We were welcomed and all the staff was courteous and helpful

Room has good space, bathroom is small. The TV is not aligned with the bed, making it a little difficult for you to watch TV. I liked the pillows, they are all made of feathers, extremely comfortable

Room cleaning is good, not excellent, but for housekeeping to deliver a room in 30 minutes, as a rule, it's great. I think it's worth the value for money!

If you want a newer and modern looking room it will not fit your choice as all rooms are very congested and older looking. If you are into vintage and historical stuff it's definitely worth it

The one double room was quaint and small, but just the right amount of room. Clean, staff was friendly, and the space was gorgeous. It's close to the bean and the theater as well as many restaurants

The location of the Hotel is perfect from all the other attractions around the downtown

Their staff took care of us incredibly well when we were there, and we ended up using their rooftop for wedding photos, as it was a beautiful day out. Would highly recommend Midtown as a hotel stay experience

My boyfriend and I recently stayed here for the first time during St. He had lost his wallet and the hotel didn’t accept Apple Pay or cash for the security deposit even though we paid for the room in advance

The staff was very nice and helpful despite the difficult situation, and luckily we were able to figure it out. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable

We spent a lot of time working out and relaxing in the sauna and steam room which were spacious and luxurious. The food at the cafe was very good as well. We would definitely recommend staying here!

In contrast to some other reviews, our room was quiet and we didn't have issues with noise. We were on a higher floor (5th). Overall had a great experience and relaxing weekend stay with my wife

We reserved a block of rooms, rented one of their suites to use to get ready for the day, and hosted a brunch the next morning in one of their conference rooms - everything went great

Absolutely GORGEOUS hotel ? and convenient to local parks, the fountain, and restaurants. Staff were all very nice and helpful if I needed anything. Fitness center was probably the nicest one I've ever seen in a hotel

Great hotel which was originally the Conrad Hilton. The State of Illinois Pharmacy Board Exam was held here at one time. Upscale hotel with lots of amenities. Very nice rooms, good food, and great views

Located on the magnificent mile, Michigan Avenue in the heart of Chicago. There are a number of attractions within walking distance of the hotel and of course you can always hale a cab

Attended an event here at the Grand ballroom. The hotel is beautiful and the Grand ballroom even more so. The walls and ceiling were covered in paintings and ornate molding

The service was very attentive and the drinks we were served were great. The dinner was delicious too, especially for a catered event. The beef was cooked nicely and the sauces and seasonings were on point

We were under the impression there was a sauna but I was unsuccessful in locating it. I always love a hot tub but you will have make do with a pool

When we contacted the front desk at least three times they provided detailed information that was so useful and seemed to genuinely care about our experience. This location has everything we could have hoped for

The rooms: Well appointed and meticulously clean. If you can get a room on a high floor, worth the extra money. Check out the views from my south-facing room! Not to mention the easy access to the lakefront

We had two adults in our room and one of the queens was more like a small double bed. It wasn’t an issue but if it were my family we would not have fit. Easy access to the conference center or downtown

Just thankful to get to experience such great customer service. The restaurant on site has delicious burgers and wings. The gym is well thought out with beautiful views as well

I typically don't right reviews at hotels but I was so impressed with how well this location takes care of you even while there is several large events taking place

The location is perfect walking distance to shopping, restaurants and Navy Pier. Mike (I believe he is the doorman) was the BEST!! He was so friendly, kind and helpful. He recommended a great place for breakfast

The bed was so comfortable which I appreciated. You can sit outside along the river and watch the boats go by. Nice little band playing near the lobby inside. All the staff was polite and helpful

Staying at this hotel was so amazing! We wanted to take a short trip to Chicago with our baby girl and we couldn't be happier with the staff, their professionalism, their willingness to go the extra mile for us, and the amazing food they served

It was pleasant even with some exterior construction happening during the day. Large lounge and sitting area. Room had some dust and terrible view, but those were just unlucky things

It's in downtown Chicago, and the Quincy subway station is literally around the corner, offering service on the Orange, Brown, Pink and Green lines. Viviana, the guest services agent who checked me in, was very nice

Excellency in room maintenance and services. The most clean room and comfort beds in downtown. Hard to find a speck even in any corner of the room. Liked the all marble decor bathroom and super friendly front desk

They noticed that I was limping the took the time to ask if I need any help. Then they brought up a wheelchair and move me to my room. Few minutes later a manger called me and is if I need any help

He came up to my room and he wrapped my foot with the ace pack. I'm so appreciative of the staff. I would definitely stay here and I highly recommend to stay here

I visited Chicago for the first time last week and I stayed in this hotel. When I had booked it I accidentally booked for the wrong day and the hotel was able to accommodate me so that I could stay the night I arrived

Bar downstairs was nice and waiter was friendly. Starbucks inside the hotel which helps in the cold weather. Good size fitness center and good location for shopping. Only thing that can use little updating is lobby

Locations currently does not offer many of the normal amenities offered prior to Covid. However, staff was helpful, friendly, and willing to lean in to make your experience a comfortable one

Love the room! The bed is comfy, especially the heavy blanket, love the weight! Love the interior as well. Both the room and bathroom are spacious, and it's clean. Especially love the white tea scent!

Threw a bachelor party for my best friend and we rented out a large suite with a great view as a hangout spot to lounge at multiple points during the night. The accommodations were top notch with amazing views

High quality finishings and furnishings. Excellent service from the staff from the check in, valet, concierge. We even go to use the free house car (Escalade) to drive us to dinner at RPM steak

Ordered room service every morning and they set it up in our dining room like a restaurant. They even have a 2 Michelin star restaurant which is pricey but worth every penny

They are also very generous with their amenities and the smell of white tea, rosemary and mint also permeated the hotel and also continued this theme in the shower products and lotions. We are very pleased with our stay

We stayed here at the end of our honeymoon and Chris the front desk manager and the Four Seasons staff couldn't have made it more special. Chris upgraded us to the Executive King Suite with amazing city views

The location of this hotel is excellent, not far from all the places I needed on that trip. Very clean, bright and large room. The staff helped me to solve several important points for me. Definitely a five!

Sunsets in Chicago are simply amazing when viewed from the 37th floor. The bedding was soft and good quality and the bed was very comfortable

It was very delicious - their scones and sandwiches have gotten even better than the last time I went a few years ago! The scones were warm, the sandwiches (of about 4 varieties) were perfectly sized and yummy, and the tea was very good

Upon arriving there were several men who stood outside pushing the revolving doors or hailing cabs or valet parking for guests. They are adequately staffed and because of that alone their service seems prepped to the T

I only went to the bar which was semi-dimly lit and had a turn of the 29th century vibe. Which added that much more ambiance once the pianist and singer started playing music

It was a little harder to maneuver around the tables with 20 of us, but it wasn't too much of an issue. The decor was lovely, as was the harpist

Palm Court is set up mainly for smaller groups of about 5, but they were able to rearrange tables around fairly well for larger groups (10+)

4-20-2018 I spent the day with the love of my life. The W Hotel was beautiful, clean & very spacious. It's located in a very convenient area near restaurants and local attractions. The staff was very polite & welcoming

I was able to see the pool below, garage across the street and some buildings nearby. The decor is very much that millennial modern with light earth tones. The bathroom did not have a fan so showers fog up the mirror

You will hear everything going on outside; cars, police, ambulances, the people in the pool, everything. Bathroom Fixtures: The faucet worked well, good flow

I’ve seen a total air dry faster than this tubs drain. A shower of 20 minutes ends up being a bath for your ankles. And yes the supper was fully extended up. The Hothouse Lounge: I had the quesadilla, it’s as great

Location: This is the best part of the hotel. It’s walking distance to the Navy Pier, the river, Target, 2 pharmacies, river tours, etc. Egg Harbor Cafe and Yolk are close and great options for breakfast

The bathroom it’s self was constantly 4-6 degrees warmer than the rest of the room regardless of use. THERE IS NO NOICE DAMPING ON THE WINDOWS. If your a light sleeper bring a white noise machine

Some trash in the bathroom garbage and the one of the 2 glass cups they gave you seems used. The beds were clean, as well as the toilet, sink, and tub. Room: The view I had wasn’t great

Loved the snacks/drinks and the nicest surprise was the heated floors in the bathroom. I thought the bed and linens were comfy too and everything was very clean

I love how the windows are angled in such a way as to give you multiple wide viewing angles and the sunrise over the lake was beautiful

We stayed in a Grand room with an alleged city view, but anything below floor 10ish is likely blocked by the surrounding building. Our room gladly made up for the lack of the view

Had a grand king lake view on the 16th floor for a quick getaway and our experience was great

We stayed here for the weekend and had a fantastic experience. I think the location was what also made the experience so much better for us. It was quite central to everything we wanted to see and do in the city

The staff was attentive, remembered us by name when we walked in from an evening out, and was quite courteous throughout our stay. The views of the city and what you could see of the lake did not disappoint

I highly recommend the higher floor, water tower lake view rooms which give great views and allow distance away from the city sounds. I look forward to a return visit!
