Great location within walking distance of lots of restaurants, shops and activities. The staff was very helpful and informed. The different themes floors are very cool. The rooms are spacious and clean. My only issues are the shower pressure was pretty lacking and the beds were way too soft I feel like I sank into it, not crazy deal breakers but just minor gripes. I'd highly recommended staying here!

Arrived a day early for check-in, and S.T. accommodated that request for a room with friendly and helpful service. My room was fine, and it had a great view of the mountains. The housekeeping staff was friendly, and the hotel interior is cute and kitschy. Water and cookies on check in and plenty of friendly staff each time I needed something, whether it was 4:30 am or 1 pm. The Corner Office Restaurant in the building had affordable options for those traveling on a budget. The Curtis is close to everything downtown, and really just a great stay. Shout out to D. who hails from Moore, OK for taking the time to address a special request for my room! He deserves special recognition for his meritorious effort.

The location was absolutely amazing. It was centrally located. I walked everywhere I wanted to go. The themed rooms were fun. The view was nice. I expected more but my room faced the auditorium across the street. The noise level was minimal being that we were downtown and across from the auditorium which had shows every night. 10/10 would recommend!

Very eclectic hotel. Super fun and the staff were all very kind and accommodating. I enjoyed looking at all the floor themes. Floor 13's horror theme was pretty amazing.

Bed bugs!!
I stayed at the Curtis Hotel for a work event. Not only was there no hot water both nights, the service was horrible as well. The lobby is deceiving, because it is decorated so nice. Paying $700+ for two nights I would expect great service and cleanliness.
I woke up to bites all over my arms I look over and boom there was a bed bug on my pillow.. Never seen one before in real life so I looked it up and sure enough that’s what it was. I let the manager know, showed her my pictures (took many) and she said she would have to call in a special team to determine. I should have been compensated but no, they refused.
Unacceptable for the amount of money paid. I highly advise to stay elsewhere if in Denver. I let my corporate office know as well so they do not book future events at this location.

I really liked it! The perfect place to explore Denver. Really cool atmosphere with movie/game decor. Friendly staff and they had drinks and snacks for us when we checked in. I don't know if this is a regular thing, but it really helped after a day of traveling.

I stayed here before the pandemic and came back! Curtis doesn't disappoint. A familiar friend will welcome you home with comfy beds and quirky art. The hotel is located in an upscale area of the city where you can enjoy the arts, nightlife and sporting events, as well as restaurants and clubs.

We really enjoyed our stay! The lobby was cheerful and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful. We chose a room package with parking which saved us money over regular parking rates and was very easy to use. Convenient location for various events and restaurants in the city center. Definitely I would stay here again!

The large garage was happy to quickly find a free space even after arriving very late after the fireworks. Lightning-fast registration. Very fun atmosphere, location. Great room with good shower. The pillows and mattress were a little too soft, but we'd definitely be happy to come back! It would be great to try one of the themed rooms!!
