We stayed in one of the condo units. The room appeared to have been recently updated, the bed was very comfortable, the balcony had two comfortable rocking chairs and a small table with a side view of the beach. All of the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful...especially DaQuan at the front desk. We arrived early and weren't sure if we'd be able to check in early but he was so helpful in finding a room that was available for us as well as giving us recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area!!

I just want to thank Cathy for all the help she provided in such a time of need!! I was So excited about my stay, loved the hotel, the room, and everything they had to offer an emergency happen and I couldn’t stay in the room so I needed to cancel and Cathy Took care of everything for me and made it pain-free in such a desperate time once again I would like to thank you so very much for everything you did in your help. I will definitely be coming back. And recommend this hotel to anyone, especially with your services, You’re awesome!!

Good clean room. On the beach. Nice parking garage. Elevators acted up I've day was kinda meh. Overall I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Nice pool balcony was nice

We went for a quick family trip! The condos are so spacious! Everything was clean and exceeded our expectations! The campus is beautiful! We appreciated being able to use all of the different pools on campus! The food and drinks by the pool were all delicious too! We are already planning our next trip!

I really expected more from this place. It looks so nice in photos but when we arrived to our suite it looked dated and the first problem was the TV and internet was off and the guy they sent up to resolve it was useless.
Then I wanted to go out on the patio and couldn't open it because it was stuck. I went to the master bedroom which had its own entrance to the balcony and it too was stuck. As I tried closing it I got cut because the outside handle was also broken and sharp.
I don't understand how they can rent a luxury suite at the rates they charge and not check that everything is in working order.
I mean even the TV remotes were missing the battery covers. They kept falling out as I was trying to get the TV to work. SMDH!
I'm not an over complaining person. It embarrasses me but they really need to do better or sell the business.

Front service was bad, no eye contact, no smiles and no saying any words but location and lodging was good. We had a wonderful time because Trip.com agent was a professional angle good service.

The bathroom is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable but there is no HBO. Was promised a king size room with oceanview but instead got a wide view of the parking lot.

When I walked in to the condo, it was like everything wonderful. More than I had expected, clean, fresh, organized and we'll taken care of. Just like the pictures had shown. I will be planning at the palms for my next vacation. I give u 4 stars just for relaxation alone.

Very clean inside, great amenities such as: multiple bars, restaurants, and pools. My only negative point would be you're on your own when you get here. We didn't see one staff member the entire stay and good luck getting anyone on the phone. We actually had to walk next store to a Hilton to pay a staff member to help us with our bags.
