Staff was very courteous and professional. The check-in process was quick and painless. They took the time to explain the multiple amenities the hotel had to offer and where they were located. They were also very knowledgeable about area attractions and nearby dining options. They followed up after we checked in to ensure the room was to our liking. The room and the facility as a whole was both clean...
Beautiful hotel! We only spent one night there but we loved the hotel. Our room was gorgeous and immaculately clean. The hotel is located within walking distance to 6th street, making it very convenient. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.
Great service with a friendly staff. Rooms are clean and we'll take care of. Hotel is great modern and updated. Prices were reasonable and there are 2 restaurants in the lobby including corner which is really good. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking at being in the heart of Austin. Near all the local attractions.
Stayed over Halloween weekend for our anniversary. The rooms are beautiful and we had a great view of downtown. We left only for a couple hours for lunch and came back to our bed made which was nice. My only complaint is the parking. We were able to park in the parking structure at the hotel. But after coming back from lunch there was absolutely no parking. We had to pay for parking a couple blocks...

We had a great stay at the Westin. The breakfast while not free is worth every penny. Incredibly delicious food. Great servers. The front desk was very helpful. Shout out to Mike who went above and beyond. Thank you, Mike.
We LOVED this hotel! Marie-Grace at reception was wonderful and set the tone from the moment we arrived. She extended a warm mimosa welcome and later guided us to Tacos 10/10 which was one of our favourite spots to eat. The hotel has a boutique feel and changed our perception of what a Westin can be. Nothing about this felt like a chain hotel. The lobby is lovely, the rooms are tastefully appointed...
Amazing experience! We recently dined at this amazing restaurant, our plans changed and we had to take our food to go. This was a seamless experience thanks to Jillian, she greeted us and had our order taken so quickly. She gave us the best recommendations on the menu, what juices and coffees will pair best, and was able to get us taken care of and out the door in no time at all. Thank you Jillian...
Jillian is hands down the best waitress at our favorite brunch spot! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel incredibly welcome. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she gave us perfect recommendations tailored to our tastes. Throughout our meal, Jillian was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our coffee cups were always full and our orders were...
This is by far the best hospitality I have ever received when staying at a hotel. The manager Chris went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that our stay exceeded expectations. Everyone in my party said it was the best hotel service that they had ever experienced!
Wanted to get to know the Westin Austin restaurant and especially Matt as our server. He was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The resort was just okay. Much needed renovation. The pictures in the hallways are so out of date. Hard to believe they still have them up. Pictures were from Jim Crow days. We went for Christmas and they were short of staff. Hospitality industry unacceptable.
I had my wedding reception here. Everything went really well. The event planners and managers were always on top of everything and everyone was very accommodating.
Hotel is fantastic! Views, scenery and use of nature/outdoor areas is awesome! Service at the bar was a little slow, but I'm told that's temporary until renovation is completed. All else was great! Can't wait to come back in December for ice skating!
We just spent three nights here and had a very pleasant stay. It's in a beautiful location, the staff is remarkably helpful and courteous, it's extremely quiet, and the food is not bad. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but this didn't impact our stay at all. Our room definitely needed updating (as does the whole place), but it was comfortable and clean, and we never heard a sound from another...
While staying at this resort, we played a round of golf which was amazing. More amazing is that my gold rolex fell out of my golf bag while the bags where being transported back to the hotel. An employee found it and turned it in to golf shop, who turned it in the hotel management. I know I don't have to tell you the probability of this happening, and it required a number of levels of incredibly...

I was in awe the entire time at this hotel! It is beautifully decorated and styled. The staff from entry to exit were all great. The drinks and food were yummy, pricey but yummy. My room was amazing! The shower was huge and I loved that they had an AppleTV making watching tv super easy. We spent time at the pool and loved our service and drinks. The pool isn’t super large or fancy, but it was perfect...
This is an amazing hotel. Everything is first class. We wish we could have stayed longer just to enjoy more of the hotel itself. A list of what we loved would just be everything. It's right in the middle of everything you need without being overwhelming.
Austin Proper Hotel is absolutely beautiful—everything about it exudes elegance and style. The design and attention to detail create a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere that made my stay truly special. The staff was attentive and made sure every need was met, enhancing the overall experience. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend Austin Proper Hotel and...
My husband and I had an incredible anniversary weekend at The Proper Austin hotel. Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing! Really nice hotel. Close to a lot of good restaurants and bars. Rooms nice (shower head was amazing). Restaurants/bars in hotel were awesome. Pool awesome. Best hotel gym I’ve ever seen. Decor throughout was really attractive. Great service. However, there are a good amount of schizophrenic vagrants hopped up on drugs in the area. The hotel was beautiful, the staff were friendly and inviting, the food at the restaurant was affordable and delicious. I had their breakfast tacos, their breakfast buffet, their pizza and onion rings. All of the things were cooked to perfection. The onion rings had a light and airy texture, the pizza was gooey and cheese, while the slices of tomato were juicy and cooked through. The breakfast tacos...
I booked overnight to avoid having to drive to the airport super early in the morning. They have a shuttle whose driver was incredibly nice, the front desk clerks were very courteous and helpful. They even allow you to park your car for a reasonable fee until you return. The beds were comfy and rooms were clean. I really don’t know what more I could have asked for. It checked all our boxes.
The room and location were fine, except for a slight uncleanliness. The service within the hotel restaurant was terrible. I had ordered a burger and it tasted raw and gooey. It also just wasn’t good in general. The water had also tasted like dirt. Then the staff had proceeded to talk rudely about me, and laughed at what I had ordered. 0/10 don’t recommend eating here unless you are looking for bad...
During my recent stay at the Hilton Austin Airport hotel, I had a pleasant experience overall. The room I stayed in was nice and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere to relax in after a long day of traveling. The cleanliness of the room was decent, although we did notice some leftover snacks from the previous guest, which could have been better addressed by the housekeeping staff. The bathroom...
The room and bed were very comfortable. The hotel provided a varied and interesting breakfast. The best thing at the hotel was being able to catch the airport shuttle bus to the airport very early in the morning to catch our flight. We were able to invite family members who live in Austin to a meal in the hotel.
This place is growing. It's a nice little airport that may not be "little" too much longer. There's been a lot of renovation in the last few months. Salt Lick expanded, Second Bar added a location. Seems like there's cherry pickers going through there every time I go. I never see them used...they seem to just run them from one end to the other. Pretty sure that's not true...but it's funny!

Room was comfortable and shower was good. super short 1 night stay with arrival after 10PM and 7:30 AM departure
My wife and I enjoyed a 5-night stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Austin. Our experience was very favorable. Sure, it was a beautiful hotel on the Colorado River, but it had other features that were most impressive. Firstly, the hotel was very clean and well maintained, with one of the best housekeeping practices we have ever seen. Our room was kept spotlessly clean with crisp white linen every day...
ACTION CLASS! What an experience. I was surprised with dinner and a lake view room for our anniversary. The concierge, Abigail, was wonderful in helping make this happen. The dinner was amazing and the room was beautiful, from the decor to the view! Valet was professional and friendly. Everything about the Four Seasons was top notch!
Excellent hotel. They have a nice drinks trailer by the river. It would be even better if they had a seating area. Beautiful view.
Didn't stay here, but had dinner in the courtyard. The menu was somewhat limited, but the atmosphere was incredible. One of the best patios I've found! It is surrounded by trees and magical lighting. There seemed to be no errors... there was not 1 mosquito.. Beautiful!!
Gorgeous appearance, exquisite cuisine, beautifully decorated rooms and incredible staff. We stayed there with family for my daughter's funeral. She was taken hostage by the pediatrician and killed. I have been staying here for long term due to business. The hotel provides many amenities to make my stay comfortable. Its location in downtown Austin makes it convenient to go anywhere, and the city views are nice. All the staff here are friendly and provide excellent service. I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton in Austin! I had an issue with water temps being extremely hot with no way to use the cold water. Notified the front desk around 10pm, and they had maintenance in our room within 5 minutes to fix the issue. A brand new hotel opening in the heart of Austin Downtown. We had the honor of staying in the hotel the weekend before it opened as part of their soft opening. It was an amazing experience. Everything from the hotel decoration, rooms, staff and food were excellent. The food was amazing and they have beautiful restaurants. We can't wait to go back and experience these amazing restaurants.
The highly anticipated Fairmont Austin did not disappoint. As expected, great staff right when you walk in, helpful and smiling folks everywhere and of course, smack in the middle of Austin - we can walk seemingly everywhere from here! The restaurants have been delicious food and cocktail experiences, and considering they just opened, the sevice was on point. Can't wait to see what else they have in...
Worked in the building and the lighting in the building and it's a absolutely beautiful building and level 7 is the one to visit!! Huge pool and amazing panoramic view and all the art designs in the building is spectacular and the whole building is based off an artist which is really cool also! I'm actually going to work there this Saturday to finish the building so we could open on his premier.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my experience at the fairmont, but I was not an overnight guest. I was trying to arrange a conference for work because it is a beautiful venue. Still under construction but as an employee I can honestly say this place will be amazing when its completed. Its beautiful and the attention to detail is amazing.
Great location. Walking distance to shopping, music, and great food! Bed comfortable and nice shower. House keeping service every day!
The pool seating is still an issue. Short-term solutions: 1. Add about 20 more Chairs (not beds); guests are grateful with just a place to store their stuff, rather than leave it at the edge of the pool. 2. Remove some of the tables; they’re taking up valuable real estate. 3. Pull one cabana (the large one in West side of pool) to make it seating for 10 guests and I would suggest reserving it for families...

We had a conference at this location and the service was exceptional. The location is walking distance to local attractions, restaurants, so it was a good location. Enjoy Austin, music and BBQ. The Hyatt is an Austin original. Great restaurant and bar and walking distance to almost everything Austin. Whether it's shopping at the Yeti store or watching the Congress Avenue bridge bats. Not to mention thread girls world headquarters restaurant is just across the way. The Hyatt also offers a great parking venue, in their garage, Another place with a great view, from the top floor.
Great hotel. Nothing crazy to boast about as everything was as expected, nothing disappointed. To get 5 stars I would've liked to see something more interesting in terms of the decorating, as it is advertised as a 'luxury' hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly, the available amenities that could be ordered to the room was extremely extensive! Cannot comment on the breakfast as I was not eating...
I really enjoy coming out here. Super family-friendly, with tons of activities for kids. The food in all of the restaurants is quite good. Call ahead for the food theme that night, and don't eat anything before you go - you want to have room for the dessert table. The upstairs restaurant is very nice, and makes a great date night. Give yourself time to stroll the grounds.

I wasn’t overly impressed by my stay at The Line. The hotel is arty and chic, however lacs a lot of functionality and could use some updating. Absolutely stunning hotel! Absolutely gorgeous, modern, upscale, great amenities and most importantly very friendly and helpful staff…from check in to check out! Not a single complaint or downside! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stylish stay in Austin! Beautiful pool!
Great place to relax by the pool. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love their support of the arts! Be sure to take the elevator to the top floor overlooking the lake and enjoy the view. You may even find an Artist in Residence painting by the pool or an on-site art exhibit.
Loved this place! Not sure what this hotel was before but it is in a great location right on the lake. Even though it looks like 60's architecture it is modern and stylish inside with an infinity pool with a bar window where you can order tacos and drinks, three restaurants (taco, brunch and upscale dinner) and a coffee bar! Trying to decide on a downtown hotel, we selected this for the location and the great reviews. The place is lovely, clean, and contemporary. The service is excellent and location is spectacular. The rooms are nice and clean, but nothing that blew me away. Small rooms, but comfy beds and otherwise excellent accommodations. Our keys never worked from day 1 and we had to go down to the lobby to get new keys made. The lobby has a small store for drinks, snacks, souvenirs, etc. Room was nice, clean, and updated. The hallways were extremely hot for some reason. The pool...
Very Nice conference meeting room. The hallway was clean, as we're the restrooms. All of the staff i encountered for my needs, had smiling faces, welcomed me and was respectful, friendly, and very eager to help in any way they were ask to help out. I haven't stayed a night yet, so I'm sorry for not having a report on the room's. However, I did pass thru the bar to get a drink for a friend and the bartender...
This hotel is perfect in every way! The people who work here are top notch all the way from the front desk to housekeeping. They never missed a beat! Everything I asked for was taken care of immediately. We ate breakfast and the food & service were fantastic. The hotel is very clean and conveniently located close to all that Austin has to offer. I can't say enough positive things about my experience...
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Excellent professionally managed hotel. Great for business visits. Efficient checking and out. Polite and courteous staff.
Only room used was conference room. Room is specious and adequate. Lights work fine. Floor carpet is well decorated. Plenty of seats available. Glass cups could use better wash or rinse.
You can really tell that this hotel goes the extra mile to make you comfortable. I was here on a work trip, and the staff treated myself and my coworkers very well. I love all the Christmas decor! I would definitely stay here again.

Incredibly convenient accommodations to the capitol. Have stayed here a couple of times for business. I have chosen to park at the parking garage on the same block which was about $40 a day vs $55 at hotel valet. Nice thought out rooms. They have motion activated lights. Very cozy.
The toilet in the corner room is part of the room, and the toilet bowl is not separated from the bedroom by a wall, but only by a glass partition. This funny design decision gives the feeling of the literal presence of someone using the toilet next to the sleeping person on the bed.
Newly built Hyatt hotel in the center. Since its new its all fresh which I like. After a few days my AC broke and the hotel kindly upgraded me to top suite with amazing views. Very kind and service minded staff that work hard to keep you happy. Had several dinners at Lumiers restaurant on the ground floor which also serves the breakfast - all good. I recommend this hotel.
Very new hotel with a new style. The building is very tall and narrow, with only about 1/2 dozen rooms on each floor. Our room was very stylish with great views, large windows, and interesting decorations. However, it was smaller and more narrow than a traditional hotel room (larger than Hyatt Tommie, but smaller than Hyatt Regency). Best for couples and singles, not recommended for families with children...
What a great stay. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were brand new and very stylish. We stayed in a deluxe room capital view which was phenomenal. Breakfast at Luminaire was delicious. The location is perfect. It was centrally located to everything in a very walkable city.
The hotel restaurant and check in + bar area is well designed and has an upscale, modern and welcoming atmosphere. I'm not entirely familiar with Hyatt's centric as we normally use Marriotts family of hotels. The only Hyatt experience we have is Grand Hyatt San Diego that we have stayed at twice. Hyatt describes Centric as upper upscale. The hotel itself is really nice, but I would not describe our...

The location was convenient for me as it’s close to the University of Texas at Austin’s museums and the LBJ Presidential Library and to the state capitol. The rooftop offers a fantastic view of downtown Austin and the Capitol. The hotel staff were helpful and cheerful (Fernando and Freddy were especially cheery and they both have a delightful sense of humor). My room was very comfortable.
Chris is a wonderful guy made sure my stay was the most pleasant experience here in Austin Texas. The staff is lovely and will wait on you hand and foot. I love the design and you will too. Brand spanking new and damned beautiful if I do say so. Also you MUST check out the rooftop view the only view of the Southside of the capital in the city!
The hotel is clean and cozy, newly decorated, and the bedding is very new. I like the table lamp and the round mirror behind the table lamp very much. There is no parking lot in the hotel. You can park the car at the entrance of the hotel lobby first. After checking in, I find a parking space near the hotel, which is $15 a day. They have Neutrogena's soap, shampoo, condition and body lotion in the...
We had a great time this weekend. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Jody, Jay and the bartender are super people.

From a wedding photographer's perspective, Hotel Granduca is truly special. The reception space is just exploding with so much color, which we LOVE. The Spanish architecture adds such a unique element to your wedding day. Your guests are going to have their jaws drop when they arrive and leave with an experience that will be hard to top by any other wedding they attend in the future. Wow your friends...

Absolutely lovely hotel. For one of this quality, the prices are very fair. In addition to beautiful rooms/suites, the surrounding area is the most beautiful Austin has to offer. We’ve stayed in nearly all of the best hotels Austin has and Granduca is our favorite.
Thank you Hotel Granduca for making my birthday weekend memorable. Your grounds are lovely, your staff is friendly and accommodating and the hotel is exquisite. We enjoyed the pool, the air conditioned patio and our room. My only complaint was not knowing the pool was under construction and the wine cooler in the room was not cool enough to keep food cold. Otherwise it was wonderful!
The location of this lovely hotel is breathtaking. Green, rolling hills make this a delight for anyone who wants to be away from the busy downtown area. The drive up makes you feel like you're not in Texas. The staff friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean and offered what we needed. The showers are awesomely spacious. The robes and a welcoming bottle of wine in the room, were a nice...
Was in Austin for surgery. Stayed here and considering the circumstances, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Parked in the Apple lot without issue, the valet folks were very friendly, the lobby smells amazing, the people at the front desk were kind, the bar and restaurant were fantastic, the room was large with a wonderful view, and it was very clean. The food was so good though. Highly recommend...

Veggie omelette was delicious Very comfortable bedding, down comforter and pillows Extremely clean facility Staff was nice and helpful

The Hilton brand is the only place I stay at. My family and I book a room here for one night and while here is some of the amenities that we love to use weren't available because of renovation. Its a beautiful style of hotel. There is one much like it I've been to in San Antonio and I'm sure others across the nation. I was there for a Landmark Forum that lasts for 3 days. There is construction going on in the hotel so there were power tools that were being used. I will say it was only a couple of times in an afternoon but the times it did happen it was very jarring and took me out of the...
I really enjoyed this Hotel! The newly renovated lobby and guest rooms were excellent. The staff here are amazing, and food is delicious only disappointment was the pool was not open yet, but we will definitely return after the entire renovation.
The room was clean and quiet. hotel is currently under construction but it was still a great stay. Staff was friendly and I enjoyed my stay.

What a wonderful stay! We were here for a bachelorette party and stayed in the bunk room. There were a few things off about the room, but we were comfortable. What made this stay phenomenal was the staff. Louie at the front desk went out of his was to ensure all of our questions and requests were answered. The pool and multiple restaurants on site were lovely. We will be staying here again!
My daughter was married at the South Congress Hotel earlier this year. We looked at several venues in the area but this was her favorite, so although we knew its size would limit the guest count, after careful consideration we decided on South Congress. The thing that stands out most after all was said and done is simply the vibe of this hotel. It’s chic, with a great location and carefully curated...
Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel South Congress! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Austin, with incredible views and access to everything South Congress has to offer. The rooms were stylish and comfortable, the rooftop pool was the perfect place to unwind, and the staff made us feel so welcome. Plus, it’s pet-friendly, so our pups got to enjoy the staycation with us! Highly recommend...
Love the decor and experience of this hotel it is beautiful. The room did look like the flooring needed to be replaced and was not in the best condition. Staff was attentive and there is so many places to shop and eat nearby. No coffee in room but they will deliver it to the room for a fee and it is in the lobby.
I can only say positive things, from the first impression to the check-out! We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights during our honeymoon! First of all, we received a very warm welcome and an absolutely stunning room! As soon as we arrived in the room, we were given a bottle of Prosecco! What a lovely surprise! The pool area is beautiful, there is music playing, it has a good bar - what more could you...
I hosted a wedding shower last weekend at the South Congress Hotel and it was gorgeous. The staff went above and beyond making the day so easy and special. I really haven't had that type of customer service for any event before. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a venue. It was simple and elegant. We had just 15 women and the space was perfect. Their event planner Sara Ruddle...

Great hotel. Convenient location to the convention center. Great staff. Clean rooms. Highly recommend.
Friendly staff and the location is very convenient. It's in close proximity to plenty of bars and restaurants. I would say that the hotel feels slightly dated to some other I've been to recently. Only reason keeping it from a 5 star. Either way, I would definitely recommend staying here.
The hotel is very close to the convention center, very convenient for convention attendees. Every staff person I have interacted with has been incredibly nice and helpful. My room is nice and very comfortable. I will recommend this hotel to friends coming to Austin with no qualms.
This visit was not as stellar as my last. I received an "upgrade" to a suite, which is positioned on the San Jacinto side of the building... Apparently, this is the loud side of the building, because my stay a year prior on the opposite side was far quieter. A significant problem we noticed early was the toilet -- you had to hold the flush for several seconds, even if it was empty, or the water wouldn...
Great beds. Great sleep. Nice bathrooms. It was a big a historic setting. Little small. But overall great hotel
Rooms are clean and nice. Staff is friendly. Free breakfast and WiFi. Affordable rates. Outdoor pool. Fitness center. You name it.
