Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, Nashville1 / 44

Nashville, 2800 Opryland Drive 🧭 Map
This is, in my opinion, probably the best place to stay to do Nashville, if you can afford it. The location, away from downtown, provides a degree of tranquil in a spectacular tropical greenhouse setting with cascades and exotic plants and trees and every facility you could want. The Grand Ole Opry venue is just a few minutes walk away and the downtown attractions are easily accessible by car, shuttle...
The resort is just amazing. The rooms are fantastic. Several different restaurants and bars to choose from. Soundwaves (water park) was a blast and the lines weren't too long. You must take some time and walk through the atrium. We definitely will be coming back.
This is one review among many, but absolutely deserving of the 5 stars. This hotel is by far the coolest place I’ve ever stayed. The rooms and location are great what you would expect- they are good and nothing to complain about. Yet the atmosphere of this place is so cool! We also did SoundWaves as part of our reservation and it was well worth it. This was a great experience for me and my family
Parking was easy. Great signage and the staff directed us to the self parking area closest to our room . It was perfect!! Our room had and balcony viewing the atrium! Wow what a beautiful place. The waterfalls were so peaceful and the sound of running water reminded me of many tropical vacations we have experienced. We live in the area and will most definitely be planning additional stays. Just loved...
Visited here for a dance competition. Felt like we were at Disney! The resort is unreal. It's gorgeous, huge, and clean! So many options for food (loved the food trucks), shopping, and entertainment (there's even a boat ride through their indoor river). Definitely worth a visit just to experience the magic of it.
Overall had a really pleasant stay here. The gardens are absolutely magnificent and it’s fun how they are all intertwined with all of the rooms. If you have an inside facing room, you should have a small balcony looking on to the gardens which is fun to people watch from. The views all around make you feel like you’re in a lush tropical environment. Be prepared though, to be charged for everything...

Fab location and lovely big hotel. Restaurant on site it nice too and very handy if your staying here. The rooms were large with comfy beds and very clean. The reason I only marked 4 stars though is because its so central the noise can be quite loud which is expected. But our rooms took hours to get ready when we arrived we were put on a list and advised to come back a while later. we did and rooms...
Excellent location for a game or to the downtown area. Shuttle service every half hour to downtown, Raul the shuttle driver was great. We were here to experience music row and had a great time.
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... We stayed here when the snow and ice covered Nashville after an Avenged Sevenfold concert at Bridgestone Arena in January. This was one of the best Hotel experiences we've had. Valet staff was great. Front desk was helpful. Concierge was helpful and informative. The bar in the lobby had a happy bartender, although I did not order a drink. I did eat lunch and the burger was really good. I will 100% eat lunch there again.

Very stylish and fantastic location. Good music in the evening.
Late checkout was clearly not passed onto housekeeping who tried to come into the room 4 separate times before we left. Front desk/bar staff were great. Rooms are small but knew that going in to it. Location is great if you want to hang out on Broadway. The noise of the streets is definitely heard clearly in the rooms
Cool spot, hopping’ location. Free drinks at check in were not great but the price was right. Rooms are small but very cool and clean as expected. Gym was pretty slick as well. Awesome night and quieter than expected given the location.
This is one of the best locations to be in downtown Nashville, in my opinion. It’s literally one building back off Broadway, behind Kid Rock’s bar. The lobby and bar area is cozy but has plenty of seats to view the live music in the lobby. The staff were nice, and the restaurant at the top of the building served great food with an awesome view of Broadway. The rooms were modern, but a little small...
Can't beat the location. Excellent and courteous staff, everything we needed and clean. They give you a poker chip for a free drink on the house at check in to redeem during your stay. The lobby had live music every night and it was even better than what you would hear on Broadway. The rooftop bar was a nice touch--So were the pool tables and other entertainment on the main floor. A few things we...
Excellent location, friendly staff, coffee, and cool vibes.
Awesome location, staff was great. Free coffee and ice water. Bed was super comfortable and bathroom was really nice.

Absolutely LOVED my stay here! All of the staff was friendly + helpful from the moment I walked in to the moment I checked out. The entire hotel was clean and you can tell they care about presentation. The restaurant + bar downstairs is AMAZING - highly recommend! I stayed in a micro studio and would definitely do it again - it was a little loud in that area but they even provided ear plugs. The area...
Charming, updated getaway in Nashville. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The room had all of the amenities we needed such as cooking utensils, cutlery and dinnerware and there was a lot of space to pack away our luggage during the stay. I also highly recommend The Hart restaurant located within the hotel across from the check-in area (I will cover that in a separate review)...
Book your next trip here! We loved our stay here while visiting the city. The staff and valet was so attentive to our needs. So clean and modern. This was very upscale and the rain forest sounds in the hallways was my favorite. We originally booked another room and they were very cooperative through the process. We’ll be back!
We had an amazing experience. Easy check in and really pet friendly.. Service was incredibly hospitable...they loved giving my dog treats :) Location was really close to Broadway. Rooms were really clean, spacious and really nice. Definitely recommend and would stay here again in my next trip back to Nashville. They're body wash smells so good!

The watermelon water and the water pressure in the shower.
The staff are great, the breakfast was decent. The sports bar attached to the hotel has really good food. Easy 5 minute walk to downtown. Again I can't stress enough how the staff at the hotel is great!
I’m giving 3 stars because it’s no bad but it’s not great and since it’s pricey i was hoping for a bit better than okay. There’s a mini-fridge, microwave and a keurig in the room which is great except the keurig was out of order. The rooms are adequate. They’re clean enough but crowded. The beds are comfortable but the a/c seems to be either warm or freezing and no medium. We dined at the buffet for...
A hotel with features and amenities that actually match what is online! I arrived 7 hours before my check-in time (4 p.m.) and the front desk gave me access to my room anyway, that level of service in and of itself deserves five stars. Room was a lovely double queen with view of downtown Nashville. I prefer my rooms to be colder when I sleep and the in room temperature control allowed me to keep the...
Great hotel, very clean with very nice staff. Quiet rooms, no hint of the road noise outside or fellow guests in the halls. Very close to the Bridgestone arena, where we walked (10 minute walk) for a concert. Located near lots of great restaurants and bars you can walk to so there is no need to move your car around. Valet at the hotel was 32 dollars but that could've been due to the big concert going...

Rooms were cozy and the bed amazing. Was able to walk to every attraction we wanted to see.
We had a wonderful time. The staff was super nice! Everything was beautiful. We will definitely be recommending to friends and family.
Nicer than usual Courtyard. Good lobby and restaurant area usable for informal meetings. Walkable to downtown Nashville attractions and businesses.

First and foremost..we found our room to be exceptionally clean.. in addition the employees were so friendly and informative. While eating their complementary breakfast, which was hot and ready, one of the service employees was a source of information, giving us advice on what to see and do around Nashville. We followed her plan and had a wonderful day.
Really nice place. My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon and would definitely come back. The cool thing about staying here is that they have a shuttle that will take you basically anywhere in downtown Nashville. The staff also are super nice and will answer any questions you have about cool stuff going on in the area.
Very clean and the staff was very polite and professional. There was plenty of parking even with some kind of event going on inside the hotel. They provided complimentary coffee and hot chocolate to guests, as well as a BIG breakfast for anyone who was actually staying there.. These guys really know how to treat their guests. The hotel is located near everything downtown. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They will go above and beyond to assist their guests. And the rooms are very clean the beds are comfortable and the shower huge! Plus the restaurants are excellent and bar lines is my main place to get a drink and listen to live music.
Went for a charity event being held here. The event was awesome. The service from the hotel was good. Great place for an event. The only negative thing was the staff started taking down everything 1 second after the allotted time. Everyone was trying to leave and they were working around people.
Food was fantastic as usual. The hot lobster was off the chart. Service was SLOOOOOW. Over 50 minutes after we ordered. Waiter was great. Food was awesome so 4 stars.
The Omni Nashville is casual luxury. The rooms are beautiful! The staff is always smiling! You feel at home when you walk through the doors! There is something for everyone. Probably the nicest hotel in Nashville. The location is very convenient just off the the Broadway strip. Beds are super comfortable and the rooms are very nicely appointed. The lobby is beautiful and the hotel has fabulous bars and restaurants. This is our preferred hotel when staying in downtown Nashville.
Very nice hotel. Only issue we had was how quick the staff was to take away refreshments. If we were supposed to have snacks at 2:15 then they were gone by 2:45. It was beautiful.. My only complaint is that my key wouldn't work in the Elevator, even after going to the front desk. So, I just made sure to always go up with someone. But the place was awesome. Top notch. The meeting rooms were spectacular. Everyone was so friendly.
PERFECT location to downtown Nashville 5/10 minute walk right into the centre of everything
Great experience. You can walk on Broadway and get in the action in 5 minutes. Beautiful hotel with good restaurants and rooftop bar. I loved the gym and pool facilities, I would just wish it would be warmer cause it was like 78. I had a beautiful view from my room and beds are very comfy. I would loved the restaurant to have better wine selection and more choice on the menu but it was still acceptable...
Fabulous hotel. Everything was first class, from the service at the front desk to the cleanliness of the rooms. The fitness center is well equipped and monitored. Felt uneasy about staying here. The gentleman who checked us in was very polite. However, the room made us nervous. The integrity of the doors to the outside left something to be desired. They do not seem secure and could easily be kicked in. There was also a large police bust happening when we arrived LOL. The room was relatively clean, there were no bugs and linens/towels were laundered.
My wife and I stayed in 115 for a week. Staff is nice. The maintenance man is a really nice man.The place isn't terrible. Reminds me of a motel i stayed at in Wisconsin dells growing up. Pool was nice on the hot days. Room was newer remodeled and beds were comfortable. Towels were a little small but it was just a place to sleep for cheap
Even though the location could be a little better, I still love this place. The front desk clerk was helpful and patient; and, I met a beautiful lady there and she was just as nice as she could possibly be. Kudos to her for earning the hotel a positive rating on Google Maps ?
It isn't the worst place I've visited but it's not the greatest. They keep it clean, but the bathtub was not in the greatest shape. There were stains and hair still in the bathtub. The bed skirt had some sort of stain and a chunk of something leaving me to believe it was vomit. We asked for a non smoking room and was told they were out, which is fine. Later, coming to find out they lied and had more...
Check in was quick and easy. Room were nice considering it's a motel. Kind of rough area. Drifter was outside our window on the phone talking loud for 30 min. Continental breakfast needs work. Just coffee, juice, cereal and stale honey buns. Which the price could've been cheaper.

My stay was great!! I had an AMAZING view. The bed was so comfortable. FROM VALET SERVICE TO CHECK IN TO MY CHECK IN WAS VERY SMOOTH AND NOT Stressful. Plus, I love to relax and admire the stunning views from my room. I'm a Vanderbilt heart patient, so it's very relaxing, calming when I can sit by the window and relax. I hope I will have the pleasure of staying here again.
It looks like any other Renaissance Hotel I’ve stayed at. The rooms had plenty of space in the living area and in the bathroom. The reason for three stars is because of the staff we encountered. Perfectly place in downtown Nashville. This is one of my favorite hotels. Absolutely beautifully done, large valet area to keep you off the street. Rooms are nice and clean. For such a large hotel their service is really good. The restaurant for breakfast is excellent and the steakhouse in the hotel is very good. I was impressed and also didn’t feel like we got gouged with the rates. They have amenities that a lot of hotels don’t offer anymore like a bell hop that brings up the bags to the room.
Very nice hotel. Needs some upgrades on furniture in rooms (dresser had wood breaking off) but they were still nice. Service was fantastic everywhere in the hotel and restaurants. Xzavion was our server at Bourbon Steak and he was fabulous. It was our anniversary and everyone there made it so special.
Our room was fabulous - clean and spacious enough, with a great view - and every Marriott team member with whom we interacted was delightful. My Dad attended a business conference at this hotel at the end of May. Rather unexpectedly he passed away, and our family had to come down to Nashville. Very nice. The decor was beautiful, very comfortable bed and pillows. The room floors are hard wood and our room floors seemed to not have been swept.
