The location of the hotel is great, beach is beautiful and access to the beach via the bridge is very helpful if you have kids...The staff was very helpful and the restaurant in the hotel was really good for breakfast as well as supper.0
Beautiful views of the ocean and a quick walk to Ft. Lauderdale Beach's nightlife. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are updated and modern. The food is great. I will definitely be back.
Hotel is in a great location. Pros: location, pool, restaurant is delicious, staff. We had a medical incident onsite and the front office staff, security and restaurant staff were amazing. They helped us get a cab quickly and even offered to drive us. When we got back to the hotel they offered us ice cream and a credit to our room (even though the incident was not the hotel’s fault)! Only complaint...
Just wow! This hotel is in the perfect location on the strip, with a beachfront view. Customer service was supreme, especially Iris, the front desk agent. Her help made my stay memorable and I will definitely be returning! The food was great, and the drinks were strong and delicious! I was there for a work conference, but will definitely return for a vacation. The Weston exceeded my expectations.
My family loved staying at this resort, it's just a few minutes walk to the beach, right over the bridge. The suite includes a cute kitchen with microwave and fridge. Our kids love the warm cookies they get at the front desk, and the view outside our room was great with a good size balcony. We were able to walk to lots of local shops & restaurants and it was great to smell the clean ocean breeze from...
Very nice resort. Staff are ever so friendly and eager to help. The down side is they charge a daily resort fee of $25.00/guest. This adds up quickly. The good side to it if ever one in your group users the services.

We’ve just had another amazing stay at Hyatt Centric Las Olas! We celebrated a birthday, and Mr. Jeffrey Katz made the celebration very special! It was our third stay at this hotel this year. We’ve been coming here to celebrate all our family’s important dates. The hotel team is simply amazing! We would like to specifically mention the restaurant team who are very welcoming and accommodating, and the...
Stay: August 9, 2024 We had a great experience at this hotel. During check-in, there was a brief issue with their computer system, but the staff quickly made up for it by offering complimentary drinks to my wife and me. The drinks were good and helped pass the time while we waited for our room. Once ready, the bell staff promptly brought our luggage up. The room was spotless, and the beds were comfortable...
I just wanted to take a moment to share my incredible experiences at the Hyatt Centric Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale. Every time I stay there, I am consistently impressed by the luxurious accommodations and the exceptional service provided by the staff. The rooms are nothing short of spectacular, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. I always feel like I’m stepping into a serene oasis, and...
This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Our room was clean and our bed and linens were clean and comfortable. All the staff were super friendly. We were able to use the Tesla service, and we were able to use hotel chairs and towels at the beach. The beach towels and chairs were clean and comfortable. We didn't use the pool, but we had a great view of the pool from our room. The pool...
This was a quick 3-day stay to visit elderly friends in the area. We had never stayed downtown before so gave it a try this time. We had a tremendous check-in experience by front desk agent, Tang. She recognized our status in the Hyatt program and explained all of the many amenities and discounts available to us. We got to our room and found it to be spacious with a comfortable bed and a fridge...

Location is great. We booked over two months ago and for a double room and they gave us a room with a king size bed. They said they couldn’t move us to a different room. Sent a rollaway bed that we put right back out because it was so uncomfortable shouldn’t even be considered a bed. The door to the balcony could barley be opened and we couldn’t get it to close from the outside and then closing it...
This place has a lot of reviews talking about the condition of the rooms and I agree, they're not great. This isn't a resort; don't come here expecting a luxury experience. Our room's balcony literally overlooked a dumpster lol. What is great about this place, however, is the staff and the amenities and location. We booked a day use room to wait for our flight after a cruise recently and I booked...
This is a hotel doing its best to be a resort. The staff were great! Valet was always quick to help out and the front desk staff were very friendly (don’t book through a third party and they can help you even more). The room wasn’t great, but it was clean. The showers have the hardware for doors but they stuck a curtain rod up there. Unfinished utility entrances in the walls. The outlet behind the...
My wife and I had a wonderful time at Ocean Sky Hotel and Resort. The value of this hotel can't be beat. The hotel is in a wonderful location, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby that are walkable. The room was nice. A little outdated but nothing terrible. We enjoyed the room very much. The bed is large and comfortable. It had a balcony, microwave, fridge. The bathroom was nice. Large shower...
The staff was so nice and the outdoor amenities where great. Food and drinks were a bit pricey, but everything was great! When we booked our room it said we had an ocean view… we did not. We had a view of the valet. The balconies were not great, either, but we were out by the pool most of the time, anyway, so that didn’t really matter. I think my main complaint would be the functionality of the bathroom...
the hotel needs some upgrades, the carpet is dark brown and it looks nasty and truly needs to be replaced but the location is awesome. I stepped out on my balcony and got a beautiful view of the water. The bed was pretty comfortable. I did also find a few hairs on some towels and I know the hair was not mine so maybe they need to double-check their work. We didn't have any washcloth in our room when...

I love this hotel! I've stayed here twice, once for vacation and once as a pre-cruise stay and was delighted to find they have a shuttle to Port Everglades for only $12 (at the time of this review). The pool area is fantastic as is the fitness center (though it has been unstaffed every time I've been). The folks working at the hotel front desk are always very friendly and helpful with questions. They...
My wife surprised me with a stay at the Riverside for a 33rd anniversary trip. The hotel was originally built in 1936 so it has a lot of character to it. However the recent renovations have given it a very fresh yet classic look. The location is right in the middle of the Las Olas district and is very safe for walking to shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel itself has several popular food and beverage...
Absolutely stunning hotel with a perfect location ! Rooms are fabulous and love the high floors with lovely views either onto Las Olas Blvd or the surrounding waterways filled with boats and yachts. Comfy bed and pillows with sizable rooms. Fantastic amenities, eclectic pool area, wonderful customer service, and in addition are three restaurants offering exceptional food and service. Definitely will...
This hotel is full of that old world Florida charm! Great amenities and location! Check in was quick and easy. The rooms and establishment were very clean and well maintained. The beds and pillows left some to be desired. Alfredo and the entire valet staff were above and beyond fantastic! Close proximity to food, drinks, and shopping all within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
we stayed here for 3 nights before joining a cruise ship. The hotel is ideally situated on the marina, right next to the 1st stop on the water taxi. we ate and had drinks at the pub in the hotel which was also excellent. lovely big comfortable cool rooms
A lovely if old-fashioned hotel, with phenomenally comfortable beds. Only complaint was the sound proofing to the corridor was lacking. Other room doors opening and closing sounded like people trying to force their way in to my room.

I checked in very late, and had accidentally made a reservation for the wrong day. The front clerk there was very understanding and accomodating, honoring the price I was given on the phone. The breakfast was fantastic as well.
Wow....I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. Arrived at the hotel around 9:30 in the morning after returning from a cruise. Overall the staff Ryan, Everett and the hotel shuttle driver Denise were GREAT!!! Everything was extremely...
They we're under construction; which I understand. However, there customer service from the first person I encountered was less than stellar. We ended up checking out early and going to another hotel (they didn't have our necessary accommodations for our baby). But the person who checked us out was superb! If only she was up first, we probably would have stayed.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and were the best part of the hotel.. the hotel is old and dated and currently undergoing exterior renovation which makes staying there unpleasant due to the maze of scaffolding that you have to negotiate just to check in.. your roller luggage is rendered useless by the sloppily put together plywood temporary walkways , and the parking lot is treacherous...

I have been staying at these hotel properties for 5 years now. I have stayed at North Beach, Tranquilo and Royal Palm. We just stayed here the past weekend for a birthday and had 3 rooms and I'm a local so, it was a great STAYCATION! We loved the pool and bar. Art the pool bartender did a great job for us! He took care of us and went over and beyound to make everything special. The food was excellent...
Simple & clean room , pool is nice & handy bar in resort. Heads up, if your room is by the bar , it is quite loud if your trying to sleep.
For the price, this was the best deal I've booked in years. Do they have a concierge? No. Do they serve breakfast in bed? No. What they did provide was a clean and beautiful remodeled resort from the 60s with a perfect location not more than 200 yards from a spectacular beach. This spot is close enough to the party to walk but far enough away so you can't hear it. We walked and biked everywhere we...
I’ve stayed here and at other North Beach Village hotels over the past 5 years. I would highly recommend this hotel, or any of their other hotels. The staff are genuine people. I’ve been staying here for the last...
I was skeptical to book my birthday weekend here coming from Chicago because of all the reviews. I am so glad I did. It is definitely family friendly. Kids everywhere. So know that. But, the rooms were big, clean and neat. It’s very close to the beach. Great vibe and safe.
From what I could tell it seems like a cozy place, but I didn't stay here, was just dropping off a friend! Walking distance to the water and a bunch of bars which is great! Would definitely consider staying here in the future!

Nice but past it's prime. All the gutters leaked, no ice machine on the floors; only one off the main floor. No vending machines at all. Beautiful penthouse suite. Private walk patio views of Ocean from every room. Large flat screen living room. Perfect for a private party of 5 to 10 people. Enjoy the large balcony of glass over the ocean. The owner of this hotel is truly gracious and the parking attendant was extremely attentive always asking us if we were ok. Great beach front location. Do not let this hotel pass you by. Book it NOW
Amazing hotel, it’s very modern and beautiful. I love how you can just go out to the beach and that the pool is preheated. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and the staff were amazing. Everything was awesome except for the fact that the hallways smelled like cigarettes. Luckily the room did not smell bad and I found this place amazing. I would totally come back.

Need to work more on the details of the room. Making sure the décor is intact. Light fixture was lopsided, same with pictures. I’m the bathroom I noticed there were nails sticking out of the walls, and paint needs another coat. Amenities need to be better. Toilet water was not clear. That’s an indication there could be something wrong with the pipping. Need to pay much more attention to the rooms.

Hotel was being renovated. The room was updated and look good, most of the services was not available, due to renovation. Great location near to beach access and city. Check in and out was good. Shower had to be plugged by service technician. Bar and refrigerator was well stocked in room.
I just recently stayed here, and I was impressed with the experience. My flight got cancelled so I booked on hotwire blind so I was bit nervous. The staff was great and very tentative. Even when answering the phone. The rooms were ok. The bathroom sink faucet was half broke, wasn’t able to take a bath because the bathtub drain stopper was broke. However everything was very clean. I stayed here for 11 days. I will tell you that the service was exceptional when needed. This hotel is currently under renovations. I got a room that has already been remodeled. Our room does not have a dresser or a desk to put your stuff on. We have a small kitchen with everything you need to cook a...
I love this place. Every corridor has it's own pool. They have a restaurant and bar that is beautiful especially at night with a bartender that can make what ever you want. The best part about this place is it's 15 min walk to the beach, CVS is right across the street if you need something and there are various restaurants in walking distance if you want to take an evening stroll.
I would not stay there again or recommend to others. The "Manager" was a bit problematic at check-in, we had no water for 6 hours and cable was out for two days of our 3 day stay. Granted the price was reasonable so I guess one gets what they pay for. The hotel is quite dated. They are presently renovating so that is good.

The hotel is showing its age and would benefit from updates throughout the building and in the guest rooms. Unfortunately, the experience did not align with the expectations of a 5-star property. Our first night, the toilet didn't work. Management sent someone over to unplug the toilet every time it was used until we could be moved to another room the following day! The hotel is large; the lobby is modern and bright. Front desk folks are friendly and helpful. They didn't have any king beds left although we had reserved one so they gave us two queens (we were ok with that but not with the two doubles they initially said we would have to have). Everything was top-notch. The only reason the room received a 4 star instead of 5 is because of some defect in the track of the "barn-style" sliding door to the bathroom. It would not close fully. It is a nice place. Staff is exceptionally kind and courteous. Food and drinks excellent. Rooms could be a little nicer. Over all 4 stars. Great beach and multiple pool areas.
Great hotel! The architecture is a bit old, but here Merlin Monroe herself, Robert Deniro rested ... good food, the hotel itself is clean, hospitable
Average beach hotel. Average facility. No atmosphere. Ate at Naked Crab restaurant. Appetizer plates and salads were delicious. Cocktails were refreshing. Service was good. Manager checked on us. Nice experience!
The room was nice and spacious. Service at the beach was great. I believe that if you pay extra for ocean view you should get just that. What I got instead was a view of construction and portable toilets. We stayed in room 3109 in a building separated from the main hotel. Make sure you get ocean view (if you want it) and not construction.
The room was more than adequate and the new TV was quite nice. A bit if a sringent smell but not overpowering. I was charged a resort fee but the pool area was not accessible. To get to my room I had to walk on a strange rooftop that was safe but odd. Could have used a heads up. All in all, I'd recommend this place but it needs a little polishing.
Nice place on the beach. I have no complaints whatsoever. Staff were friendly and helpful. Were upgraded to a ocean view balcony. Only thing is it's a bit of a walk to go anywhere.
Staff is not welcoming and are afraid to be engaged by guests. The naked crab restaurant at the hotel has different prices online vs the printed menu. The manager would not honor the online prices, which were a mere $20 dollars less for my family of 4, and decided to be stubborn with his business decision. We got up and left and will never stay here again or tell friends and family about B Ocean.....

We recently stayed at the Oasis Hotel with my family, and it was a delightful experience. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to local attractions. We loved the hangout area, and the outside space was well-maintained and inviting. The front desk reception was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Plus, the price...
We LOVED our time at The Oasis. We stayed a couple nights prior to heading off on a cruise. It was the perfect precursor to our vacation. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Plenty of places to eat nearby…we’ll definitely be back!
I was skeptical, however the property and room were very nice. The property definitely stands out from the rest of the area, as it appears modern, and updated, great curb appeal. Property located about 5 minutes from downtown. Room was clean and organized and modeled in a clean "look" My room faced the street that lead into the neighborhood but I did not hear a sound and slept well. Check in was...

Average casino. My 1st time there. I'm an avid casino patron. Hard Rock could use a little help with direction from the parking area to the casino. Food choices are limited. The host was very friendly and accommodating, but what host isn't on your first visit.
We recently visited the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. The outside seems like one big construction project but the inside is showing signs of progress. I really like the adoption of "No Smoking" except in designated areas. The air filtration system seems to need more work but the smokey environment is a lot better than it used to be. My husband visited the poker room and was quite impressed with the variety...

Casino is amazing... has all the Las Vegas style slot machines; all the games. The hotel itself has a lot of atmosphere. Lots of memorabilia from legendary singers and musicians. As far as the food court, while the food was good, the service was pretty bad. One person took an hour to receive his fries. It took me about 20 minutes to get my order correctly (asked for hamburger with lettuce only...
We were there solely for the casino. I've never been to Las Vegas or any "real" casino, but this definitely feels like the real thing to me. Everything is very polished and glamorous. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The gambling is fun, just don't let yourself get carried away. I'd definitely like to be able to stay at the hotel for a weekend to get the full experience.
Beach is down the road and easy to get to. I had the blueberry pancakes, or should I say We shared great blueberry pancakes. Best view, great bed and room. CLEAN!!!!!! I don’t gamble but my wife loved it. FUN! Everyone was just great.

Spent a few days here. I can’t rave enough about this resort. The service is impeccable, the atmosphere is incredible and the specialty cocktails are fantastic and go down easy!!! If you come try the “Bitter Sicilian” or the “Fab 75” you won’t be disappointed. All day long there’s a DJ entertaining either at the pool or the bar area known as the living room. Today we’ve been enjoying the DJ known as...
My husband took me for my birthday, everything was awesome. It started at the check in desk with Mark’s excellent service welcoming us & took good care of us. The room was awesome with jacuzzi tub on the 21st floor views were breath taking, pools were nice. We were even able to wash & dry our clothes in our hotel room. Everyone was so nice, absolutely had a great time. We will be returning. Thanks...
We had our welcome party and destination wedding at the W Ft Lauderdale last weekend. The service and experience were exceptional. From the moment of check in, Mark made us feel so welcome and excited to be there. Every member of the staff for our wedding went above and beyond expectations. It was a perfect day and stay! The photos are coming out amazing and we were so lucky to have such a beautiful...
Spent a week here with my husband. We liked it. The staff were pleasant, we never waited long for our car, services or chairs on the beach. The view from our room was spectacular. A nice touch was Nespresso coffee in the rooms. It was even better than the cafe on the ground floor. The cleaning lady was happy to give us extra services. We loved the outdoor showers, but I can see how it might be inconvenient...
Kelly from the pool was an amazing host. The drinks were impeccable! I'll definitely be back! I can't believe how she handled the pressure during Monday! I will definitely come back because of her! Thank you so much for your dedication W
First and foremost I would like to say THANK YOU to everyone at this hotel. The staff is absolutely amazing and the customer service is outstanding. My husband and I stayed here 4/19/18-4/23/18 and we couldn’t be happier with the stay. Rooms were very clean and gorgeous, the pool area was fun, clean and comfortable. The bartenders were AMAZING, the place was amazing and i fell in love with this place...
