I thought it was just average at first, but later I found that this hotel is considered a good hotel in the United States. The sanitary environment is good, and the air conditioning is not noisy. Overall it is good.

Overall it's OK, the breakfast is a bit bad... the price is too high...

This is my second stay recently. There was an exhibition going on. The floor is relatively low and it felt very damp. The makeup mirror almost fell off on the first day of stay. I called the front desk and they quietly took it away. The housekeeping was good. They left a card to inform me that the room was not cleaned.

I had originally thought that it was right next to a shopping mall, but the Unicom shopping mall closed at 10 o'clock, and the mall was also shabby, which was a bit disappointing. However, I only stayed there for one night for the cruise, so I left it at that.

At first I was worried because of the area . But when I got there it was so beautiful, night and elegant looking. When you get inside it’s bright and beautiful. Staff is amazing. Room are very clean and the price is great. Your parking is secure by a private security company outside . I would recommend this place if your in need of a place in this area

My family and I have stayed here a few times when we went to Orlando for theme parks, and have had great experiences, with service, cleanliness, and proximity to everything. The reason I am writing this review particularly is because we rode out the last hurricane that hit Tampa here and I can’t emphasize enough how outstanding our experience was. Despite power going out all over Florida and in the neighborhood, we had all the confidence and amenities we needed. The Starbucks, restaurants, and chick fil a were all so convenient. We felt so safe and comfortable our entire stay and staff took very good care of us and our two toddlers. We will continue to come back!

We stayed here as we had to evacuate from the west coast of Florida due to a hurricane. I love that they are pet friendly. The lobby is absolutely gorgeous and the rooms are a nice size and updated. We were on the 7th floor and heard no wind due to the hurricane coming through the area. You could also barely tell there were a bunch of dogs staying in the hotel as well.

The only thing I wish they had were pet clean up areas to make it easier for some irresponsible pet parents to pick up after their fur babies.

But we would definitely stay here again.
