Chicago, 17 East Monroe Street 🧭 Map

Room has good space, bathroom is small. The TV is not aligned with the bed, making it a little difficult for you to watch TV. I liked the pillows, they are all made of feathers, extremely comfortable
The room was clean and comfortable, the house keeping staff was nice, the bellhop and front door guys were friendly, everyone who worked there had a smile and a greeting for us as we passed by them
The front desk lady, Melissa was so pleasant on our arrival, answered all of our questions, and was so courteous and professional. Her warm greeting was a great start to our vacation
Room cleaning is good, not excellent, but for housekeeping to deliver a room in 30 minutes, as a rule, it's great. I think it's worth the value for money!
The location is perfect: so close to millennium park and the metro. It was very easy to walk to travel to restaurants, museums, and attractions
If you want a newer and modern looking room it will not fit your choice as all rooms are very congested and older looking. If you are into vintage and historical stuff it's definitely worth it

Everything was great except the beds. The service was top notch and the entire hotel was spotless.
Our room smelled a bit like the pool because we were right below it
It's in downtown good location for stay everything near from the location
My best review is that I’m looking forward to staying here again.
Great and quiet hotel, convenient location.
Great experience here. Nice location.

I could hear every other room using their sink, tub, or toilet. I get the hotel charges more during conventions/shows, but other than location (in my instance) it IS NOT worth $300+ per night
I did like the full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & lotion. CONS: the sheets & bedspread were so thin. It felt & sounded like we were sleeping on newspapers
Very nice hotel with good view and convenient location.
The booking interface shows that the store payment is $61. 29, but the actual credit card settlement is $142
Stayed at this hotel for this year's AACR meeting The sound insulation effect is not very good But after reporting to the front desk, they changed the room. Thank you to all the hotel staff Thanks for your hard work
When we contacted the front desk at least three times they provided detailed information that was so useful and seemed to genuinely care about our experience. This location has everything we could have hoped for

It's my first time staying in Sheraton Riverwalk Chicago and the experience was awesome! View was good, everything was convenient and it's highly recommended for everyone to stay there 🥰🥰
There's no fridge in the room which is quite annoying. You can't bring back leftovers from a fun night out. My AC started squeaking heavy in the night too so I had to adjust the panel
Nearby dining is delicious! The rooms are large, plenty of towels, mini fridge. Room service daily was excellent
When I checked in, the staff were helpful and friendly and there was no wait. The room was large, the beds were comfortable and the view of the River from the hotel room window was great
One of the best hotels on the Riverwalk district. It is right along the river and very convenient. When I checked in, I got upgraded to a high floor because of my titanium status
Overall this is a very good hotel for the price right in the middle of downtown Chicago

Nothing spectacular, but it was clean and comfortable which is ultimately all that I’m looking for in a hotel room. *** location is pretty darn good too! Walking distance to great shopping stores and good restaurants
Conveniently located, shops and restaurants are a short walk. I love hotel rooms like this-clean, fresh smell, comfortable beds and pillows, cool airconditioning
5 star hotel to us! The hotel was perfect. Hannah and Pauline at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The lobby/lounge area was eco, good food and a nice vibe
There used to be a pool, but there isn't one anymore, as the space was given up to a second fitness center
It’s nice to come back and have a restful evening when the day is done. Even though there was a convention when we were there, our room was quite and we did not hear noise from other rooms
The hotel itself was clean and up to date in terms of amenities. But my absolute favorite feature is the Fitness Center - FANTASTIC !!! I should also note that the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful

The 25 dollar credit they give you daily really helps when you get back after long day of taking the city in. I ordered room service a few times and the burger was and chicken club were both really good
I stayed here for a week and had a blast. This hotel was in the perfect location to get around the city easy. I had easy access to bikes right outside the hotel to ride around Chicago
We've stayed at the Westin many times. Rooms are always quiet and clean. Their breakfast us outstanding! I do REALLY miss the hotel providing Garrett popcorn during your stay
This is also a good place to stay to take in a lot of the best restaurants that Chicago has to offer
Now, they've included admission to venues we won't likely attend. Bring back the Garrett popcorn!
Location is great on Michigan Ave. right across from the Hancock building. While the corner spacious room was, indeed, spacious, the "corner" aspect left a bit to be desired

We had a great stay at Intercontinental Chicago. we booked this hotel after a lot of considerations. Great breakfast buffet, my daughter loved the fresh strawberries and egg Benedict
The location is very convenient. There is a shopping mall opposite. Blue Bottle Coffee is also very close. It is very convenient to walk to various check-in spots in Soybean
Recommended for those who pursue a convenient location. The service facilities are also good. You can also order takeout and leave it at the front desk
Good Location , very Convenience , Having a lot of shops and nearby Chicago River
This is going to be our go to hotel when in Chicago!

Staying at this hotel was so amazing! We wanted to take a short trip to Chicago with our baby girl and we couldn't be happier with the staff, their professionalism, their willingness to go the extra mile for us, and the amazing food they served
It was pleasant even with some exterior construction happening during the day. Large lounge and sitting area. Room had some dust and terrible view, but those were just unlucky things
It's in downtown Chicago, and the Quincy subway station is literally around the corner, offering service on the Orange, Brown, Pink and Green lines. Viviana, the guest services agent who checked me in, was very nice
Excellency in room maintenance and services. The most clean room and comfort beds in downtown. Hard to find a speck even in any corner of the room. Liked the all marble decor bathroom and super friendly front desk
They noticed that I was limping the took the time to ask if I need any help. Then they brought up a wheelchair and move me to my room. Few minutes later a manger called me and is if I need any help
He came up to my room and he wrapped my foot with the ace pack. I'm so appreciative of the staff. I would definitely stay here and I highly recommend to stay here

The answers were different from different staff members. A very expensive hotel focusing on big conferences, there are no microwave oven, empty refrigerator (you can request) in the room and swimming pool
The room is average, large in size, but the facilities are relatively old. However, the hotel has no swimming pool, only a gym, and no breakfast restaurant
Clean, sanitary and convenient
When checking out, after reporting the unreasonable policy to the hotel, the hotel promised to waive this part of the fee in the bill, but the bill received after arriving at the airport showed that the full breakfast fee was charged (including the price of the set itself), nearly 100 dollars per day
It is not buffet breakfast, you need to pay extra when you check out if you have ordered more than your credit for the breakfast. When I asked that if I missed one breakfast, can I use the extra credit for the next day
We booked our room many weeks earlier, after we checked in I realized that the room prices dropped comparing our original prices, maybe not enough conference people attending. Hope the information is helpful for you

Now that our wedding has come and gone, I honestly miss talking with them! We kicked off our wedding weekend with a super fun Welcome Party the night before, and then celebrated with 260 guests in the stunning Gold Coast Room for our reception
Some people may think it is old, but in fact I like it very much because the scenery and location are very good, and the hotel has a very historical background and the overall atmosphere is very good
I had the absolute joy of getting married at The Drake Hotel on May 3, 2025, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience
Compared to other Downtown venues, the pricing was fair — and in return, we got so much more value, beauty, and care than we ever expected. This day will stay with us forever
From the moment we started planning in January 2024, Ali and Ariella were incredible — thoughtful, organized, responsive, and genuinely kind
The Drake is a wonderful hotel with tons of charm. The staff was always very friendly and helpful providing tips for getting a bus card or an umbrella when it was raining

I can't speak too much too the hotel itself as I was only there for a meeting. However in my brief experience, the staff was friendly and helpful and it was clean and modern
Rooms look very dated and are relatively smaller. The TV system will remind you of early 2000's. There is no coffee maker in the room. Lobby is the best part of the hotel look and feel. Room hallways are very dark.
The room was clean, and it was specially decorated for our wedding night. We were a little hesitant about the food since the restaurante does not have such great reviews
However we were both very happy with the breakfast
Will not stay here again, unfortunately the Marriott courtyard was sold out during my stay so I had to choose this one. This hotel is having an identity crisis as it’s marked as a luxury hotel but the rooms are rough
The complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice touch too

I loved the location of the hotel. We had a suite and the vriws we're incredible. They have a convenient store and bar. Both we used and we're happy with. The pool was cold! But we were able to heat up in a sauna after
Clean room, conveniently located to merchandise Mart, nice pool and workout room. Paid extra to have great view of Chicago but view isnt awesome from my room
I think the best part was the concierge she was so helpful and gave us tips and coupons to places i wish i knew her name. The only downfall is no hot tub in pool area
I assume floors 20 through 23 rooms 12 through 26 has the better view because they are looking east (?) While rooms 28+ is looking south onto railroad tracks and lesser buildings. Example 2123 must be better than 2128
I've stayed here a few times now. It's very convenient if you're working in the Merchandise Mart, since it's connected. This hotel looks great and is similar to any other Holiday Inn that I've stayed at
Entrance was a bit confusing and would of been nice to be told were our room was at. But the room was very nice and clean and the bathroom was perfect

Big Room with 2 beds was nice! Nice the pool outside. The structure a bit oldish but overall is nice
It's a fabulous hotel, excellent service and location
You will hear everything going on outside; cars, police, ambulances, the people in the pool, everything. Bathroom Fixtures: The faucet worked well, good flow
It was a nice area to be at unti the big fight right down the street all the police all the kids just coming around it was a lot going on but great places to visit around the area
Very spacious room and good service.. Love the location too
Very clean. I had breakfast included but got charged extra. I had to point it out to the reception staff, and they fixed it.

Threw a bachelor party for my best friend and we rented out a large suite with a great view as a hangout spot to lounge at multiple points during the night. The accommodations were top notch with amazing views
High quality finishings and furnishings. Excellent service from the staff from the check in, valet, concierge. We even go to use the free house car (Escalade) to drive us to dinner at RPM steak
As well as an excellent testament to the hard work, dedication, and investments of our current president, Mr. I cannot give enough praises!
Would definitely recommend for a luxurious night out on the town for a special occasion
Ordered room service every morning and they set it up in our dining room like a restaurant. They even have a 2 Michelin star restaurant which is pricey but worth every penny
The best tower in the Chicago. One of the decorations of Chicago.

We had a few drinks downstairs where the atmosphere was quiet and nice for our group of 7. There was one TV for the one or two of us that we're watching football as well
To be honest, it's great because you are near the freeway and near the airport
Definitely not recommended for kids but maybe more couples and business people because it's beautiful, quiet and very clean and of course the atmosphere is very calming
The room itself was very clean and spacious. The shower system is a spout with two heads, which is very nice
The best part is that this hotel is pet friendly, no commission and no deposit! Our husky had a good time getting lots of treats from the staff
I would even stay there myself if I had an operation

We booked the Hyatt Centric Loop by mistake and after spending 5 minutes at check in interacting with staff and examining the property we called Hyatt, booked the one on Magnificent Mile, called a Lyft and never looked back
Not sure if this hotel is a franchise using the Hyatt name but it is far below Hyatt's normal standards for professionalism, service and standards
They were so nice and friendly. We had room 732 it was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and very pretty. If I ever go back to Chicago again I will definitely try to get a room with them
A little on the small side but fair. Fitness area was great and provided everything I need while away from my home gym. Worth the money for sure and I will be booking again
The staff and amenities at this hotel are exceptional. By far the best Hyatt property in the area
Normally, while traveling we don't get all gussied up and fancy so when we checked in and found out this was a very business feeling hotel, we were amazed by how thoughtfully and respectfully the staff treated us, despite the fact we didn't "look the part

And the AC that actually works based on temperature and mode you set it to. There is a safe in the room! Many hotels in the US do not. And there are really so many more and more
I enjoyed my stay at the W Chicago. It seems like the renovations have wrapped up (common complaint about the hotel) I also did not find the rooms to be overly dated. My room was modern, large, and comfortable
Super friendly staff. Always a smile, greeted when entering and wished well as leaving. Room service was top notch too. The rooms are pretty modern. Definitely trendy. I'd stay here again.
Luckily the windows open in the room so that I could get a bit of fresh air! Neither of my complaints were a deal breaker, I'd definitely stay again next time I'm in Chicago
Would like to take the time to write a review of the W City Center Hotel located on Adams Street in Chicago
I didn't care for the loud, club-like atmosphere in the lobby/bar, nor did I like the heavy use of air freshener in the room

They are also very generous with their amenities and the smell of white tea, rosemary and mint also permeated the hotel and also continued this theme in the shower products and lotions. We are very pleased with our stay
My only minor, and I repeat minor, complaints are that the TV system is sub-par, and I had to contact maintenance several times to fix it. When I did have to call them, they showed up quickly and were courteous
I love the four seasons spa, lizette is the best for manicure and pedicure!!! You must ask for her !!The whole staff is wonderful, ordered lunch having their house made hot dog !!yummy ! Can't say enough wonderful things about the spa and staff ! When I left I rode the elevator with a four seasons employee that I thought might be a guest, such awesome manners and kindness and had worked with lizette...
We stayed here at the end of our honeymoon and Chris the front desk manager and the Four Seasons staff couldn't have made it more special. Chris upgraded us to the Executive King Suite with amazing city views
Sunsets in Chicago are simply amazing when viewed from the 37th floor. The bedding was soft and good quality and the bed was very comfortable
The location of this hotel is excellent, not far from all the places I needed on that trip. Very clean, bright and large room. The staff helped me to solve several important points for me. Definitely a five!

Everything was so perfect. The staff treats you like royalty. The rooms are in excellent shape. The rooms are also very modern. This will be my go to place whenever I come home to Chicago.
The details are the real thing. The Chinese-style design of the guest rooms is elegant and grand, and the food in the Chinese restaurant is amazing
The location is excellent, and it is very convenient for shopping, eating and drinking; the room is clean and tidy, and is equipped with a relatively complete range of toiletries and slippers.
I cannot say enough about this hotel, it was nothing short of amazing from the first contact i had with them to book the room, up to the minute we checked out
The staff was friendlier and more helpful than any hotel i've ever been to, the hospitality was truly above any and all expectations i could have had
Many luxury brands have big branches in the United States, and the Peninsula can still maintain its consistent level and deserves praise

I had brunch at the Ritz-Carlton. Try the baked eggs they're pretty awesome! The service was amazing and every need or consideration was taken care of immediately. It is of course, a little pricey, but that's the Ritz.
The toothbrush was not delivered in time and the coffee machine did not work.
The sanitation and environment are very good! Very close to Michigan Avenue and Navy Pier! Sitting in the room, you can watch the fireworks show every Wednesday and Saturday! The disadvantages are that the breakfast in the hotel is not very delicious, and the air conditioner in the room is too noisy, which affects the rest at night
Have stayed here before and after the renovation. The renovation is really good. The lobby, rooms, restaurant, spa & health club are all very nice and the whole look and feel of the property is fantastic
By far the best and most accommodating hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff genuinely cares about making your experience wonderful
