This is, in my opinion, probably the best place to stay to do Nashville, if you can afford it. The location, away from downtown, provides a degree of tranquil in a spectacular tropical greenhouse setting with cascades and exotic plants and trees and every facility you could want. The Grand Ole Opry venue is just a few minutes walk away and the downtown attractions are easily accessible by car, shuttle...

The resort is just amazing. The rooms are fantastic. Several different restaurants and bars to choose from. Soundwaves (water park) was a blast and the lines weren't too long. You must take some time and walk through the atrium. We definitely will be coming back.

This is one review among many, but absolutely deserving of the 5 stars. This hotel is by far the coolest place I’ve ever stayed. Visited here for a dance competition. Felt like we were at Disney! The resort is unreal. It's gorgeous, huge, and clean! So many options for food (loved the food trucks), shopping, and entertainment (there's even a boat ride through their indoor river). Definitely worth a visit just to experience the magic of it.

Overall had a really pleasant stay here. The gardens are absolutely magnificent and it’s fun how they are all intertwined with all of the rooms. If you have an inside facing room, you should have a small balcony looking on to the gardens which is fun to people watch from. The hotel is located near everything downtown. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They will go above and beyond to assist their guests. And the rooms are very clean the beds are comfortable and the shower huge! Plus the restaurants are excellent and bar lines is my main place to get a drink and listen to live music.

Went for a charity event being held here. The event was awesome. The service from the hotel was good. Great place for an event. The only negative thing was the staff started taking down everything 1 second after the allotted time. Everyone was trying to leave and they were working around people.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very courteous. Check is super fast. Room service was excellent. There is an active construction site next door. Our room faced the site and the noise wasn't too bad. On Saturday morning at 7am, they used explosives on the construction site which rattled the windows. I wish the hotel would notify guests before hand so you don't jump out of bed.

Came for 3 day conference, the beds are soft and view is phenomenal. Staff is very kind and thoughtful. I do not have any noise complaints but I was on the 16th floor so that's my thought process. Very nice hotel

Fabulous hotel. Everything was first class, from the service at the front desk to the cleanliness of the rooms. The fitness center is well equipped and monitored. Super service. Reasonable rates for the quality of the rooms and property. They always have great live music in the lobby bar. The dining options are great. I can’t wait to see the rooftop bar. Rooms are nice and clean. For such a large hotel their service is really good. The restaurant for breakfast is excellent and the steakhouse in the hotel is very good. I was impressed and also didn’t feel like we got gouged with the rates. They have amenities that a lot of hotels don’t offer anymore like a bell hop that brings up the bags to the room.

The Music City Sheraton is one of the best hotels in Nashville. The staff are extremely nice, and the facilities have just been renovated. Their hotel rooms are great and their convention space is very spacious. I've been attending conventions at the Sheraton fir over 5 years, and I've always had a good experience.

Gorgeous hotel and great location. We stayed here for my son's hockey tournament and it was great. The rooms were very spacious- big enough for our family of 5. Hotel was very nice. I booked at last minute for a trip. Front desk was very courteous and helpful. Room was comfortable. They have a nice little pool, workout room and on site laundry. I think that's pretty standard these days. The tap house in the building was nice as didn't seem like there was anything within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Very nice. The decor was beautiful, very comfortable bed and pillows. The room floors are hard wood and our room floors seemed to not have been swept. I figured it could have been one room forgotten, but that's the only negative thing experienced in our stay. There is also no microwave in the basic rooms, though there was a mini fridge.

We stayed at Loews Vanderbilt and absolutely loved it. The rooms were perfect. The lobby was beautiful and very inviting to the Xmas decorations to the complementary tea and water. The valet staff was the best anywhere. Although we didn’t have a car they drove us to our places we wanted to go and would pick us up when we called. My wife and I stayed at Loews, for a trip that was a combination of both business and pleasure. From start to finish the hotel staff have been very pleasant and have done everything possible to ensure that our stay is the best that it can be. Any requests have been attended to without delay and always with a smile. We would most certainly stay again.

Hotel is old. Ceilings are low and rooms are cramped. They put me in an odd corner room that opens up into a bathroom the size of a closet. Lobby is decent yet dated. Best thing about the hotel is the Starbucks in the lobby.

Hotel is modern and updated unlike what it was a few years ago when I stayed here. The staff are friendly and it's nice to have the restaurant/bar in the hotel itself. It's centrally located so it's a very easy 10-15 minute drive anywhere in nashville.

Visited for a work conference. Very nice accommodations, lovely staff, great view straight into Vamderbilt's football stadium. Near good food and not terribly far from Music Row (maybe 2 miles?).

Good overall experience. Room service food was good. The self parking situation is confusing, and the elevator in the parking garage did not work--fortunately I had my smaller suitcase. Convenient for the VUMC campus. Now I know just to use the shuttle instead of driving.

I arrived here on trip for my employer, unfortunately i so did about 75 other people. To ease the suffering, they offered free wine and beer. Every where. Proximity to amazing restaurants and venues. My room had a king size bed, a couch, and a deck. This location had a live music show each night i was there. I would stay here again.

Great location! Walking distance to restaurants, the park (see the Parthenon!), nice views. Rooms are smallish but comfortable. The bed was just right and the bathroom was a good size. Iron in the room is a plus. The restaurant and coffee bar in the lobby aren't bad either.

New hotel, 4 years old, good facilities. Breakfast is available at $15.00 + tax and is self-service offering cereals, yoghurts, breads, bagels, cooked breakfast, but very little fruit. The Roof Top Bar is great with live music from 6-9 pm on Wednesday-Sunday. The hotel is convenient for Broadway with all it's clubs and bars and restaurants.
