For the level, the towels could be thicker and not as scratchy. We have a city view room which is actually lovely and gets afternoon sun. Chairs are included but umbrellas and front row, padded lounges are extra

The only reason it wasn't addressed to staff was it was only a one night stay before leaving on a cruise. I did inform them upon check out of the issue

The only reason the room received a 4 star instead of 5 is because of some defect in the track of the "barn-style" sliding door to the bathroom

This made staying in a shared room extremely uncomfortable to the point of any time either of us had to "go", we went to the lobby

For showers in the morning, we gave each other a heads-up and departed the room for 30 min blocks so the other could shower

They didn't have any king beds left although we had reserved one so they gave us two queens (we were ok with that but not with the two doubles they initially said we would have to have)

Luxurious hotel with a view that's outstanding. Staff is very friendly, professional and meet all our needs. Rooms are huge and extremely clean. Fantastic outdoor bar with pool

PLENTY OF SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS ALL AROUND PLUS YOU COULD TAKE THE RIVER FAIRY UP AND DOWN. YOU COULD EVEN WALK TO THE BEACH. BUT WHY BOTHER WHEN YOU HAVE A FABULOUS POOL

I did asking about a shuttle service, and got a response immediately with the phone number to call. Super easy and only $6 per person. Check in is at 4pm, and at 12:30, I received a text saying my room is ready

The marina is filled with one amazing recreational boat after another. You would think the Marina is noisy but honestly it's not. I would consider going back in a heartbeat

We stayed here after our cruise ended. I received a text from the hotel right away that morning welcoming me, and if I had any questions, to text back

The lobby, pool and beach area are very nice. However, I expected the rooms to be just as nice but the rooms are outdated. There weren’t any dresser draws to put clothes away and the food and drinks are expensive

This time I attended a ********* business meeting held here. The location is very good and you can walk to the Marriott next to it. It has its own beach with 2 beach chairs provided every day

The hotel has its own bar where you can have a few drinks

On top of the incredible service the oceanfront location and pool cannot be beaten

Pool bar and food was also very good. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay and will be coming back again in the Spring!

It’s a Westin so you know it’s going to be nice. If you want to be right on Ft Lauderdale beach it’s a good choice. They have a walkway from the pool over the street to the beach which is nice

The manager was out in the lobby, greeting people as they came in. He also had great interactions with his cleaning staff. We had a problem with the coffee maker in our room and MJ was excellent in helping us.

Nice hotel but not up to the usual Westin standards. Needs some investment to bring the hotel up to standards. But good location great and helpful staff makes up for the somewhat shabby appearance.

The one thing I did not like is the bathroom had a louvred sliding barn style door and a window into the room with louvered shutters - so there is absolutely no privacy in the toilet

The staff was very helpful and cheerful. The on site food options are excellent, as are all the restaurants we visited in just a very easy walk from the Westin.

Also hung out at the pool a bit and even happened to come by on Thanksgiving and get a couple big plates of food from a little catered event they were having there

The manager on duty was very helpful and changed our room right away. I recommend staying here with your family. The pool was amazing, the kids really enjoyed it

Seems like it would be a nice place to work and has a family vibe to it, plus the restaurant upstairs is great as well. And enjoy the giant yachts while you're at it, impressive to say the least

Fabtastic restauran to go for dinner. Don't miss enjoying an spectacular view. This restaurant rotates and it is on the very top of a building tower. Amazing food and very relaxing piano player

If your looking for a great spot to vacation this is it!! Although they are closed right now for renovations, there only making it a better place to stay

We got the lobster roll and it was underwhelming and very dry. Not what we expected just because everything else at the resort was great. Location is perfect if you want to be in walking distance of everything

Hilton also have its own section of beach which kept super clean. The room also provides a lovely and simple patio that's gated and leads to the pool. I just wish the patio door required a key card access

The room was awesome with jacuzzi tub on the 21st floor views were breath taking, pools were nice. We were even able to wash & dry our clothes in our hotel room. Everyone was so nice, absolutely had a great time

All day long there’s a DJ entertaining either at the pool or the bar area known as the living room. Today we’ve been enjoying the DJ known as DJ Baby Bass she is phenomenal!

Spent a week here with my husband. The staff were pleasant, we never waited long for our car, services or chairs on the beach. The view from our room was spectacular. A nice touch was Nespresso coffee in the rooms

Close to cruise port and good customer service. The hotel rooms are very dated and need a face lift especially at 425.00 a night

Morning sunshine on balcony and into bedroom. Bathroom opens directly into bedroom so might disturb partner. Housekeeping was a little off. Used towels needed to be on floor to be replaced, no note on that

Except that it's not on the beach, everything else is pretty good. The breakfast is rich, the environment is elegant and atmospheric, the parking is convenient, and the room is big.

This is my new favorite resort in south Florida. It is beautiful, with large suites and stately kitchens. The location is great, right on the beach. Every single staff member was friendly and fantastic

There is also a full bar with tvs that you can enjoy poolside with separate seating and tables for sun bathing and dining. The property offers a fill service spa as well as a custom cart rental for beach cruising

The pool and hot tub are beautiful and they are both handicap accessible. There are waitstaff that will serve you in the pool

My stay at the Bahía Mar Beach Hilton in Fort Lauderdale was absolutely unforgettable. The first thing that stands out is its amazing location—just steps away from a beautiful beach with soft sand and warm waters

The other missed this hotel has is The one of the parking gate is not working While we seated outside the bar patio, we went to the front desk asked for the outside fireplace to be turned on, the front desk said they will send someone but no one showed up

There’s lovely cold water there for when it’s so warm outside. The pool is fantastic and open until 10 pm. The rooms are nice, clean and modern and have nice bathrooms. Brilliant hotel with lovely bar staff as well

The hotel also have ice machine facilities on some floors of the hotel. The gym and free towels are great. Only thing I would comment is that the hotel only offers 2 sunbeds per booking

My family and I stayed here for 5 days and it was wonderful! (Our second time booking this hotel). Our room was spacious (curved room) and clean. Staff members were very friendly and accommodating

All the other staff including Housekeeping, bar staff, concierges, front desk, valet and maintenance staff are great! Would 100% stay here again and recommended to people

The staff are lovely and so helpful! The valet staff were so lovely to us when we first checked in. When you first enter the hotel you get a lovely clean look and smell

Also, the beach umbrellas are $30 a day which honestly I thought is quite unfair especially considering the man who served us at the beach was rude

The front desk is very warm and thoughtful, it is available 24 hours a day in this city, the front desk hotel is very important, the hygiene is good, the room is spacious, there is a swimming pool on the first floor for customers to use, but it was a bit cold when I arrived, so I didn't use it, but the water in the swimming pool was very clean, and the breakfast was relatively rich

Location i just 3min walk from the shopping area. The swimming pool was closed during Milton harricane, which I think was unreasonable, because nothing was happening on that side of Florida

The hotel team is simply amazing! We would like to specifically mention the restaurant team who are very welcoming and accommodating, and the food is on par with the best restaurants we’ve ever been to

This is a pet friendly hotel, so you will see dogs everywhere. We stayed in the room next to back exit the its slaming till. late night and starting early morning made our night almost sleepless

The environment is very beautiful, there is a large yard for parking, the location of this hotel is not far from the port and the airport, it takes about 5 minutes to drive there

Beautiful hotel in a busy area. Between the waterway, a major roadway and being near the airport, it's a high traffic area but it feels remote when you're inside

However, the rest is so well kept, and staff is so Amazing that I would still give it a 5 star as not everyone would find this, an inconvenient

My check-in was super fast and easy. The front desk guy was super sweet to me, and the entire front desk staff was nice and friendly throughout my stay. I got a room on a high floor with a stunning city skyline view

I absolutely loved the bathroom! It was very spacious, and I appreciated that the toilet was separated from the bath area by a small wall. The bathtub was pretty big and deep, and almost fit all of me (I’m 6’ tall)

The two Queen beds were super comfortable! I slept like a baby! There was an iPad in the room from which I could control a lot of the room’s features and connect with the front desk to request services

The only questionable aspect of this hotel is its location. It’s definitely far from the beach area, so you would need to take a taxi to reach the beach. Also, there isn’t much around the hotel
