Wonderful staff and updated room with giant bathroom. I didn't hear anyone in the adjacent rooms (or further ones) or the hallway. There was a leaky toilet, which is a part of life that hotels don't get rid of. We came to LondonHouse for our anniversary and it was one of the best experiences we have ever had. We upgrade the room to a premium room and it was worth every penny. Stayed here over the weekend on a deal from Hotwire. Comfy beds, spacious room and accessible to everything I need. My only issue was the bathroom being way to small. Aside from the great location to many Chicago attractions, it is also many comforts and amenities that make a several day trip away from home very comfortable.
