Several different restaurants and bars to choose from. Soundwaves (water park) was a blast and the lines weren't too long. You must take some time and walk through the atrium. We definitely will be coming back

This is one review among many, but absolutely deserving of the 5 stars. This hotel is by far the coolest place I’ve ever stayed

The rooms and location are great what you would expect- they are good and nothing to complain about

The Grand Ole Opry venue is just a few minutes walk away and the downtown attractions are easily accessible by car, shuttle, Uber or taxi

Yet the atmosphere of this place is so cool! We also did SoundWaves as part of our reservation and it was well worth it. This was a great experience for me and my family!

The nativity set outside looks like it has been refurbished, and the whole array of decorations is breathtaking. This place is my favorite Christmas tradition

The Omni Nashville is casual luxury. The rooms are beautiful! The staff is always smiling! You feel at home when you walk through the doors! There is something for everyone

If you are staying in the hotel, definitely take advantage of the spa! I can't wait to come back in the summer, and enjoy the pool deck! We will be back!

You can get dolled up and have an elegant dinner at Bob's, have some upscale southern comfort food at Kitchen Notes, or head over to Barlines if you want to let your hair down

Probably the nicest hotel in Nashville. The location is very convenient just off the the Broadway strip. Beds are super comfortable and the rooms are very nicely appointed

The lobby is beautiful and the hotel has fabulous bars and restaurants. This is our preferred hotel when staying in downtown Nashville

Bar lines has live Music, elevated bar food, and awesome bars with friendly staff

One of the top three hotels we stayed at in 2017. The staff went above and beyond during our stay for the eclipse in Nashville. A very relaxing spot for morning coffee and reading the morning paper

Our room, pool/gym and showers were all very clean and towels were kept supplied. Staff in every area of the hotel were friendly and accomidating

My stay was great!! I had an AMAZING view. FROM VALET SERVICE TO CHECK IN TO MY CHECK IN WAS VERY SMOOTH AND NOT Stressful. Plus, I love to relax and admire the stunning views from my room

I'm a Vanderbilt heart patient, so it's very relaxing, calming when I can sit by the window and relax. I hope I will have the pleasure of staying here again

As soon as we pulled up the valet acted rude and like we weren’t “good” enough to stay there. They kept telling us all of our parking options even though I said I’d like to valet my car repeatedly

I would stay here a million times! It was AMAZING! We stayed for 4 nights over Labor Day weekend and would recommend it to everyone! This hotel is in a nice part of the city, close walking distance to all the action, and such a clean and top of the line hotel! Half the time we didn’t even want to leave the hotel because the it has nice restaurants and a beautiful rooftop pool with an AMAZING view!...

You can walk on Broadway and get in the action in 5 minutes. Beautiful hotel with good restaurants and rooftop bar. I loved the gym and pool facilities, I would just wish it would be warmer cause it was like 78

I was in the pool at 7 am and there were staff there wiping down every surface to prepare for the day. I attended a conference, and the meals provided were excellent

Staff was exceptionally friendly. Rooftop & pool views! Valet staff were welcoming even though we didn’t use valet services

I was weary to stay here due to a few poor reviews but I couldn't disagree with them more! This place was all around amazing! Very clean,beautiful and modern. All of the staff was extremely friendly

I had a beautiful view from my room and beds are very comfy. I would loved the restaurant to have better wine selection and more choice on the menu but it was still acceptable

I only wish I knew the pool was closed. And sadly during our visit, the place at the very top, was also closed

Loved the square mirror light in the bathroom and the view is lovely! And oh, the blue chair is just the best🥲 to get cozy in after a long day🤗. Loved the vibe and service was great

I didn't personally stay here, if I do I will update my review. My husband and I stopped here to see the elevators in person. They are so cool! :) we rode up and back down

if we go back we will eat at the restaurant for sure. it is a little scary going up in the elevator if you are afraid of heights, but it's so awesome

He made us feel welcomed, talked about his self and suggested places to visit while in Nashville. The drinks were good and stuffed chicken fingers at the bar were good. The rooms are very spacious and well kept

Very nice rooms, bar area and dining area. Outdoor staff helping us get a shuttle or car service, very nice and helpful. Disappointed in lack of friendliness, customer service at check in and the restaurant

LOVED the JW Marriott Nashville! Incredible stay. Ate at the Stompin Grounds for breakfast and the bar was a great place to grab a cocktail. The rooms were clean and very nice. Would go back to Nashville to stay here

For such a large hotel their service is really good. The restaurant for breakfast is excellent and the steakhouse in the hotel is very good. I was impressed and also didn’t feel like we got gouged with the rates

Tammy and Tyler at the pool were friendly and attentive, and the pool was great. Pool chairs go quickly, but we enjoyed ourselves hanging out at the pool bar

As a surprise they sent us macaroons and a bottle of wine to our room. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The room we were given was breathtaking, it had a view of Nashville that I will NEVER forget

I always get the corner king which leaves you with stunning views of the Nashville area, glass from floor to ceiling, even in the bathroom. If I could change anything I would add a couple more elevators

The upstairs bar/steakhouse was fantastic, and instead of serving bread with entrees, the steakhouse serves delicious seasoned fries with three different dipping sauces

I am so very grateful to the Ancient of Days, for allowing the Human Family to create and build structures from the ground up. It gives me hope for tomorrow and love to share with the world

As I sit here watching the two Titan Tower Cranes of Demonbreun St. Moving and grooving to the Nashville music beat. I am filled with such hope and love for the future

I was born and raised in Smashville (aka Music City USA) and I have witnessed a lot of changes. The Good Book tells me that without "vision" the people perish

Room was a good size and there were enough spaces for all of us to get ready at the same time. The curtains were super blackout curtains. Cd party all night and sleep as long as we wanted

The Omolette lady took time to recognise me and make me feel valued, and the omolettes were fabulous!

The Music City Sheraton is one of the best hotels in Nashville. The staff are extremely nice, and the facilities have just been renovated. Their hotel rooms are great and their convention space is very spacious

The indoor pool was perfect for the kids, but the outside one looked really nice (we stayed in March so it was too cold)

I am sure once it's all renovated it will only be even a step above. Only down side I can say is the restaurant inside the hotel was dead as can be idk if it was cause it was 8pm when we got there or what

Comfy rooms and brings in the home feeling. Older structure, which was in the middle of updates and Reno. But it was amazing hotel very friendly staff and very attentive to you and your needs

Highly recommend the junior King suite. Rooms, meeting rooms and banquet rooms were all comfortable and cozy and the food was superb. Will definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous hotel and great location. We stayed here for my son's hockey tournament and it was great. The rooms were very spacious- big enough for our family of 5

I booked at last minute for a trip. Front desk was very courteous and helpful. They have a nice little pool, workout room and on site laundry. I think that's pretty standard these days

Really wonderful place! Clean, safe, very affordable. Danny (woman) was amazing!! She was so sweet and helpful and made things so easy for us. Pet friendly and a huge grassy area for dogs to run around in and play

He spoke highly of the hotel before his incident, and our experiences for a week and a bit afterwards were the same. The hotel is very clean and nice, but the staff were great (especially those in the restaurant)

While I probably won't ever visit this hotel again, and perhaps even Nashville. I'd highly recommend it to others. Thank you again for the help you gave us during an extremely hard time

My Dad attended a business conference at this hotel at the end of May. Rather unexpectedly he passed away, and our family had to come down to Nashville

The tap house in the building was nice as didn't seem like there was anything within walking distance

The hotel was clean and the location is very close to Broadway which was great! There was a full breakfast (had a good amount of options)and a happy hour which was a plus! The pool/hot tub was very clean and great for taking laps or just hanging out

One downside of the hotel was the housekeeping. They came into the room but only provided towels and changed the soap bar, but did not clean any surfaces or tidy up anything

Overall I was satisfied with my stay there and would comeback again hands down. I would recommend this hotel!

Concierge was helpful and informative. The bar in the lobby had a happy bartender, although I did not order a drink. I did eat lunch and the burger was really good. I will 100% eat lunch there again

Centrally located for the best of downtown Nashville. The accommodations, gym, and executive lounge are great. Incredible views of the city from the top floors. All of the hotel staff had a positive vibe.

The reason I only marked 4 stars though is because its so central the noise can be quite loud which is expected

Excellent location for a game or to the downtown area. Shuttle service every half hour to downtown, Raul the shuttle driver was great. We were here to experience music row and had a great time.

The view of Nashville as one I've never seen from that point of view, we live 30 minutes outside of the city and loved seeing the City view late and early in the morning sunrise

The presentation of their dinner is superb (I have a picture of here). The rooftop pool might need little touch up tho

I did have a few small issues with my room cleanliness which the hotel remedied via compensation towards bill at checkout. This showed they cared about my business. I will stay here for all future stays in Nashville

I'm not exaggerating when I say that this was THE BEST hotel experience that I've ever had. We were upgraded not once but twice and stayed in the most beautiful hotel room I've ever seen

Love this luxury hotel especially for their hospitality!! I encountered another guess at the bar who happened to be a regular, he said he felt like home whenever he comes to this hotel

which was then delivered to our room so swiftly. She is my hero! The bar was wonderful, service/housekeeping responsive, the hotel itself was immaculate and the bathrooms are awesome

Visited for a work conference. Very nice accommodations, lovely staff, great view straight into Vamderbilt's football stadium. Near good food and not terribly far from Music Row (maybe 2 miles?).

Hotel is modern and updated unlike what it was a few years ago when I stayed here. The staff are friendly and it's nice to have the restaurant/bar in the hotel itself

It's centrally located so it's a very easy 10-15 minute drive anywhere in nashville

The location of this hotel is very close to the Vanderbilt University. We only stayed for night in a room on the 10th floor with a king-sized bed. The bathroom is quite spacious and was definitely a highlight of the room

The self parking situation is confusing, and the elevator in the parking garage did not work--fortunately I had my smaller suitcase. Convenient for the VUMC campus. Now I know just to use the shuttle instead of driving

My room had a king size bed, a couch, and a deck. This location had a live music show each night i was there

Great location! Walking distance to restaurants, the park (see the Parthenon!), nice views. Rooms are smallish but comfortable. The bed was just right and the bathroom was a good size

The restaurant and coffee bar in the lobby aren't bad either

Another time we were told that the shuttle would be around within the half hour, after that had passed we called the shuttle number and the driver said he was on lunch and we should just call a cab to get downtown

I arrived here on trip for my employer, unfortunately i so did about 75 other people. To ease the suffering, they offered free wine and beer. Proximity to amazing restaurants and venues

Hotel Shuttle Service was really nice feature. Rooms were very nice. Nice bar and restaurant. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant s and a Market nearby.

Very nice hotel. Accommodating over holiday weekend with free late check out. Able to use hotel amenities when wanted to check in early. Outdoor bar and pool and cabanas. Very good drinks. Comfortable bed and pillow!

Pool was beautiful and loved the view from the rooftop bar. Jarrett C in the valet area was so polite, and went above and beyond. Front desk was always so polite and helpful

I won’t knock any stars off, but one bartender at the pool area was rude. Maybe she was having a bad day. Overall great place and would stay again

Here for an company sales conference. The facilities are clean and fresh. The views on the conference floor are good. The room is adequately comfortable. It's a good choice on the heart of Nashville

New hotel, 4 years old, good facilities. Breakfast is available at $15. 00 + tax and is self-service offering cereals, yoghurts, breads, bagels, cooked breakfast, but very little fruit

I was pleased that this hotel was pet friendly and across the street from a dog park. Common areas were comfortable as well as the room. We also enjoyed the friendly service at the restaurant

Lobby bartender and musicians were friendly and welcoming. Room had firm but very comfortable mattress. Robes in closet were a nice touch. The personal care shampoo and body lotions in the bathroom were top tier

From my initial contact with the reservation desk, checking in, breakfast and cocktail bar and valet staff, we were greeted by nothing but awesome and impeccable service

All staff was great and tend to go above and beyond the expected. Josiah and Jordan at front desk were quite helpful and informative. Our valet Ross was most excellent

Room was great and we really liked the coffee / breakfast / drink / bar counter at the elevators. A really nice location that lets you access the main strip in Nashville but also cool parts of town like East Nashville

I was only able to stay for a weekend and it was a great experience. The staff are very nice, they have a lot of amenities, their food is great. The chef would walk around asking if everything you were eating was ok

Hotel was under construction still. Pool wasn't open yet but the fitness center and bar was open. The rooms are beautiful. No microwave in room, its in the lobby area. No disruptions from the construction.

The hotel was still transitioning to a Hilton property when we stayed, so much was still under construction, but it was nice and comfortable even so. It will be really nice when it's finished

Rented parking for a week. The desk clerk was very knowledgeable and got us on our way quickly. Shuttle driver was extremely attentive and made the short ride safely. Great experience!

It’s in the middle of multiple restaurants, brunch places and bars. It’s convenient for doing downtown activities. Staff were very friendly and friendly. Rooms are very clean, spacious and bed is comfortable

We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and the omelette did not disappoint! They also surprised us with a cinnamon roll for our anniversary (like I said, amazing service!). And the location is top notch

They leave a clear tumbler for you to get water from a water station in the hallway, they do not provide bottles of water for free. They have snacks and drinks in the room but up for sale

We visited here for our 15th wedding anniversary and it was PHENOMENAL. Hospitality was at its finest and it started right from the drop (just excellent staff and service)

The rooftop bar is nice, I actually liked it better than broadway. Did not get to try the restaurant but it seemed very popular. Will definitely stay here again

The rooms were extremely luxurious - we loved the shampoos, soaps, and lotion! Also, the filtered still and bubbly water in the hallway was so great
