This is, in my opinion, probably the best place to stay to do Nashville, if you can afford it. The location, away from downtown, provides a degree of tranquil in a spectacular tropical greenhouse setting with cascades and exotic plants and trees and every facility you could want. The Grand Ole Opry venue is just a few minutes walk away and the downtown attractions are easily accessible by car, shuttle...
The resort is just amazing. The rooms are fantastic. Several different restaurants and bars to choose from. Soundwaves (water park) was a blast and the lines weren't too long. You must take some time and walk through the atrium. We definitely will be coming back.
This is one review among many, but absolutely deserving of the 5 stars. This hotel is by far the coolest place I’ve ever stayed. The rooms and location are great what you would expect- they are good and nothing to complain about. Yet the atmosphere of this place is so cool! We also did SoundWaves as part of our reservation and it was well worth it. This was a great experience for me and my family
Parking was easy. Great signage and the staff directed us to the self parking area closest to our room . It was perfect!! Our room had and balcony viewing the atrium! Wow what a beautiful place. The waterfalls were so peaceful and the sound of running water reminded me of many tropical vacations we have experienced. We live in the area and will most definitely be planning additional stays. Just loved...
Visited here for a dance competition. Felt like we were at Disney! The resort is unreal. It's gorgeous, huge, and clean! So many options for food (loved the food trucks), shopping, and entertainment (there's even a boat ride through their indoor river). Definitely worth a visit just to experience the magic of it.
Overall had a really pleasant stay here. The gardens are absolutely magnificent and it’s fun how they are all intertwined with all of the rooms. If you have an inside facing room, you should have a small balcony looking on to the gardens which is fun to people watch from. The views all around make you feel like you’re in a lush tropical environment. Be prepared though, to be charged for everything...

The hotel is located near everything downtown. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They will go above and beyond to assist their guests. And the rooms are very clean the beds are comfortable and the shower huge! Plus the restaurants are excellent and bar lines is my main place to get a drink and listen to live music.
Went for a charity event being held here. The event was awesome. The service from the hotel was good. Great place for an event. The only negative thing was the staff started taking down everything 1 second after the allotted time. Everyone was trying to leave and they were working around people.
Food was fantastic as usual. The hot lobster was off the chart. Service was SLOOOOOW. Over 50 minutes after we ordered. Waiter was great. Food was awesome so 4 stars.
The Omni Nashville is casual luxury. The rooms are beautiful! The staff is always smiling! You feel at home when you walk through the doors! There is something for everyone. You can get dolled up and have an elegant dinner at Bob's, have some upscale southern comfort food at Kitchen Notes, or head over to Barlines if you want to let your hair down. Bar lines has live Music, elevated bar food, and...
Probably the nicest hotel in Nashville. The location is very convenient just off the the Broadway strip. Beds are super comfortable and the rooms are very nicely appointed. The lobby is beautiful and the hotel has fabulous bars and restaurants. This is our preferred hotel when staying in downtown Nashville.
Very nice hotel. Only issue we had was how quick the staff was to take away refreshments. If we were supposed to have snacks at 2:15 then they were gone by 2:45. If you didn't get a chance to get more in that 30 minutes too bad. The conference room I was in was freezing but the others were not. There were other conferences happening at the same time but you couldn't tell because the facilities are...

Staff was exceptionally friendly. Rooftop & pool views! Valet staff were welcoming even though we didn’t use valet services
It was beautiful.. My only complaint is that my key wouldn't work in the Elevator, even after going to the front desk. So, I just made sure to always go up with someone. But the place was awesome. Top notch. The meeting rooms were spectacular. Everyone was so friendly.
PERFECT location to downtown Nashville 5/10 minute walk right into the centre of everything
Great experience. You can walk on Broadway and get in the action in 5 minutes. Beautiful hotel with good restaurants and rooftop bar. I loved the gym and pool facilities, I would just wish it would be warmer cause it was like 78. I had a beautiful view from my room and beds are very comfy. I would loved the restaurant to have better wine selection and more choice on the menu but it was still acceptable...
Fabulous hotel. Everything was first class, from the service at the front desk to the cleanliness of the rooms. The fitness center is well equipped and monitored. I was in the pool at 7 am and there were staff there wiping down every surface to prepare for the day. I attended a conference, and the meals provided were excellent. Everyone was very nice. It's a good location, close to a lot of fun...
I would stay here a million times! It was AMAZING! We stayed for 4 nights over Labor Day weekend and would recommend it to everyone! This hotel is in a nice part of the city, close walking distance to all the action, and such a clean and top of the line hotel! Half the time we didn’t even want to leave the hotel because the it has nice restaurants and a beautiful rooftop pool with an AMAZING view!...

Great location, very friendly / helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
My stay was great!! I had an AMAZING view. The bed was so comfortable. FROM VALET SERVICE TO CHECK IN TO MY CHECK IN WAS VERY SMOOTH AND NOT Stressful. Plus, I love to relax and admire the stunning views from my room. I'm a Vanderbilt heart patient, so it's very relaxing, calming when I can sit by the window and relax. I hope I will have the pleasure of staying here again.
It looks like any other Renaissance Hotel I’ve stayed at. The rooms had plenty of space in the living area and in the bathroom. The reason for three stars is because of the staff we encountered. As soon as we pulled up the valet acted rude and like we weren’t “good” enough to stay there. They kept telling us all of our parking options even though I said I’d like to valet my car repeatedly. After they...
One of the top three hotels we stayed at in 2017. The staff went above and beyond during our stay for the eclipse in Nashville. The VIP lounge was wonderful. A very relaxing spot for morning coffee and reading the morning paper. Our room, pool/gym and showers were all very clean and towels were kept supplied. Staff in every area of the hotel were friendly and accomidating. We are planning a visit...
Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great views ?
One of the best hotel stays we have had in a long time. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. The views are great and this hotel is within walking distance of all the Nashville sites. We even got the late night room service and the food was great! The rooms are very well insulated for noise. There is plenty of space to work downstairs and the bridge is a great place to get some work done with your...

Perfectly place in downtown Nashville. This is one of my favorite hotels. Absolutely beautifully done, large valet area to keep you off the street. I always get the corner king which leaves you with stunning views of the Nashville area, glass from floor to ceiling, even in the bathroom. If I could change anything I would add a couple more elevators. During the busy times it can take a little bit...
Rooms are nice and clean. For such a large hotel their service is really good. The restaurant for breakfast is excellent and the steakhouse in the hotel is very good. I was impressed and also didn’t feel like we got gouged with the rates. They have amenities that a lot of hotels don’t offer anymore like a bell hop that brings up the bags to the room.
Very nice hotel. Needs some upgrades on furniture in rooms (dresser had wood breaking off) but they were still nice. Service was fantastic everywhere in the hotel and restaurants. Xzavion was our server at Bourbon Steak and he was fabulous. It was our anniversary and everyone there made it so special.
Our room was fabulous - clean and spacious enough, with a great view - and every Marriott team member with whom we interacted was delightful. Tammy and Tyler at the pool were friendly and attentive, and the pool was great. Pool chairs go quickly, but we enjoyed ourselves hanging out at the pool bar. The upstairs bar/steakhouse was fantastic, and instead of serving bread with entrees, the steakhouse...
Clean Friendly & approachable staff Good downtown location close to main attractions.
JW is an amazing place to stay!!! My fiancee and I got engaged on 7/2; we informed the staff at JW during our stay 7/2-7/3 and they made our day unforgettable. As a surprise they sent us macaroons and a bottle of wine to our room. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The room we were given was breathtaking, it had a view of Nashville that I will NEVER forget. If you are thinking about staying at...

This is a great hotel - great location close to all the action but also quiet enough for a great nights sleep. Extremely attentive staff. Nice clean room - great restaurant and fab food. Roof top pool with loungers. Would definitely stay again!
This hotel is absolutely stunning. The staff, the environment, the scenery… just perfect!! There was always someone by the elevator to help you if needed and someone in the lobby to make sure your check in services were up to par. If you were standing there too long they would offer you water or anything else to make you comfortable. The staff were so helpful, warm, welcoming and willing to make any...
Fantastic staff! Great hotel. Central location. Great service. Made our stay enjoyable and fun. I wish the pool was a little bigger. I will definitely return to this hotel when I am in Nashville.
Yes, this place is pretty cool. Great location. Great service. Great atmosphere. Great rooms. But a quick word to the wise... If you're hesitant about the price or struggling to meet it, understand your financial situation for what it is and stay somewhere else. You won't be happy here if you're constantly worrying about how much the valet is costing or skimping on your concierge tips....
My husband and I stayed here on our way through town. What a unique place! Comfortable and chic with exceptional attention to detail. Loved the rooftop pool. The rooms were immaculately clean and modern in style and electric. Would definitely stay here again! Love it!

The staff was very welcoming and accomidated a request I had. The hotel was clean and the location is very close to Broadway which was great! I booked a girls trip with my girlfriend to Nashville for the first time. From my initial contact with the reservation desk, checking in, breakfast and cocktail bar and valet staff, we were greeted by nothing but awesome and impeccable service. I will send a particular recognition to Ryan- he was the best! I'd make Hutton my home again. Thanks for making your guest feel special. You represent the acclaimed...
All staff was great and tend to go above and beyond the expected. Josiah and Jordan at front desk were quite helpful and informative. Our valet Ross was most excellent. Lobby bartender and musicians were friendly and welcoming. Room had firm but very comfortable mattress. Robes in closet were a nice touch. The personal care shampoo and body lotions in the bathroom were top tier. There were two excellent...
Don't forget to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking your stay. This site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! The front desk service was outstanding, the location was perfect and my room was spacious and comfortable. And to have the intimate venue Analog, known for its excellent acoustics as "the best listening room in Nashville", right in the hotel is an added bonus! I heard a fantastic show the night I was there (Grammy award-winning jazz trumpeter Jay Jennings and a specially-curated 7-piece band), and...
Very attractive decor from the minute you walk in to the rooms. Reception staff friendly and helpful - especially Donna. Much cheaper to book online than walking up to reception.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! First of all, the staff is amazing – the room was well prepared and the people at the front desk were helpful with any requests we had. For example: dinner recommendations, champagne for my birthday, asking our roommates to quiet down at one point… they even helped me mail something I couldn’t fit in my checked bag! Breakfast was great. People friendly and big smiles! They showed they liked their job, ask how you where and seemed to want to know about you. The snacks where great and the wine night was fabulous.
Location and access is excellent. Business Center and Lobby is perfect! Breakfast area and variety of food is great! Seating Area is open and pleasant. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Staff is very helpful! Great value for a quality hotel!
Great clean, well maintained, up to date hotel. Really, really pleased with our decision. Will be back and recommend this hotel. Already have to friends. No doubt about this hotel. This is a great hotel with excellent management and a location convenient to Vanderbilt. All employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. The 2-room suite was perfect for our little family. The bed was clean and comfortable. Wifi worked quickly and reliably. We would definitely stay here again if (when?) we're back at Vanderbilt.
Great hotel. Just stayed 1 night while visiting Vanderbilt. Location is fantastic literally across the street from campus. Staff are super friendly. Overall great experience.

Pros: Very reasonable rates in a quiet area. Clean and smelled nice. Comfortable bed. Free breakfast. Friendly staff. Cons: Very dated; the tv in the room is a CRT, typical hotel lamps and fixtures with cheap furniture. Limited and oddly arranged parking in some places. Our room was hard to find on the property. Overall: A pleasant stay at a good price, just nothing extra or noteworthy.
I stayed here for 2 nights in Nashville. It wasn't a bad place to stay, but it certainly is not somewhere I would recommend. First, I'd start out by saying that the staff is very friendly and the evening dinner/cocktail bar is adorable and was very enjoyable! I would add, though, that the room itself, while very spacious and recently updated, had a high pitch noise in the living/dining area. We were...
It's older but comfy for the money and free breakfast.. All clean except bathroom was half cleaned.. ?They watch you like hawks but I believe it's just to protect their establishment. No bedbugs or roaches so that's a plus... And it's nicer hotels out there with bedbugs. So it'll do. ?
Great price!! Clean, comfortable room. Awesome huge breakfast including fresh made waffles and biscuits and gravy! 2 free alcoholic beverages per person. We didn't get to experience that because we were going to a comedy show, but cool nonetheless. Highly recommend this place.
We reserved a room with two queens and had a great time. The room was clean, the beds very comfortable, the shower potent. I had some paperwork to take care of and was able to do much of it in the business center which is open 24/7. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was great, with a large selection of hot and cold items. Overall, I can't recommend it enough. If we're passing by Nashville, we...
Stayed here for 5 nights. The staff was very nice and friendly. There's a free breakfast buffet that is decent, and they even offer a free reception Monday-Thursday evening that includes free appetizers and 2 free drinks, which was nice. However, the hotel is not near anything walkable, and you'll have to drive to get anywhere. It's about a 15-20 minute drive (depending on traffic) to downtown which...
