Exceptionally clean and well run establishment. Top-notch service too. From my check in with the exceptionally friendly and helpful Alexis, to my time in their lounge, eating delicious food for dinner and breakfast. Their gym was awesome and well appointed. I was able to enjoy one of their suites that had one of the largest tubs I’ve ever been in! I chose this hotel because of the distance from the office that I needed to work at, but now I would choose it again because of the quality of the service and the facilities. I hadn’t even tried the pool!! Next time.

Valet service was excellent. Beautiful rooms and excellent customer service. Amenities were great. Bedrooms and Bathrooms comfortable. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Hall Hotel in Dallas, Texas. Curtis checked me in and was extremely professional, informative, and welcoming. He made the process smooth and pleasant. I was fortunate to receive an upgraded room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. On top of that, I was able to take advantage of a $30 credit at the bar, which was a great perk. Overall, my stay was comfortable and exceeded expectations—thanks to the excellent service from Curtis and the thoughtful amenities. I would definitely recommend Hall Hotel to anyone visiting Dallas!

In town for some meetings. This was the perfect choice. Lovely room, nice restaurant and a very walkable area. Will definitely stay here when back in the city. This is in the heart of the arts district and there is a great green space nearby…..

Located in the Dallas Arts District, this hotel delivers a refined, art-centric experience. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with minimalist luxury, floor-to-ceiling windows, lovely bedding, and very clean. I loved the rooftop pool and garden was an ideal escape from my busy workday. The fitness center is state-of-the-art with plenty of treadmills for the morning rush.

Best staff EVER! Everybody knew my name and spoke daily. Made me feel so special and taken care of. If you ever stay, ask for “H” and tell him “Jean” sent you.

Great hotel in the art and museum district. Great neighbourhood. Very friendly staff. Nice, clean and nicely decorated rooms. The hotel is close to a park, bars and restaurant. 30 minutes walk to downtown. Also located near a stop of the free tramway that takes you up to west-village. A must when in Dallas. Definately one of the better hotels in downtown Dallas.

I booked a staycation in Dallas Texas and chose Hotel Hall Arts Hotel because of the luxurious vibessss the pictures were giving! Come to find out, I did not get catfished, the hotel is very clean, aesthetically pleasing, and fabulous! I was welcomed with a complimentary glass of whine and smiles! Curtis and Greg were both knowledgeable, resourceful, and kind. Curtis and Greg went beyond their way to make my stay feel very special and comfortable. I enjoyed myself at this artsy + luxurious hotel! The rooms are spacious, neat, and conducive to my lifestyle. The only thing missing from this hotel is a beach! Lol I Deff will be back!

Absolutely lovely stay! The hotel itself is obviously gorgeous ands chic but what you don't see from the pics online is the bright and free-flowy vibe this place exudes which, for me, is super important when Im on a getaway - esp if solo. The food was delish and the views from rooftop pool are just....ahh so so good. The sunny piano bar is the perfect place for a mid afternoon cocktail, dinner escapade, or a morning espresso. HALL's 'Stay Curator, Curtis Garcia, is THE MAN. Ask for him if you go. He is super chill and really cares about each guest's experience. Curtis, along with the beautiful Kaprina and charming Frank, and all the valet guys, really all made my stay fantastically complete, from start to finish. When I visit Dallas again, HALL is def where I'll be staying. Also the price is generally unbeatable, esp when considering everything I've just mentioned. If you decide to stay here, I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I did. P.S. This is not a paid review. I am not an influencer or content creator. We really enjoyed our stay. We did not want to go home. From the time we got to the hotel and was greeted, valet was awesome. They took our bags to the room. We were able to check into our room the day before because everything is digital. We had the choice to go to the front desk or go straight to our room and use our digital key on our phone from the app. The staff was so nice! Our room was beautiful! It was so clean and it was my birthday so they gave me complementary wine. The restaurant upstairs was so nice! They had live jazz music for brunch. They played happy birthday for me. The food was awesome! The hotel was very clean!. We would definitely be staying there again. This was the best staycation ever.
