JW Marriott Chicago, Chicago1 / 50
8.9
Chicago, 151 West Adams 🧭 Map
Great spot. It was pleasant even with some exterior construction happening during the day. Nice staff. Large lounge and sitting area. Gym was excellent. Room had some dust and terrible view, but those were just unlucky things. Very happy overall.
Excellency in room maintenance and services. The most clean room and comfort beds in downtown. Hard to find a speck even in any corner of the room. Liked the all marble decor bathroom and super friendly front desk. Gotta try cheese plate for room service. 7-yrs old cheddar, brie, and goat cheese will amaze you. Although, brace yourself for daily convenience fees, front desk fee, and room service fees...
Suites are great, but the rest of the hotel rooms are median. Cleanliness and the location is optimal, but the service can be 50/50. I have been greeted and experienced excellent from housekeeping staffs, but the valet staff at the counter especially was shadowing. Overall I would try other hotel near to compare.
The hotel is great. Very classic JW hotel - old school but very well kept. Doesn’t get 5 starts because I personally like something more modern. The views are not very spectacular as you are surrounded by other tall buildings
The staff were very good. They noticed that I was limping the took the time to ask if I need any help. Then they brought up a wheelchair and move me to my room. Few minutes later a manger called me and is if I need any help. I asked for an ice pack. He came up to my room and he wrapped my foot with the ace pack. I'm so appreciative of the staff. I would definitely stay here and I highly recommend to...
Wonderful staff and updated room with giant bathroom. I didn't hear anyone in the adjacent rooms (or further ones) or the hallway. There was a leaky toilet, which is a part of life that hotels don't get rid of. They responded quickly to the problem and repaired it in a timely manner, and the cleaners cleaned up immediately afterwards. In my opinion, a great place to lay your head.

I cannot say enough about this hotel, it was nothing short of amazing from the first contact i had with them to book the room, up to the minute we checked out. The staff was friendlier and more helpful than any hotel i've ever been to, the hospitality was truly above any and all expectations i could have had. There will not be another hotel i would stay at in Chicago after the great experience i've...
Everything was so perfect. The staff treats you like royalty. The rooms are in excellent shape. The rooms are also very modern. This will be my go to place whenever I come home to Chicago.
It's a grand experience. Lavish, modern and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom shower had great pressure, the toiletries were aromatic. Overall, very relaxing stay. Highly recommended!
I never stay there but whenever Janet Jackson is in town, the Peninsula Hotel is where she like to stay. And it has great! reviews and, it has a five star restaurant.
This hotel is everything they say it is. Excellent service! Everyone is willing to help. When our room wasn't ready for an early check-in, they upgraded us, and the room was phenomenal. We ate at the Shanghai terrace which was also worth every penny. Great night out in the city.
Nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. The care and thought put into every detail of the room, from the slippers at the the foot of the bed and the phone chargers built into the nightstands, to the beautiful design and decor of the room, was amazing. Not cheap, but well worth the price in my opinion.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean. We were there for the marathon it was easy to get around l was even able to walk to the start line. My kids enjoyed it. After the race they provided me with buckets of ice which was awesome for the ice bath.
Great place to stay! We booked a luxury room and it was fantastic! great view and great space. We had a king bed, bathtub and a shower, everyday they left us 2 bottles of compliment water. The gym is terrific, it is very complete with 6 treadmills, if i remember correctly, 2 peloton bikes, 1 elliptical machine and 2 rowing machines, plus weights to lift, mats for yoga or stretching and basic equipment...
I have never stayed at a Sofitel property, so I was unsure of what to expect. The hotel went beyond my expectations and made my two-night stay in Chicago a memorable one. The lobby and restaurant on the first floor was spotless and appeared to be brand new. Once I got to my room, I was treated to luxury.
Customer service was fantastic (especially Kia at the front desk and the bartenders at Le Bar). The room was clean with great views. There is complimentary coffee every morning. The hotel restaurant served great food. The location of the hotel is perfect - walking distance to the water, great restaurants and great shopping. We will definitely be back!
If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit RoomBully. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere! I really like the location. The room was okay. The club lounge was okay and the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. The staff members are very good and super friendly. I enjoyed my stay here with my workmates. This hotel is worth paying for. Thank you so much...

Four Seasons Chicago
Chicago, 120 East Delaware 🧭 Map
We stayed here at the end of our honeymoon and Chris the front desk manager and the Four Seasons staff couldn't have made it more special. Chris upgraded us to the Executive King Suite with amazing city views. Sunsets in Chicago are simply amazing when viewed from the 37th floor. The bedding was soft and good quality and the bed was very comfortable. They are also very generous with their amenities...
The owner is very friendly and built a really nice place. The room is spacious. There's also the perfect size for one person. We really enjoyed our stay here. For me, this is one of the nicest places I've stayed. The self service system they have is also good so you don't wake anyone up. I would recommend to anyone who needs a night near the airport.
The location of this hotel is excellent, not far from all the places I needed on that trip. Very clean, bright and large room. The staff helped me to solve several important points for me. Definitely a five!
Not bad at all about as luxurious as a 4-star hotel can be no complaints except the lobby is on the 7th floor
One thing is true - Four Seasons stands on its own. From Chicago to Austin, you know you're going to get an amazing experience. This location is no exception! The staff here is unbelievably welcoming, they make you feel like family. The room experience is also top notch. There's no place better to stay when you visit Chicago than this Four Seasons.
Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Stayed there for 3 nights for work, and everything was perfect. Got upgraded to a suite well in advance, and had two bottles of wines and a dessert, with a hand-written note waiting for me when I walked in. They also sent a bottle of champagne to my table during dinner. My only minor, and I repeat minor, complaints are that the TV system is sub-par, and I had to...

The view was awesome and the bed was ultra comfortable! The room was large enough for my husband's scooter so we were not cramped in the least. It was also nice to be near the elevator as well. The reception person was extremely accommodating, quickly changing our room to handicap-accessible. The bellman stowed our bags for us until we were able to leave and the doorman immediately found a cab...
Have stayed here before and after the renovation. The renovation is really good. The lobby, rooms, restaurant, spa & health club are all very nice and the whole look and feel of the property is fantastic. It is one of the nicer Ritz Carlton properties I have stayed in. The location is great and the staff was fantastic.
Enjoyed an event here. Plenty of room for the silent auction and guests to look and mingle. The bar was well staffed so there was essentially no wait for drinks. Dinner was a Filet Mignon which was delicious.
By far the best and most accommodating hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff genuinely cares about making your experience wonderful. The room we stayed in was immaculate upon check in and the view of the lake was amazing.
This hotel just finished a huge renovation in August and looks absolutely stunning! Talk about luxury!!!
Hotel has undergone a major renovation which has significantly improved the common areas and rooms and suites adding an ultra modern flair as opposed to a more traditional aesthetic. The room was clean, beautiful, and I had no complaints. The facilities are truly five star. The service at the hotel can be described as mixed. I am a Platinum member, and I booked a room at the Ritz Carlton Club. The...

Absolutely wonderful! Great customer service, amenities, and conveniences. A truly wonderful and relaxing experience. As well as an excellent testament to the hard work, dedication, and investments of our current president, Mr. Donald Trump. I cannot give enough praises!
Threw a bachelor party for my best friend and we rented out a large suite with a great view as a hangout spot to lounge at multiple points during the night. The accommodations were top notch with amazing views. High quality finishings and furnishings. Excellent service from the staff from the check in, valet, concierge. We even go to use the free house car (Escalade) to drive us to dinner at RPM...
Very comfortable and pleasant hotel. Stunning views from the Windows in the rooms facing the river. A decent level of service
Everything is perfect. From very very friendly staff that pay attention to detail and bend over backwards to help to 5 star restaurants. Mini bar and snacks stocked to my preferences, pillow choices to my preference, room temperature set to my liking, and that’s just 1% of the amenities. I’m very picky but this place has exceeded my high standards. I can’t even think of a minor thing that was wrong...
Why do people have to be so political? There is no way this hotel is anything but 5 stars. Reasonable price. Perfect location. Stunning. Superbly professional and diverse staff. Heck, they give you a hot towel when checking in and walk you to the elevator. It's those extra touches. The room we had was amazing. Fireplace, kitchen, etc. Ordered room service every morning and they set it up in our dining...
I stayed in a nice luxurious 2-bed suite on the 27th floor, which had a beautiful view of the river. The room was very clean and comfortable, but oddly, did not have a lock on the bathroom door, and was actually a sliding door. Also, the food for room service was way too overpriced, with the Chicago Style Hot Dog costing me $23. Did not get to see the pool, but the spa was nothing special. Definitely...

Conrad Chicago
Chicago, 101 East Erie Street 🧭 Map
This place is top notch! Eric and Adriana at the front desk are unbelievably helpful. The rooms are extremely well appointed. Usually, I'm very picky about mattresses but even the bed was comfortable. The only thing I might consider changing, would be to add more channels to the television lineup.
The Conrad is a fantastic hotel. While they were not able to accommodate my early check-in to our suite, they made up for it with excellent service in every other way. Concierges Jenna & Jason accommodated our every need. The staff were all helpful and quick to deliver towels, etc. The styling of the hotel is fresh, modern and classic all at the same time. The fitness center is fully equipped, you...
The Conrad Chicago is one of my favorite places to stay. I'll just lead by saying their gym is a real gym, not a treadmill farm. The rooms are exceptional, but it really is the service surrounding the stay that makes it one of my favorite places. The location is so Central to the Chicago experience. It may sound silly, but we pull in in with a vehicle that has a manual stick, and the staff is fully...
Located in the heart of downtown Chicago, this hotel has a great location - a quick walk to many shopping stores and restaurants. The room itself was very big considering it was downtown. My favorite part was how modern and clean it was. Everything was controlled at your finger tips. Great customer service! I will definitely be back!
Incredibly accommodating hotel. We arrived early at the airport and they were able to check us in at about 9:30AM. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well. You really feel like they care about the guest experience here. The rooms are clean/modern and that bathroom was wonderfully spacious with a large bathtub. Beds/pillows are superbly comfortable. Most room controls (blackout...
The Langham Chicago, Chicago1 / 50
Chicago, 330 North Wabash Avenue 🧭 Map
A five-star hotel in all ways. The team at the Langham will wrap you in their warm embrace of service and comfort. Everywhere we went from the front door to the front desk to the spa to the bar to the restaurant to the concierge, we were met with friendliness and genuine care. Stunning property, gorgeous views. We will be back!
Awesome location where you can watch the river review! The room is gorgeous with mini bar, large desk for working, and decent bed and bathroom. The room service in the evening was also provided which was so considerate as the music was turned on and the bath robe was hung. The reception is not on the ground floor but the first one.
Stayed here with my family for a 'staycation'. The rooms are really big for a city hotel - and everything is super high-end (furniture, fixtures, linens, etc). Pool/spa area is great. Amazing location in the center of the city. Bar area overlooking the river is one of the best spots in the city IMO.
My stay at The Langham Chicago, exceeded all my expectations. At check-in, Olga provided exceptional service and her hospitality was outstanding. She greeted me warmly and made sure my birthday was special. She went out of her way to make sure the stay was exceptional. Olga’s attention to detail was remarkable. Not only did she offer assistance to help select the best room, but she encourage to reach...
Excellent service from every member of staff. Probably the best I've ever had. Each person was friendly and helpful, and seemed to really care about their job and take pride in working there. The beds were really comfortable. Nice rooms. My only complaint would be that the towels seemed a little dated and could use a refresh. The restaurant and bar were great too.
A truly world class 5 star experience. Very good service from all the staff. Warm welcome right at the door, then at reception, exiting the elevator and every time we moved anywhere in the building. These people take the time to remember you and make you feel welcome. Breakfast and bar food were exquisite with impeccable service. This place is a real treat. Multiple visits from housekeeping staff every...

Best hotel in CHICAGO! It was a wonderful vacation! Everything was wonderful.. Everyone was kind and more than helpful! I will definitely stay here again when I return to Chicago.. I have stayed in all 5 star hotels in Chicago and this is the best!
From the moment we walked into this hotel/castle it took our breath away. The spa is definitely the crown jewel of this pristine hotel. The service is by far the best in town, I only wish I could live on a massage table at the Waldorf Astoria forever!
My boyfriend proposed to me over the weekend at his home restaurant. They did a phenomenal job making this a special occasion and truly made me feel like a princess. The hotel made a few minor errors in my boyfriend's instructions, but they corrected it immediately and it was an unforgettable experience. I will definitely come here again as the whole holiday was something special thanks to the...
Great hospitality and great accommodations in downtown Chicago. I have been to many of their hotels. The location is great. It's just a short walk from high-end shopping and dining. The rooms themselves were amazing, nothing less than what you would expect from a Waldorf. The pool and gym were very good for a hotel. The hospitality was amazing. They even went out of their way to accommodate a couple...
The best hotel in Chicago. We really enjoyed our stay here in the spring before everything closed. I really miss our hotels, but this one was amazing. GREAT spa treatments... ask Jennifer! Really amazing hands!
From the moment I arrived I experienced a very welcoming environment and was treated wonderfully! When I asked the front desk for help with the itinerary, they were more than happy to help! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel with super friendly and helpful staff! Rooms were extremely clean. We also ate at Nomi which was delicious!
Very clean and very nice and great customer service! I absolutely recommend this hotel if you are in the area!
Friendly employees, excellent service. Comfy bed and magnificent room and bath. Great location to get to everything I want to do. I will be back here
Wonderful hotel, staff, and location. They even have a hotel dog in the lobby that the staff care for. The concierge was super helpful and Nomi was always consistently great.
I called for a small get away for myself and my wife. The concierge Karen called me and was interested on what we were looking for. She recommended a great steak house which was Benny’s and even contacted us once we arrived at the hotel. The hotel was nice but Karen went above and beyond my expectations. She was awesome.
Great service. Nice staff. Great view. Pretty good restaurant. Great location Definitely a great place to stay in Chicago.
