Amazing hotel in a beautiful location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent restaurants and amenities. Wonderful staff. I cannot overstate how strongly I recommend staying here. They have a Starbucks that opens at 6am. Pool. Beach bar. Spa.
The hotel is large; the lobby is modern and bright. Front desk folks are friendly and helpful. They didn't have any king beds left although we had reserved one so they gave us two queens (we were ok with that but not with the two doubles they initially said we would have to have). Room is clean and bright. For the level, the towels could be thicker and not as scratchy. We have a city view room which...
Everything was top-notch. The only reason the room received a 4 star instead of 5 is because of some defect in the track of the "barn-style" sliding door to the bathroom. It would not close fully. This made staying in a shared room extremely uncomfortable to the point of any time either of us had to "go", we went to the lobby. For showers in the morning, we gave each other a heads-up and departed the...
This resort is so close to home and is our go to for a quick getaway. The staff are all so friendly, the resort itself is always taken care of and the location is great. The ambience at night time is the best with the fire pits and a late night walk on the beach. We have stayed here numerous times and have yet to be disappointed. The resort style pool is awesome as well after a long day relaxing on...
We loved this resort as a picky family of 5. Can't say enough great things. We barely noticed it was under construction because we were so pleased with everything else and the work was well hidden. Beautiful large property. One of the nicest pool areas in Fort Lauderdale. Clean private beach. Plenty of chairs at both pool and beach - never had to rush. Many food options if you want to stay on the grounds...
Best hotel resort in Fort Lauderdale! Explained why below: Comparatively better prices than others. Name brand with great floor plans especially in the upgraded rooms. Stains amenities included Water sports on premises

It is a nice place. Staff is exceptionally kind and courteous. Food and drinks excellent. Rooms could be a little nicer. Over all 4 stars. Great beach and multiple pool areas.
Great hotel! The architecture is a bit old, but here Merlin Monroe herself, Robert Deniro rested ... good food, the hotel itself is clean, hospitable
Average beach hotel. Average facility. No atmosphere. Ate at Naked Crab restaurant. Appetizer plates and salads were delicious. Cocktails were refreshing. Service was good. Manager checked on us. Nice experience!
The room was nice and spacious. Service at the beach was great. I believe that if you pay extra for ocean view you should get just that. What I got instead was a view of construction and portable toilets. We stayed in room 3109 in a building separated from the main hotel. Make sure you get ocean view (if you want it) and not construction.
The room was more than adequate and the new TV was quite nice. A bit if a sringent smell but not overpowering. I was charged a resort fee but the pool area was not accessible. To get to my room I had to walk on a strange rooftop that was safe but odd. Could have used a heads up. All in all, I'd recommend this place but it needs a little polishing.
Nice place on the beach. I have no complaints whatsoever. Staff were friendly and helpful. Were upgraded to a ocean view balcony. Only thing is it's a bit of a walk to go anywhere.

Best beach resort vacation we've had yet. The view from the impeccable room was awesome and the hotel amenities were great. What put our stay over the top was the professionalism of the staff! Kudos and many thanks to the following: William, Storm, Angie, and the dark skinned parking valet. And lastly, don't ever lose Linda, our beach yoga instructor. My husband tried yoga for the first time and immediately...
We had a great stay at the Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to many restaurants, night life, and shopping. The pool and beach were beautiful. Pool bar and food was also very good. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay and will be coming back again in the Spring!
Wonderful stay at the Westin Fort Lauderdale! Great beachfront location with easy access via a quick walk over the bridge—super convenient. The pool was heated, family-friendly, and not overly crowded (just make sure to grab seats early!). Our one-bedroom suite was comfortable and offered a perfect view of the Fourth of July fireworks. The hotel isn’t brand new but is updated, clean, and has a welcoming...
I stayed at the Westin hotel with my family for quite couple of days, and we had a fantastic experience and a lot of fun. Andre and Facundo at the front desk were exceptional. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and made sure all our needs were met. We had a flight delay which made us check in really late. But, their professionalism and warm hospitality really stood out. The location is great,...
My friends and I had a fantastic experience at The Westin. Facundo at the front desk was incredibly helpful when we checked in late at night. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the process smooth and stress-free. The hotel itself was wonderful, with excellent amenities, clean and comfortable rooms, and a prime location that made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The facilities, including...
The location of the hotel is great, beach is beautiful and access to the beach via the bridge is very helpful if you have kids...The staff was very helpful and the restaurant in the hotel was really good for breakfast as well as supper.0

Excellent hotel, we stayed in a suite with an ocean view for our baby moon. The room was spacious and beautiful. Loved the aesthetic and light & airy feel. The service was top notch, every person from valet, front desk, cafe, pool etc were all warm, friendly and genuinely seemed happy to serve guests needs. The only thing lacking was the pool side food. We got the lobster roll and it was underwhelming...
We had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort for four nights while on vacation, and it was a fantastic experience! The resort is conveniently located right off the beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the ocean. The amenities were high-end, providing everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Our two-bedroom partial ocean view suite was perfect...
Our first night, the toilet didn't work. Management sent someone over to unplug the toilet every time it was used until we could be moved to another room the following day! I hope no one else gets stuck in that room. Something needs to be done about that toilet before the room becomes occupied again. Aside from that, I was not impressed with house keeping. Upon arrival, the bathroom had toothpaste...
the property was in a great location the staff were helpful and friendly food was great and the terrace pool was lovely
I love my experience at Hilton. I am a regular Hilton Honors member. I usually like my experience, but this time they really went above and beyond. My computer wouldn't turn on and the hotel staff was trying to find me a replacement cord. They were very helpful and accommodating. The lobby staff, housekeeping staff, pool and beach staff are all amazing. The restaurants were amazing too!
I just stayed at this hotel with my wife for 3 days. Other than they weren't clear or even told me about the separate "resort fee" they charge, absolutely amazing stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and modern. The view from my oceanfront balcony was Stunning! I could sit there all day. The staff at the pool and on the beach are very helpful in getting...

My stay at the Bahía Mar Beach Hilton in Fort Lauderdale was absolutely unforgettable. The first thing that stands out is its amazing location—just steps away from a beautiful beach with soft sand and warm waters. It’s perfect for sunset walks or simply relaxing under the sun. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I loved how they paid attention to small details...
Checked in for one night before our Princess cruise trip. The facility outside is clean and comfortable. However things went downhill from here. We arrived later at 8pm but we were informed our booked room is not available for another 2 hours. Rather than waiting we decided to go to the room available. But the room is not in good shape: Coffee machine is unplugged, needed to call service to move the...
I stayed here about a week ago and I must stay, the front desk representatives were very kind and very well put together which definitely had my expectations set high. I was utterly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room when I got to there. My spouse was the one who highlighted the hair all around the toilet while I admired the view from the room which was beautiful. I did take videos of the...
Revision from my initial review. Hotel staff and location were awesome. Convenient walkway to pool and beach helps you avoid traffic and the parking lot. Staff was friendly and accommodating all around! Parking is tight, so just valet it if you bring a vehicle. Minutes from shops and additional food options. We had some issues during our stay, but we're finally able to discuss with management and resolve
We only spent one night and the room was fabulous. We arrived about an hour early and our room that we registered for was not red. So they upgraded us to a beach view room on the 14th floor. The staff was excellent and the view was fabulous. The hotel looked great and of course with handicap accessible as well as very Queen. Our room was about 179 for the evening and it was a rather large room, and...
Room with ocean view and step out balcony was great. Bottled water and cookies they give out are a nice touch. Carpet by the sliding door was wet for some reason but otherwise room was in good shape. Service excellent. Would stay again.

Here in town and wanted to be near the convention center, and the Renaissance was the most appealing of the options in the area. The lobby looks new and the service was fine. The elevators, rooms and corridors all look very dated. We booked a junior suite but it was not what we expected it to be. Ended up staying for 1 night instead of 5.
Location, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff is Amazing. The ONLY unexpected thing was the thin walls (at least our room...) and mattresses comfort. At 5:30am you could hear everything from the people around you and the bed was definitely, not the best to rest. However, the rest is so well kept, and staff is so Amazing that I would still give it a 5 star as not everyone would find this,...
Beautiful hotel in a busy area. Between the waterway, a major roadway and being near the airport, it's a high traffic area but it feels remote when you're inside. It's clean, quiet and roomy. For business travelers, there's plenty of outlets to charge and options for food and drink in or near there hotel. I wasn't here for leisure so I didn't take that perspective but I think I'd stay here on personal...
Stayed here because we were going on a cruise. This hotel is very well maintained and the staff is great. And it's close to the airport and the cruise port. The rooms are roomy and very clean. Hotel staff was amazing, we stayed durring a hurricane as part of a first response team. Hotel was clean Rooms were clean and roomy, plenty of space and amenities Overall location is great. I had a wonderful experience here. This hotel is decorated with beautiful still art that makes you stop and think a moment. The staff was friendly and courteous, making me feel very pampered. I stayed here for my anniversary and everything was perfect. The room was amazing, clean and spacious. We were right next to the pool and spa which was perfect for us because we wanted to do a spa weekend. The couples massage was lovely, I highly recommend. The hotel is showing its age and would benefit from updates throughout the building and in the guest rooms. Unfortunately, the experience did not align with the expectations of a 5-star property. While most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, there were instances where attentiveness could be improved. The views from the balcony are impressive, and the location is convenient. Additionally, the...
I brought my daughter to Fort Lauderdale for the Taylor Swift concert. We did not stay at the Ritz but I booked us a spa day for the day after the concert. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a mother daughter Taylor Swift concert! Our room was impeccable and the view of the ocean heavenly. Fantastic property. See Scott at the bar and he will totally take care of you. Alder at the beach is the best and everyone from housekeeping to the front desk is amazing!! Can't wait to get back here
This is the most amazing hotel I’ve ever stayed at, including an especially because of the service by their staff. The food and beverage manager, Justin, is an amazing manager. He maintains a high standard of excellence throughout this hotel. He has always made our stays perfect. It cannot be better than it is right now. I would only recommend this hotel if you’re coming to southern Florida.

Sheraton Suites in Fort Lauderdale is a unique design with a lovely interior tropical gardens with a fish pond too! All rooms face inward towards the garden area. And the restaurant food is great with room service and valet in the lobby. Very safe surroundings nestled in a corporate park campus. And easy access to I-95 without the traffic noise. Ideal for out of town guests or wedding receptions.
We come to this Sheraton every year for a long weekend getaway and we always have a really great time. Tommy the Bellman is our #1 favorite and he's fantastic to work with. Great time, wonderful staff, close to so many points of interest - you will definitely see us again next year!
The hotel is a great space for an event. Lots of meeting rooms of various sizes. Very helpful and accommodating staff. The restaurant is nice. The pool is beautiful. Lots of parking.
The only thing so far we disliked is that the breakfast was Ice Cold, and we didn't order it that way. Eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes and potatoes don't taste good cold. Unless I'm so hungry I need to raid the dumpster. I'm thinking that's not an option I paid for. Some of the staff would obviously like to be at home, could conjure up a smile. Breakfast is the free breakfast, we are traveling with...
This hotel needs to be renovated. At first glance it looks great, but there are clear signs of quick fixes, and the water pressure in the shower was pretty poor (8th floor, top level). Great hotel very friendly staff. The rooms are nice very clean. Elevators are the fastest I've ever seen lol. The staff for breakfast is honestly amazing. Extremely professional polite and good at what they do. I hidden gem in my eyes only complaint is people that are obviously not staying at the hotel some have flat out said they weren't too me yet allowed into the pool area.
Absolutely Loved! We stay at this hotel a lot in the past few years. We arrived yesterday 6/13/2023. They gave us champagne and a free drink at the bar for being silver status. The pool is wonderful. Check in was smooth! Staff are amazing! Pool is beautiful! The rooms need to be updated. The hotel lost partial power on the second day of our stay, including AC. We were given $100 of our stay and vouchers for dinner for the night. The bartenders in the lobby bar are the best, tell Suzie Dawn said hi. I would stay again.
The Westin Fort Lauderdale is a lovely hotel. It's close to the east-side of Fort Lauderdale which is convenient for friends and family during extended stay periods. And the property is beautiful, clean and has a very professional security staff.

Great place, a little tired but still runs really well. Good place for families and kids. Loved all the free sports and activities. Uber drivers frequently get lost driving there.
We stayed 2 nights here, and we had a great time. The beach was never crowded, and you could relax with minimal disruptions. The food here was also amazing, especially in the Soda Shop. My only complaint is that the pizza served at the beach grill was a bit under cooked.
One of the best hotel beaches we have ever been to. Highly recommend if you have kids. Lots of things for them to do at the hotel. Only reason we did not give 5 stars was the rooms seem very dated.
Awesome stay one evening in advance of a cruise. Wonderful location and beach. Restaurant is excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Bar was top notch with artisan gins and single malt scotches. Breakfast buffet very good.
Friendly staff and lovely accommodations. Room was clean and upscale. Hallways and elevators were warm which led to a slight musty smell. Food was good. Private beach - I want to go back!
Beautiful hotel right on the beach. You could see cruise ships leaving the port. Probably the nicest staff as everyone from the font desk to the wait staff and people that clean your room were always saying hello and asking if you needed anything. 5 star service! Beach front rooms have stunning views.

This is a very nice hotel! The rooms are nice and spacious, the pool is great with a nice view of the ocean. The staff at the lobby desk is also very nice! The restaurant is great and so is the bar at the pool! This hotel is across the beach and close to a lot of great places!
We stayed at Hotel Maren following a cruise, and it was a 5 star experience all around! Staff (Sean in particular) were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is perfect with shops, restaurants, and the beach all close by. Quiet and squeaky clean too! Oh! And don't forget to try the meatballs at Riviera. *chef's kiss*

Having my last cocktail at the hotel bar before leaving for the airport and truly sad to go, for many reasons but I did throughly enjoy my experience at this hotel. Great resort! Private beach for hotel guests, ice cream parlor in the gift shop, and two restaurants on site (One fancier and one more casual with a bar). Loved, Loved, Loved our Staycation at the Pelican Grand. Once inside you feel as if you've been transported to some secluded island. The staff were fabulous!! The views breath taking! We had such a relaxing time, already planning for a Girls weekend. KUDOS to the dining/restaurant manager and staff who had to deal with the screaming kids and unconcerned parents during breakfast.
Elegant but not stuffy. Lunch on the porch looking out to the ocean. The Spa on the 11th floor has it's own outside terrace with lounge chairs and breathtaking view and an inside room with wicker swings where you may sip champagne, complimentary with a massage, and watch the waves far below your perch. Stayed here during the busy holiday season , the check in process was satisfactory. The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant had a limited but great tasting menu
Hotel and front reception is nice. The restaurant is delicious and the inside staff is excellent! However a gentleman from the parking staff really brought down my perception of this hotel. Really enjoyed the service here for spa service. Scheduled a massage and foot treatment that went off without a hitch from the time of arrival. Valet was courteous and helped us find our way. Spa receptionists were friendly and explained everything that would be happening. Massage was quite the experience in a very relaxing setting. The masseuse was beyond courteous and respectful. The rest of the...
Ocean front A1A sophisticated cafe. Once Beauty and the Feast, the Atlantic Grill is trying to regain reputation; and may I say good job. Turkey burger with fries, seasoned and tender. Great cocktials and service. And hey, if nothing else you have the entire Atlantic portion of the ocean to keep one visually occupied. Outside seating present and try signature cocktails.

I have been staying at these hotel properties for 5 years now. I have stayed at North Beach, Tranquilo and Royal Palm. We just stayed here the past weekend for a birthday and had 3 rooms and I'm a local so, it was a great STAYCATION! We loved the pool and bar. Art the pool bartender did a great job for us! He took care of us and went over and beyound to make everything special. The food was excellent...
Simple & clean room , pool is nice & handy bar in resort. Heads up, if your room is by the bar , it is quite loud if your trying to sleep.
For the price, this was the best deal I've booked in years. Do they have a concierge? No. Do they serve breakfast in bed? No. What they did provide was a clean and beautiful remodeled resort from the 60s with a perfect location not more than 200 yards from a spectacular beach. This spot is close enough to the party to walk but far enough away so you can't hear it. We walked and biked everywhere we...
I’ve stayed here and at other North Beach Village hotels over the past 5 years. I would highly recommend this hotel, or any of their other hotels. Their staff are so friendly and I’ve gotten to know them on a personal level. NBV (particularly Royal Palms) has a charming local vibe that is opposite of staying in a corporate hotel. The staff are genuine people. I’ve been staying here for the last...
I was skeptical to book my birthday weekend here coming from Chicago because of all the reviews. I am so glad I did. It is definitely family friendly. Kids everywhere. So know that. But, the rooms were big, clean and neat. It’s very close to the beach. Great vibe and safe.
From what I could tell it seems like a cozy place, but I didn't stay here, was just dropping off a friend! Walking distance to the water and a bunch of bars which is great! Would definitely consider staying here in the future!

Quiet place with very nice pool and hot tub. Friendly atmosphere and nice location with secure parking
Nice place to chill out as a guest or simply with a day pass! Place is clean and the staff is very friendly! Rooms are nice and clean!
Spent a day on the hotel, the steam room needs to be updated, smells and looks old and dirty, pool is not warm enough for winter time
Always great staff spa is awesome. Jimmy is the best. Great mani pedis. Grounds are well kept clean and yes it is close to all the bars.
my partner and I travel to Ft. Lauderdale, from Orlando, two to three times a year; and the Cabanas is and for years has been our favorite place to stay. The guesthouses are so well presented and clean, the staff is beyond friendly and always willing to go out of their way to make sure every guest is treated exactly the way they themselves would want to be treated when on a vacation/retreat in a tropical...

We had a more than enjoyable time! Staff was top notch! It's a beautiful and relaxing environment to enjoy, not to mention the iguanas by the hot tub!
Currently staying here.. staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious, clean and up to date. Grounds are well keep. This is a great place to rest and relax. Highly recommend for a low key vacation.
I have stayed at the Grand resort a hand full of times over the last 3 years and I have not had anything negative to say. The staff is very kind and welcoming and they go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. The grounds are well kept and they maintain a very nice atmosphere.
love this place. love the staff. too bad its not a full clothing optional resort but I still love it.
We checked in 8/31/16 and left 9/4/16. I had my reservations at first as this was my first experience at a clothing-optional resort, but this place made me feel totally at home. One of the employees, Kevin, went the extra mile to give us a tour, provide us with information, and make us feel totally welcome. Some of the previous posts mention age of clientele a lot. My partner and I are in our early...
Wonderful place to go for a great vacation get away. Room was clean and maintained every day. Staff is very welcoming and go out of their way to do anything to make you comfortable. This will be our third stay and we highly recommend The Grand.
