Greeted with a smile upon check-in on June 27 and greeted with a smile checkout on June 29. Valet, Front Desk, maintenance staff were beyond customer service expectation. Had to relocate rooms due to faulty air conditioner, but was moved with professionalism and kindness. Wish the beach was a little closer as it appeared on the site. Otherwise, I'll be back

the place was absolutely wonderful, the staff are so so sweet and very welcoming. the pool and rooftop lounge and bar were to die for with amazing drinks and food. they will definitely see me coming back again. 100/100. i definitely recommend!!

I have never had a more pleasant stay at a hotel. From the moment I got here, I have been so impressed. I am on a solo vacation and have felt safe the entire time I’ve been here. I called a few days prior to my arrival, and my first experience with the guest services rep was already telling as to how wonderful this hotel is. She let me know I was likely able to get into a room early as my flight landed at 9am. I got here and immediately got into my room without any issues. The front desk staff is so lovely and friendly. They were also so flexible in letting me extend my stay twice without having to switch rooms. The pool was incredible and quiet, perfect for those needing a relaxing getaway. It is also centrally located near the beach, mall, grocery store (across the street), and many bars and restaurants in walking distance or a short drive away. I can’t wait to come back!

The property was really nice and pleasant. Very reasonable prices for a great room and ambiance.
I only gave it 4 stars for two reasons:
1. The elevators went out several times and we had to use the stairs; thank goodness it wasn’t with our luggage
2. Valet was below average at best. To get my vehicle, it was supposed to be a link to use, but it was only for one use, and we had to consistently wait for our vehicle.

The second shift staff was amazing. The staff made me feel welcome , comfortable with my staff and from being out of town. Might add they take the best pictures too. I will definitely choose this location again.

This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in in the United States. It's very new and the front desk service is great. I like clean and laid-back Lauderdale. Will stay at this hotel again soon.

it was close to Fort Lauderdale centre. we came for sightseeing and comfortable rooms which we got.

I almost hate to rate this hotel because it is so great, I want to keep it to myself. This was my fourth stay at this property and for good reason.
1. The rooms are super cute, especially the King w/balcony.
2. It is close to the airport, downtown Ft Lauderdale, the beach, the cruise port...get it. Location, location, location.
3. Quantum Kitchen restaurant located in the lobby. Try the Brussels.
4. The friendly staff.
I am sure I will be staying here again.
