This is, in my opinion, probably the best place to stay to do Nashville, if you can afford it. The location, away from downtown, provides a degree of tranquil in a spectacular tropical greenhouse setting with cascades and exotic plants and trees and every facility you could want. The Grand Ole Opry venue is just a few minutes walk away and the downtown attractions are easily accessible by car, shuttle...

The resort is just amazing. The rooms are fantastic. Several different restaurants and bars to choose from. Soundwaves (water park) was a blast and the lines weren't too long. You must take some time and walk through the atrium. We definitely will be coming back.

This is one review among many, but absolutely deserving of the 5 stars. This hotel is by far the coolest place I’ve ever stayed. The rooms and location are great what you would expect- they are good and nothing to complain about. Yet the atmosphere of this place is so cool! Parking was easy. Great signage and the staff directed us to the self parking area closest to our room . It was perfect!! Our room had and balcony viewing the atrium! Wow what a beautiful place. Visited here for a dance competition. Felt like we were at Disney! The resort is unreal. It's gorgeous, huge, and clean! So many options for food (loved the food trucks), shopping, and entertainment (there's even a boat ride through their indoor river). Definitely worth a visit just to experience the magic of it.

Overall had a really pleasant stay here. The gardens are absolutely magnificent and it’s fun how they are all intertwined with all of the rooms. If you have an inside facing room, you should have a small balcony looking on to the gardens which is fun to people watch from. The views all around make you feel like you’re in a lush tropical environment. Be prepared though, to be charged for everything...

The hotel is located near everything downtown. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They will go above and beyond to assist their guests. And the rooms are very clean the beds are comfortable and the shower huge! Plus the restaurants are excellent and bar lines is my main place to get a drink and listen to live music.

Went for a charity event being held here. The event was awesome. The service from the hotel was good. Great place for an event. The only negative thing was the staff started taking down everything 1 second after the allotted time. Everyone was trying to leave and they were working around people.

Food was fantastic as usual. The hot lobster was off the chart. Service was SLOOOOOW. Over 50 minutes after we ordered. Waiter was great. Food was awesome so 4 stars.

Probably the nicest hotel in Nashville. The location is very convenient just off the the Broadway strip. Beds are super comfortable and the rooms are very nicely appointed. It was beautiful.. My only complaint is that my key wouldn't work in the Elevator, even after going to the front desk. So, I just made sure to always go up with someone. But the place was awesome. Top notch. The meeting rooms were spectacular. Everyone was so friendly.

Fabulous hotel. Everything was first class, from the service at the front desk to the cleanliness of the rooms. The fitness center is well equipped and monitored. Rooms are nice and clean. For such a large hotel their service is really good. The restaurant for breakfast is excellent and the steakhouse in the hotel is very good.
