The room was nice and spacious. Service at the beach was great. I believe that if you pay extra for ocean view you should get just that. What I got instead was a view of construction and portable toilets. We stayed in room 3109 in a building separated from the main hotel. Make sure you get ocean view (if you want it) and not construction.

The room was more than adequate and the new TV was quite nice. A bit if a sringent smell but not overpowering. I was charged a resort fee but the pool area was not accessible. To get to my room I had to walk on a strange rooftop that was safe but odd. Could have used a heads up. All in all, I'd recommend this place but it needs a little polishing.

We enjoyed the happy hour specials and room service. All of the staff we dealt with was very nice and accommodating. We will return back and stay here.

My visit was nice! The room was beautiful and the staff had excellent customer service! I only had one issue which is why I'm not giving 5stars and it's because we were charged $50 for 2ppl for the breakfast! We weren't told we had to pay for breakfast until after we were finished eating and there were no signs posted! I hope the hotel considers having signs made so guest are better informed!

This hotel has a great location and professional staff. The room was a suite with two double beds and a pull out sofa. It was spacious and comfortably accommodated 3 adults and 3 children. The remodeled rooms are very nice here. Great views on the intercoastal side and amazing location close to everything. One of the biggest downsides is there is no self parking and you must pay $35 a day. If you can handle that too great hotel to stay walk to the beach or to the Galleria mall right next door.

Sheraton Suites in Fort Lauderdale is a unique design with a lovely interior tropical gardens with a fish pond too! All rooms face inward towards the garden area. And the restaurant food is great with room service and valet in the lobby. Very safe surroundings nestled in a corporate park campus. And easy access to I-95 without the traffic noise. Ideal for out of town guests or wedding receptions.

We come to this Sheraton every year for a long weekend getaway and we always have a really great time. Tommy the Bellman is our #1 favorite and he's fantastic to work with. Great time, wonderful staff, close to so many points of interest - you will definitely see us again next year!

The hotel is a great space for an event. Lots of meeting rooms of various sizes. Very helpful and accommodating staff. The restaurant is nice. The pool is beautiful. Lots of parking.

The only thing so far we disliked is that the breakfast was Ice Cold, and we didn't order it that way. Eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes and potatoes don't taste good cold. This hotel needs to be renovated. At first glance it looks great, but there are clear signs of quick fixes, and the water pressure in the shower was pretty poor (8th floor, top level). I stayed here the night of my wedding, and the fire alarm went off around 8:30AM the next morning, forcing everyone to evacuate. Not cool...

Not sure why all the negative reviews. This hotel was great. We stayed one night between legs of vaca and it was perfect. Especially because they offer laundry facilities on every other floor! Very convenient. Would def stay there again and recommend it. Convenient location, lots of food options nearby, nice pool, and super clean.

Check in was smooth! Staff are amazing! Pool is beautiful! The rooms need to be updated. The hotel lost partial power on the second day of our stay, including AC.
