Don’t waste your time and money here at this hotel. They add hidden “resort fee” on to your bill without you knowing till you check out. This was my last straw for this hotel room I paid $700 a night for. I went to the gym forgot my shoes. So I decided to just use weights. They’re a no signs that say a dress code that needs to be worn in to the gym. So I got kicked out. I demand my resort fee back. And NEVER EVER COMINF BACK OR RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. There’s plenty of other nice high end places in Dallas. Go ahead and leave.

The overnight staff with Southern Hospitality should be reevaluated. The short Hispanic man with a buzz cut is the one that couldn’t locate our vehicle’s keys because he was too lazy to look hard enough. He questioned if we were at the right valet? Once we found our own keys in their box he tried ignoring us because his ego was too big to acknowledge and admit that he messed up. We love the daytime and evening staff. What a joke.

Mold!!!! Bugs! Poor cleaning! Beware!!! The hotel poses a health hazard to the guests! They tried switching me to four different rooms and in every room the AC vents and ducts are full of black apparently toxic mold or filthy. I also found tiny little bugs , similar to fleas in a couple of towels in the room.
I reported the issue to the front desk/ management and it’s been four days now and nothing has been done!
Stay away from this hotel, with irresponsible management! I already submitted the issue to the local health authorities!
Cleaning is bad, the tiles on the floor in the room are dirty and sticky, there were hairs in the bathroom, the room service is terrible!
The only good thing about the hotel is the location and the decent size of the rooms. Other than that service is terrible.
I explained I have allergies, in results of which I wake up swollen, with itchy eyes every morning , I also feel fatigued and feel discomfort breathing while in the room, and all because of the negligence of these people and no one seems to care. At least I have to work all day so I get to escape this toxic environment during the day.
There was only one person from the front desk called Angel who did his best to help, to whom I am very grateful. But unfortunately the issue still hasn’t been taken care of!

My girlfriend and I booked a room here for our anniversary. The service was really good here and the staff and was friendly and accommodating. The food was really good and the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is it all seemed a bit overpriced for what we were getting. The prices reflected online are not at all accurate after you calculate the fees and taxes. We had room service bring us breakfast one morning and while I knew it would be expensive, I calculated everything to around $90 but when the bill came, it ended up being $130 (not including tip). Overall it was a pleasant stay, the hotel just milks you for every penny you’re worth.

The Crescent Court Hotel offers an absolutely wonderful experience and stay. The hotel is conveniently located to the main attractions of the city center. The stay was one of the most comfortable in recent years and the hospitality is second to none. The angel at the front desk really made our stay and holiday special, he showed true hospitality and care for each guest. We will definitely return here again and highly recommend the Crescent Court Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in downtown Dallas.

I am so grateful that there is a place that still values customer service throughout the entire hotel. We stayed at the Crescent Court Hotel in Dallas for our wedding anniversary. Angel at the front desk made our anniversary extra special by upgrading our room and sending chocolate covered strawberries and chocolates to our room. His hospitality was nothing short of "great service". Angel and JB have been with the hotel for over 20 years and I can see why they have been here for so long. They are accommodating and polite - much praise to them. The rooms are spacious, clean, super comfortable and great value. I am sure my wife and I will be back again.

My husband and I always stay at Crescent whenever we come into Dallas! The hotel was beautiful and clean. The service was great from valet to bell hopper to front desk. Petra was very sweet and helpful. Will definitely be back!

My husband and daughter surprised me with this beautiful hotel for my birthday!! We enjoyed all 3days the good things that happen definitely out weigh the bad❤️💯I would like to give a huge shout out to the bar Kay my Leo friend, Oscar, Tiffany, Beau and Mayra sorry if I misspelled anyone's name😉Thanks everyone for making my day super special!!

I went to the spa, AMAZING! They have a steam room! The only true steam room in Dallas- service is top notch- i love in Dallas and this is the only spa I'll go to- the amenities and staff make it amazing.

Very nice, high-end hotel but you definitely get what you pay for. Incredibly comfortable beds, a great court yard and pool, workout facility and locker room with steam, sauna, hot tub, and danish plunge. Also, cucumber water and shoe shining. They pull every trick out of the pocket here.
