Great hotel. Property and amenities are excellent. Wish there was a better selection of food but what they had was excellent
The property was amazing! It had everything similar to an all inclusive resort!! The rooms were clean so was the property.
Good: Friendly staff, convenient parking, good food, clean property. Bad: All hotels should offer free WIFI with a strong signal (it's 2025).
Great but could have been better.
For the most part the stay was nice but some exits and entrances to the pool and beach were closed during the stay due to exterior work being done on the building. Also the noise during the day inside and out was not great but we made the best of it. In my mind they should have waived the resort fees during this time to guest as a way to say thank you for your understanding...
Fantastic staff. I got a stain on my white pants and the housekeeper took them and got the stain out for me!
Didn’t like the fact that there was a lot of noise from the construction that was going on. I found some ants in my room, but the room was nice. Wish the pillows weren’t so soft.

We arrived at night. If you have a long trip and are vegan, you're lost. The hotel doesn't offer any room service options, and when you order a delivery, they don't even notify you when it arrives. So I lost my order, even though I had informed reception. The restaurant is quite expensive for what it offers. During my stay, they never cleaned it, the toilet trap was faulty, and the door offers no privacy...
This business hotel is great for a business trip. The facilities are excellent and the staff are friendly and welcoming. My reservation stated breakfast was included, but the front desk staff said it wasn't. They only offered a $20 sandwich and coffee from the cafe.
The buffet breakfast is an additional charge. >
A deposit will be charged when checking in to the hotel. When checking out, due to some fee confirmation issues, the payment cannot be made on the spot. You can only contact the hotel via email for a refund afterwards, which is quite insecure for foreign tourists.
It's the third time we have stayed here. This time, it wasn't the same since they didn't have the bar by the pool, and the new restaurant is not the greatest
Customer service staff service attitude is good, clean general, auxiliary building at night stairway a lot of flying ants
Very satisfied with this service

This time I attended a ********* business meeting held here. The location is very good and you can walk to the Marriott next to it. It has its own beach with 2 beach chairs provided every day. The hotel has its own bar where you can have a few drinks.
Enjoyed our stay, clean, good food and serve was excellent.
The hotel was nice. The lobby, pool and beach area are very nice. However, I expected the rooms to be just as nice but the rooms are outdated. There weren’t any dresser draws to put clothes away and the food and drinks are expensive.
Unfriendly staff, rooms not ready on arrival as late as 4pm, great views but poorly equipped (not enough light in the room, one of the few lamps was defunct, bats and restaurants overpriced, no breakfast before 7am
Overall decent stay. A lot of random fees! Wish we could’ve seen mermaid show on 12/16 but was cancelled due to weather. Still waiting on a call back for a refund for the $138 I paid for the show
Wonderful customer service and resort amenities.

It’s a Westin so you know it’s going to be nice. We spent four nights. If you want to be right on Ft Lauderdale beach it’s a good choice. They have a walkway from the pool over the street to the beach which is nice.
The one thing I did not like is the bathroom had a louvred sliding barn style door and a window into the room with louvered shutters - so there is absolutely no privacy in the toilet.
The staff was very helpful and cheerful. The on site food options are excellent, as are all the restaurants we visited in just a very easy walk from the Westin.
This property was below average for the price of $500/night. Small basic room for the kingsized bed. Finishings are basic. The location an lobby are nice, but the room I stayed in was not luxury.
The manager was out in the lobby, greeting people as they came in. He also had great interactions with his cleaning staff. We had a problem with the coffee maker in our room and MJ was excellent in helping us.
Nice hotel but not up to the usual Westin standards. Needs some investment to bring the hotel up to standards. But good location great and helpful staff makes up for the somewhat shabby appearance.
Good location. Easy beach access. Lobby and rooms appear updated. Hallways appear in need of a refresh. Many restaurants within short walking distance.

Had a great time way better than hard rock hotel
Fabtastic restauran to go for dinner. Don't miss enjoying an spectacular view. This restaurant rotates and it is on the very top of a building tower. Amazing food and very relaxing piano player. Most important the service and attention are amazing.
Been here many times when I was deeply involved with a project called 1000 Mermaids. We had the artificial display reefs set up on the property to showcase the non profit project. Everyone working here was always so friendly and accommodating. If we needed something they would always make it happen. Also hung out at the pool a bit and even happened to come by on Thanksgiving and get a couple big plates...
If your looking for a great spot to vacation this is it!! Although they are closed right now for renovations, there only making it a better place to stay. The staff the service, the food were all amazing and I am definitely looking forward to staying here when there open up again!
We stumbled upon the Pier 66 Hotel quite by accident on a return trip from Key West. We had an early morning flight from FLL and decided to come up a day early. I don't remember which app we used but it was one of those last minute hotel room apps. We got the room for around $100 I believe. Classic old school hotel with adjacent marina. Fantastic location. Bedding was comfortable and room was clean...
Stayed here during my son’s Judo Tournament in July. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the beds were very comfy. Our first night there we didn’t like our room. The manager on duty was very helpful and changed our room right away. I recommend staying here with your family. The pool was amazing, the kids really enjoyed it. Try the shipwreck at the Bar and Grill, it won’t disappoint.

Excellent hotel, we stayed in a suite with an ocean view for our baby moon. The room was spacious and beautiful. Loved the aesthetic and light & airy feel. The service was top notch, every person from valet, front desk, cafe, pool etc were all warm, friendly and genuinely seemed happy to serve guests needs. The only thing lacking was the pool side food. We got the lobster roll and it was underwhelming...
We had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort for four nights while on vacation, and it was a fantastic experience! The resort is conveniently located right off the beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the ocean. The amenities were high-end, providing everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Our two-bedroom partial ocean view suite was perfect...
Our first night, the toilet didn't work. Management sent someone over to unplug the toilet every time it was used until we could be moved to another room the following day! I hope no one else gets stuck in that room. Something needs to be done about that toilet before the room becomes occupied again.
Aside from that, I was not impressed with house keeping. Upon arrival, the bathroom had toothpaste...
Highly recommend
We will be back.
Big room ,beautiful view, great location, parking valet 55usd,u must use the hotel vallet,no other option
House keeping baddddddd.
The clean very bad!
This has been my 3rd stay at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Resort and I will continue to return. The rooms are spacious, clean and full of light. The views are wonderful. The location is perfect, within walking distance to great restaurants and bars and a quick ride to Los Olas Blvd.

Sadly unfortunately unfriendly reception staff who made the check in process complicated and overly slow! Rooms not ready at 4pm with lots of excuses!
Breakfast was good.
great hotel close to the arena and shopping.
I booked a two-bedroom suite. The room was large, clean and sanitary. I was very satisfied! Highly recommended! The only drawback was that there were two thick pillars outside the window of the second bedroom, which affected the view.
Spent a few days here. I can’t rave enough about this resort. The service is impeccable, the atmosphere is incredible and the specialty cocktails are fantastic and go down easy!!! If you come try the “Bitter Sicilian” or the “Fab 75” you won’t be disappointed. All day long there’s a DJ entertaining either at the pool or the bar area known as the living room. We had called ahead to our family who were also staying on site and they let the front desk know our flights were delayed and we would be checking in late. They said no problem, they have until 2 am. Over priced fornthe condition of the room and foenthe hallways to not be air conditioned.
Amazing stay with the best bartender, Gary! We loved his service and professionalism especially with our kids. We will be back!
This is my 6th stay at the Conrad Hilton ft Lauderdale always getting a junior suite overlooking the ocean and pool. The staff Gary and Alex bartenders are the best.. all staff have made each trip wonderful
Everything was great, but the accounting atrocious. My card was charged in front of me $2485. Then, over the next 4 days , 8k in authorizations were obtained on 2 cards. My total bill was $2689. A great deal for such a fine establishment. But i still have over 5k of authorizations on my card. If i go back, i will pay cash and not give them access to any credit card
Staff was great, both poolside and the beach staff. Both 100%. Only complained to the front desk that when we arrived the room had been upgraded however, not notified about it. I had to request the original room as I am disabled. When we checked in and after waiting for a while, the room had not been cleaned completely.
Amazing. Very clean and everyone that works there is also amazing including the beach!!!!

Beautiful view
Beautiful view from the Ocean Curve room. The double beds in our room were very small. It would be nice if they were upgraded to Queen sized beds. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
stumbled upon this hotel and had a really good time
My family and I stayed here for 5 days and it was wonderful! (Our second time booking this hotel).
Our room was spacious (curved room) and clean. Staff members were very friendly and accommodating.
The Steelpan restaurant is a great place to eat breakfast/brunch, and Raheem is a great waiter and has excellent customer service skills!
Beautiful fantastic hotel. The staff are lovely and so helpful! The valet staff were so lovely to us when we first checked in. When you first enter the hotel you get a lovely clean look and smell. There’s lovely cold water there for when it’s so warm outside. The pool is fantastic and open until 10 pm. The rooms are nice, clean and modern and have nice bathrooms. Brilliant hotel with lovely bar staff...
Rooms are a little small, nowhere to put anything. The staff is super nice and friendly! location is right on the strip and beach is a short walk. Food at Steelpan on first floor is really good. Chef Andre is the head Chef and his jerk wings are amazing. Make sure to get them crispy.
Very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Parking details should be clearly outlined at the time of reservation.... and I thought the umbrella fee was excessive on top of the resort fee in my opinion although not a future deterrent.

Javier and Jeff were very helpful for us! very mannerly and I appreciate all done. The property was very clean and service excellent!
We stayed in June 2025 and the property was excellent. Staff were super friendly and helpful and our room was large and comfortable. My kid loved the pool!
Took advantage of the location to walk to dinner and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting las Olas Blvd.
We have stayed here once before and had no hesitation in booking again. Modern hotel with good facilities and friendly staff. Easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Only a 15 minute taxi ride to the port
Nice hotel, good dining options around. But it would be better if there was room service available, specially when you get there late at night after a long day traveling.
There are 2 small water bottles in the bedroom, but be careful, if you are not a Hyatt Elite member, or even if you are but did not book via their app, you will end up paying 6 dollars plus taxes for that sip.

Everything was good with the stay at the property. The amenities were great and the breakfast was 10/10. Even though the young lady on morning shift was very rude and not welcoming to me when I reached out asking about the parking being applied to my card, when ******* agreed to pay for everything. Rooms is nice and house keeping did great with keeping the room upkept.
The check-in was delayed by an hour, even though it was scheduled for 4 PM. There was not even any sort of upgrade or compensation for that delay. The bathroom sink was clogged. The food is mediocre, the lounge is full of kids playing ball. The pool is miniscule. The gym is mediocre. The staff is inattentive in particular, the desk staff at the reception. Very thinly staffed.
The hotel's location is okay, and the room facilities are generally acceptable, just average. For the price, I think the value is average. However, for some reason, my deposit was withheld and not refunded. I later called and emailed, but they didn't refund it with any explanation. It's really baffling.
Lovely place but being so close to a main intersection meant it was very noisy to sit out by the pool
Food options. We thought there was a restaurant there for dinner but there wasn't. The breakfast was amazing though

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff.
The location was good for us, as we were coming for an event, if you have a car, there will be no problems with the road. The beach is a 15-minute drive away.
The rooms are excellent, spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast is around $30 per person, there are fruits, pastries, omelets, fish.
The price is moderate for 2300 yuan, but it is generally OK. It should be under 2000 yuan in the off-season. The swimming pool is nice. The hygiene is good. The shampoo bottle was broken when I checked in. I told the waiter and he replaced it in time.

Overall nice hotel but the couch and the massage table in the room had stains on it and the shower had a slow drain so it filled up pretty quickly which made my showers short

Everyone was wonderful. Brian was awesome and very helpful to us with info as we’d never been there before. They allowed us to use their facilities past checkout time as we had a late flight so that was very nice having a place to hang out while we waited to fly out.

We didn't like the availability of places where to store clothing. Or the lack of safety holding in the bathroom. Or the inoperative coffee machine. Or the big separation between the bed head and the mattress, that facilitated the squeezing of the pillow into the space.
All minor...
My wife and I have been to the Plunge a few years ago and I must report that the service has gone down dramatically. We really enjoyed our stay at the Resort very much. The location is unbeatable next to the beach and close to supermarkets and restaurants. In addition, the room was always very clean, with all the necessary accessories to prepare food, in case we did not want to go out to eat.
This place is by far the best in LBTS. As they say, location, location, LOCATION! We've been here 4 times and you'll never need a car. There are 7 restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. The resort is quiet, the rooms are clean. The owner and staff are kind and will try to accommodate your every need. I can't recommend High Noon Resort enough. We will keep coming back.
The resort experience exceeded our expectations! We had a room on the second floor with an ocean view and it was amazing. All the finishings in the room were what you would expect from a high end hotel room and the pool and beach access made for a relaxing stay. We could easily walk to shops and restaurants. Overall we have a lot of experience. We love this place and plan to return!!
My recent stay at High Noon couldn't have been better! The resort is clean, with all the amenities you could ever need, and a great location! Everyone was very friendly and the resort was well maintained with staff visiting the grounds and pool several times a day. Updated rooms and very comfortable beds.
We are so happy that we found this piece of heaven on Earth! We stayed in a two-room apartment in the High Noon building. It was perfect and had everything we needed. One of our favorite places was the private balcony where we spent a lot of time relaxing and soaking up the sun. Access to the beach is just a few steps away. They provide chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Ideal location, walking distance...
The staff and location of this hotel cannot be beat. We like our accommodation. The rooms are in excellent condition. The towels and outdoor furniture are clean and attractive. We have stayed here four times and hope to return next year. They even have off-street parking. No valet.
