Sometimes things happen, and hotels are not perfect. We understand we may have just had one of those weeks. That being said, our first room had a plumbing issue. The toilet clogged the 2nd day into our 4 night stay. We called the front desk and they sent someone to rectify the issue. Later that evening, the toilet clogged again around 12pm. We called the front desk and they sent a nice engineer to come auger the toilet. We noticed there were auger marks on the porcelain before they came up, so this was not the first time it had happened to this room. The gentleman fixing the toilet mentioned that it was a bigger issue than us, and not our fault. I asked the front desk if there was another room for us to stay (on a Monday evening) and they said they could not accommodate the move. He gave us a $50 voucher for F&B and we went to bed.
The next morning the toilet did not flush again. We called the front desk and asked for help. They said they did have another room and could offer us a $200 F&B credit. We moved rooms and moved on with our day. The second room had a working toilet but there was no hot water in the standing bathtub. Shower was very hot but the tub was cold. We decided to not complain again, and instead try to enjoy the rest of our stay. We filled out the survey after the trip and hoped the hotel would reach out. A 5-star hotel, without a working toilet for 48 hours really made our trip stressful. The F&B credits did not even cover a one night stay.
In the end the entire staff was excellent and did their best to accommodate our issues but it was just not a great experience. Overall the hotel was nicely decorated, the location was good for us. It would have been nice to have food and beverage at the pool, and for the cost, they probably should have an off season service. There was also no decaf coffee option in the room (even after requesting), which felt like a miss. I think on its best day the NoMad would be fine. We will be saving some money and stay at the Park MGM instead.

Of I could give this 10 stars I would!
This hotel is located on the tops floors of MGM Grand. They offer a luxury hotel experience. Our suite left nothing to be desired. They paid attention to the smallest details. The room was AMAZING! I also love that this is a smoke free resort. If I ever come back to Vegas this is where I’m staying

Review of the NoMad Hotel at Park MGM
The NoMad Hotel at Park MGM is an absolute gem on the Las Vegas Strip, offering a refined, upscale retreat that feels worlds apart from its surroundings. The rooms are a masterpiece of tasteful design and understated luxury, blending sophistication with comfort. From the plush bedding to the thoughtful, high-quality details throughout the space, it’s clear that no expense was spared in creating an environment that caters to the discerning traveler.
The dining experiences at NoMad are equally exceptional. Whether it’s a meal at the NoMad Library or a cocktail in the hotel’s exquisite bar, every bite and sip is crafted to perfection. The service is attentive and professional, adding to the sense of indulgence that defines a stay here.
That said, it’s disappointing that such an elegant establishment is forced to share a building with the Park MGM, which feels like the polar opposite of what the NoMad strives to offer. The contrast is stark, and it’s a shame that the lower-tier experience of Park MGM detracts from the overall allure of the NoMad. Nonetheless, the NoMad is a shining example of what a boutique luxury hotel should be and is well worth a visit for those seeking a high-end experience in Las Vegas.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about NoMad Las Vegas, particularly about their exceptional concierge, Joe. Our story starts with one of the worst travel experiences we've ever had. We arrived at our connection gate in Vegas with the doors still open, only to be told we couldn't board. My children were devastated, crying and begging, as we were on our way to the Taylor Swift concert - a trip they'd offered to forfeit future birthdays and Christmases for. The gate agent was incredibly cruel, even threatening to call security on my crying children. After being sent from desk to desk, lugging heavy backpacks through terminals with a 5-year-old in tow, we had to rebook for the next day and find last-minute accommodation.
We arrived at NoMad looking completely defeated and disheveled - definitely not their typical guests. When I asked Joe at the front desk about a cot or pullout bed for our room, he initially mentioned a suite upgrade was available for $400. When I explained we couldn't afford that, what he did next left me speechless. He disappeared to the back, returned with a puzzle and coloring book with pencil crayons for my children, and then announced he was upgrading us to their largest suite in the entire hotel - completely free of charge! He even added dinner vouchers to ensure our evening was special.
The suite itself was absolutely stunning - immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and provided the perfect sanctuary for our family to recover and rest. The hotel's attention to detail, from the elegant decor to the comfortable beds, exceeded all expectations.
In a day filled with cruel and uncaring customer service elsewhere, Joe and the NoMad team showed us what true hospitality looks like. They transformed what could have been a terrible memory into a powerful lesson for my children about kindness and empathy. This is hands-down the only place I'll stay when visiting Las Vegas. Thank you, Joe and NoMad, for being a bright light on one of our darkest days!

Enjoying my MGM visit although disappointed that I didn't get all the benefit credits I thought I was due but management made my trip a pleasant one. Old room but comfortable with a tub in the bedroom. Awesome view of the City. Staff responded quickly to my needs. Plenty of restaurants inside the hotel shared by Park MGM. A shopping district nearby is also walking distance to CVS. So far so good!!

Great location close to the main attractions. The hotel is new, super well decorated.

Got a room on the floor just before the penthouse, and it was fantastic. Great layout, high ceilings, great attention to detail. Bed was comfy, bathtub was giant and relaxing, and having separate room for the toilet and shower was a nice touch.
Staff were friendly, attentive, and available 24/7. Housecleaning was meticulous. Stayed there for a work conference, but would do so again next time I'm in Vegas for personal travel

Very pet friendly, the most pet friendly hotel on the strip. I like that when you enter, you can walk directly to the elevators and don't need do walk through any casino area first. This is especially helpful if you have a small dog and trying to walk through the casino to get to the elevators. The staff are friendly, the rooms are big. I like that there is a powder room and then a separate shower and second sink area. Hotel is conveniently located by Mgm and strip. The gym is also a decent sized gym, especially for a hotel gym. Will definitely continue to stay here as I travel with my dog. You'll also see lots of other dogs here :)

Throughout our stay, service was excellent. Ryan checked me in; he was professional, personable, and, although I was about two hours early, he found a room for (exhausted) me. The room was stylish, clean, comfortable and had a lovely Strip view. The next day, I got lost in the hotel (I kept turning down corridors that did not seem to lead anywhere). I asked a cleaner for directions, and he personally took me where I needed to be.
We had a gazebo at one of the Park pool; food and service were excellent.
My only issue arose because the hotel (formerly the Monte Carlo) is older. Our room was at the end of the hall (no problem, we are walkers/hikers). But the farther we walked down the hall to our room, the more intense the smell of mold/mildew. Fortunately the smell was not in our room, so it was a minor annoyance.
The Nomad and Park casinos are small, but the property is smoke free. We tried gambling at other casinos, but returned always to the "fresh air" of the Park/Nomad.
I am staying again in January, and looking forward to it very much.
PS: If you're wondering why sometimes I say "I", sometimes "we", my husband joined me on the second day of my stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded to a Grande Suite which was well appointed. The room had a very home-like feel while still being luxurious. The linens were high quality. The view of the strip was beautiful. The only drawback to our room was the mattress. It was not very comfortable and we could feel the inner springs.
