Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, Nashville1 / 26

Nashville, 2800 Opryland Drive 🧭 Map
This is, in my opinion, probably the best place to stay to do Nashville, if you can afford it. The location, away from downtown, provides a degree of tranquil in a spectacular tropical greenhouse setting with cascades and exotic plants and trees and every facility you could want. The Grand Ole Opry venue is just a few minutes walk away and the downtown attractions are easily accessible by car, shuttle...
The resort is just amazing. The rooms are fantastic. Several different restaurants and bars to choose from. Soundwaves (water park) was a blast and the lines weren't too long. You must take some time and walk through the atrium. We definitely will be coming back.
This is one review among many, but absolutely deserving of the 5 stars. This hotel is by far the coolest place I’ve ever stayed. The rooms and location are great what you would expect- they are good and nothing to complain about. Yet the atmosphere of this place is so cool! We also did SoundWaves as part of our reservation and it was well worth it. This was a great experience for me and my family
Parking was easy. Great signage and the staff directed us to the self parking area closest to our room . It was perfect!! Our room had and balcony viewing the atrium! Wow what a beautiful place. The waterfalls were so peaceful and the sound of running water reminded me of many tropical vacations we have experienced. We live in the area and will most definitely be planning additional stays. Just loved...
Visited here for a dance competition. Felt like we were at Disney! The resort is unreal. It's gorgeous, huge, and clean! So many options for food (loved the food trucks), shopping, and entertainment (there's even a boat ride through their indoor river). Definitely worth a visit just to experience the magic of it.
Overall had a really pleasant stay here. The gardens are absolutely magnificent and it’s fun how they are all intertwined with all of the rooms. If you have an inside facing room, you should have a small balcony looking on to the gardens which is fun to people watch from. The views all around make you feel like you’re in a lush tropical environment. Be prepared though, to be charged for everything...

The hotel is located near everything downtown. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They will go above and beyond to assist their guests. And the rooms are very clean the beds are comfortable and the shower huge! Plus the restaurants are excellent and bar lines is my main place to get a drink and listen to live music.
Went for a charity event being held here. The event was awesome. The service from the hotel was good. Great place for an event. The only negative thing was the staff started taking down everything 1 second after the allotted time. Everyone was trying to leave and they were working around people.
Food was fantastic as usual. The hot lobster was off the chart. Service was SLOOOOOW. Over 50 minutes after we ordered. Waiter was great. Food was awesome so 4 stars.
The Omni Nashville is casual luxury. The rooms are beautiful! The staff is always smiling! You feel at home when you walk through the doors! There is something for everyone. You can get dolled up and have an elegant dinner at Bob's, have some upscale southern comfort food at Kitchen Notes, or head over to Barlines if you want to let your hair down. Bar lines has live Music, elevated bar food, and...
Probably the nicest hotel in Nashville. The location is very convenient just off the the Broadway strip. Beds are super comfortable and the rooms are very nicely appointed. The lobby is beautiful and the hotel has fabulous bars and restaurants. This is our preferred hotel when staying in downtown Nashville.
Very nice hotel. Only issue we had was how quick the staff was to take away refreshments. If we were supposed to have snacks at 2:15 then they were gone by 2:45. If you didn't get a chance to get more in that 30 minutes too bad. The conference room I was in was freezing but the others were not. There were other conferences happening at the same time but you couldn't tell because the facilities are...

Great location, very friendly / helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
My stay was great!! I had an AMAZING view. The bed was so comfortable. FROM VALET SERVICE TO CHECK IN TO MY CHECK IN WAS VERY SMOOTH AND NOT Stressful. Plus, I love to relax and admire the stunning views from my room. I'm a Vanderbilt heart patient, so it's very relaxing, calming when I can sit by the window and relax. I hope I will have the pleasure of staying here again.
It looks like any other Renaissance Hotel I’ve stayed at. The rooms had plenty of space in the living area and in the bathroom. The reason for three stars is because of the staff we encountered. As soon as we pulled up the valet acted rude and like we weren’t “good” enough to stay there. They kept telling us all of our parking options even though I said I’d like to valet my car repeatedly. After they...
One of the top three hotels we stayed at in 2017. The staff went above and beyond during our stay for the eclipse in Nashville. The VIP lounge was wonderful. A very relaxing spot for morning coffee and reading the morning paper. Our room, pool/gym and showers were all very clean and towels were kept supplied. Staff in every area of the hotel were friendly and accomidating. We are planning a visit...
Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great views ?
One of the best hotel stays we have had in a long time. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. The views are great and this hotel is within walking distance of all the Nashville sites. We even got the late night room service and the food was great! The rooms are very well insulated for noise. There is plenty of space to work downstairs and the bridge is a great place to get some work done with your...

Staff was exceptionally friendly. Rooftop & pool views! Valet staff were welcoming even though we didn’t use valet services
It was beautiful.. My only complaint is that my key wouldn't work in the Elevator, even after going to the front desk. So, I just made sure to always go up with someone. But the place was awesome. Top notch. The meeting rooms were spectacular. Everyone was so friendly.
PERFECT location to downtown Nashville 5/10 minute walk right into the centre of everything
Great experience. You can walk on Broadway and get in the action in 5 minutes. Beautiful hotel with good restaurants and rooftop bar. I loved the gym and pool facilities, I would just wish it would be warmer cause it was like 78. I had a beautiful view from my room and beds are very comfy. I would loved the restaurant to have better wine selection and more choice on the menu but it was still acceptable...
Fabulous hotel. Everything was first class, from the service at the front desk to the cleanliness of the rooms. The fitness center is well equipped and monitored. I was in the pool at 7 am and there were staff there wiping down every surface to prepare for the day. I attended a conference, and the meals provided were excellent. Everyone was very nice. It's a good location, close to a lot of fun...
I would stay here a million times! It was AMAZING! We stayed for 4 nights over Labor Day weekend and would recommend it to everyone! This hotel is in a nice part of the city, close walking distance to all the action, and such a clean and top of the line hotel! Half the time we didn’t even want to leave the hotel because the it has nice restaurants and a beautiful rooftop pool with an AMAZING view!...

Perfectly place in downtown Nashville. This is one of my favorite hotels. Absolutely beautifully done, large valet area to keep you off the street. I always get the corner king which leaves you with stunning views of the Nashville area, glass from floor to ceiling, even in the bathroom. If I could change anything I would add a couple more elevators. During the busy times it can take a little bit...
Rooms are nice and clean. For such a large hotel their service is really good. The restaurant for breakfast is excellent and the steakhouse in the hotel is very good. I was impressed and also didn’t feel like we got gouged with the rates. They have amenities that a lot of hotels don’t offer anymore like a bell hop that brings up the bags to the room.
Very nice hotel. Needs some upgrades on furniture in rooms (dresser had wood breaking off) but they were still nice. Service was fantastic everywhere in the hotel and restaurants. Xzavion was our server at Bourbon Steak and he was fabulous. It was our anniversary and everyone there made it so special.
Our room was fabulous - clean and spacious enough, with a great view - and every Marriott team member with whom we interacted was delightful. Tammy and Tyler at the pool were friendly and attentive, and the pool was great. Pool chairs go quickly, but we enjoyed ourselves hanging out at the pool bar. The upstairs bar/steakhouse was fantastic, and instead of serving bread with entrees, the steakhouse...

JW is an amazing place to stay!!! My fiancee and I got engaged on 7/2; we informed the staff at JW during our stay 7/2-7/3 and they made our day unforgettable. The Omolette lady took time to recognise me and make me feel valued, and the omolettes were fabulous!
Room was a good size and there were enough spaces for all of us to get ready at the same time. The curtains were super blackout curtains. Cd party all night and sleep as long as we wanted. Breakfast was a good spread and happy hour was happy.

close to the airport with food options close by, although restaurant bar in hotel was good so we didn’t eat out. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful with lots of choice. Free transfer to and from airport was a bonus and all the staff we encountered were lovely and extremely helpful.
Hotel was very nice. I booked at last minute for a trip. Front desk was very courteous and helpful. Room was comfortable. They have a nice little pool, workout room and on site laundry. I think that's pretty standard these days. The tap house in the building was nice as didn't seem like there was anything within walking distance. Would stay here again.
My Dad attended a business conference at this hotel at the end of May. Rather unexpectedly he passed away, and our family had to come down to Nashville. He spoke highly of the hotel before his incident, and our experiences for a week and a bit afterwards were the same. The hotel is very clean and nice, but the staff were great (especially those in the restaurant). While I probably won't ever visit...
Very nice. The decor was beautiful, very comfortable bed and pillows. The room floors are hard wood and our room floors seemed to not have been swept. I figured it could have been one room forgotten, but that's the only negative thing experienced in our stay. There is also no microwave in the basic rooms, though there was a mini fridge.
Upon arrival the front desk folks where professional & personable when asked certain questions. The room was extremely clean & fresh. The Room Ambassador(s)(which includes room service) were attentive & friendly. & I truly love room service unless, I'm in a cabin/rv/chalet. Great job ya'lls (in my new blended ARK-MO-TN accent)😂😂🙃
Really wonderful place! Clean, safe, very affordable. Danny (woman) was amazing!! She was so sweet and helpful and made things so easy for us. She’s the best. Pet friendly and a huge grassy area for dogs to run around in and play. Plenty of parking ($20 per night).

We stayed at Loews Vanderbilt and absolutely loved it. The rooms were perfect. The lobby was beautiful and very inviting to the Xmas decorations to the complementary tea and water. The valet staff was the best anywhere. Although we didn’t have a car they drove us to our places we wanted to go and would pick us up when we called. Joe Day and I wish I remembered all their names were the best.
We hosted an event at Loews Nashville and had a great experience overall! The service was wonderful all around. The hotel team was incredibly hospitable. The Asian lady (sorry I didn't catch her name) who helped us check in. Very patient and friendly. The bed is very comfy. But the room has no fridge or microwave, which is inconvenient for a 6-night stay. The location was a bit far. Considering the price of the room, I could of paid like $40 more to stay closer to Broadway and saved on Ubers.
My wife and I stayed at Loews, for a trip that was a combination of both business and pleasure. From start to finish the hotel staff have been very pleasant and have done everything possible to ensure that our stay is the best that it can be. Any requests have been attended to without delay and always with a smile. We would most certainly stay again.

Love this luxury hotel especially for their hospitality!! I encountered another guess at the bar who happened to be a regular, he said he felt like home whenever he comes to this hotel. Spacious rooms. I appreciated the walk-in shower. The mini fridge was entirely full of alcohol and drinks. It would be nice to have some space for leftovers instead. New hotel, 4 years old, good facilities. Breakfast is available at $15.00 + tax and is self-service offering cereals, yoghurts, breads, bagels, cooked breakfast, but very little fruit. The Roof Top Bar is great with live music from 6-9 pm on Wednesday-Sunday. The hotel is convenient for Broadway with all it's clubs and bars and restaurants.
Very nice hotel. Accommodating over holiday weekend with free late check out. Able to use hotel amenities when wanted to check in early. Outdoor bar and pool and cabanas. Very good drinks. Comfortable bed and pillow!
Very nice, clean hotel. Pool was beautiful and loved the view from the rooftop bar. Jarrett C in the valet area was so polite, and went above and beyond. Front desk was always so polite and helpful. Nice, but probably wouldn't stay here again Check in was quick and easy, and the staff were all super nice and helpful. The hotel is nicely appointed and we loved the decor. There was lots of hallway noise at all hours and the street noise kept us awake all night. The room itself was nice however, it was stuffy. We adjusted the temperature several times but it didn't help.
There were some stumbles at the beginning with room expectations but the team followed up with me and set the expectations for a good stay.
I’d stay here again Front of house staff really friendly and helpful. Jada and Haley were particularly helpful.
All good except the self parking which has to be paid for each in/out and there is no daily charge for hotel guests.
Lots of construction and poor service at the bar. Would not stay there again. And I recieved nothing for VIP
The property was nice, the staff was friendly, but if you park in the garage, it’s very difficult to find the check-in area. It was a maze to get through the hotel back to the front. Recommendation is to park in the front of the hotel check in and then park. Other downside is that parking is very expensive at the hotel.
