Baymont by Wyndham Daytona Beach - Intl Speedway

I will never be back it reminded me of a bus station there was no working lights in the room paint on the curtain smoke detector was ripped off the wall bathtub sank when I stood in it bedding was filthy as were the walls I did not sleep trash cans overflowed a slumlords dream come true

First off the property pictures need to be removed and replaced with new ones cause the pictures of property is not correct. I first was put into room 226 and when you first walked into room it was hot muggy and smell of mold. I than see the bed was not made up and someone had laid in it. The floor was dirty and nasty so I had to walk back to front cause no phones in room no way to contact anyone so I went back to get another room again room 230 I was sent to and it was nasty at this point I went look for another hotels but every thing was booked and I had kids and my family I need to take my medication and rest I ended up going to room 122 the room was cold and clean the bathroom had a hole where. Air conditioning vent should be the bed close to window had cigarette burns in it I ended up going to get anoth blanket from store and cleaning and sterilizing the room my self I really hated this cause I wasted time and money on something that I shouldn’t they say that the hotel was getting renovation done but it need more than that it needs cleaning and better house keeping the pool was even closed the should post that on the site

The photos did not look anything like the actual room. The pool was not working. No coffee pot, nowhere to hang your towels. No chair.

Drug ******* yelling sleeping on side walk out side of rooms!
Smoke smell in every room.
Smelt like moth balls.
No dead bolt on room door

The secondary door locks are removed on all room doors and the curtains don’t cover the windows properly so passersby can see into your room.
The place looks dirty both in the rooms and corridors.
The swimming pool was filled with everything except water!
Do not believe the pictures, it really isn’t anything like them!!
I felt so unsafe, I piled a chair and all my luggage in front of the door - it wouldn’t have stopped someone entering but at least it would give me some warning!!

Property very loud. Doors are heavy and close very loud all hours of night. Wet floor signs everywhere in hall ways.
Front desk was no friendly

Horrible had 100 dollar deposit when i checked in and have to wait for it now after already staying and paid for the room

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in, in recent memory - to a point where I’ve asked ******* to investigate a part refund and change the pictures they advertise for the hotel
