Best Western Plus South Henderson Hotel

The property is just not as nice as expected. Not up to Best Western standards.

Overall the hotel is great - amazing breakfast and front desk staff was so nice and tried to help but during a heatwave 108degrees the a/c in my room was blowing coolish - like warm air so I essentially woke up sweating with headache which made the following day (the reason I came) quite difficult. I have terrible sinuses so if the weather is scorching cold a/c is crucial for me. The next morning I brought it to the attention of the front again, another kind lady at reception came up herself to try to manually reset it and it worked for about 15 minutes then started blowing warmish air again. At that point seemed really pointless to switch rooms bc I didn't want to be 'that' needy nagging customer since it wasn't really insisted upon. I do feel that paying $140 for midnight check-in and check-out 12 hours later, working A/C in Las Vegas should be a reasonable expectation and accomodation so there is that. I stopped at reception after checkout to discuss it again but there was unfortunately a bathroom break sign so I waited for 10-12 minutes and then just took off bc I had to go. I try to be fair in my reviews in this case most everything was great unfortunately the #1 most important element (that being a/c) was totally unacceptable.
