The room is very large, clean and quiet. It is only one street away from Vanderbilt University. Many parents who come to send their children to school stay in the hotel.

Very satisfactory hotel, the family suite is fully equipped, the bedding is clean and comfortable, there is a TV sofa in the reception area, and the kitchen has an induction cooker, refrigerator and dining table. It is especially suitable for family stays. In short, I will choose to stay in this hotel again

The biggest advantage is that it is across the street from Vanderbilt University, which is very convenient for visiting the school. The room was not cleaned properly and the kitchen sink was dirty. The location was excellent...close to Vanderbilt Medical Center and University. The check-in was quick and easy. There were several great food choices nearby. The Parthenon was a short walk away. The breakfast was the usual fare at other hotels. Overall, we would stay there again.

Had a great experience. We stayed to go to a concert in Nashville and it was perfect. The evening snack time was a wonderful treat, showers were awesome and the beds were super comfortable! Would absolutely recommend it!

Cons: Very dated; the tv in the room is a CRT, typical hotel lamps and fixtures with cheap furniture. Limited and oddly arranged parking in some places. Our room was hard to find on the property. Overall: A pleasant stay at a good price, just nothing extra or noteworthy.

We gathered here for a military reunion. The place was great. The patio area was perfect for hanging out and catching up and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Great hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit, cereal, bagels, etc.). Place was super clean and beds were very comfortable.

Conveniently located near the airport. The rooms are well equipped with everything needed. The full kitchen is nice to have and room layout is great for working and lounging. My family and I had a wonderful 4 night stay! Yaya, Alexis, and Anthony took good care of us! The property is clean and offers free breakfast, and a very nice bar in the lobby with outside seating for an evening cocktail. Great place to stay!

We had a King Suite. It was updated, very clean and very quiet. The front desk staff were so polite and helpful with directions. We will plan on staying there again next year.

This was a really nice place! Loved the full suite-like feel of the place. Well lit parking with 24 hour on-site security. Pet-friendly, quiet, friendly staff. This place was nicely located on the edge of town near the highway with places to eat and get gas nearby as well. Comfortable beds, clean rooms! Great stay!

Chad is the star of this location. He is a joy! Slightly outdated building. Maid service was spotty, did not exchange or wash used glasses/cups, did not take all dirty towels on 4/29. Lisa is the best breakfast room attendant, very friendly. Coffee is really bad

The rooms are fine enough. BUT THE STAFF! I thought this was a quality buy based on the hospitality alone. I don’t say that often - even in 5 star hotels. The breakfast is also REALLY good. Whatever this hotel lacked it was made up for with smiles and care behind the front desk. Kudos to the team and management staff. It really is a lost art. A+

Very nice hotel, a comfortable room, close to downtown (within walking distance), and good breakfast (in case you consider the fact that you are in the USA, where they can not prepare good breakfast at hotels)

We had a good stay. It is one of the only options for a family of 5 because you can get 2 queen beds and 1 hideaway bed. Breakfast in the lobby is nothing special, but it is a perk. We were able to walk to many places nearby.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Lobby is excellent to hang out while waiting for groans to join. Pool looked amazing unforgettable I was so busy I didn't get a chance to use it. I will definitely stay they're again.

The staff at the hotel were great. The hotel itself was a different story. The hotel was farther from the Broadway ***** than we thought, but that was on us. The hotel did provide shuttle service to and from  the *****. The hotel needs to be up greater a bit. The doors to our room were damaged and the bathtub had a big patch in it. The bathroom had no exhaust fan so that should speak for itself....

A very unique hotel I loved the price. I loved the restaurant downstairs in the pool. The only thing that I didn’t like was the quality of the rooms.

Great hotel, very clean with very nice staff. Quiet rooms, no hint of the road noise outside or fellow guests in the halls. Very close to the Bridgestone arena, where we walked (10 minute walk) for a concert. Located near lots of great restaurants and bars you can walk to so there is no need to move your car around. Good rooms and convenient location. This hotel has excellent potential but falls short in several ways. My check in was awful. The front desk folks didn't offer one bit of information about where and when was breakfast, is there a gym, the elevators or wifi info. That's despite 3 people standing there doing nothing. The rooms were very clean upon arrival. The team was very attentive and helped me with an early check-in. The amenities were nice and the view from the 12th floor to the Cumberland was great. The manager even reached out to make sure my stay was according to plan. Great breakfast buffet too.

Had a good time visiting there for the day the rooms were clean and spacious I didn’t have an issue there with noise. I was there on a Sunday. They have a nice bar and a good breakfast. Staff was great few miles away from the strip no problem getting Uber fast.

We have stayed here a few times when flying out of Nashville Airport early in the mornings. The rooms are always clean and the staff are always friendly. Their restaurant/bar is amazing and we have always been very pleased with everything. This is very close to the airport especially long term parking where we park.

Nice hotel, but could and should be better. Service lady at the reception was not that welcoming. Rooms are big but the coffee machine belongs to 19th century. Other then that, stayed for only one night to get early to my flight, and the shuttle at 3:30 am was efficient and on time

This hotel has had the bare minimum done to keep it a three-star hotel, but it has presently lost its ability to be a four-star hotel. From the entrance, to the lobby, to the elevators, to my room, to the bathroom (with the terrible shower that wouldn’t drain- yuck!), and the room that was just clean, but only so.
