Loved being able to stay here for a cheap price thanks to online hotel deal😍😍😍 It was around end of 2016 or beginning 2017(I think 2017 is more like it) i got nice deal for like $30 to $35 not bad even at that time and even though the room had no view it was just amazing being in there💯💯💯 So sad the governor wanted them to take it down because this was such a lovely place and only needed some fixing...
Had a two night stay at this hotel was impressed aside from what the reviews say. Our room was spacious enough for 4 people, also cleanly. Housekeeping came by to ensure room was clean. Hotel is right in the middle of the city, walking distance to many things. We were able to grab breakfast right across the street (not the exaggerated block away). They also have stores within the hotel lobby for convenience...
Check in took almost an hour waiting in line with luggage. But was able to check in and out a bit early/late. The room is basic, okay for one night and spacious but filthy carpet, kept shoes on, a very motel feel. They offered an upgrade to their renovated roomful for $57 which we declined since at least the bed and shower seemed clean. Great location though and cheaper than many others in the area...
This hotel was a HUGE disappointment. The staff is rude, not really willing to help the clients and the rooms are far from good. Unfortunately is a perfectly-located place with a terrible service.
Great for the price! Check in was abysmally slow, but other than that service was good. Beds were comfortable but a bit squeaky. Bathroom was very basic and the tub had no drain stopper and was peeling. But it served my purpose well. All I wanted was an inexpensive and clean place to sleep and I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel.

Flew in from Vegas for a overnight stay before heading to Rome. Location is perfectly situated right between hells kitchen and Columbus circle. Hotel is cute, staff friendly, rooftop bar that we heard so much about and seen in pictures was under construction which was a bummer. Extra facilities fee when checking out for the gym we never used which they then waived. Room was small but then again your...
This hotel was an interesting experience. My room was fine, though extremely small, even by Manhattan standards. There was a quirky window that looked from the shower into the room and there was minimal lightning. The room was seriously dark. My room was fine however and the bath products were very nice and a brand that I like. There were other areas of the hotel that had maintenance issues however...
Loved the location, the quirky design. Some guests might not be thrilled by the zero privacy bathroom, if you're sitting on the toilet you are on full display to any other guests in your room because of the giant glass wall, but I was alone so no big deal. Outside is blank, a brown wall. Escalator takes you up to an ultra modern spacious lobby with subdued lighting and cozy spaces. Room was...
Cool vibe but looks like it is a little run down. A few of their elevators were down which resulted in long wait times. When asked about the elevators the staff denied that any were not working. Room service did a good job but didn't replace paper cups for water, no glass or plastic cups provided. The breakfast buffet was expensive and not that great, more like a continental breakfast that is usually...
I'm a native New Yorker and I love to visit the bars at this hotel. They each have a different feel. My favorite is the Library bar with fire place and leather couches. Cocktails are pricey, but delicious. You' re paying for the atmosphere. In the warm months there's an outdoor space and a bar/grill to provide for beverage and culinary needs. Check it out.
Great location for the price. Close to Central Park, Broadway theaters, and Hell's Kitchen restaurants and bars. Pseudo-trendy. Responsive, professional staff. Negatives: teeny tiny rooms and bathrooms, showers never seem to work well (and I've stayed here many times), lots of street noise and HVAC noise, and elevators can take forever at times. I'm leaning 3-star but have to acknowledge that many...

I really enjoyed my stay at the Wellington hotel. The location is absolutely perfect close to all subway lines you could possibly need and even walking to Central Park and Times Square was very easy. The location for the price can't be beat. The room was incredibly clean and well kept. Staff was so nice and welcoming and helped me with any issue I had. It was safe and I have no complaints at all....
I had a pleasant experience at Wellington. The staff was nice and friendly, the check in took around 15 minutes. The room was pretty small but cozy and very clean, the bathroom as well. Everything was shiny and fresh towels. Comfortable bed and really comfortable pillows that made me sleep like a lion :) The only reason I gave 4 stars is the thin walls, because I could easily hear the people next door...
Clean hotel with plenty of space right in the middle of the tourist atmosphere in Manhattan. Rates were fantastic for Thanksgiving! We were close to the parade route and were able to check our bags during the parade, and while site seeing during the day. We were extremely happy with the deluxe double double room, and even had 2 bathrooms, which made getting ready in the morning very easy! Would definitely...
Great value and location. Clean rooms and helpful staff. We checked in on Friday night and requested rooms on the same floor. Wasn't a problem. The elevators were slow and one got shut down during our stay. Overall great experience.
Friendly, helpful staff who looked after us well during our stay. Decor is a little dated but adds to the charm. Stayed in a two bedroom suite with two doubles, a single bed plus a microwave and fridge. Although the air con/heater was rather noisy the comfortable beds made up for it. Great location really close to times square and central park. Subway station outside and a starbucks across the road...
Excellent place to stay..10 minutes walk to Times Square -could see the video screens from our room.. Staff behind the desk helpful and friendly Very reasonably priced rooms always cleaned every day by hotel staff.. No complaints at all and would definitely recommend the Park Cafe, situated next door to hotel. Breakfast every day there always hot and fresh, inexpensive and staff welcoming and friendly...

I would definitely book again... Booked 3 different rooms and all 3 were great... Nice and clean. And reasonable rate... Met the owner Joe at the bar, I believe that's the correct name. With the white curled mustache... Nice humble person... the only con was the garage parking $45.00 each entry. Very expensive.
the hotel room was what I expected based off of the expedia site. I had a good experience. the bar there had the cheapest corona in the city. comfortable bed and valet parking wasn't that costly, just remember to get your parking slip stamped by the front desk when you leave(it gives a discount). I wish they had an indoor pool ?. I would stay here again if I were in Manhattan. I think the price and...
Great place for the money! Great location. I got a great deal on Priceline. Room was decent but they didn't completely renovate the bathroom. The fixtures were outdated in the bathroom. Hey if you're in New York City who's staying in the room anyway. I was told it used to be a holiday in.
use to be a holiday inn, its nice location and reasonable.
Just a short walk to The Central Park where you can take a very refreshing morning walk and walkable to Times Square as well for a nice evening view of the lights and sounds! Overall good value for money! The rooms are larger than many other hotels that I have stayed in at Manhattan. You can park at the hotel for $37/day. Hope this is helpful!
Really enjoyed our stay, short walk from times square and central park. There is a $150 security deposit. Only negative thing is that the doors slam so loud when closing, you can hear your neighbors come in and out throughout the hallway. The shampoo and conditioner we're great quality and the room space for our king suite was more than accommodating. Glad we decide to stay here, no issues. Our house...

The staff was so friendly. The location was amazing and my room was very clean. The gift shop is pricey however right next to the hotel is a 24 hr food store. We will definitely be back.
Great location, front desk staff was very nice Bellman not very helpful I asked them for cups when the desk was really busy but they can't bring you any. Only thing they would say is go to the front desk. Good size room nice to have the refrigerator and the microwave. Bathrooms don't have a vent so they do smell musty. Beds were very comfortable. Bummed rooftop bar was closed. Small grocery across...
The location is right in the heart of everything. Very close to multiple subway stops and tourist attractions. I was initially skeptical of my room, being directly in front of the ice machine, but it was extremely quite. Comfortable bed, spacious room, but very small bathroom. As with most places in the area, the lobby is swarming with loud, malodorous tourists and fudgecicle juice stained children...
Rooms are pretty standard. We were able to check in early and wifi was fast. On the way up to our room we saw that they had a rooftop bar. We were interested in having a nightcap at the end of the day and figured the rooftop bar would offer a great view. Unfortunately the bar was closed for renovation. Not sure when they will reopen. Hotel is really conveniently located, only one block off of times...
The hotel is very well managed. The staff is very nice and greet you upon entry to the hotel. As for the rooms I am very pleased. They are very nice and for those who are staying more than a night, beds are made daily.
I was here for a conference a and their rate was the best price available. The hotel had spacious rooms with comfortable amenities. The view of Times Square was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and intend to.

We stayed here for 5 nights in July 2022 for a family vacation. The Good: The location - The highlight to us was the location. We werent sure how great it'd be since it's in the downtown, away from some of the things we wanted to do, but it's proximity to the subway lines was fantastic. Such a close and easy walk to 4-5 different subway lines and then you could go anywhere. Just grab a metrocard and...
We were not guests of the hotel but we were in trouble because we were desperately looking For a cab. We asked to the receptionist and she kindly get us a cab. Very kind and helpful gesture!
This hotel will wow you before you leave, as long as you stay away from the restaurant (more to come on that). Let's start off with saying after traveling what an amazing place to arrive to. An amazing experience! When they found out it was my birthday, they blocked a higher room for us and gave me a bag of goodies (chocolate, drink, chips, and candy). Have stayed here twice now with my guests and had an excellent experience both times. Found the staff helpful and welcoming. Very good proximity to action in times square. Good breakfast, though crowded on the weekends. Would go back to stay again.
We stayed here during our recent NY trip. It was a good place, very conveniently located in times square, walking distance all around times square, Central Park, Bryant park, Rockefeller center. Exceptional hotel.. This has become my favorite place to stay while visiting for business & pleasure.. The desk staff, management, entire team..keep this 32 Pearl Street location running at top tier level.. This is one of the very best hotels in NYC..Hampton @ 32 Pearl.. You will not be disappointed.
Extremely friendly staff. The room was small, but we'll appointed. Overall a pleasant experience! There is even a real nice Irish tavern in walking distance with really great food! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to spend a couple nights in the Big Apple!
Thank you, Johnny and Farrell, for making our trip a little easier! When we arrived, we were a little overwhelmed with getting luggage uploaded, checking in, and finding our parking garage. Very nice. We have been to much nicer Homewood Suites though. I think they do the best with what they have to work with. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are a bit small. They try to give you a small kitchen area in a space that is realistically too small for that much stuff. End result is a cramped space. Heck, it's NY though and most of out time was out and about.
I guarantee you will be rudely awaken every night like clockwork at 1:30 AM from the thunderous clank of industrial metal garbage bin being emptied out right outside the hotel. Not sure why the hotel contracted the private garbage collector to do this between 1-2AM but don't say you haven't been warned. I know this is NYC and the hotel is situated in the heart of Time Square but this is a different...
Took some time for booking blunder to resolve. Had to make some calls. But we got the rooms. Everything is there in these rooms for a long stay. Hotel entrance is easy to miss if you don't know cities better. Parking is on road. So pay and park on weekdays and if you are lucky, free on weekend. Situated 7 blocks from times square in midtown so good location.
I had never thought to stay at a Homewood Suites Hotel until my cousin booked the one located at 312 37th St. Manhattan, NY. This is a very nice hotel. Not only was the hotel nice but the staff was nice as well. Along with free breakfast, a warm and cozy place to stay. Home away from home. I shall return!!!
We had a great time here. Close to subway system and near Times Square. We'd definitely stay here again. Free breakfast was uncommon in other hotels. It was decent and busy, but had options and lots of seating. Constant hot drinks available free. So nice to come in from the very cold to that. Good rooms. Clean and updated. Fast elevators. Friendly staff. Very happy here.
I would almost give this place 1-star so I'd have the place to myself next time I visit. Absolutely fantastic experience with extremely large rooms which are kept meticulously clean. The hotel was overall a good experience. We liked our stay. The lobby is on a different floor which was a bit obnoxious. The hotel room looks a bit run down but it was fine. Booked a family room for 2 nights. The hotel is in a very good location, next to the Empire State Building, Koreatown, and many places to eat. Disadvantages: The facilities are old, the room and bathroom are very small, the bath towels are very thin, and the bedside table drawers can't be closed. In short, it's a common problem of Manhattan hotels, expensive and shabby. I won't stay there next time
The man i didnt catch his name, helping with holding the luggage before and after checkout was the most helpful and coolest guy i met in NY he made up feel very welcome and he was very nice to my grouchy toddles (we flew overnight and he was grumpy) but this hotel id definitely recommend and id book again!
Very nice property in a very good location . The property is very reasonably priced, located a block away from the Empire State Building, and many other great tourist attractions. The Rooms are clean. Great Staff, easy to locate. Near at the event place we are going to.
The hotel is in a good location. It is convenient to eat on Korean Street. There are also many Chinese restaurants. It is only a few blocks away from Macy's and the Empire State Building. The service staff also cleans the room in a timely manner.
My husband and I stayed over Christmas. We expected the smaller sized rooms given it’s a hotel in the city and considering the price of other hotels with larger rooms- was one of the nicer cheaper options. We stayed for 5 nights. Excellent hotel, well positioned, clean, quiet and excellent team. Way better compared many hotels in NYC.
In 25 years of travel, this is the best hotel I have found in midtown. The rooms are very modern and cozy but not cramped. There is a very generous desk space for working and a quality chair. The staff are great and will offer help for what you need before you even have to ask. The thing that really sets this hotel apart is how it has been brilliantly designed for noise reduction. This place is CLEAN! Clean, clean, clean! 👏🏻 We have stayed at a lot of places in NY & you get what you pay for! We paid around $350/night to stay here. The room was small and the toilet flooded but it was clean & that’s what mattered to me the most. I will pay the extra $ to know I’m not sleeping with roaches. The toilet issue was super annoying and disappointing. Like, why can’t things just go completely...
Really clean rooms, friendly helpful staff. A few issues with the air con and safe, but quickly sorted. Comfy beds, good housekeeping and some nice freebies like papers and coffee in the morning. The best part is the location. Right next to empire state and only 10-15 mins from times square, right on the green subway line. Would recommend and return.
Pictures look better than it actually is. I paid for a city view and it was horrible. Seen a bunch of dirty roofs from my floor and no actual good view. Room was clean tho and check in and check out was simple. Staff is friendly. Staff was 5 stars but the hotel is 3 stars. The area isn’t great too. So far so good. Better than expected actually. Normally stay at chain hotels typically Hyatt,, but very happy here. Nice staff and clean room. Quiet hotel and the Tex Mex restaurant next door has really good food, though a limited menu. Will definitely come back.
Probably the worse Mexican food I have ever tasted at this hotel restaurant oh my!! I definitely don't recommend it if you're passing time waiting for your room just have a drink there.. the customer service is good no issues at all with that. The hotel is under the Marriott brand. Wonderful location, reasonable price, the facility is quite new.
The location is great but the room smelled bad and sound proof is not good too. Quite disappointed for a Marriott hotel. I would pay more for AC Hotel Time Square which is also a Marriott Hotel.

The hotel is located in an upscale area of New York, which adds to its charm. One of the best features is the convenience – as soon as you step out of the hotel door, you find Subway Line 1 right there. Highly recommended for those who value both comfort and accessibility
We had a great time during our stay the staff are very friendly and accommodating. ☺️
Good location, subway in 1 mim. The room is clean. But some noise at night and I didn’t sleep well
Clean and new! Very comfortable stay. Location is close to the subway but the vibes around the place are a bit underground gangsta chill 🌆
It was a pretty good place for a single night stay in NY. I wish it had a dental kit (toothbrush and toothpaste) but otherwise, it was a no-drama stay.
This hotel is cheaper than others in NYC. Staff was kind and room was clean, so I was totally satisfied. But there were some problem. It didn't clean up my room. And also amenities was not good for this price. Location is a bit far from Times Square.

Great hotel, accompanied with a great last name. I have visited many Hilton's across the country from New York, to Beverly Hills and I think that the service you receive makes you feel at home. I have visited the Hilton for leisure, for drinks, and work, always highly recommended for you.
I'm a native New Yorker and move to New Jersey recently had to come back to New York City on business for one night.I cannot express the thoughtfulness and courteousness of the front desk especially a man named Jamal. the room is exceptionally clean the view is breathtaking you have everything right downstairs from you from Insomnia Cookies to Panda Express and Mimi's which is a New York City Landmark...
You know what you are getting with the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was great. The room was good. All in all, the only negative I could list, and it is small, is that for midtown, the rooms could be soundproofed better. I've been in other hotels where you hear nothing. Street traffic could be heard, but not enough to keep you awake.
Prime location. Hotel is so small and also the lift. Staffs are friendly. So many restaurants around the Hotel. At the lobby they have pantry 24 hours. What I love here is there is microwave in the room it’s really convenient. Room size is quite compact.
Location of hotel is on east side and less noisy than the rest of midtown. Hotel has nice lobby and fitness room. There is also a restaurant with bar downstairs. A simple canteen is downstairs but it has enough urgent supplies. There are also laundry machines which make the stay better. Service is on par or better than most Hilton Garden Inns. Recommended.

I’m airline crew and we stay here regularly. The staff really is amazing, super sweet and caring. The rooms are big. I don’t always have a room with a Manhattan view but I’d defiantly pay extra for that if I could. Getting into Manhattan is easy- a short walk to the PATH train and one stop to vibrant West Village (one of my favourite areas in Manhattan).
Booked two rooms, checked in at 4:00, but only one was available, the other one had not been cleaned yet and had to wait until 5:00. Limited breakfast choices if you came later during the breakfast time. Too small of an area for as many guests as the hotel can accommodate. Pipe broke in our sink bathroom. Notified the front desk. Nothing really done about it rendering the sink unusable as it would leak all over the floor.
I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and had an overall average experience. The room was clean, but unfortunately not soundproof — I could hear a lot of noise from outside, which made it difficult to relax. One of the elevators was out of service during my stay, so I had to take the stairs up to the 11th floor, which was very inconvenient. The room and breakfast were typical for a Holiday Inn Express...
Wow, I am impressed. This place is definitely a must every year when I come into town. Right location, beautiful setting. Hospitality staff. If you are always on the road this is a hotel to enjoy and relax 1 night or few days. If you are on vacation or a couple weekend getaway. This is the Place as well..!! The bedsheets are so soft. Thanks the whole staff awesome. Special thanks to William, Azdea...
As depicted. Far on the west side, but easy to walk to subway stations and order car services
Great stay, excellent location and fantastic staff.
The hot breakfast was late after 7 am and was not ready on time at 6:30 Am
The room was quite nice. The queen bed mattress was extremely comfortable and the amenities were so much nicer than other hotels I stayed in NYC. Will definitely stay here again!!! The breakfast on the go section needs to be attended to in a more proper and organized manner... was extreme chaos and out of control. very nice and organized. couldn't be happier with my stay. no issues

The room was not opulent but very acceptable. The real "stand out" is their friendly and courteous staff. They were great!
I was staying in Aloft hotels in lots of cities, this one the most expensive. Overall my stay was pretty good, the room was clean, bed was comfortable. The only thing I did not like, is coffee machine was broken , as soon as I poured water in there, it started leaking. I was checking out at this time, so didn’t call the reception. But when I let them know, the gentlemen at the reception kindly offered...
Great location in Brooklyn, friendly helpful staff, and a cool atmosphere. The room was wonderful, not too small, and had everything we needed for our stay.
Great price for the location. Downtown Brooklyn near several train stations make getting around the city a breeze. Rooms are super small - like a matchbox, but again, location makes it all worth it. Hotel appears to be a "party" hotel so you will hear people and there is a lot of foot traffic. Someone was knocking at my door in the wee hours of the morning and on check out the smell of ganja bid me...
We arrived after a long time spent in the back of a taxi and instantly made to feel welcome by the staff at reception. The roof top restaurant is well set out and heated so you can eat in comfy warm surroundings no matter what the weather is like. The room has a huge comfy bed and all the room facilities are kept in great condition. The complementary coffee/tea is perfect to have while you get ready...
The surroundings are fairly quiet, despite nearby construction. The bed is quite comfortable. The blinds block out a very large amount of light, which is good. The staff, both cleaning and lobby, are friendly. The price was reasonable. Some potential improvements: would like actual drawers for clothing. Shower water pressure leaves something to be desired. Temperature control in the room could be improved...

Hotel Wolcott
New York, 4 West 31st Street 🧭 Map
Great and supportive staff. Check-in was super fast and they upgraded us to a suite because we were with our 2 1/2 year old. Location can’t be beat. Easy walk to Madison square park, union square, Rockefeller and all of the roof top bars in that area. Only complaint is that the room was dark. The hotel itself is quirky. That is part of its charm all bathrooms seem to have all the new amenities. ...
I was extremely happy with my stay at the Wolcott! The staff was super friendly to me and any of my friends that came to meet me there. They were also very helpful anytime I needed them. The accommodations were actually much nicer than what I expected from reading all the other reviews. Everything was super clean, renovated and nice. The lobby is beautiful and the free breakfast muffins were delicious...
It's a great location hotel. Clean. Spacious enough. Rare gem with 3 twin beds for 3 people. Super small bathroom. Great price. Front desk was not friendly.
Darling old time feel in midtown. Charming & enchanting. Cozy. A hit spot for Europeans traveling to the city - feels like a European getaway in NYC. Close to the subways and the empire State building. Everything you need is a convenient walk away.
Staff was great. Rooms were surprisingly big. Architecture was beautiful. I'm surprised this place doesn't have higher prices. I also don't see how someone could rate them below a 4 star review. Definitely staying there again.
This hotel is great for location and the bed is super comfy! The fact that they can hold your luggage for you whilst you explore on your last day is also a great bonus! The staff were super friendly and helped us greatly with luggage. The room was so clean and the shower room was also great for disabled access. I don't understand why everyone was complaining about the lift as sure it is a little slow...
