The bathroom shower was broken and it took over an hour for someone to come upand then he had to take apartthe whole showerhead. Also there was no hot water in the morning.
Poor recovery and all they said was I am sorry
What a great day. This hotel is so cool. And it’s right near the theater District. What a wonderful place to stay for convention or for what we did, which was to go see a show.
We loved staying at The Curtis. All of the floors have different themes. We paid and thought we reserved the King Size Kiss Suite, but when we got to the hotel we were placed in an Junior Suite. We paid extra for the Kiss Suite as it is bigger and can accomodate a family of 5. The junior suite was a little crammed and sharing a bathroom with a family of 5 was a little much. We would stay here again. Make sure you know what you paid for before you check in.
I enjoyed my stay. The corner room was quite large. The a/c fan was a bit noisy, but they fixed it after I let them know. I cut my reserved stay short by one day when the work on my condo finished early, and the Curtis refunded my one day’s cost pretty seamlessly, which I appreciated very much. Excellent location. Not as fancy as some hotels, but I highly recommend it.
