This hotel was a HUGE disappointment. The staff is rude, not really willing to help the clients and the rooms are far from good. Unfortunately is a perfectly-located place with a terrible service.

Great for the price! Check in was abysmally slow, but other than that service was good. Beds were comfortable but a bit squeaky. Bathroom was very basic and the tub had no drain stopper and was peeling. But it served my purpose well. All I wanted was an inexpensive and clean place to sleep and I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel.

I'm a native New Yorker and I love to visit the bars at this hotel. They each have a different feel. My favorite is the Library bar with fire place and leather couches. Cocktails are pricey, but delicious. You' re paying for the atmosphere. In the warm months there's an outdoor space and a bar/grill to provide for beverage and culinary needs. Check it out.

Clean hotel with plenty of space right in the middle of the tourist atmosphere in Manhattan. Rates were fantastic for Thanksgiving! Just a short walk to The Central Park where you can take a very refreshing morning walk and walkable to Times Square as well for a nice evening view of the lights and sounds! This is a great hotel for short stays in the city. I like the feel of it, it doesn't feel too contrived as a lot of modern style hotels do. I had never thought to stay at a Homewood Suites Hotel until my cousin booked the one located at 312 37th St. Manhattan, NY. This is a very nice hotel. It is a decent mid-range hotel. The price was acceptable for Manhattan. The place is clean and their breakfast buffet was much better than I expected. I don't give 5 stars but I would give this place 4.9 if I could. The room, food, people, pricing and location were excellent. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Very well located, stone throw from Brooklyn bridge and very good accessability to metro. The room was very neat and clean, nice big bathroom. Also you can make your own pancakes for breakfast and very good fruit options. Personnel extremely friendly. It has a very fast elevator.

A Fantastic Hotel with even Better Staff!! It's conveniently located in Downtown Manhattan and very close to a lot of tourist attractions. Breakfast in the mornings are Great!! Rooms are clean and we had just an overall Awesome Stay!! I highly recommend staying at this hotel!!

We were only at the hotel one night. Our room was very nice with a kitchen. We were on the 27th floor, we enjoyed going up to the rooftop and the beautiful view of the city!! The room was clean and bed comfortable. Our only complaint was the AC. It was very noisy and made it hard to sleep Sasha at the front desk was wonderful!!

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days, and absolutely loved it. We were able to check in early around 12 PM. The front desk receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with an amazing view of the Empire State Building.

We stayed for 2 weeks. The room was amazing on the 24th floor with WOW views over New York. The breakfast was good but after 14 days of eating more or less the same things it became redundant. Overall the food was good: eggs, bacon, french toast from time to time, fruits etc. The location is an less crowded area (New York standard of crowded) at around 25 min walk from Central Park, but with 2 close...

In short, you get what you pay for. I had reasonably low expectations but was presently surprised by how clean the bathrooms were at all times and how safe I felt throughout my stay. The mattress was thin, the bedding was cheap and nasty, the floors in my room were stained and the tv didn’t work. In saying that, all I needed was a place to sleep and it did the job!

Awesome stay! You get what you pay for. Staff was super nice, I arrived super early to store my luggage and they aloud me to check in early. It's NYC, so I was barely in room, just to sleep, and shower (which they are always cleaning it seemed like). Good location, very close to Central Park. Worth your while for low budget trips to New York. Their gym is surprisingly good, which is free to use if you stay there. The rooms smelled like chlorine once we got there, so the cleaning crew did their job well, but the smell was not great at all. Overall a good stay on a great location for a reasonable price.

I have stayed here several times over the past 10 years, but his may have been my last time. My daughter and I stay here because it is cheap and it is safe, plus in a great location for subways and buses. But his time it was noisy and not clean. Check-in was smooth and the receptionist was really kind. Our double bunk room looked pretty scary upon entry, but was actually surprisingly comfortable and quiet. Nice working AC and clean showers with towels provided. Access to the gym/pool was also included ($10 mandatory fee). Great location right next to Central Park and within walking distance to just about everything. Would stay again!

The television does not work; they don't make the beds; the air conditioning does not work; the bathrooms are not clean The towels are not clean the service is bad. All the staff is super rude.
