Several different restaurants and bars to choose from. Soundwaves (water park) was a blast and the lines weren't too long. You must take some time and walk through the atrium. We definitely will be coming back

Yet the atmosphere of this place is so cool! We also did SoundWaves as part of our reservation and it was well worth it. This was a great experience for me and my family!

This is one review among many, but absolutely deserving of the 5 stars. This hotel is by far the coolest place I’ve ever stayed

The rooms and location are great what you would expect- they are good and nothing to complain about

The Grand Ole Opry venue is just a few minutes walk away and the downtown attractions are easily accessible by car, shuttle, Uber or taxi

The waterfalls were so peaceful and the sound of running water reminded me of many tropical vacations we have experienced. We live in the area and will most definitely be planning additional stays

The Omni Nashville is casual luxury. The rooms are beautiful! The staff is always smiling! You feel at home when you walk through the doors! There is something for everyone

If you are staying in the hotel, definitely take advantage of the spa! I can't wait to come back in the summer, and enjoy the pool deck! We will be back!

You can get dolled up and have an elegant dinner at Bob's, have some upscale southern comfort food at Kitchen Notes, or head over to Barlines if you want to let your hair down

Probably the nicest hotel in Nashville. The location is very convenient just off the the Broadway strip. Beds are super comfortable and the rooms are very nicely appointed

The lobby is beautiful and the hotel has fabulous bars and restaurants. This is our preferred hotel when staying in downtown Nashville

Bar lines has live Music, elevated bar food, and awesome bars with friendly staff

You can walk on Broadway and get in the action in 5 minutes. Beautiful hotel with good restaurants and rooftop bar. I loved the gym and pool facilities, I would just wish it would be warmer cause it was like 78

I would stay here a million times! It was AMAZING! We stayed for 4 nights over Labor Day weekend and would recommend it to everyone! This hotel is in a nice part of the city, close walking distance to all the action, and such a clean and top of the line hotel! Half the time we didn’t even want to leave the hotel because the it has nice restaurants and a beautiful rooftop pool with an AMAZING view!...

I was in the pool at 7 am and there were staff there wiping down every surface to prepare for the day. I attended a conference, and the meals provided were excellent

Staff was exceptionally friendly. Rooftop & pool views! Valet staff were welcoming even though we didn’t use valet services

I was weary to stay here due to a few poor reviews but I couldn't disagree with them more! This place was all around amazing! Very clean,beautiful and modern. All of the staff was extremely friendly

I had a beautiful view from my room and beds are very comfy. I would loved the restaurant to have better wine selection and more choice on the menu but it was still acceptable

My wife and I stayed in 115 for a week. The maintenance man is a really nice man. Reminds me of a motel i stayed at in Wisconsin dells growing up. Pool was nice on the hot days

Room was newer remodeled and beds were comfortable. Towels were a little small but it was just a place to sleep for cheap

They do not seem secure and could easily be kicked in. There was also a large police bust happening when we arrived LOL. The room was relatively clean, there were no bugs and linens/towels were laundered

Even though the location could be a little better, I still love this place. The front desk clerk was helpful and patient; and, I met a beautiful lady there and she was just as nice as she could possibly be

Room were nice considering it's a motel. Drifter was outside our window on the phone talking loud for 30 min. Continental breakfast needs work. Just coffee, juice, cereal and stale honey buns

Felt uneasy about staying here. The gentleman who checked us in was very polite. However, the room made us nervous. The integrity of the doors to the outside left something to be desired

There were plenty of towels in addition to little shampoo, conditioner,soap and lotion bottles

Curtains had option of light curtains to let some sun light in or thick to keep the room darker if you like to sleep in which is needed sometimes 😊 and of course the coffee/tea maker with creamer and sugar if needed

The bed was extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows some soft and some more sturn your preference. It had and sofa in room as well as microwave and fridge. Also had closet complete with iron board and hangers

Although the location is in a somewhat rougher area it was quiet and there are many food options and gas stations near by. Location also within about 8 mins from downtown Nashville

I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times and have always had a great experience. The staff is always wonderful and friendly and helpful with any questions one could have

Rooms as well appointed, but location on the highway without any grounds around it made it a bit unpleasant tho stay in (you are right on the highway)

I'm a Vanderbilt heart patient, so it's very relaxing, calming when I can sit by the window and relax. I hope I will have the pleasure of staying here again

It looks like any other Renaissance Hotel I’ve stayed at. The rooms had plenty of space in the living area and in the bathroom. The reason for three stars is because of the staff we encountered

As soon as we pulled up the valet acted rude and like we weren’t “good” enough to stay there. They kept telling us all of our parking options even though I said I’d like to valet my car repeatedly

I really can't complain about my stay in any way other than that I had to leave

For such a large hotel their service is really good. The restaurant for breakfast is excellent and the steakhouse in the hotel is very good. I was impressed and also didn’t feel like we got gouged with the rates

During the busy times it can take a little bit to get one in the lobby but normally it isn't a problem. Love this place and looking forward to coming back

Tammy and Tyler at the pool were friendly and attentive, and the pool was great. Pool chairs go quickly, but we enjoyed ourselves hanging out at the pool bar

Perfectly place in downtown Nashville. This is one of my favorite hotels. Absolutely beautifully done, large valet area to keep you off the street

I always get the corner king which leaves you with stunning views of the Nashville area, glass from floor to ceiling, even in the bathroom. If I could change anything I would add a couple more elevators

LOVED the JW Marriott Nashville! Incredible stay. Ate at the Stompin Grounds for breakfast and the bar was a great place to grab a cocktail. The rooms were clean and very nice. Would go back to Nashville to stay here

If you were standing there too long they would offer you water or anything else to make you comfortable. The staff were so helpful, warm, welcoming and willing to make any adjustments to make your stay unforgettable

At this point in my life, it was worth every penny, but I know a younger, less affluent version of me would have been constantly stressed while staying here because I hadn't factored in all the outside expenses

The rooms were updated, clean and spacious. The rooftop was gorgeous as my fiancée proposed to me on the rooftop of this hotel. The staff were amazing and took photos for us as our family was not there

We had a king suit on the 17th floor and had a beautiful wrap around view of the cumberland river. The bed was comfortable and all the linens in the room felt luxurious

The location was great, less than a five minute ( flat )walk to Broadway. All the amenities at the hotel were above and beyond, the fitness center even had a Peloton!

Room was a good size and there were enough spaces for all of us to get ready at the same time. The curtains were super blackout curtains. Cd party all night and sleep as long as we wanted

Great service! Nice Staff! Clean Rooms! Beautiful Rooms! Only downside is my significant other and I went to the pool to relax in the hot tub and there were young children with floaties and goggles

I booked at last minute for a trip. Front desk was very courteous and helpful. They have a nice little pool, workout room and on site laundry. I think that's pretty standard these days

He spoke highly of the hotel before his incident, and our experiences for a week and a bit afterwards were the same. The hotel is very clean and nice, but the staff were great (especially those in the restaurant)

While I probably won't ever visit this hotel again, and perhaps even Nashville. I'd highly recommend it to others. Thank you again for the help you gave us during an extremely hard time

My Dad attended a business conference at this hotel at the end of May. Rather unexpectedly he passed away, and our family had to come down to Nashville

The tap house in the building was nice as didn't seem like there was anything within walking distance

Excellent location for a game or to the downtown area. Shuttle service every half hour to downtown, Raul the shuttle driver was great. We were here to experience music row and had a great time.

later again we went back and were told we weren't on the list and would now just be put on after waiting for a few hours past check in time it was getting silly that others arriving after us were getting rooms who should have been on the list after us

But our rooms took hours to get ready when we arrived we were put on a list and advised to come back a while later. we did and rooms still weren't ready

They messed up but did apologise after we complained

We stayed here when the snow and ice covered Nashville after an Avenged Sevenfold concert at Bridgestone Arena in January. This was one of the best Hotel experiences we've had

The hotel was clean and the location is very close to Broadway which was great! There was a full breakfast (had a good amount of options)and a happy hour which was a plus! The pool/hot tub was very clean and great for taking laps or just hanging out

One downside of the hotel was the housekeeping. They came into the room but only provided towels and changed the soap bar, but did not clean any surfaces or tidy up anything

What a great place to have a drink by the pool and listen to live music! The customer service desk gave me a toothbrush and deodorant since I forgot mine at home

I travel a lot and this is probably one of the best places I have stayed. From D'Angelo at the front desk and all the other amazing and very friendly front desk staff to Casey, Reno and Kevin at the bar

The rooms were clean, and freshly painted! Our door was so hard to open but it was kind of funny and made us happy they are thorough in their cleaning! We had a very nice view of downtown from our room

Here for an company sales conference. The facilities are clean and fresh. The views on the conference floor are good. The room is adequately comfortable. It's a good choice on the heart of Nashville

New hotel, 4 years old, good facilities. Breakfast is available at $15. 00 + tax and is self-service offering cereals, yoghurts, breads, bagels, cooked breakfast, but very little fruit

Starting with JT our concierge- JT was so knowledgeable and helpful. He made amazing recommendations and made the special moments happen for the birthday girl and our friends who also flew in to celebrate with us

The rest of the staff were also very welcoming and made everyone feel like they could relax. 🧇 The hotel had a very nice restaurant that unfortunately we only took advantage of for breakfast room service one day

The selection was respectable! ☕️ They also have a little cafe in the hotel which I would recommend going to Starbucks across the street unless you prefer very citrus forward coffee

The pastries on the other hand were tasty! Overall, this was a great spot (The Gulch Area) to be. Thank you again to the Thompson staff for making this a very memorable trip

Had a wonderful weekend trip to Nashville. This Gulch centric hotel is perfectly positioned between many restaurants and shops, scooter distance to most downtown attractions

This was our first time in Nashville and we were lucky enough to stay at the Thompson. An amazing location within walking distance of Broadway and so many great restaurants

Room was great and we really liked the coffee / breakfast / drink / bar counter at the elevators. A really nice location that lets you access the main strip in Nashville but also cool parts of town like East Nashville

Lobby bartender and musicians were friendly and welcoming. Room had firm but very comfortable mattress. Robes in closet were a nice touch. The personal care shampoo and body lotions in the bathroom were top tier

if we go back we will eat at the restaurant for sure. it is a little scary going up in the elevator if you are afraid of heights, but it's so awesome

The interior of the hotel is gorgeous. I fell in love with the decor in the lobby. This beauty carried over to the corner room that we stayed in with floor to ceiling windows on both walls

My visit was amazing because I felt welcomed the minute I spoke to David who helped me make my reservation. I called three times within fifteen minutes and he was so kind on every call

The Hilton Nashville Green Hills is a very clean, elegant, quiet and comfortable facility. The staff are well trained and great communicators

The room was large and the bathroom was lovely. The shower made me want to make changes to mine at home. Speaking of the bathroom the water pressure in the shower is everything lol

The hotel staff was accommodating and quickly responded to any concerns. The parking garage is secure and well lit. The location is convenient and in a quiet area

Great location! Great room! Clean and quiet corner suite. In walking distact of high-end shopping and dining. Downside was that parking was an extra 23
