Hyatt Regency Orlando

This is such a beautiful hotel! My husband and I were here for a business event. The event space was stunning, the food was amazing, and the staff were so friendly and professional. We enjoyed the amenities, like the beautiful pool and hot tub. There is high quality and enjoyable food at the hotel restaurants and store as well. Highly recommend this hotel! We would definitely stay here again.

We usually stay at Hyatt properties because they are always clean, great staff and offer breakfasts. This was our first time at a Regency property and we were very impressed.

We came for our anniversary and unfortunately didn't know about the cheer and volleyball competition going on in the same area so it was packed with teens running around everywhere. So we didn't get the chance to enjoy the beautiful pool area. Despite the amount of people staying the night was surprisingly quiet.
The nice young man at the front desk made our trip back to our room special for our anniversary by adding a nice drink and cookies.

The location was great and close to the theme parks and other activities as well.

Overall, the hotel and staff were great and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hyatt Regency for making our anniversary memorable!

This Hyatt is top of the line in service and accommodations. Our room was so large and clean. My mom was able to bring her scooter into the room because of the space. Our luggage was delayed from the airline and a bell man brought our luggage to our room and actually set it up for us. Every day we were greeted with smiles and every single person had a pleasant attitude from the bellman to the customer service reps behind the check-in desk. This hotel is pricey, but you definitely get treated very well and that makes it worth it if you can afford the fee.

My stay at the Hyatt Regency Orlando was nothing short of fantastic. They were attentive, friendly, and always available to assist with any requests or questions.The hotel offers a variety of food options, and I was impressed with the quality and diversity of the dining available. Every meal was delightful, catering to a wide range of tastes and dietary preferences.My room was lovely, offering comfort, cleanliness, and a tranquil environment to relax after a day of events. It was well-appointed, spacious, and provided all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.The overall ambiance of the Hyatt Regency Orlando, combined with the exemplary service and fantastic food options, made my stay memorable. I stayed here for a company conference and really only utilized the meeting space and my guest room. The guest room was large and very clean. The mattress was pretty firm, you have a coffee/tea maker in the room and bottled water plus a small fridge.

The conference space was great and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The banquet food was also good, I really appreciated the fresh veggie options. I would absolutely stay here again for a personal trip.

This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at! I don't know where to begin. There is so much beautiful open space in the lobby. The fitness center is nicer than some gyms. It has any type of equipment you could want and offers spin and yoga classes. The pool is beautiful with a waterfall and a slide. The room was really nice. It had the biggest TV I have seen in a hotel room. There was even a TV in the bathroom mirror!

The Hyatt has phenomenal service and attentive staff. The cleaning team does an exceptional job with the rooms. The restaurants are a little pricier than expected but they are on site and you don't have to walk far. The pools are immaculate and service at the pool is above par.

We were there for more than a week, and found the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff to be great. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, were receptive to and honored special requests, and adapted their schedule to meet our needs. The bell staff was helpful, but gave no indication that they expected to be tipped. The people at the front desk and at the Concierge's desk were always helpful, and never gave the impression that they were rushing you because someone else may have been waiting. There are at least two swimming pools. This is a very pleasant place.

Very nice cool hotel. The pool was great with no deep areas so good for kids. The restaurant was high priced but good and bar was beautiful, funky and fun. Location is great...on International but not in a crazy busy high traffic area. All of the staff, at least the ones we interacted with, were all very nice and helpful, even housekeeping! We stay in or around Orlando often and this hotel is a new entry to our top 10.
