Great restaurants, beautiful and huge pool, clean beach - THE STAFF IS AMAZING, from housekeeping to the beach workers to the restaurant staff, they can't do enough for you!!! My family resort and I will be repeat customers
I stayed here a while ago on a business trip and was blown away by how clean the room was, how friendly and prompt the staff were, and the room service was amazing. My room had a beach view with a veranda
Large open plan kitchen/living area. The water took a minute to heat up, but as soon as it did, it hit just right. Great restaurants downstairs and great lounge areas by the pool. If you are in the beautiful city of Ft
1- more entertainment by the pool or during the day (music and games) 2- Starbucks needs to open later, we need caffeine 3- sun loungers and bar are a must Let's go later too, we need a drink 😂 👍🏼
We spent Thanksgiving there in 2020 and the food was absolutely the best I've ever eaten: the appetizers included delicious sharp cheddar cheese and the shrimp 🍤 were large and fresh
The snapper and turkey appetizers were perfectly prepared. The staff were attentive, friendly and happy. There was a guitarist who played popular soft music, chosen just right

Nice place on the beach. I have no complaints whatsoever. Staff were friendly and helpful. Were upgraded to a ocean view balcony. Only thing is it's a bit of a walk to go anywhere.
It is a nice place. Staff is exceptionally kind and courteous. Food and drinks excellent. Rooms could be a little nicer. Over all 4 stars. Great beach and multiple pool areas.
Average beach hotel. Average facility. No atmosphere. Ate at Naked Crab restaurant. Appetizer plates and salads were delicious. Cocktails were refreshing. Service was good. Manager checked on us. Nice experience!
The room was nice and spacious. Service at the beach was great. I believe that if you pay extra for ocean view you should get just that. What I got instead was a view of construction and portable toilets
Great hotel! The architecture is a bit old, but here Merlin Monroe herself, Robert Deniro rested ... good food, the hotel itself is clean, hospitable
The room was more than adequate and the new TV was quite nice. A bit if a sringent smell but not overpowering. I was charged a resort fee but the pool area was not accessible

My computer wouldn't turn on and the hotel staff was trying to find me a replacement cord. They were very helpful and accommodating. The lobby staff, housekeeping staff, pool and beach staff are all amazing
The staff at the pool and on the beach are very helpful in getting sun loungers and towels! Overall a great stay! Definitely will be back!
The balcony area was large, about 20-30 feet long with a view down at the beach and out at the ocean. Ships waiting their turn to enter the port could be seen anchored a few miles out
A quick trip down the elevator and a less than 5 minute walk and I was on the beach, with my camera setup to take photo's and video as the sun peaked up in the distance
THE POOL: Nice pool area with friendly staff out there, but they put all the pool chairs so close together you can’t move around, and if you have a stroller like we did, there’s only a few places you can park it when it’s busy
THE ROOM: Nice size, big bathroom. The beds are very comfortable with nice pillows and very nice down comforters. THE FOOD: They’ve got a pretty nice buffet. It’s rather expensive at about $30

Probably the nicest staff as everyone from the font desk to the wait staff and people that clean your room were always saying hello and asking if you needed anything. 5 star service! Beach front rooms have stunning views
One of the best hotel beaches we have ever been to. Highly recommend if you have kids. Lots of things for them to do at the hotel. Only reason we did not give 5 stars was the rooms seem very dated.
Beautiful hotel right on the beach. You could see cruise ships leaving the port
Friendly staff and lovely accommodations. Room was clean and upscale. Hallways and elevators were warm which led to a slight musty smell. Food was good. Private beach - I want to go back!
We stayed 2 nights here, and we had a great time. The beach was never crowded, and you could relax with minimal disruptions. The food here was also amazing, especially in the Soda Shop
My only complaint is that the pizza served at the beach grill was a bit under cooked

I was very dissatisfied with the beach service!! We notified the waitress and the beach service crew numerous times that we were wanting to order food
Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location right on the beach
The Pelican will never disappoint. Wonderful hotel with an olde-world atmosphere that has been lost in the newer hotels. The staff are friendly and professional, rooms are delightful, clean and roomy
Brian, John and McErvin made our days at the pool so much fun. They constantly checked that we had everything we needed. The spa was by far the best we've had! The rooms were clean and spacious
The staff were very friendly, everyone looked like they were happy at work, we found seats by the pool and beach right away, and housekeeping came to our room every day
Great resort! Private beach for hotel guests, ice cream parlor in the gift shop, and two restaurants on site (One fancier and one more casual with a bar)

The place is small, which meant that we often had the pool to ourselves and the beach wasn’t crowded. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes available for free and we used them all
Everyone was so friendly and laid back. I mistakenly booked not realizing the location vs where we were headed to next. I sent an email wanting to cancel. The email I got in response was friendly and helpful
We really enjoyed our stay at The Tides. Reinaldo (manager), William (groundskeeper), Mary and Luz (housekeeping) and the rest of the staff made our stay enjoyable. Any issues we had were resolved promptly
To call this location a gem is an understatement. This Inn is easy to miss & overlook, but to do so is a mistake. The staff is amazing the rooms were extremely clean and cozy for our familyof 5
The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and our room, an efficiency, had everything we needed. The grounds were well maintained. I especially enjoyed lounging around in the hammocks
I got busy and couldn’t continue with cancelling. By the time I could get back to it, I decided to just go and make the best of it. We loved the location as far as stay for a vaca

I'm sure it was convenient for cleaning but very Slippery When Wet
Took my girlfriend here for the week and nothing has changed tiki bar has an awesome happy hour and friendly staff who remembered our drink orders the next day after only staying for a few minutes the first day
My family and myself had a wonderful stay at this resort. The staff are very friendly especially the front desk clerks. They are welcoming and kept smiles on their faces and assisted with whatever we needed
My stay here over the past few weeks have been very helpful peaceful and lovely due to the help of Zailah a lovely lady I met the day of check in and she has been very helpful till this day with the help of accommodating a room that satisfy the needs of me and my family
Private walk patio views of Ocean from every room. Large flat screen living room. Perfect for a private party of 5 to 10 people. Enjoy the large balcony of glass over the ocean
Amazing hotel, it’s very modern and beautiful. I love how you can just go out to the beach and that the pool is preheated. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and the staff were amazing

What a find! It's literally right on the beach! This hotel and the staff are outstanding! We took the red-eye flight to Fort Lauderdale from Utah and got in to town at 6 am
Friendly staff, clean rooms, right on the beach with a place to park, great bar/restaurant, pool, AND chairs/umbrellas for the beach. Couldn't be happier!!
Great hotel north of central beach in Ft Lauderdale. Rooms are clean and quite nice and the restaurant/bar is nice as well with a tasty menu selection
We called the hotel to see if they would hold our bags until check in. Not only did they hold our bags they let us use the beach to watch the sunrise
Very good restaurant out side. Nice staff. Pretty view of the beach.
We sat outside facing the ocean. Usually, I take living in Florida for granted. I hardly ever go to the beach. In fact, I usually do not even bother looking at the beaches

Spent a week here with my husband. The staff were pleasant, we never waited long for our car, services or chairs on the beach. The view from our room was spectacular. A nice touch was Nespresso coffee in the rooms
Treat yourself! The resort fee is $40 per day, but the amenities are good and this cost is quoted in advance when you book. To get an umbrella, you need to get to the beach before 10 am
It's a nice addition to place a chair or something in the shower to make shaving a little easier. Parking costs $50 a day, but you're at a resort right on the beach
The service is impeccable, the atmosphere is incredible and the specialty cocktails are fantastic and go down easy!!! If you come try the “Bitter Sicilian” or the “Fab 75” you won’t be disappointed
We had our welcome party and destination wedding at the W Ft Lauderdale last weekend. The service and experience were exceptional. From the moment of check in, Mark made us feel so welcome and excited to be there
The room was awesome with jacuzzi tub on the 21st floor views were breath taking, pools were nice. We were even able to wash & dry our clothes in our hotel room. Everyone was so nice, absolutely had a great time

We come here every year and it can't be beat. They give you beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. it's a private beach! When you're done, walk up to the pool and have lunch and a few drinks
Michelle went out of her way to ensure my boyfriend and I had an amazing stay. We had the best room in the whole place, right in the beach. The food at bayside is great! Try the tacos you won't regret it
There’s a coffee shop in the lobby that I want to go again and try it out because it looks so cute. The pool was so refreshing and the beach view was breathtaking
Really good service and location. I like that they have a bar/grill by the beach as well as a coffee shop in the lobby. Room was clean and had an updated bathroom, though main living space could use some updating
My 6 year old grandson had an issue getting a toy we bought for him out of the packing. The front desk clerk helped us. The beach staff really lovely
Beach area is also nice, never had an issue finding chairs but they could use a few more umbrellas. Overall I had a nice stay and would visit again

For a cheap little motel, it was great!! Clean, nice pool, really close to beaches and other attractions. Cool culture and lots of interesting people
About the staff: Thankfully the staff is good! Really nice guy! Polite, welcoming and friendly! About the location: Not bad at all. Really Really close to the beach and some good breakfast/coffee place or shops
I had a great time at Hotel Deauville. The front desk lady was very nice and the room was clean. I was also a late check-in and the directions they provided for someone in my situation was very simple and to the point
This hostel is wonderful. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much for a great stay.
Needed to put it on a table and of course people kept moving it because they needed to use the table! It wasn't clean ( I walked in the bathroom and the room without shoes for like 10min and my feet were literally DARK! The kitchen is ok but not really clean either (especially the microwave) I enjoyed my trip there, good people, good location, but I would go back there only if I don't have any other...
About the place: If I could put one star for the place, I would do it! I was in a room with a girl who had SO much stuffs! How is that allowed(not speaking about luggage but shelf full of books, boxs under the bed etc)?! I didn't have space for my own stuffs
