Spent my birthday weekend in Austin and so glad we chose this hotel rather than the ones in downtown. The location was so lovely, the staff were helpful, the hotel was extremely clean and the room was nice. Overall great value for money. Really nice gym which comes with everything you need & they didn’t charge us for parking or Wi-Fi.
Was very clean and really liked the location, staff seemed very nice
I attended a conference at the Renaissance Austin Hotel. The conference facilities were amazing. The hotel offered easy access to general meeting space, breakout sessions, and meal service. The room was very comfortable and clean. The area around the hotel offers great shopping and a variety of restaurants. I was surprised by some of the limited hours of operation of business around the hotel. I felt...
The hotel is beautiful, the staff is super friendly and helpful. If you need to go somewhere within 5 miles, they have a vehicle that will shuttle you to where you're needing to go. Andre was a very efficient and safe driver. He got us to our destination quickly and it was pleasant to ride with him. We will definitely book another ride with him this weekend! I highly recommend him!
The lady who checked us in was super nice, friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean, one of the rooms I booked is a suit and I really like it. the AC is not noisy which is very important to us. Location is good. Parking is not bad at all.
I stayed here for a week while I was in the area for work. I booked a Signature suite. Looks like the rooms were renovated within the last year. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfy. The R Lounge was really nice and the staff working there were too notch in terms of customer service and keep the lounge clean. Lots of parking but space size-wise can be a bit tight. Walkable to a few restaurants...

The location was great. Staff was amazing and accommodating. Amenities were everything
Absolutely stunning hotel! Absolutely gorgeous, modern, upscale, great amenities and most importantly very friendly and helpful staff…from check in to check out! Not a single complaint or downside! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stylish stay in Austin! Beautiful pool!
Great place to relax by the pool. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love their support of the arts! Be sure to take the elevator to the top floor overlooking the lake and enjoy the view. You may even find an Artist in Residence painting by the pool or an on-site art exhibit.
Loved this place! Not sure what this hotel was before but it is in a great location right on the lake. Even though it looks like 60's architecture it is modern and stylish inside with an infinity pool with a bar window where you can order tacos and drinks, three restaurants (taco, brunch and upscale dinner) and a coffee bar! What more could you ask for? We had a view of downtown in room 1212 on...

We had a great stay here and the valet men were absolutely fantastic. We interacted with Timothy on our checkout and he was so great! He helped me load my luggage in the car and was very attentive! Thank you Timothy!
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. A special shout-out to CJ in valet—he went above and beyond to make my experience seamless and stress-free. Five stars for his excellent service! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again.
Trying to decide on a downtown hotel, we selected this for the location and the great reviews. The place is lovely, clean, and contemporary. The service is excellent and location is spectacular. The rooms are nice and clean, but nothing that blew me away. Small rooms, but comfy beds and otherwise excellent accommodations. Keep in mind parking will cost you about $60, whether you self park or use valet
Very Nice place. High end. Luckily my Son works at an Omni. Great staff. Awesome building. Neat artwork. Very helpful and pleasant staff from the Valets , Front Desk, Maids and Security. You all helped make my stay less lonely when my Sons were busy or working. Thank You.
Highly recommend the Omni! Even before I arrived, a manager reached out to inquire if I needed anything. Beck at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful. Jarvis was a delight to see every morning and Matt was an incredible valet! He had our car ready and waiting each time we needed it. The entire staff was amazing. Each and every person we encountered (front desk, housekeeping, bar staff, valet...

A great location close to the Texas State Capitol and also to the very vibrant 6th Street. Our suite was most comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff at Reception and the Porters were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would be happy to recommend this hotel.
The start of my journey to the entrance of the Stephen F. Austin Hotel was impressive. Mainly because of the staff, location and amenities. Anthony runs a tight ship, taking care of all customer service points. When you arrived at the service desk, you were pleased with the ease of checking in, receiving important information about amenities, and tips on how to best enjoy the area 😀👍. The rooms were...
This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever had the privilege of entering. Wow. Absolutely blown away by the amenities. Everything was so well kept and I felt at ease with its peaceful energy.
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Room was lovely, super clean, comfortable bed and fast service. Front desk was quick and helpful, valet as well. Delicious cocktails upstairs in the bar too. All around a wonderful experience.
Room was extremely spacious and impeccably kept. Hallways were quiet , breakfast was world-class. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you intercontinental! Can’t wait to stay at your other locations. Also, big thank you to Ali , Andrew, and Eric management staff, 5 Stars!
This is a beautiful hotel. We visited the bar and easily would have had a whole bottle of wine had it not been for the sewer gas smell enveloping our table every time the exterior door opened. Great place but fill your floor drains in the kitchen!

The room was clean and comfortable with a lot of space, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the location was great for accessing downtown Austin. Conveniently next door to a Circle K fuel station if you need to pick any extra bits for your room! Plenty of parking onsite.
Our favourite stay of the whole trip! This place is such a gem, the room is great but the real winner is the stunning lobby area and pool. Such a fab place to chill out and right next to the lovely Hideout restaurant. Fab location, easy drive to anywhere from here.
a little dirty but mainly a good hotel
All you can eat breakfast is included ! Serve yourself a variety of tidbits reminiscent of elementary school fare... powdered eggs, "biscuits" & a gravy like substance accented by questionable pastries & fruit, watered down coffee, juices, milk ,oatmeal, cereals & "make your own " waffles round out the variety offered until 9 a.m. (you must consume it in the lobby.) ☆☆ I would like to add that a couple...
I'm staying here from California for the F1 race, I didn't have to pay for the room so based on just my experience! the rooms are a 5/10 nothing special, the pool is sketchy I thought about swimming but better minds prevailed, the service is ok the staff is nice and friendly! Breakfast from 6 to 9 is free and not that far a walk from many restaurants!

The staff at the front desk was absolutely marvelous. They went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated. The valet attend was also very attentive. We eat at the restaurant and appreciated the recommendations the waitress provided. This made our stay very relaxing.
Enjoyed the new menu they rolled out, clearly! Great flavors, good portions - highly recommend. Love the new event series they’re incorporating in their calendar. Definitely going back soon!
We came in town for a memorial so we were already in a somber mood but what a beautiful stay and respite from the hard emotional things that we were going through. We thought it was beautiful breakfast at the hotel was delicious. They were awesome to give us waters as we left for the day and check out was easy as text. I highly recommend this place. My husband and I loved the Ella hotel. It looks like the perfect place for parties and weddings. I stayed at the Ella to convalesce after a medical procedure. The staff was beyond accommodating, and we enjoyed the hotel dining, gardens, pool, and comfortable rooms. The valet staff were very helpful in getting me around when I wasn't feeling my best.
Have come here twice now for work events using their catering services. Highly recommend them if you need to host an event. They are friendly, professional, and put out great brunch choices with options for everyone. They have valet parking and those staff members are also efficient and a pleasure to work with.
Wonderful experience here! One of the best in west campus. Beautiful little hotel that has everything you need. Kyle the bartender was great to us, as was the manager with the big ears. Have already booked my next stay. 10/10

Customer service was great! It was very nice to have live music at the restaurant. The bartenders were a bit inattentive, but could have been that the restaurant was a little busy.
This hotel is incredible! From the room to the service and the entertainment - absolutely incredible! It’s like an oasis. Very fun yet relaxing.
Was a really great place while at a conference across the street. Wish I had more time to explore the Domain, but the room and atmosphere was great. Good hot breakfast every morning.
Great Location and decor. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Plenty of parking for hotel guests. Layout of hotel emphasizes style over practicality. Expect to hear your upstairs neighbors as the floors are paper thin. Since the rooms overlook a court yard you will hear rolling suitcases and stomping feet on the wooden deck in front of the rooms. What a wonderful stay! We were here for a bachelorette party and stayed in the bunk room. There were a few things off about the room, but we were comfortable. What made this stay phenomenal was the staff. Louie at the front desk went out of his was to ensure all of our questions and requests were answered. The pool and multiple restaurants on site were lovely. We will be staying here again!
My daughter was married at the South Congress Hotel earlier this year. We looked at several venues in the area but this was her favorite, so although we knew its size would limit the guest count, after careful consideration we decided on South Congress. The thing that stands out most after all was said and done is simply the vibe of this hotel. It’s chic, with a great location and carefully curated...
Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel South Congress! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Austin, with incredible views and access to everything South Congress has to offer. Love the decor and experience of this hotel it is beautiful. The room did look like the flooring needed to be replaced and was not in the best condition. Staff was attentive and there is so many places to shop and eat nearby. No coffee in room but they will deliver it to the room for a fee and it is in the lobby.
I can only say positive things, from the first impression to the check-out! We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights during our honeymoon! Great hotel. Stayed here for a friend's wedding and was very impressed with how helpful the staff was. Great location too right next to Town Lake. I will definitely be staying here next time I'm down in Austin.
We had a conference at this location and the service was exceptional. The location is walking distance to local attractions, restaurants, so it was a good location. Enjoy Austin, music and BBQ. The Hyatt is an Austin original. Great restaurant and bar and walking distance to almost everything Austin. Whether it's shopping at the Yeti store or watching the Congress Avenue bridge bats. Not to mention thread girls world headquarters restaurant is just across the way. The Hyatt also offers a great parking venue, in their garage, Another place with a great view, from the top floor.
Great hotel. Nothing crazy to boast about as everything was as expected, nothing disappointed. To get 5 stars I would've liked to see something more interesting in terms of the decorating, as it is advertised as a 'luxury' hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly, the available amenities that could be ordered to the room was extremely extensive! Cannot comment on the breakfast as I was not eating...
I really enjoy coming out here. Super family-friendly, with tons of activities for kids. The food in all of the restaurants is quite good. Call ahead for the food theme that night, and don't eat anything before you go - you want to have room for the dessert table. The upstairs restaurant is very nice, and makes a great date night. Give yourself time to stroll the grounds.

This is by far the best hospitality I have ever received when staying at a hotel. The manager Chris went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that our stay exceeded expectations. Everyone in my party said it was the best hotel service that they had ever experienced!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay! The service was impeccable from start to finish. Benjamin at the front desk made the last day even easier with free late check out! The pool itself is worth a stay here. The room was spotlessly clean and housekeeping was quick to provide extra towels. We will be our go-to place to stay in Austin for all the upcoming holidays!
The Weston is a fantastic place to stay in Austin. The company I work for hosted a sales meeting here and they did an outstanding job accommodating 150 sales guys. Food was great. Guest rooms were clean and comfortable. Plus it was in the hart of the action when you wanted to go out.
WOW is a great description for this hotel. The staff is first rate, from the valet to front desk to the bartenders on the amazing rooftop pool and bar. Room was clean and spacious. The staff are amazing. Everyone was very accommodating in the hotel. Pros: The hotel is beautiful and its proximity to everything is great. The room was spacious. Bed was firm but comfortable. We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Van Zandt, which has a great location close to all the cool downtown spots. This was a great hotel stay. We enjoyed the poncho suite. Sexy and swanky the vibe is fantastic. Food at Geraldine was flavorful and the gin drink was hands down my new drink fav light floral and perfection. Johnny was a great addition to the experience--definitely keep him around. Only request? Add some robes to the room.
I cannot begin to explain how impressed we were with the hotel and the staff. Everyone was so gracious and accommodating. Upon our arrival, Bushra was all smiles and full of life. Very good hotel. The area is very interesting, with lots of nightlife and an incredible variety of options. The only downside is that there is music playing outside, but that wasn't a problem for me. The location was convenient for me as it’s close to the University of Texas at Austin’s museums and the LBJ Presidential Library and to the state capitol. The rooftop offers a fantastic view of downtown Austin and the Capitol. The hotel staff were helpful and cheerful (Fernando and Freddy were especially cheery and they both have a delightful sense of humor). My room was very comfortable.
Chris is a wonderful guy made sure my stay was the most pleasant experience here in Austin Texas. The staff is lovely and will wait on you hand and foot. I love the design and you will too. Brand spanking new and damned beautiful if I do say so. Also you MUST check out the rooftop view the only view of the Southside of the capital in the city!
The hotel is clean and cozy, newly decorated, and the bedding is very new. I like the table lamp and the round mirror behind the table lamp very much. There is no parking lot in the hotel. My family and I usually stay at the Omni every year for Christmas when visiting family, and the stay is always fantastic. Although the hotel is bit pricey, I can honestly say that it’s worth it. I came here for a work Christmas party. Ballroom was lovely and staff were friendly and helpful. Great experience.
This hotel is very conveniently located near interstate Highway 35. Also the ballroom is great for a company functions and of have attended several here in the past. If your company looking at having a gathering here I would recommend it, plenty of parking available and an easy to find location.
Nice hotel close to the highway and only $10 cab ride to downtown Austin. The resort was just okay. Much needed renovation. The pictures in the hallways are so out of date. Hard to believe they still have them up. Pictures were from Jim Crow days. We went for Christmas and they were short of staff. Hospitality industry unacceptable.
I had my wedding reception here. Everything went really well. The event planners and managers were always on top of everything and everyone was very accommodating.
