Great customer service here. I stayed for a 1 night leisure trip with friends in a double queen room. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was perfect and I felt very safe walking around.
My only issues were the fact that there was no continental breakfast, and the patio area was pointlessly locked through our stay. For the cost of a night's room+tax, you would think breakfast should be a feature, and that we'd be able to use the patio.

Prime location for downtown! Stayed here for 4 days & the rooms were clean & cozy.. Leo was on point delivering drinks when needed.. The open shower was extremely neat, the curtain wrapped around to close the entry to the bathroom.. The water was hot & the pressure was just right! The only con was how the ac unit was positioned.. Other than that, I would stay here again and definitely recommend..

Excellent location and team at this hotel. Unique and trendy atmosphere. Rooms are modern and the shower is top notch. Grab a drink, breakfast, or dinner at the Albert — it’s excellent. Valet service was great. Elevators are plentiful and quick. Leo & Cleo (robots) board elevators with you from time to time, pretty neat. Really enjoyed celebrating my BF’s birthday, and choosing this hotel!

This the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff is world class. As a retail manager I’m very attuned to customer service and this team is incredibly impressive. Every single person greeted us as we passed them every day-front desk and in the halls, they genuinely went out of their way to make our stay amazing, and were very passionate about their guests. They had a lot going on with guest needs, and were incredibly professional and skilled at multitasking.The room was amazing. The location could not have been better. It’s such a cool designed hotel. We will definitely return. I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. Truly a five star experience.

Easy room access, very comfy beds with loads of soft pillows. Great rain shower. Fantastic boutique experience. Will stay again. Did not get a chance to try to restaurant. Basic options sounded tasty.

Very modern and loved the science theme running throughout the hotel.
Cleo and Leo they were cool robots and were great for bringing up the extra towels. The digital technology pretty impressive.
The manager on checking out on the 10/21 morning at approx 11am ( I apologise I have forgotten his name ) he was very professional, courteous and really listened to ideas I had to improve a few small issues we had experienced. I felt confident he was going to address these minor issues and was very kind in offering a gesture of goodwill.
Aubrey was charming. He took time to get to know you and he was interested in you and genuinely warm. He thanked us for our support in choosing to stay at the hotel a lovely gesture.
Nia was polite and really good at hosting. Keep up the good work Nia.

A fun and quirky hotel located close to Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Room decor is dark with a high tech vibe. Glass shower divides the room from the bathroom. Lots of little cool features like automated lighting and robots that deliver things to your room. Restaurant offers a breakfast that is continental plus scrambled eggs and bacon. Dinner is a bit higher end. Overall a fun place to stay.

I had an awesome night here!!! They noticed that my birthday was very recent and they sent a birthday card to my room. It was about the little gestures. I would like to give special thanks to Daniel, the door man. He was AWESOME. He helped us store luggages and was very very kind and polite. He provided great service to us. He definitely made my day. I would come again next time when I visit Chicago!!! Many thanks to all:)

Landmark Review
So I was in town for a conference and they put us up at this boutique hotel. I was surprised how nice and modern this would be. The prices listed for 1 night were not bad. Staff was prompt and quick at check in even though I came in super late that Friday night. They did mess up my card initially and I had to go back downstairs to get my card coded again. The robot staff member that delivers amenities is really cool, but i did not end up using it during my stay. Also the echo in the room was another nice high tech items which was not used. The conference center on the middle floor is comfortable, modern, and well equipped. I would recommend this place in the future.

Amazing hotel. The service was great and rooms were so unique and comfortable. I haven't slept this peacefully in a hotel in a long time. I loved the Albert Einstein theme, especially the robots, Leo & Cleo, that delivered items to your room. Truly an innovative hotel. Once they get mobile key entry, it will be set. Took a minute to get used to the see-through shower, but I had to admit it was great. They do have a curtain for privacy. I will definitely be back!
