Excellent experience at prime location! Will visit again in chicago
Hotel is in perfect location along the river. Lake view room also has river view. Buffet breakfast is top notch and the food at the Big Bar is pretty good. Wings and nachos were a hit.
Very convenient. Friendly staff & helpful. Received a in house call asking my wellbeing. 👍
I have a intention to vist this hotel again when I visit Chicago next time
The room was much nicer than expected. Great view of the canal for the st Patrick Day events. The hotel.location was perfect. Walking distance to lost of shops and food. The list of restaurants in the room was a great help in deciding what to eat. Staff was friendly.
Everything is nearly great. Laura solved the small problem as soon as possible after receiving the feedback.

Everything was great!! Definitely will be going back there soon
Very good location. There is a huge garage right beside the hotel building. The room is very outdated and not very clean. Front desk staff really need more training. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL.
Rooms are outdated but very spacious to other cities. I appreciate the Hilton Honour team being readily accessible by text which made things very convenient. I would recommend this place to my friends visiting Chicago.
Helpful hotel but teeny tiny rooms.
Good stay comfy beds , old house styles but worth it l. Love to come again . Only can hear the train passing as it’s close to hotel . But overall it’s good . Will come again
One of the best locations in the Loop. Classical hotel with great amenities, although rooms feel dated.

They didn't offered nor had a water bottles . We travelled 1000miles , thought to stood there for a night, came around 1am in the night, couldn't make to gas station coz I was dizzy. As soon as I entered my room I found no water bottles. Atleast offer water it's just a 50c/bottle. Note: If I tell your boss water or Aircondition , what he prefers.. It's just a water bottle but each drop counts..
My best review is that I’m looking forward to staying here again.
Everything was great except the beds. The service was top notch and the entire hotel was spotless.
It's in downtown good location for stay everything near from the location
The loudest hotel I've stayed at in Chicago. It's like living inside Times Square + a hospital. Horns, sirens, people yelling, trucks backing up. The place is huge so kind of a maze. Our room smelled a bit like the pool because we were right below it. We couldn't seem to get the air to switch from AC to heat when Chicago temps dropped from 70's to 40's so we just turned the whole thing off and shivered...

Stayed at this hotel for this year's AACR meeting The sound insulation effect is not very good But after reporting to the front desk, they changed the room. Thank you to all the hotel staff Thanks for your hard work
I booked this hotel out of convenience of location to the C2E2 expo. I paid A L O T. PROS:The front desk were hepful & friendly. Check out was Noon, which is later than most. I did like the full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & lotion. The room was clean but... CONS: the sheets & bedspread were so thin. It felt & sounded like we were sleeping on newspapers. I could hear every other...
Very nice hotel with good view and convenient location.
Decent gym… but the hotel room was dirty. The people before me must have been hairy people because it was everywhere. The halls also needed shampooing. As for the mattress… no bugs just dirty and hairy. Also no mattress covers. Decent lobby area and good for large gatherings. The food was decent. I loved their banana pudding!
We stayed here almost a week and each day has been an amazing experience. I typically don't right reviews at hotels but I was so impressed with how well this location takes care of you even while there is several large events taking place. When we contacted the front desk at least three times they provided detailed information that was so useful and seemed to genuinely care about our experience. This...
Great views from our room. We had two adults in our room and one of the queens was more like a small double bed. It wasn’t an issue but if it were my family we would not have fit. Pillows are like clouds. My favorite part. Hotel is very clean. Easy access to the conference center or downtown. There are two restaurants and a market which has a wide selection of beverages and take and go food. The...

It's my first time staying in Sheraton Riverwalk Chicago and the experience was awesome! View was good, everything was convenient and it's highly recommended for everyone to stay there 🥰🥰
There's no fridge in the room which is quite annoying. You can't bring back leftovers from a fun night out. My AC started squeaking heavy in the night too so I had to adjust the panel. Other than that my stay has been good and the view of the river and lake is quite nice.
Very nice hotel. Great location. The staff is top notch! Feels safe, well updated and clean. Great place to stay while in Chicago, close to everything. Easy walking distance to all attractions. Nearby dining is delicious! The rooms are large, plenty of towels, mini fridge. Our room had a view. Room service daily was excellent.
One of the best hotels on the Riverwalk district. It is right along the river and very convenient. When I checked in, I got upgraded to a high floor because of my titanium status. When I checked in, the staff were helpful and friendly and there was no wait. The room was large, the beds were comfortable and the view of the River from the hotel room window was great. Overall this is a very good hotel...
Great location for wanting to be in the Loop. Traveled here with three women and three children ranging 8-1 years old. The rooms were fine, clean, and typical. Location was as wonderful and service was great. View from our room was wonderful - we loved seeing the river from up high in our room. The kids also loved the pool - while it wasn’t huge, it was exactly what they needed! The two cons I would...

Loved the experience! Everyone was extremely nice at the hotel, location is great too! Rooms are super clean and comfortable, great restaurants and MASSIVE fully stacked Gym on 4th floor. Definitely worth the money! Decent views from my room on 25th floor, elevator was super fast and food just to die for! Best salmon salad I’ve ever had.
I just stayed at this hotel for a conference. It was a nice hotel and the rooms were pleasant. I did want to give a shout-out to the ladies at the M Club. I visited during the day and at night for the appetizers. The ladies always welcomed me in and asked if they could help me with anything. I only got one lady’s name, Anna. But the ladies at dinner were wonderful too! Thanks for your great service
Great stays with friendly staff and nice lounge area. The location is super convenient if you are here for the convention. It’s a 5 mins walk to the convention center. The hotel has a great gym. Also they categorized elevator to lower floor and higher floor, so it’s quick to get on the elevator. The suite room has great view of the Chicago skylines . The living room area was big. Beautiful architecture. All of the front desk was very kind and welcoming. The hotel was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do (Georgia Aquarium, Coca Cola museum, and a couple of LGBT bars. The hotel is nice and clean and in a great location. However the staff is quite unpleasant. From the front desk, to the bar staff, to the coffee shop staff. 5 star hotel to us! The hotel was perfect. Hannah and Pauline at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. The lobby/lounge area was eco, good food and a nice vibe. Hotel is located in the heart of uptown and within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions.
This is one of the "redesigned Marriott's" and features modern, luxury-like room decor. We were on the 17th floor and still had decent views (guestrooms are on 11 and up.) There's a full-service Starbucks in the lobby, although it's quite pricey and there's more locations nearby that are less expensive. Great hotel, excellent location. I just stayed six nights at the Chicago Downtown Marriott (on the Mag Mile), and I was very impressed. My room was very clean and in good condition. Great location. Awesome customer service! I requested an early check in for 11:30 am. We arrived earlier than expected and Gloria got us checked into a room at 9:20am. Rooms are very nice and up to date.
Nicely located in the heart of the city. The hotel looked modern with rooms that seemed recently renovated. Great concierge lounge for rewards members. My only complaint is the lack of air conditioning in the winter months as the rooms were very warm and would never cool down too my comfort level for sleeping.

Perfect place, but the service is terrible. All staff don't smile. I kept asking for some slippers, they said run out of it. I didn't get it till I left five days later. I asked for room service every day, but actually they made it every other day. I could not understand it.
I stayed here for a week and had a blast. This hotel was in the perfect location to get around the city easy. I had easy access to bikes right outside the hotel to ride around Chicago. We've stayed at the Westin many times. Rooms are always quiet and clean. Their breakfast us outstanding! I do REALLY miss the hotel providing Garrett popcorn during your stay. It was a great addition. Now, they've included admission to venues we won't likely attend. Bring back the Garrett popcorn!
Location is great on Michigan Ave. right across from the Hancock building. While the corner spacious room was, indeed, spacious, the "corner" aspect left a bit to be desired. In general, the room is too old.

Great service, great smell, very clean, nice view, very relaxing. The only downside is that they do not provide you with a toothbrush or a toothpaste.
I love Swissotel — it’s a great place with a comfortable stay. However, please note that a city tax of around USD 29 per night (including tax) is required. They also provide a daily USD 15 credit for the Amuse Bar.
For the room rate I paid for I would have expected  free bottled water in the room. I asked for additional sugar and cream for our room and I never received it. Also when you call the concierge there are times you have to wait long for somebody to answer the phone. Our overall stay was ok only.
The hotel was clean and the response at the lobby was very good. The view was also nice. The accommodation during my trip to Chicago was perfect and I was very satisfied.

The Hotel location is perfect! Very centric in downtown, close to offices and tourist attractions.
The room is very, very big, especially the bathroom, but it doesn't look very high-end or comfortable. Maybe the facilities are a little old? But it's very good.
Great spot. It was pleasant even with some exterior construction happening during the day. Nice staff. Large lounge and sitting area. Gym was excellent. Room had some dust and terrible view, but those were just unlucky things. Very happy overall.
Excellency in room maintenance and services. The most clean room and comfort beds in downtown. Hard to find a speck even in any corner of the room. Liked the all marble decor bathroom and super friendly front desk. Gotta try cheese plate for room service. 7-yrs old cheddar, brie, and goat cheese will amaze you. Although, brace yourself for daily convenience fees, front desk fee, and room service fees...
Suites are great, but the rest of the hotel rooms are median. Cleanliness and the location is optimal, but the service can be 50/50. I have been greeted and experienced excellent from housekeeping staffs, but the valet staff at the counter especially was shadowing. Overall I would try other hotel near to compare.
The hotel is great. Very classic JW hotel - old school but very well kept. Doesn’t get 5 starts because I personally like something more modern. The views are not very spectacular as you are surrounded by other tall buildings

Be careful, there is a hidden charge "A $25 daily urban experience fee will be charged to each room" at this hotel Fairmont Chicago - Millennium Park. Clean, sanitary and convenient
The hotel is in a good location, next to Millennium Park, and the rooms facing the park have a wide view. There is a supermarket and a restaurant downstairs, which is quite convenient. This review is strictly for the hotel, not the Afternoon Tea- which was lovely for the ambiance albeit a little overpriced. Anyone who believes the rooms are "dated" is NOT "getting it". We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Drake. Check-in was welcoming and efficient, and the front desk was always easy to reach via the Hilton app. As Hilton Honors Gold members, we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary room upgrades, which made us feel genuinely appreciated. Wonderful hotel, but dated. Lobby is breathtakingly beautiful. Service friendly and eager to help. Rooms comfortable, quiet, and spacious but in need of an update. Scratched walls and furniture. Worn bathroom, shower and tub needs replacement. Though this hotel is “historic,” could definitely still use some more modern touches (and touch ups).
