Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, Nashville1 / 50
8.7
Nashville, 2800 Opryland Drive 🧭 Map
This is, in my opinion, probably the best place to stay to do Nashville, if you can afford it. The location, away from downtown, provides a degree of tranquil in a spectacular tropical greenhouse setting with cascades and exotic plants and trees and every facility you could want. The Grand Ole Opry venue is just a few minutes walk away and the downtown attractions are easily accessible by car, shuttle...
The resort is just amazing. The rooms are fantastic. Several different restaurants and bars to choose from. Soundwaves (water park) was a blast and the lines weren't too long. You must take some time and walk through the atrium. We definitely will be coming back.
This is one review among many, but absolutely deserving of the 5 stars. This hotel is by far the coolest place I’ve ever stayed. The rooms and location are great what you would expect- they are good and nothing to complain about. Yet the atmosphere of this place is so cool! We also did SoundWaves as part of our reservation and it was well worth it. This was a great experience for me and my family
Parking was easy. Great signage and the staff directed us to the self parking area closest to our room . It was perfect!! Our room had and balcony viewing the atrium! Wow what a beautiful place. The waterfalls were so peaceful and the sound of running water reminded me of many tropical vacations we have experienced. We live in the area and will most definitely be planning additional stays. Just loved...
Visited here for a dance competition. Felt like we were at Disney! The resort is unreal. It's gorgeous, huge, and clean! So many options for food (loved the food trucks), shopping, and entertainment (there's even a boat ride through their indoor river). Definitely worth a visit just to experience the magic of it.
Overall had a really pleasant stay here. The gardens are absolutely magnificent and it’s fun how they are all intertwined with all of the rooms. If you have an inside facing room, you should have a small balcony looking on to the gardens which is fun to people watch from. The views all around make you feel like you’re in a lush tropical environment. Be prepared though, to be charged for everything...

Omni Nashville Hotel
Nashville, 250 Rep. John Lewis Way South 🧭 Map
The hotel is located near everything downtown. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They will go above and beyond to assist their guests. And the rooms are very clean the beds are comfortable and the shower huge! Plus the restaurants are excellent and bar lines is my main place to get a drink and listen to live music.
Went for a charity event being held here. The event was awesome. The service from the hotel was good. Great place for an event. The only negative thing was the staff started taking down everything 1 second after the allotted time. Everyone was trying to leave and they were working around people.
Food was fantastic as usual. The hot lobster was off the chart. Service was SLOOOOOW. Over 50 minutes after we ordered. Waiter was great. Food was awesome so 4 stars.
The Omni Nashville is casual luxury. The rooms are beautiful! The staff is always smiling! You feel at home when you walk through the doors! There is something for everyone. You can get dolled up and have an elegant dinner at Bob's, have some upscale southern comfort food at Kitchen Notes, or head over to Barlines if you want to let your hair down. Bar lines has live Music, elevated bar food, and...
Probably the nicest hotel in Nashville. The location is very convenient just off the the Broadway strip. Beds are super comfortable and the rooms are very nicely appointed. The lobby is beautiful and the hotel has fabulous bars and restaurants. This is our preferred hotel when staying in downtown Nashville.
Very nice hotel. Only issue we had was how quick the staff was to take away refreshments. If we were supposed to have snacks at 2:15 then they were gone by 2:45. If you didn't get a chance to get more in that 30 minutes too bad. The conference room I was in was freezing but the others were not. There were other conferences happening at the same time but you couldn't tell because the facilities are...

Nashville, 611 Commerce Street 🧭 Map
My stay was great!! I had an AMAZING view. The bed was so comfortable. FROM VALET SERVICE TO CHECK IN TO MY CHECK IN WAS VERY SMOOTH AND NOT Stressful. Plus, I love to relax and admire the stunning views from my room. I'm a Vanderbilt heart patient, so it's very relaxing, calming when I can sit by the window and relax. I hope I will have the pleasure of staying here again.
It looks like any other Renaissance Hotel I’ve stayed at. The rooms had plenty of space in the living area and in the bathroom. The reason for three stars is because of the staff we encountered. As soon as we pulled up the valet acted rude and like we weren’t “good” enough to stay there. They kept telling us all of our parking options even though I said I’d like to valet my car repeatedly. After they...
One of the top three hotels we stayed at in 2017. The staff went above and beyond during our stay for the eclipse in Nashville. The VIP lounge was wonderful. A very relaxing spot for morning coffee and reading the morning paper. Our room, pool/gym and showers were all very clean and towels were kept supplied. Staff in every area of the hotel were friendly and accomidating. We are planning a visit...
One of the best hotel stays we have had in a long time. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. The views are great and this hotel is within walking distance of all the Nashville sites. We even got the late night room service and the food was great! The rooms are very well insulated for noise. There is plenty of space to work downstairs and the bridge is a great place to get some work done with your...
The hotel was clean and the staff was very courteous. Check is super fast. Room service was excellent. There is an active construction site next door. Our room faced the site and the noise wasn't too bad. On Saturday morning at 7am, they used explosives on the construction site which rattled the windows. I wish the hotel would notify guests before hand so you don't jump out of bed.
Came for 3 day conference, the beds are soft and view is phenomenal. Staff is very kind and thoughtful. I do not have any noise complaints but I was on the 16th floor so that's my thought process. Very nice hotel

The property is close to the downtown area without feeling like you’re too much in the middle of the chaos that can be Nashville. Our room was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. Lovely sky bar.
Location is great, close to everything. A very chill area. Very cool design of the lobby, pretty awe inspiring. Delicious breakfast egg&bacon croissants. Must try. Loved the square mirror light in the bathroom and the view is lovely! And oh, the blue chair is just the best🥲 to get cozy in after a long day🤗. Loved the vibe and service was great. I only wish I knew the pool was closed. And sadly during...
Good location.. and good sized rooms. Internet was terrible, bathroom was small and dated. Lounge was tiny and had very little. You are paying for the location when other hotels are more updated and a better value. I won’t be staying here again.
This was a very nice place to visit. The hotel was very clean and decorated nicely. Everyone except a few people working were so helpful. Day was working the counter service and he handled a situation perfectly! We were happy how quickly and kindly Day took our matter. The bartender was very friendly as well. He made us feel welcomed, talked about his self and suggested places to visit while in Nashville...
Very nice rooms, bar area and dining area. Outdoor staff helping us get a shuttle or car service, very nice and helpful. Disappointed in lack of friendliness, customer service at check in and the restaurant. The bartenders were friendly and customer oriented. Our wait staff, the morning we had breakfast, was not very attentive, not very pleasant. Location of hotel was very convenient.
I didn't personally stay here, if I do I will update my review. My husband and I stopped here to see the elevators in person.. They are so cool! :) we rode up and back down.. if we go back we will eat at the restaurant for sure.. it is a little scary going up in the elevator if you are afraid of heights, but it's so awesome. They also have a library, pool table and bar on the bottom floor off of the...

Perfectly place in downtown Nashville. This is one of my favorite hotels. Absolutely beautifully done, large valet area to keep you off the street. I always get the corner king which leaves you with stunning views of the Nashville area, glass from floor to ceiling, even in the bathroom. If I could change anything I would add a couple more elevators. During the busy times it can take a little bit...
Rooms are nice and clean. For such a large hotel their service is really good. The restaurant for breakfast is excellent and the steakhouse in the hotel is very good. I was impressed and also didn’t feel like we got gouged with the rates. They have amenities that a lot of hotels don’t offer anymore like a bell hop that brings up the bags to the room.
Very nice hotel. Needs some upgrades on furniture in rooms (dresser had wood breaking off) but they were still nice. Service was fantastic everywhere in the hotel and restaurants. Xzavion was our server at Bourbon Steak and he was fabulous. It was our anniversary and everyone there made it so special.
Our room was fabulous - clean and spacious enough, with a great view - and every Marriott team member with whom we interacted was delightful. Tammy and Tyler at the pool were friendly and attentive, and the pool was great. Pool chairs go quickly, but we enjoyed ourselves hanging out at the pool bar. The upstairs bar/steakhouse was fantastic, and instead of serving bread with entrees, the steakhouse...
JW is an amazing place to stay!!! My fiancee and I got engaged on 7/2; we informed the staff at JW during our stay 7/2-7/3 and they made our day unforgettable. As a surprise they sent us macaroons and a bottle of wine to our room. The staff was amazing and accommodating. Beautiful property, very nice rooms with all the amenities you would expect. Very near airport and interstate, Opry Mills, and other attractions. We stayed at hotel for a corporate conference. Highly recommend the junior King suite. Loved the walk in shower. Rooms, meeting rooms and banquet rooms were all comfortable and cozy and the food was superb. Will definitely stay here again!
The Music City Sheraton is one of the best hotels in Nashville. The staff are extremely nice, and the facilities have just been renovated. Their hotel rooms are great and their convention space is very spacious. I've been attending conventions at the Sheraton fir over 5 years, and I've always had a good experience.
Gorgeous hotel and great location. We stayed here for my son's hockey tournament and it was great. The rooms were very spacious- big enough for our family of 5. The indoor pool was perfect for the kids, but the outside one looked really nice (we stayed in March so it was too cold). The staff were very pleasant.
awesome hotel. Comfy rooms and brings in the home feeling. Older structure, which was in the middle of updates and Reno. But it was amazing hotel very friendly staff and very attentive to you and your needs. I am sure once it's all renovated it will only be even a step above. Only down side I can say is the restaurant inside the hotel was dead as can be idk if it was cause it was 8pm when we got there...
Very nice and clean room. I was on the 3rd floor with a balcony. You can tell this hotel has existed for awhile. The elevators and doors to the room was a little dated on technology. close to the airport with food options close by, although restaurant bar in hotel was good so we didn’t eat out. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful with lots of choice. Free transfer to and from airport was a bonus and all the staff we encountered were lovely and extremely helpful.
Hotel was very nice. I booked at last minute for a trip. Front desk was very courteous and helpful. Room was comfortable. They have a nice little pool, workout room and on site laundry. I think that's pretty standard these days. The tap house in the building was nice as didn't seem like there was anything within walking distance. Would stay here again.
My Dad attended a business conference at this hotel at the end of May. Rather unexpectedly he passed away, and our family had to come down to Nashville. He spoke highly of the hotel before his incident, and our experiences for a week and a bit afterwards were the same. The hotel is very clean and nice, but the staff were great (especially those in the restaurant). While I probably won't ever visit...
Very nice. The decor was beautiful, very comfortable bed and pillows. The room floors are hard wood and our room floors seemed to not have been swept. I figured it could have been one room forgotten, but that's the only negative thing experienced in our stay. There is also no microwave in the basic rooms, though there was a mini fridge.
Upon arrival the front desk folks where professional & personable when asked certain questions. The room was extremely clean & fresh. The Room Ambassador(s)(which includes room service) were attentive & friendly. & I truly love room service unless, I'm in a cabin/rv/chalet. Great job ya'lls (in my new blended ARK-MO-TN accent)😂😂🙃
Really wonderful place! Clean, safe, very affordable. Danny (woman) was amazing!! She was so sweet and helpful and made things so easy for us. She’s the best. Pet friendly and a huge grassy area for dogs to run around in and play. Plenty of parking ($20 per night).

We stayed at Loews Vanderbilt and absolutely loved it. The rooms were perfect. The lobby was beautiful and very inviting to the Xmas decorations to the complementary tea and water. The valet staff was the best anywhere. Although we didn’t have a car they drove us to our places we wanted to go and would pick us up when we called. Joe Day and I wish I remembered all their names were the best.
We hosted an event at Loews Nashville and had a great experience overall! The service was wonderful all around. The hotel team was incredibly hospitable. The Asian lady (sorry I didn't catch her name) who helped us check in. Very patient and friendly. The bed is very comfy. But the room has no fridge or microwave, which is inconvenient for a 6-night stay. The location was a bit far. Considering the price of the room, I could of paid like $40 more to stay closer to Broadway and saved on Ubers.
My wife and I stayed at Loews, for a trip that was a combination of both business and pleasure. From start to finish the hotel staff have been very pleasant and have done everything possible to ensure that our stay is the best that it can be. Any requests have been attended to without delay and always with a smile. We would most certainly stay again.

Hotel is old. Ceilings are low and rooms are cramped. They put me in an odd corner room that opens up into a bathroom the size of a closet. Lobby is decent yet dated. Best thing about the hotel is the Starbucks in the lobby.
Good hotel. Decent breakfast buffet that has your basics. Great staff that is willing to help out. The bathroom doors are a bit stranger and on sliders and had one break on me. Also had a sliding shower door fall off the track as well. Staff was great and moved us to another room without broken doors.
The hotel was nice and the bed was comfortable. We had no refrigerator in the room and I forgot how inconvenient that is. Enjoyed the bar, pretty outside area. Breakfast buffet was ok. Hotel is modern and updated unlike what it was a few years ago when I stayed here. The staff are friendly and it's nice to have the restaurant/bar in the hotel itself. It's centrally located so it's a very easy 10-15 minute drive anywhere in nashville.
Visited for a work conference. Very nice accommodations, lovely staff, great view straight into Vamderbilt's football stadium. Near good food and not terribly far from Music Row (maybe 2 miles?).
Good overall experience. Room service food was good. The self parking situation is confusing, and the elevator in the parking garage did not work--fortunately I had my smaller suitcase. Convenient for the VUMC campus. Now I know just to use the shuttle instead of driving.
Love the valet boys here! They’re so great and always have good attitudes no matter the weather or time of day! Keep it up!

The Roof Top Bar is great with live music from 6-9 pm on Wednesday-Sunday. The hotel is convenient for Broadway with all it's clubs and bars and restaurants.
Very nice hotel. Accommodating over holiday weekend with free late check out. Able to use hotel amenities when wanted to check in early. Outdoor bar and pool and cabanas. Very good drinks. Comfortable bed and pillow!
Very nice, clean hotel. Pool was beautiful and loved the view from the rooftop bar. Jarrett C in the valet area was so polite, and went above and beyond. Front desk was always so polite and helpful.
