Reasonably big and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and the restaurant in the hotel was great with live music every night.

Very clean hotel. It is in a wonderful location in relation to area attractions. I will say, however, that the free shuttle from the hotel is spotty at best. One night we called for a pickup within the shuttles area and ended up waiting long enough just to catch an uber. I arrived here on trip for my employer, unfortunately i so did about 75 other people. To ease the suffering, they offered free wine and beer. Every where. Proximity to amazing restaurants and venues. My room had a king size bed, a couch, and a deck. This location had a live music show each night i was there. I would stay here again.

Great location! Walking distance to restaurants, the park (see the Parthenon!), nice views. Rooms are smallish but comfortable. The bed was just right and the bathroom was a good size. Iron in the room is a plus. The restaurant and coffee bar in the lobby aren't bad either.

Rented parking for a week. The desk clerk was very knowledgeable and got us on our way quickly. Shuttle driver was extremely attentive and made the short ride safely. Great experience!

Stayed here as a last minute diversion. Staff was extremely helpful. Rooms were quiet and updated. Beds were some of the more comfortable hotel beds I have slept in. I wish they had a normal breakfast in the morning, instead of a restaurant. Overall good experience.

I was only able to stay for a weekend and it was a great experience. The staff are very nice, they have a lot of amenities, their food is great. The chef would walk around asking if everything you were eating was ok. The rooms were very clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable. I will be going back soon and taking the family with me this time.

I love this hotel, and I love the food in their restaurant! The shuttle downtown is a big bonus, and so convenient. Rooms well stocked and clean. This is a great hotel with excellent management and a location convenient to Vanderbilt. All employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. The 2-room suite was perfect for our little family. The bed was clean and comfortable. Wifi worked quickly and reliably. We would definitely stay here again if (when?) we're back at Vanderbilt.

I only frequent this place for the Starbucks and the use of their lobby. It is in an old bank building and is quite nice. The only thing that ruins it (in my opinion) is the modern Nashville pop-country music they play, but I guess that's for the benefit of the tourists.

Great location in Nashville... great customer service from staff... BUT... only one elevator worked the whole time we were there and i ordered lunch and they forgot to put my order in while I was sitting in the dining area...

Good rooms and convenient location. This hotel has excellent potential but falls short in several ways. My check in was awful. The front desk folks didn't offer one bit of information about where and when was breakfast, is there a gym, the elevators or wifi info. That's despite 3 people standing there doing nothing. The rooms were very clean upon arrival. The team was very attentive and helped me with an early check-in. The amenities were nice and the view from the 12th floor to the Cumberland was great. The manager even reached out to make sure my stay was according to plan. Great breakfast buffet too.

When I worked at the Omni Hotel my team often ordered for the bar. The also gave us a discount with every order. The atmosphere was always pleasant. I was always greeted with courtesy and offered a beverage, free, with every wait. Although I no longer work at the Omni I now live up the street. Every now and then I stop by.

We got there had water for a little bit 90persent of our stay no water thrn when it came on we didn't have hot water so we couldn't take a shower

The Place looks clean and the employees provided great customer service. They offer long term parking for $7 per day. Better than the airport parking lot.

While staying here we dined at the in hotel restaurant and we were very well taken care of. Even though my group may have been there a little long and drank a little much the staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs and food / drink orders. The rooms were clean and no noticeable dirt, mold, or dust was found in the room. I would stay here again if I go back to Nashville.

They gave me a complimentary sweet! My housekeeper gave me all the coffee and tea I needed and the front desk people were super accommodating. I love the pool and I love the outdoor patio to enjoy soaking up the Sun. Finding a parking spot was never a problem and even though there wasn't a free breakfast at this hotel they had a snack bar with deli sandwiches and other cold options to buy.

Pros: Very reasonable rates in a quiet area. Clean and smelled nice. Comfortable bed. Free breakfast. Friendly staff. Was a nice hotel. Nothing spectacular about it. Reason why not 4 stars, the cleaning lady knocks on the door at 9:00 am and if you don't answer because your sleeping she will open the door and walk in anyway.

Perfect place to stay! Incredibly friendly staff and clean, well kept rooms. The location makes it cheaper and quieter than downtown but still close to everything. Take a run down music row and through the Vanderbilt campus. Definitely hit Hattie Bs Hot Chicken but order ahead for pick up to avoid the line.

This hotel is located only ten minutes by foot from Vanderbilt University in the middle of many good restaurants and within walking distance from downtown. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. There is free breakfast in the morning. Great staff will take good care of you. Note the parking is $25 per day, but worth leaving the car there and walk around Nashville.

Definitely one of the more run down holiday inns I've stayed at and I've stayed at a lot, current Spire Elite member. Had to try 3 rooms before I found one that AC worked in.
