I am disabled. Ican't stand for long periods of time. I called for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. They time is they'd be there at 3pm. I had called at 245. We waited. And waited some more. I called them back twice and was told they were on their way, just picking up other travelers. My legs were giving out and a police officer was telling us we couldn't wait where we were told to wait. Nearly an hour after we called for the shuttle we ended up taking an Uber back.
Hotel is very nice. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Only reason I didn’t give them five stars was that the airport shuttle did not show up as promised and after waiting nearly an hour late at night, we ended up taking a cab.
We stayed for just a night but the room was clean and spacious. The lobby and staff was welcoming. Made it easy to set up transport to the airport. Only downfall was only one elevator was working so it took a while in the evening to get on.
Wonderful staff! Staff is friendly and helpful! Couldn't ask for anything more.
