.Ortiz!
I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton in Austin! I had an issue with water temps being extremely hot with no way to use the cold water. Notified the front desk around 10pm, and they had maintenance in our room within 5 minutes to fix the issue. After he was done fixing our shower, he noticed we were low on towels and brought some up to us. That was so nice of him and it left a great impression. I wish I...
Great staff and nice attention to detail. The front desk will give you bottled water everyday if you ask.

A brand new hotel opening in the heart of Austin Downtown. We had the honor of staying in the hotel the weekend before it opened as part of their soft opening. It was an amazing experience. Everything from the hotel decoration, rooms, staff and food were excellent. The food was amazing and they have beautiful restaurants. We can't wait to go back and experience these amazing restaurants.
The highly anticipated Fairmont Austin did not disappoint. As expected, great staff right when you walk in, helpful and smiling folks everywhere and of course, smack in the middle of Austin - we can walk seemingly everywhere from here! The restaurants have been delicious food and cocktail experiences, and considering they just opened, the sevice was on point. Can't wait to see what else they have in...
Worked in the building and the lighting in the building and it's a absolutely beautiful building and level 7 is the one to visit!! Huge pool and amazing panoramic view and all the art designs in the building is spectacular and the whole building is based off an artist which is really cool also! I'm actually going to work there this Saturday to finish the building so we could open on his premier.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my experience at the fairmont, but I was not an overnight guest. I was trying to arrange a conference for work because it is a beautiful venue. We loved every aspect of the hotel. The meeting rooms were perfect, the location is right in the middle of everything, and the rooms looked very comfortable. In the end, the fairmont was a little out of our...
Still under construction but as an employee I can honestly say this place will be amazing when its completed. Its beautiful and the attention to detail is amazing.
Great location. Walking distance to shopping, music, and great food! Bed comfortable and nice shower. House keeping service every day!
The pool seating is still an issue. Short-term solutions: 1. Add about 20 more Chairs (not beds); guests are grateful with just a place to store their stuff, rather than leave it at the edge of the pool. 2. Remove some of the tables; they’re taking up valuable real estate. 3. Pull one cabana (the large one in West side of pool) to make it seating for 10 guests and I would suggest reserving it for families...

Great hotel. Stayed here for a friend's wedding and was very impressed with how helpful the staff was. Great location too right next to Town Lake. I will definitely be staying here next time I'm down in Austin.
We had a conference at this location and the service was exceptional. The location is walking distance to local attractions, restaurants, so it was a good location. Enjoy Austin, music and BBQ. The city has plenty to offer and the hotel just made it easier to work and still had a little time to play. Do a little research ahead of time to make the best of it. I wish I had more time to spend, would...
The Hyatt is an Austin original. Great restaurant and bar and walking distance to almost everything Austin. Whether it's shopping at the Yeti store or watching the Congress Avenue bridge bats. Not to mention thread girls world headquarters restaurant is just across the way. The Hyatt also offers a great parking venue, in their garage, Another place with a great view, from the top floor.
Great hotel. Nothing crazy to boast about as everything was as expected, nothing disappointed. To get 5 stars I would've liked to see something more interesting in terms of the decorating, as it is advertised as a 'luxury' hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly, the available amenities that could be ordered to the room was extremely extensive! Cannot comment on the breakfast as I was not eating...
I really enjoy coming out here. Super family-friendly, with tons of activities for kids. The food in all of the restaurants is quite good. Call ahead for the food theme that night, and don't eat anything before you go - you want to have room for the dessert table. The upstairs restaurant is very nice, and makes a great date night. Give yourself time to stroll the grounds.

This is our second time staying here for ACL festival weekend. They are dog friendly within limits. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great views of the city and Lady Bird lake from the upper floors. Very convenient if you're doing business or just trying to get the downtown vibe. Plenty of scooters nearby. The pool and poolside bar are hopping, and the little taco shop is not only convenient, but...
We were recently at the LINE for my sister's wedding reception. We were there all morning for bridal party hair and make up- the suite was more than ample to accommodate everyone and all of our things (more than 1 trash can would have been nice) I was able to check into my own room early with no issues. The valet attendants were super nice and quick! The location is great and is within walking distance...
I wasn’t overly impressed by my stay at The Line. The hotel is arty and chic, however lacs a lot of functionality and could use some updating. The location is great for getting around downtown and there are tons of scooters/ it’s very walkable. The hotel is rather dark. The entrance is like walking into a cave. We mentioned that the lights were out early in our stay and desk staff just laughed it...
Absolutely stunning hotel! Absolutely gorgeous, modern, upscale, great amenities and most importantly very friendly and helpful staff…from check in to check out! Not a single complaint or downside! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stylish stay in Austin! Beautiful pool!
Great place to relax by the pool. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love their support of the arts! Be sure to take the elevator to the top floor overlooking the lake and enjoy the view. You may even find an Artist in Residence painting by the pool or an on-site art exhibit.
Loved this place! Not sure what this hotel was before but it is in a great location right on the lake. Even though it looks like 60's architecture it is modern and stylish inside with an infinity pool with a bar window where you can order tacos and drinks, three restaurants (taco, brunch and upscale dinner) and a coffee bar! What more could you ask for? We had a view of downtown in room 1212 on...

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. A special shout-out to CJ in valet—he went above and beyond to make my experience seamless and stress-free. Five stars for his excellent service! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again.
Trying to decide on a downtown hotel, we selected this for the location and the great reviews. The place is lovely, clean, and contemporary. The service is excellent and location is spectacular. The rooms are nice and clean, but nothing that blew me away. Small rooms, but comfy beds and otherwise excellent accommodations. Keep in mind parking will cost you about $60, whether you self park or use valet
Very Nice place. High end. Luckily my Son works at an Omni. Great staff. Awesome building. Neat artwork. Very helpful and pleasant staff from the Valets , Front Desk, Maids and Security. You all helped make my stay less lonely when my Sons were busy or working. Thank You.
Highly recommend the Omni! Even before I arrived, a manager reached out to inquire if I needed anything. Beck at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful. We had a great stay at the Westin. The breakfast while not free is worth every penny. Incredibly delicious food. Great servers. The front desk was very helpful. Shout out to Mike who went above and beyond. Thank you, Mike.
We LOVED this hotel! Marie-Grace at reception was wonderful and set the tone from the moment we arrived. She extended a warm mimosa welcome and later guided us to Tacos 10/10 which was one of our favourite spots to eat. The hotel has a boutique feel and changed our perception of what a Westin can be. Nothing about this felt like a chain hotel. The lobby is lovely, the rooms are tastefully appointed...
Amazing experience! We recently dined at this amazing restaurant, our plans changed and we had to take our food to go. Great experience. Really polite check in. The hotel was fairly empty so we got an upgrade to a bigger room! Location is great easily walkable to almost everywhere in the downtown area. Price was reasonable for the location.
We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel last month and the experience was amazing. The hotel staff was friendly and proactive. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We booked the governor’s suite which was the size of a one bedroom apartment. The main reason why we chose this particular hotel was due to the restaurant, Roaring Fork. Food and drinks were great. A great location close to the Texas State Capitol and also to the very vibrant 6th Street. Our suite was most comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff at Reception and the Porters were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would be happy to recommend this hotel.
The start of my journey to the entrance of the Stephen F. Austin Hotel was impressive. Mainly because of the staff, location and amenities. We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Van Zandt, which has a great location close to all the cool downtown spots. This was a great hotel stay. We enjoyed the poncho suite. Sexy and swanky the vibe is fantastic. Add some robes to the room.
I cannot begin to explain how impressed we were with the hotel and the staff. Everyone was so gracious and accommodating. Upon our arrival, Bushra was all smiles and full of life. Very good hotel. The area is very interesting, with lots of nightlife and an incredible variety of options. The only downside is that there is music playing outside, but that wasn't a problem for me. Such an amazing place! The staff is exceptional and professional! We can't describe what a wonderful holiday we had! We didn't even leave the property! The Royal Spa Suite with Lake View was wonderful! Abdul and Gordon were very helpful and look forward to returning soon!

The resort was just okay. Much needed renovation. The pictures in the hallways are so out of date. Hard to believe they still have them up. Pictures were from Jim Crow days. We went for Christmas and they were short of staff. Hospitality industry unacceptable.
I had my wedding reception here. Everything went really well. The event planners and managers were always on top of everything and everyone was very accommodating.
Hotel is fantastic! Views, scenery and use of nature/outdoor areas is awesome! Service at the bar was a little slow, but I'm told that's temporary until renovation is completed. All else was great! Can't wait to come back in December for ice skating!
We just spent three nights here and had a very pleasant stay. It's in a beautiful location, the staff is remarkably helpful and courteous, it's extremely quiet, and the food is not bad. My family and I usually stay at the Omni every year for Christmas when visiting family, and the stay is always fantastic. Although the hotel is bit pricey, I can honestly say that it’s worth it. I came here for a work Christmas party. Ballroom was lovely and staff were friendly and helpful. Great experience.
This hotel is very conveniently located near interstate Highway 35. Also the ballroom is great for a company functions and of have attended several here in the past. If your company looking at having a gathering here I would recommend it, plenty of parking available and an easy to find location.
Nice hotel close to the highway and only $10 cab ride to downtown Austin. Really enjoyed our stay, it was very nice to be outside the city limits but still have access to all the nightlife and restaurants of Austin and the surrounding areas. Free parking, close proximity to gas stations, and various grocery stores.
My boyfriend and I booked a stay here for one night after having a terrible experience at another hotel the night before. From beginning to end our experience with Omni was amazing. Attended an event here sponsored by Texas Mutual and it was great! The conference center is large and offers plenty of space. Facilities were very clean and in good repair. Wait staff was very courteous and attentive. Great place to hold any type of event!
Was at the hotel for a seminar. Breakfast was good -make your own breakfast tacos, fruit, and grits. The grits needed some salt. The setup of the room was fine. Plenty of seats and space. However, it was much to cold in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful.
I have attended several training meetings at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center for a volunteer role, and have always been very impressed with this facility. Party of 7. Part of group did not receive all of their breakfast. Our steel oatmeal was cold. Service was questionable. More tables to serve then waitresses. Will not eat breakfast again.
I will definitely come back here! Everything was great. The only thing is I wish they had is pool side service. The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants & a really cool area that the streets are blocked off at night. kind of like 6th street but it’s definitely a much higher economic level.
Beautiful location. Beautiful hotel. Excellent bar. Amazing pool. Absolutely amazing in every way. It was awesome to be able to walk anywhere in The Domain within a few minutes. My biggest complaint would be the high dust percentage in the rooms. Great hotel with welcoming staff with true hospitality. Kieth was a Waldorf Astoria level of customer service, kind enough to help arrange not only our room but also gave great advice for our plans for the night we stayed. Incredibly convenient accommodations to the capitol. Have stayed here a couple of times for business. I have chosen to park at the parking garage on the same block which was about $40 a day vs $55 at hotel valet. Nice thought out rooms. They have motion activated lights. Very cozy.
The toilet in the corner room is part of the room, and the toilet bowl is not separated from the bedroom by a wall, but only by a glass partition. This funny design decision gives the feeling of the literal presence of someone using the toilet next to the sleeping person on the bed.
Newly built Hyatt hotel in the center. Since its new its all fresh which I like. After a few days my AC broke and the hotel kindly upgraded me to top suite with amazing views. Very kind and service minded staff that work hard to keep you happy. Had several dinners at Lumiers restaurant on the ground floor which also serves the breakfast - all good. I recommend this hotel.
Very new hotel with a new style. The building is very tall and narrow, with only about 1/2 dozen rooms on each floor. Our room was very stylish with great views, large windows, and interesting decorations. However, it was smaller and more narrow than a traditional hotel room (larger than Hyatt Tommie, but smaller than Hyatt Regency). The hotel restaurant and check in + bar area is well designed and has an upscale, modern and welcoming atmosphere. My daughter was married at the South Congress Hotel earlier this year. We looked at several venues in the area but this was her favorite, so although we knew its size would limit the guest count, after careful consideration we decided on South Congress. Wonderful hotel. Probably my best experience in Texas so far. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Everything was very clean. The rooms are spacious with lots of natural light and quiet, which is unusual for such a central location. I recommend it to anyone who wants a nice, relaxing stay in the center of town.
This hotel is in a fantastic location. If you decide to drive you will be greeted by a friendly valet. When you walk into the lobby the smell is wonderful! We opted to do the digital check in but were still greeted by very friendly hotel staff. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern! Although there are a few clubs/bars around there is no street noise! Close to bars and restaurants and easy walking...
