Amazing service from check-in, restaurants, golf shop/course. Restaurants and food were great. I was a little nervous about the dress code throughout the property, but it wasn't a problem at all. Definitely a 5-star experience.
As golfers and great fans of the late Arnold Palmer, we have always wanted to visit Bay Hill golf club. It was just a short stay but it was very nice to visit his famous golf course. The staff were great. The room was lovely. The bed very comfortable.

It is the best !!!
Very disappointed in the golf situation. As we know, no one can control the weather, however when you can only complete 9 holes due to the forecaddied group ahead taking over 3 hours in the rain to complete their 9 holes, you’d expect at least a half round refund. Unfortunately for me, I just got an “Oh well” and that was it. Wouldn’t mind completing that 9 holes one day seeing I’ve paid for it!
For the price I paid, I was expecting spectacular and got ho hum. Check jn was kind of “eh.” Dining room was completely booked so I had to sit at the bar. Bartenders were too busy serving the locals to give good service. Very limited menu. Expensive burger was overcooked (well well done instead of medium.). Had to ask for the dessert menu twice and never came back the ask if I wanted dessert.
Room was larger than a standard hotel room by a little bit. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Room was quiet.
Check out was quick.
