It was the nicest resort we have stayed at in all of Florida. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The resort was clean and well cared for as were the rooms. The best part was the pool and the Sea Level bar

Amazing hotel in a beautiful location. Excellent restaurants and amenities. I cannot overstate how strongly I recommend staying here. They have a Starbucks that opens at 6am

The only reason it wasn't addressed to staff was it was only a one night stay before leaving on a cruise. I did inform them upon check out of the issue

The only reason the room received a 4 star instead of 5 is because of some defect in the track of the "barn-style" sliding door to the bathroom

Service was excellent and location to airport & cruise terminal CAN'T BE BEAT! I do highly recommend staying at this lovely resort/spa

This made staying in a shared room extremely uncomfortable to the point of any time either of us had to "go", we went to the lobby

PLENTY OF SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS ALL AROUND PLUS YOU COULD TAKE THE RIVER FAIRY UP AND DOWN. YOU COULD EVEN WALK TO THE BEACH. BUT WHY BOTHER WHEN YOU HAVE A FABULOUS POOL

I did asking about a shuttle service, and got a response immediately with the phone number to call. Super easy and only $6 per person. Check in is at 4pm, and at 12:30, I received a text saying my room is ready

The marina is filled with one amazing recreational boat after another. You would think the Marina is noisy but honestly it's not. I would consider going back in a heartbeat

We stayed here after our cruise ended. I received a text from the hotel right away that morning welcoming me, and if I had any questions, to text back

It is a nice place. Staff is exceptionally kind and courteous. Food and drinks excellent. Rooms could be a little nicer. Over all 4 stars. Great beach and multiple pool areas.

The room was more than adequate and the new TV was quite nice. A bit if a sringent smell but not overpowering. I was charged a resort fee but the pool area was not accessible

Nice place on the beach. I have no complaints whatsoever. Staff were friendly and helpful. Were upgraded to a ocean view balcony. Only thing is it's a bit of a walk to go anywhere.

To get to my room I had to walk on a strange rooftop that was safe but odd. All in all, I'd recommend this place but it needs a little polishing

Average beach hotel. Average facility. No atmosphere. Ate at Naked Crab restaurant. Appetizer plates and salads were delicious. Cocktails were refreshing. Service was good. Manager checked on us. Nice experience!

We had a great stay at the Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to many restaurants, night life, and shopping. The pool and beach were beautiful

The pool was heated, family-friendly, and not overly crowded (just make sure to grab seats early!). Our one-bedroom suite was comfortable and offered a perfect view of the Fourth of July fireworks

Pool bar and food was also very good. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay and will be coming back again in the Spring!

And lastly, don't ever lose Linda, our beach yoga instructor. My husband tried yoga for the first time and immediately felt the difference in his body. We can't thank you all enough and will definitely visit you again!

They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and made sure all our needs were met. We had a flight delay which made us check in really late. But, their professionalism and warm hospitality really stood out

I stayed at the Westin hotel with my family for quite couple of days, and we had a fantastic experience and a lot of fun. Andre and Facundo at the front desk were exceptional

Also hung out at the pool a bit and even happened to come by on Thanksgiving and get a couple big plates of food from a little catered event they were having there

The manager on duty was very helpful and changed our room right away. I recommend staying here with your family. The pool was amazing, the kids really enjoyed it

Seems like it would be a nice place to work and has a family vibe to it, plus the restaurant upstairs is great as well. And enjoy the giant yachts while you're at it, impressive to say the least

Been here many times when I was deeply involved with a project called 1000 Mermaids. We had the artificial display reefs set up on the property to showcase the non profit project

If your looking for a great spot to vacation this is it!! Although they are closed right now for renovations, there only making it a better place to stay

My computer wouldn't turn on and the hotel staff was trying to find me a replacement cord. They were very helpful and accommodating. The lobby staff, housekeeping staff, pool and beach staff are all amazing

We had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort for four nights while on vacation, and it was a fantastic experience! The resort is conveniently located right off the beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the ocean

the property was in a great location the staff were helpful and friendly food was great and the terrace pool was lovely

We got the lobster roll and it was underwhelming and very dry. Not what we expected just because everything else at the resort was great. Location is perfect if you want to be in walking distance of everything

The room was awesome with jacuzzi tub on the 21st floor views were breath taking, pools were nice. We were even able to wash & dry our clothes in our hotel room. Everyone was so nice, absolutely had a great time

All day long there’s a DJ entertaining either at the pool or the bar area known as the living room. Today we’ve been enjoying the DJ known as DJ Baby Bass she is phenomenal!

Spent a week here with my husband. The staff were pleasant, we never waited long for our car, services or chairs on the beach. The view from our room was spectacular. A nice touch was Nespresso coffee in the rooms

Morning sunshine on balcony and into bedroom. Bathroom opens directly into bedroom so might disturb partner. Housekeeping was a little off. Used towels needed to be on floor to be replaced, no note on that

The 2 room suite with extra sinks and mirrors are easy to share with family. The outdoor pool area is beautiful and relaxing

Management should consider handing out free drink tickets to encourage people out to that nice patio and pool area

Good breakfast buffet but did get very crowded and difficult to find table. Pleasant 7 day free drinks and snacks early evening. Used valet, they were helpful and worth the $3 extra

The free breakfast was lovely as well, something for everyone, whether you are sitting down for a made-to-order omelet, sausage, bacon, potatoes and pancakes, or if you are grabbing coffee, or a banana and yogurt on the go

Love, love, love this hotel! I visit here frequently and the staff alone is a perfect 10 the Hot breakfast that is served every morning is the best. Kathleen at the front desk is gem alone

There is also a full bar with tvs that you can enjoy poolside with separate seating and tables for sun bathing and dining. The property offers a fill service spa as well as a custom cart rental for beach cruising

Beautiful hotel, I stayed in a junior suite. It was spacious and very clean. The towels are so soft. Right across from the beach and walking distance to restaurants.

The pool and hot tub are beautiful and they are both handicap accessible. There are waitstaff that will serve you in the pool

I grabbed a towel from the rack and when I opened it, there was a strand of hair in the towel. The sheets also had little strands of hair under it as well

Great location right across from the beach and walking distance to lots of restaurants. Shopping is a 5 minute drive away. The hotel is nice with clean rooms. The rooftop pool is really my spot

I loved how they paid attention to small details, like always having fresh towels available for the beach or checking in to see if I needed anything in my room

My stay at the Bahía Mar Beach Hilton in Fort Lauderdale was absolutely unforgettable. The first thing that stands out is its amazing location—just steps away from a beautiful beach with soft sand and warm waters

The pool was clean and there is live music on certain evenings; The hotel restaurant is excellent and serves food and drinks right next to the pool. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!

My family and I stayed here for 5 days and it was wonderful! (Our second time booking this hotel). Our room was spacious (curved room) and clean. Staff members were very friendly and accommodating

The hotel also have ice machine facilities on some floors of the hotel. The gym and free towels are great. Only thing I would comment is that the hotel only offers 2 sunbeds per booking

The Steelpan restaurant is a great place to eat breakfast/brunch, and Raheem is a great waiter and has excellent customer service skills!

We’ve just had another amazing stay at Hyatt Centric Las Olas! We celebrated a birthday, and Mr. Jeffrey Katz made the celebration very special! It was our third stay at this hotel this year

We were able to use the Tesla service, and we were able to use hotel chairs and towels at the beach. The beach towels and chairs were clean and comfortable

We didn't use the pool, but we had a great view of the pool from our room. The pool is pretty & clean with plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and a bar right on deck

The one thing we would have liked is access to bottled water and soft drinks. There were 2 bottles of water in our room, and where I understood it was an upscale hotel, I could not bring myself to pay 6

Beautiful hotel in a busy area. Between the waterway, a major roadway and being near the airport, it's a high traffic area but it feels remote when you're inside

For business travelers, there's plenty of outlets to charge and options for food and drink in or near there hotel. I wasn't here for leisure so I didn't take that perspective but I think I'd stay here on personal travel

However, the rest is so well kept, and staff is so Amazing that I would still give it a 5 star as not everyone would find this, an inconvenient

For the amount of money I paid for two massages ($800), I think the Ritz should allow access to the pool for the day

The couples massage was lovely, I highly recommend. Jacob in the front desk was extremely helpful and kind to us. We needed a HDMI cable and they sent one down immediately

The hotel was very nice, I especially loved the lobby/courtyard area. It was lush full of folliage and felt relaxing. The rooms were very clean and organized and the staff kept the room clean and stocked.

Sheraton Suites in Fort Lauderdale is a unique design with a lovely interior tropical gardens with a fish pond too! All rooms face inward towards the garden area

The hotel is a great space for an event. Lots of meeting rooms of various sizes. Very helpful and accommodating staff. The restaurant is nice. The pool is beautiful. Lots of parking.

Would def stay there again and recommend it. Convenient location, lots of food options nearby, nice pool, and super clean

I delivered food here, everyone from the security guard who helped me locate my customer to the employee who held the elevator and offered pleasant small talk while riding it, made my very short experience here very nice

And the restaurant food is great with room service and valet in the lobby. Very safe surroundings nestled in a corporate park campus. And easy access to I-95 without the traffic noise

Throughout the stay whenever he saw us he’d stop by and greet us and make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Edwin, the bartender, did an outstanding job handling the crowd and orders

You would expect the options to be found in a fine dining restaurant. All in all a 100/10 stay and can definitely say anytime we stay in Ft. Lauderdale it will be at this location

I love the amazing service that I have received during my stay here from making sure that I am provided with everything I request to putting me in a room on the highest floor with the most beautiful city view of ft Lauderdale

The only critique I have is that I wish that the rooms had a microwave in them instead of having to go downstairs in order to warm up our food. I will defenitley be coming back again

I saw the pool which looked great but my stay was too quick to check it out but I now have another hot spot to return to

My check-in was super fast and easy. The front desk guy was super sweet to me, and the entire front desk staff was nice and friendly throughout my stay. I got a room on a high floor with a stunning city skyline view

I absolutely loved the bathroom! It was very spacious, and I appreciated that the toilet was separated from the bath area by a small wall. The bathtub was pretty big and deep, and almost fit all of me (I’m 6’ tall)

I loved the big panoramic window, which let in lots of natural daylight. My room was well soundproofed - I heard almost no noise from the hallway. The room had all the necessary amenities

Probably the nicest staff as everyone from the font desk to the wait staff and people that clean your room were always saying hello and asking if you needed anything. 5 star service! Beach front rooms have stunning views

The best hotel with a great restaurant. The lobby is surprisingly small for such a large property. The service is amazing in every way. Our suite was huge and well stocked. Every single thing was on point

One of the best hotel beaches we have ever been to. Highly recommend if you have kids. Lots of things for them to do at the hotel. Only reason we did not give 5 stars was the rooms seem very dated.
