The Hotel location is perfect! Very centric in downtown, close to offices and tourist attractions.

The room is very, very big, especially the bathroom, but it doesn't look very high-end or comfortable. Maybe the facilities are a little old? But it's very good.

Suites are great, but the rest of the hotel rooms are median. Cleanliness and the location is optimal, but the service can be 50/50. I have been greeted and experienced excellent from housekeeping staffs, but the valet staff at the counter especially was shadowing. Overall I would try other hotel near to compare.

Have stayed here before and after the renovation. The renovation is really good. The lobby, rooms, restaurant, spa & health club are all very nice and the whole look and feel of the property is fantastic. It is one of the nicer Ritz Carlton properties I have stayed in. I stayed in the same room for another week. A female staff member (of Asian descent) at the front desk asked to charge an extra 30 dollars per night (plus tax). First, it was not the peak season. Very nice hotel and rooms are great. Well thought out design like automatic night lights and large tub, and one of the few Park Hyatts I've been to recently where the light switches make sense and were easy to use. Breakfast at NoMi was fantastic. A little disappointed at the checkin experience though, but perhaps that was an outlier.
