My room was very clean, and the temperature in my room made it easy to sleep. The front counter worker didn't listen very well when I checked out and had to redo the charges. I ate at the little on-site cafe, and it was good and not too costly. The meeting space was great. All in all the staff was courteous and helpful. Shout out to the bell staff. They were excellent.

We went to Renaissance Orlando for a conference. We decided to come the weekend before the conference to enjoy Orlando. We booked a night on our own expense and spoke to the staff about paying for the first night ourselves as work was only covering the conference days. We provided all paperwork and credit card info required and followed the instructions of the staff. Everything seemed fine until we got a notice from our bank that the Renaissance charged the whole week to our personal account. We went downstairs to straighten out the error and were told by the staff it would take "a couple of days" we requested paperwork for our bank and they wouldn't give us any. This then caused us to be in Orlando with almost no funds. I still can not believe this would happen at a major resort. It just seemed like nobody cared and it wasn't anyone's responsibility to straighten out this horrid mistake. While we would have loved to go to the breakfast buffet and treat ourselves we had to pinch pennies while there waiting for the resort to correct their error.
As far as the room - the toilets are super short which makes it hard on your knees and the bathroom sink faucet is so close to the end of the sink that it is had to wash your hands or brush your teeth. No microwave in the room so you just have to toss your leftovers as there is no way to heat them back up.

I just recently attended a conference at this hotel and what a pleasure it was. The hotel is beautiful and the customer service was outstanding. I have to specifically mention the awesome staff at the pool bar. Super friendly and outgoing, fast drinks, good food. I really enjoyed it. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed this place.
So convenient to SeaWorld, shops, and nice part of town with conveniences near by.
We really enjoyed the outdoor pool area. Great spot for kids, but also separate area for kids too. You can spread out too, so you can keep all family members entertained. Water play areas even divided up for toddlers to next level up with a couple slides.
Music too as well, with a DJ. It was festive, but not too much of a party seen.
Only complaint was the parking fees were a bit pricey, even for self park.
We’ve stayed there twice now.

Best hotel team ever for an event !
I was there for a business trip and the entire hotel - bartenders, servers, manager, director, chef were all amazing! We had a group of 100+ and wanted to host an impromptu happy hour. In just an hour they had a private area for us, great food set up, servers ready with drinks and well staffed. Everyone had an amazing time and it was smoother and better than events planned well in advance. I used to be a meeting planner, and their service for this event was fantastic and was just a last minute request I went to the bar area with not even having an events contact. Thank you SO much definitely recommend this venue and their amazing team

The hotel is worth the money 100%. Would recommend. Has its own Parking lot. Clean and spacious and cosy rooms. The location was excellent. The atrium is impressive in size. Awesome Breakfast

The days of paying for parking are long gone. Even with a 6,500 hotels worldwide does it think it makes sense to charge for a daily parking. Makes sense if you are in NYC, Chicago , and congested areas. But in Orlando.
Just checked in with two kids. It’s a hotel for
Family to the Disney parks. The hotel is gorgeous inside with a lot of options. But we find ourselves with enough drawer space to empty one luggage for both my kids. So for next 5 days. Me and the wife will have to live out of a suitcase.
Marriott’s motto : “We will make you feel home and relax”. Nobody I knows lives out of their suitcase at home.

Wonderful, clean place. Really nice resort and hotel. Staff were helpful. It's convenience to Sea World can't be beat. I will definitely be back.
