This hotel made our first trip to New York City truly unforgettable. From the warm greeting as we walked through the door to the heartfelt farewell as we departed, this hotel offered one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The staff here is exceptional – so friendly and attentive – and I only wish they had name tags so I could personally thank everyone who made our stay so special. Every time we returned to the hotel, we were greeted with a cheerful “Welcome back,” and as we left, we were wished a great day, which really added a personal touch to our experience.

The location is absolutely perfect for anyone visiting NYC for the first time. Just a short stroll to Times Square, and with a subway entrance right around the corner and Penn Station only a few minutes away, we couldn’t have asked for a more convenient spot. We stayed in a King City View Room, and it was exactly as promised – spacious for a New York hotel room, well-appointed, and as stunning as the photos online. Both the room and the rest of the hotel were spotless, providing a clean and comfortable environment throughout our stay. A BIG thank you to Arlo Midtown and the staff. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the city.

Rooms are small l, but that common in NYC , BUT they are exceptionally clean and comfy! Staff was amazing and professional. Loved the lobby area, very spacious and comfortable. The little coffee pastry shop was great for a quick morning coffee, but they also have a full breakfast for a few in the restaurant. Overall this was a great stay and close to everything.

Great location. Located on a quiet street yet close to the heart of the city. Breakfast was good too.
Our room's shower did not work so they switched us to a new room swiftly, but the new room's air was a little stuffy. Opening the window fixed it. Quick check in & check out. Thank you

The overall is good but the bedrooms are really small, it’s literally a bed and a bathroom.
There’s not even a closet or a desk.
The bathroom is small but enough, it’s clean and modern and the shower is spacious.
The lobby and common areas are nice and cozy.
The location is excellent, 5 minutes away from the craziness of Times Square but far enough to be in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood with lots of spots to eat close by.
I’ll surely come back but upgrading to a bigger bedroom.

We stay here when in NYC because of the convenient location in Midtown between Hells Kitchen and Chelsea. It's easy to get to and from Holland Tunnel so you can quickly get to the airport. The public space is amazing. Comfortable and stylish seating areas, great bar, good restaurant, and a coffee shop. Staff is always friendly and efficient. We stay in the "City View King" room, and the view is fantastic. Always clean with quality linen. Rooms are small, even by city standards. We've been coming for 5 years and room furniture is showing age. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby.

Stayed here for four nights in a room with a terrace. The view from the room and terrace was amazing. The hotel was in decent condition and the staff were really nice. The shower worked well with a lot of pressure. The bed was just okay and any movement could be easily felt by the other person. Room service was really late in the day and they don't refill the coffee pods. Our bed sheet and pillow had stains on them. There was a gross wet spot on the carpet in our room and it wouldn't dry. The hotel is quite loud. Not just from the sirens and honking which I understand as it's new york, but from inside the hotel too. I could hear all the doors opening and closing and any conversations in the hall. There was a huge gap under the door and around the blinds for light to stream in and make the whole room bright. However the location is amazing, so many places to eat and a close walk to almost everything you could want to do in new york.

My boyfriend and I stayed one night to celebrate his birthday and we had an amazing time! The hotel was gorgeous, clean and in a great location. The staff went above and beyond for us and even decorated our room on my behalf to surprise my boyfriend. Kelsey, Richard, Carlos and Crystal were so helpful and accommodating! I have already told all my friends and family that they need to stay here because it was so great. The hotel opened the day before we arrived and everything still ran smoothly. By far the best hotel stay I have ever had! We will definitely be back!

Brand new hotel in midtown Manhattan. Small rooms, perfect for a single person or couple at the latest. Views are indoors only, of other rooms, so I had the curtains completely closed. The hotel itself has a 24 hour gym, a restaurant (but no breakfast, takeout only) and a really cool bar that was packed on a Saturday night. When it's not raining there's also a rooftop restaurant. Overall really liked it, limited views from the rooms and room size can be a bit challenging. Otherwise perfect.
