The location, away from downtown, provides a degree of tranquil in a spectacular tropical greenhouse setting with cascades and exotic plants and trees and every facility you could want. The Grand Ole Opry venue is just a few minutes walk away and the downtown attractions are easily accessible by car, shuttle...

The resort is just amazing. The rooms are fantastic. Several different restaurants and bars to choose from. Soundwaves (water park) was a blast and the lines weren't too long. You must take some time and walk through the atrium. We definitely will be coming back.

This is one review among many, but absolutely deserving of the 5 stars. This hotel is by far the coolest place I’ve ever stayed. Visited here for a dance competition. Felt like we were at Disney! The resort is unreal. It's gorgeous, huge, and clean! So many options for food (loved the food trucks), shopping, and entertainment (there's even a boat ride through their indoor river). Definitely worth a visit just to experience the magic of it.

Overall had a really pleasant stay here. The gardens are absolutely magnificent and it’s fun how they are all intertwined with all of the rooms. If you have an inside facing room, you should have a small balcony looking on to the gardens which is fun to people watch from. The hotel is located near everything downtown. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They will go above and beyond to assist their guests. And the rooms are very clean the beds are comfortable and the shower huge! Plus the restaurants are excellent and bar lines is my main place to get a drink and listen to live music.

Went for a charity event being held here. The event was awesome. The service from the hotel was good. Great place for an event. The only negative thing was the staff started taking down everything 1 second after the allotted time. Everyone was trying to leave and they were working around people.

Rooms are nice and clean. For such a large hotel their service is really good. The restaurant for breakfast is excellent and the steakhouse in the hotel is very good. I was impressed and also didn’t feel like we got gouged with the rates. They have amenities that a lot of hotels don’t offer anymore like a bell hop that brings up the bags to the room.

Very nice. The decor was beautiful, very comfortable bed and pillows. The room floors are hard wood and our room floors seemed to not have been swept. I figured it could have been one room forgotten, but that's the only negative thing experienced in our stay. There is also no microwave in the basic rooms, though there was a mini fridge.

New hotel, 4 years old, good facilities. Breakfast is available at $15.00 + tax and is self-service offering cereals, yoghurts, breads, bagels, cooked breakfast, but very little fruit. We stayed in this hotel for proximity to the wedding at the Cathedral of the Incarnation. Whatever this hotel lacked it was made up for with smiles and care behind the front desk. Kudos to the team and management staff. It really is a lost art. A+
