Amazing service. Well maintained rooms and grounds. Loved the option to skip housekeeping for a day and you get a voucher for breakfast buffet. The full size refrigerator as well as all the kitchen amenities were amazing. The washer and dryer in the room was super handy for keeping laundry down.

Stayed 8 nights at this resort in May. We had the king ocean view corner room and loved it. There were two nice sized balconies and extra space in the room. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The parrots and penguins were fun to watch. And it was also an easy walk to Whalers Village from here.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were nice the views were great the Hotel amenities were awesome. It was very close to Lahaina which made it easy to go get food and shop and see things. Close by to a couple of great golf courses and easy beach access. The kids had a ton of fun in the swimming pools.

So many issues I have with this place. May have just been here too long working. Most of the staff are wonderful people who have been through much turmoil due to the fires. Some others could use some " hospitality" training more demonstrations of " Aloha" for those at the property ( long term) for work trying to help the community. Never too much to ask as hospitality is the business.

This is the only resort we stay at when on Maui. The pool water should be a little warmer. Have experienced cold water in the pool for 15 plus years. Please consider increasing the temperature of the pool water. Truly enjoy the Sheraton Maui for all other resort aspects.

This place is very well located directly on the beach and building 6 is overlooking the ocean and perfect for whale watching out your porch. The service is great but the front desk over the years has had very limited flexibility. Rooms are well appointed with microwave, fridge, coffee, and more :-)

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here in October. Beautiful, relaxing, and gorgeous paradise! Staff was very welcoming and hospitable. This resort was a 5 star for me and my wife we spent our anniversary here. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The resort is very well maintained nice and clean has a lot of amenities to offer . There are 3 different pools to choose from. This place is a really good one! Gated access only. Quite. Service is very good. The suite I had was plenty enough for me and would of suited 2,just fine. The location is pretty good. This is a lovely place to stay, a real home from home. It has everything you need.
