The Cromwell Hotel & Casino

Unbelievably bad experience! Bed Bugs!! Stayed March 14, 2018 and while waking up after first night found more than 1 bed bug in my room. Immediately contacted security who once arrived told me I would have to vacate the room. Staff told me as soon as they had a resolve, I would be contacted by phone. Stopped at the front desk multiple times throughout the day and not once was I contacted for resolve. Finally, after an entire day of checking in on it they told me I would be moving rooms and that the "test came back negative" . After asking what happened to the two bugs that we crushed while waiting, they had no answer. Would not even give me any assurance or check my belongings to make sure nothing got inside them. As if this wasn't bad enough, the room they decided to move me to was directly above the nightclub, making it impossible to sleep before 4:00 am. Absolutely disgusted in the way the property decided to handle this, not at all what I have come to expect from a Harrah's property. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
