I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton, and I am compelled to highlight the exceptional service provided by Jermaine Stephens Jr., the manager. From the moment I arrived, Jermaine's understanding and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident.
Jermaine's ability to anticipate the needs of guests and his willingness to go above and beyond truly set him apart. He handled every request with professionalism and a genuine smile, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence were apparent in every interaction.
What impressed me most was Jermaine's proactive approach to problem-solving. He swiftly addressed any concerns I had, turning potential issues into positive experiences. His knowledge of the hotel's services and amenities was extensive, and he took the time to ensure that I felt valued as a guest.
Jermaine Stephens Jr. embodies the essence of outstanding customer service. His leadership and dedication are a testament to the Hilton's commitment to excellence. I highly recommend recognizing his efforts and look forward to visiting the Hilton again, knowing that I will be in such capable hands.
The biggest issue came from a group dinner I had reserved two weeks in advance at the hotel restaurant for a party of 35. It turned out to be a complete disaster—severely understaffed, disorganized, and overall chaotic. It was clear that the team was not prepared, and no one seemed to have any idea what was going on. What should have been a smooth, coordinated event turned into a stressful and embarrassing ordeal.
That said, the room itself was excellent—very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The view of the mountains from my window each morning was absolutely beautiful and one of the few highlights of my stay.
In short, the hotel needs major improvements in staff training and event coordination. I give it 3 stars only because of the quality of the room and the scenic views.
Location was good for downtown and good for conferences. Parking was in the adjacent garage (not cheap) but easier than the valet choices at other hotels.
No free breakfast; never went to the restaturant.
it was good, checkout said 12pm and the house keeper was rushing us out starting at 11:30am. If you wanted people gone before noon, make your check out time 11am. I booked this hotel because of the later check out time, but it felt like it was a 11am checkout the whole time.
