Spent my birthday weekend in Austin and so glad we chose this hotel rather than the ones in downtown. The location was so lovely, the staff were helpful, the hotel was extremely clean and the room was nice. Overall great value for money. Really nice gym which comes with everything you need & they didn’t charge us for parking or Wi-Fi.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is super friendly and helpful. If you need to go somewhere within 5 miles, they have a vehicle that will shuttle you to where you're needing to go. Andre was a very efficient and safe driver. He got us to our destination quickly and it was pleasant to ride with him. We will definitely book another ride with him this weekend! I liked the vibe of this hotel. I stay in a lot of hotels and this one was on the nicer side for the price I paid. The live music each night was a nice touch as well. The Weston is a fantastic place to stay in Austin. The company I work for hosted a sales meeting here and they did an outstanding job accommodating 150 sales guys. Food was great. Guest rooms were clean and comfortable. Plus it was in the hart of the action when you wanted to go out.

The resort was just okay. Much needed renovation. The pictures in the hallways are so out of date. Hard to believe they still have them up. Pictures were from Jim Crow days. We went for Christmas and they were short of staff. Hospitality industry unacceptable.

We had a wonderful stay at W Austin! The rooms are clean and well equipped. The staff was very helpful. When we reported a maintenance issue with our shower, they immediately changed our room and updated it in the process! I booked overnight to avoid having to drive to the airport super early in the morning. They have a shuttle whose driver was incredibly nice, the front desk clerks were very courteous and helpful. They even allow you to park your car for a reasonable fee until you return. The beds were comfy and rooms were clean. I really don’t know what more I could have asked for. It checked all our boxes.

This is a beautiful hotel. We visited the bar and easily would have had a whole bottle of wine had it not been for the sewer gas smell enveloping our table every time the exterior door opened. Great place but fill your floor drains in the kitchen!

I'm staying here from California for the F1 race, I didn't have to pay for the room so based on just my experience! the rooms are a 5/10 nothing special, the pool is sketchy I thought about swimming but better minds prevailed, the service is ok the staff is nice and friendly! My husband and I loved the Ella hotel. It looks like the perfect place for parties and weddings. I stayed at the Ella to convalesce after a medical procedure. The staff was beyond accommodating, and we enjoyed the hotel dining, gardens, pool, and comfortable rooms. The valet staff were very helpful in getting me around when I wasn't feeling my best.

Have come here twice now for work events using their catering services. Highly recommend them if you need to host an event. I just went to meet up with my parents as they were staying there for Thanksgiving. Only went in for an hour or so, but it was nice. On Saturdays they do a swan "show" with their resident swans, Butch and Sundance. The kids get to feed them lettuce and that's about it, but the kids really enjoy it. I will say, the swan water looks gross and needs some maintenance, but other than that it was nice.

Great hotel especially if you have kids with you. They will enjoy the swans, indoor pool and free breakfast. The hotel is also located in a place in Austin where there are many things to do as a family without having to deal with the traffic that plagues the city.

What a wonderful stay! We were here for a bachelorette party and stayed in the bunk room. There were a few things off about the room, but we were comfortable. What made this stay phenomenal was the staff. Louie at the front desk went out of his was to ensure all of our questions and requests were answered. Love the decor and experience of this hotel it is beautiful. The room did look like the flooring needed to be replaced and was not in the best condition. Staff was attentive and there is so many places to shop and eat nearby. No coffee in room but they will deliver it to the room for a fee and it is in the lobby.

Quick service, but thin walls. In-room amenities are dated but functional. Wifi is free, decently fast, and easy to connect to. Beds are beds, and check-in and out were quick and efficient. One issue is thin walls, which leaked sound from the hallway and adjacent rooms. Good value for the price.

I had a leak in my room from the air conditioning unit at 10:30 at night. I called the front desk and had someone at my door with a new room key within 90 seconds, a maintenance guy appeared minutes after as I was packing up my stuff, and I was comfortably in a new room within 5 minutes of calling the front desk. Nice place. Staff were nice. Pretty good free breakfast. Size of the room was great. Get the room with the double queen size bed + tub if you’ve got kids. You’ll want it and will like it because it’s spacious and can allow you to set up a pack and play in a good spot. See my picture for my setup.

I stayed here for work. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I had to leave the for the airport at 4am. Angela was working at the front desk. Not only did she greet us with a friendly, welcoming attitude, but she also had coffee already made and snacks for early departing customers. Thank you, Angela!!!

The maids are so generous & clean the room for u everyday to their very best ability. The whole entire staff is pretty nice & stores are walking distance. Only thing is they dont come with microwaves or fridges & they only have drinking vending machines not food machines.

Had to go there for a work event. Temperature in the room was just right, not too hot, not an icebox like so many others. Staff greeted us immediately on entry and directed us to the proper room. Restaurant smelled good.

This is a very nice, clean, and quiet hotel. My only issue is the tv is not as updated as other residence inns I have stayed (no Netflix pre-programmed) and the bed is a little too firm.
