Helpful and polite even when things were busy and buzzing
PRO: Location! Lots of hotels advertise that they are "steps from Times Square, " but this hotel literally is. PRO: Rooms are a good size by Times Square standards. PRO: Hotel is big with quick, glass-view elevators
Radio City Music Hall and Rockefeller Center are 805 meters from the New York Marriott Marquis. Guest rooms at the New York Marriott Marquis feature signature Marriott linens and marble bathrooms
Perfect hotel for a perfect getaway. Everything is within walking distance. I am a regular visiting NYC for both business and leisure. When I am here with family, we live staying at the Marquis
I was very pleased with our stay at Time Square Marriott Marquis. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we had an excellent view from our room. The staff was friendly and very accommodating
The staff is very nice the location is amazing! The view from our room was neat and the room was super clean and not outdated. Could not hear any traffic and was quiet the whole night

this was the first hotel on the summit. very Poligny hotel. about the living conditions I can not say anything.
Very beautiful and majestic
I was standing in front of main door attempting to get outside with 2 suitcases and had to ask gentleman working and looking directly at me dragging suitcases to actually assist me with opening door
Great location beautiful rooms. Belle service could've a little more willing to assist

And, this morning, the pastry chef Anthony brought us our homemade vegan biscotti, along with extra for our flight home. Amazing! Besides the food, it was just the “over the top” service
Amazing staff, location and atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. The only thing is if you book through a travel agency don't expect a requested room with a view
The actually went out special to find tofu and vegan meats to make us a hot tofu scramble and delicious vegan bacon and sausage. Andrew’s preparation and presentation was impeccable
We asked for a room with a parade route view. But that wasnt to hotels fault. You can watch the parade at the club level but you have to pay an extra $600 dollars for 2 people
EXCEPTIONAL! The team at the ritz central park gives a level of service and positive attitude that leaves you in shock
The General Manager Douglas, the chef Andrew and the pastry chef Anthony went out of their way to make things special

Be aware that they do not have rollaways for the rooms (fire code reasons), and that whether you get free WiFi or pay $10 per day will depend on who you happen to speak with at the desk (some people will give you the code, others will tell you to pay)
The rooms are pretty standard for any comfortable hotel anywhere in the US. They have a comfortable lobby with a restaurant and a breakfast/coffee shop (none of which I use)
Hotel was clean. Great location and workout facilities. Was a litte slow getting people checked in and out. Decent happy hour.
Nice hotel, nice girls at the reception. Asked for a room on the top floor, gave no problems. Clean. Recommend
Chinatown, Soho, Tribeca, and Little Italy are all easily walkable from the place
Good location, excellent whiskey bar around the corner

Convenient location but this is an aged property with remiss service staff. Elevator is slow and shaking crazily. Room service did not replenish towels, floor mat or shower gels
I want to thank Angie, Rolande, Rolando and Yoan and the entire staff who made my stay exceptional. The hotel has a very nice pool and Turkish spa, very good restaurant for room service or lobby dining
The attention to detail was evident throughout our stay, from the comfortable bed adorned with luxurious linens to the fully equipped kitchenette that allowed us to enjoy leisurely breakfasts before heading out for the day
The location of the hotel was also ideal, just steps away from iconic landmarks like Madison Square Garden and within easy walking distance of some of the city's best dining, shopping, and entertainment options
Thank u thank u for your exceptional Turkish hospitality. I’ve found my place to stay in NYC. Very convenient to the city, NYU Med Center and Korea town. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel!!!
The suite itself was a sanctuary in the heart of bustling New York City. Impeccably designed with elegant furnishings and modern amenities, it felt like a home away from home

Stayed there for 8 days and the cleaning was always great. Special shout out to Thomas who made sure I got the best room and all the information I needed. The staff at the 1st floor reception are wonderful and polite
This is the most luxurious hotel in the world! It was a flawless, sparkling environment. Suitable for both large and small gatherings. It was a great place for me to get better. We've had a good time so far
What a wonderful new hotel I found in New York. Since I travel to New York at least once a month, I'm grateful to have found this gem. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable
The location of the hotel is really good. Commuting to work and even sightseeing was very convenient. We were given a room on the 31st floor with a wonderful view. The room was very clean and well furnished
The Renaissance in Midtown is located in one if the best parts of New York when it comes to traffic and noise pollution. The staff is great from your arrival to departure they are all welcoming
The bed was very comfortable (king), the bathroom was spacious and had great water pressure. Netflix was offered, as well as a variety of other channels, including showtime and HBO

Both the staff and the facility delivered a five star experience which was greatly appreciated!! The staff is very friendly and accommodating at all hours of the day and night
The cafe in the lobby also serves fantastic coffee/espresso
Very clean rooms, helpful staff. The mattress is comfortable.
My stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn New York Hotel was exceptional
Overall, it was not a horrible stay. It's really close to a lot of shopping and good food, and there is a Starbucks in the lobby. I would recommend to friends, and would even consider staying here again myself.
Attended an event at the Barclay. This hotel is a nice walking distance from the arena. They have an agreement with a garage located one block over but it is not self park, so take everything with you

The breakfast was also good with a welcome gift for $102 per night. My family wants to stay in this hotel when we visit New York. An ideal hotel for any season
Convenient location and the rooms were beyond our expectations! Very clean room, bright bathrooms, spacious for shower, and the hot water was stable
The bathroom sink is the epitome of space-saving design: no counter space whatsoever! So, you’ll master the art of balancing your toiletries on the edge of the sink while brushing your teeth, applying makeup, and holding your towel—multitasking at its finest
I didn’t hear street noise or noise from the hall! The bathroom was nice and spacious and has shampoo/conditioner/body wash built in the shower so that’s less toiletries to pack! 🙏🏻 There is a little bit of distance between the door, the bathroom; and the bedroom portion which helps add some space! 💖 The best part is that the team went above and beyond for me when I forgot a bag in the room! They...
They have forever earned my business! Can’t recommend enough (coming from a very cautious person!) ☺️ I recommend the halal cart around the corner near by Paris baguette, super cheap but great chicken over rice!
I was hesitant because some of the reviews scared me, but I booked regardless because it was a great location! Elevators were fast, my room was newly renovated and spacious (I booked the deluxe King room)

Great, very clean, budget hotel and 5-minute walk to Times Square! Staff was very friendly--just awesome! Very small clean room, so if all you really want is a modern/clean place to sleep in an awesome location at a very budget price, Pod 39 can't be beat! Very small room, so if you're looking for a plush room with lots of space, Pod-39 is NOT for you
With us spending most of the day out exploring, all I need is a hot shower and a bed to crash on. Be aware that the shower is a clear glass box, with a wide strip of frosted glass where your body would be
Oops, I stayed at Pod-39 Times Square, not this Pod. However, I'm sure they are very similar and Pod Times Square is awesome! Following are my comments concerning Pod 39 Times Square
Just a few steps away from Grand Central Terminal, you can easily get to any part of the city you wish to explore in a matter of minutes using the city's extensive subway network
Pretty good bang for your buck, considering the location. I think it was around $100/night during January? The pod is modern and sleek, intended the maximize the tiny space
If you want to keep exploring New York City even on the day that you checkout, you can leave your luggage safely at the hotel until you are ready to leave

Stayed at Hotel Hugo in late August. We were supposed stay for 3 nights but had to cut our trip short to 2 nights (due to a medical emergency). The front staff was extremely accommodating in adjusting our fees
Had an incredible stay at Hotel Hugo during my first trip to New York! My hotel had a beautiful bay view and high end decor. It felt very luxurious. Highly recommend staying here; I’ll be back!
Absolutely perfect! Gorgeous view of the Hudson. was warm, inviting, attentive, and made you feel special. I cannot believe the service and attention we received in the roof top bar
Big shout outs to Maria and Breanne (sp), they were friendly and courteous. The hotel itself was great - the rooms were neat and tidy and the rooftop was beautiful
Amazing rooftop bar and a killer vodka martini. We celebrated my beloved friends birthday here and we were all so happy.
Drip coffee is free for hotel guests at the cafe - which was nice

This hotel is extremely busy but this is a great location, close to food, trains, and everything you need. In particular I wanted to compliment Freddy at the front desk. The best customer service ever
Very clean, modern and comfortable. TV has nice selection of channels. Right in the heart of the theater district, in fact Chicago is playing right across the street. Walking distance to Times Square and so much more
He answered all my questions and was even able to make several great suggestions. His knowledge about the area and his kindness goes a long way. I will definitely be back because of him
It was also very modern and updated, with interesting decor. My biggest issue with it is it's a pain to get from the street level up to your floor if you have a stroller or wheelchair
I thought my stay at the hotel was awesome. They upgraded my room to one with a view of Times Square and it did not disappoint. Also, the layout of the room was very interesting
I accidentally left my coat in the hotel room closet and they were able to find it and send it to me back home in Chicago. They were amazingly helpful and I am very grateful

The room was a little small, but the staff of the hotel was absolutely wonderful. We only used the room for some sleep and getting ready which met all of our needs. You are only a small walk from Times Square too
They sought to make our stay as comfortable as possible - even when the a/c broke, they moved us to the room next door, and followed up to ensure we were well, that the new room was woking and that we were happy
Very nice hotel with easy access to both Midtown/Times Square and Downtown. Rooms have a nice view of either the Empire State Building or Bank of America Tower. The room was a decent size for a Manhattan hotel
They were exceptionally attentive to our every need - from the front desk, to cleaning staff, breakfast room staff and the repairmen. The rooms are clean, neat, and nice, and the bed is very comfortable
This hotel was great! It was close enough to Times Square, the Library, and the Empire State Building that I could get to any of them quickly and easily, but far enough away to be kind of quiet
We just stayed at the Best Western in NYC. We had a nice stay at this hotel. Jackie and Rachel employees at the reception were very attentive to our needs. We appreciated their professionalism

Wonderful location, close to all amenities and restaurants. The hotel itself is tired and not well kept. We entered the elevator upon arrival to find a dirty towel and wrappers on the floor
Check at the concierges desk there are a lot of free services which include a cruise and visit to one world tower. Also there are laundry and food credits included that you can use in the hotel
Located in Times square, but it's still fairly quiet and rooms are good size. I had a premium view of the Hudson and the rooms were very clean and well serviced
We found out a few days into our visit and were able to use some of these. Enjoyed our stay and will come back again when in town
The lobby is nice to hangout in and the restaurant has some great drinks. We had some smokey old fashioneds
This hotel is in a prime location and it's so easy to walk to a lot of fantastic tourist spots in Manhattan. You are just a block from time square. The staff were very friendly and accommodating

The service and staff are great and the location in the city is perfect. The rooms are clean, pristine, and all done with a modern feel. I would definitely recommend staying at this Hotel if you have the opportunity
The rooms were clean, I loved decor and the suite itself if pretty spacious for NYC standards. I visit NYC at least once year and must say this is one of my favourite hotels now and will definitely stay here again
This hotel is part of the new Marriott Edition brand and is very impressive. The room was in impeccable shape and was tastefully decorated. Half of the building has great views of the Empire State building
Very nice place, elevators are very fancy. The dinner is fantastic, the breakfast is less fantastic. The rooms are well kept. Overall solid place, would definitely recommend.
I stayed at this Beautiful Hotel last week. You can not say enough about this Hotel and Experience. This 5 Star hotel is gorgeous with amazing views of the city

I'm not sure who serviced our room while we were there (Room 3006) but she is an extremely lovely young lady and should be acknowledged for her hard work. Every employee that we encountered was extremely accommodating
Fantastic, personal service from end to end during a weeklong stay Aug 4-10. Super clean rooms compared to other places where your socks can turn black - very impressive; floor 11 cleaning staff was really good
Fun location for my kids with lots of food options, shopping and transportation. We will definitely stay again. We were able to get connected rooms for our family of five and it was super comfortable!
I am rating 5 stars for the wheelchair accessibility room!! We stayed in an accessible room with double beds and it was great for wheelchair (30") accessibility
They do have the tallest rooftop bar which is really beautiful, however, to sit outside there is a $50 per person minimum. Drinks and desserts are great!
We have stayed at this location several times and are never disappointed. The staff here are always friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean

This site compares hundreds of booking sites and usually offers rooms much cheaper than others! Please :)! This place is one of the most famous in the area. I've lived here for many years
The view from our room was awesome. The staff was fantastic. The gym was great. I never wanted to go to New York but after staying here I really didn't want to leave
Nicholas who checked us in was absolutely superb. My wife said she was very impressed with them. But the bed and pillows will let you forget about that
I travel to NYC often and I’ve found in many long standing hotels that the bathrooms especially do not get updated which is not the case at all at the W

Check-in and check-out fees($75+$54 for me). Overpriced services/food as usual. Rooms well equipped with ironing equipment, hair dryer and safe. Averse to bright white lighting, strict dull yellow lighting everywhere!

the Knave restaurant is great for light bites but a bit pricey; however, the ambience is wonderful and it's worth at least one visit. Only negative was the air, our room was warm the entire stay
Thank you for your hospitality. We had great time there. Location is perfect. Burger place inside. Starbucks is across the street. Pool on the roof. Clean, quiet. What else do you need? Another vacation!
We have stayed at several different hotels while visiting New York and this is the best so far. The rooms are spacious, the hotel is beautiful, the front desk staff were very accommodating
Of course, the weather was unusually warm for April. mid to high 70's which may have been part of the problem, but we couldn't get the room to cool down at all
Nonetheless, on future trips to New York, we plan to stay at this hotel again. Also, it would be worth it to pay a little extra and get breakfast included

Beautiful hotel with awesome views of the river and NYC. I was there this past weekend for a seminar. The seminar room was clean, the food was excellent and the staff was accommodating, professional and friendly
Great hotel in a brilliant location. A lot of NFL NHL NBA teams use this hotel. International Soccer teams Argentina to name one and English premiership teams too most recently Newcastle United
Special shout out to Lorraine at the front desk and Ben the concierge. Her customer service was greatly appreciated and Ben pointed me to some cool spots that Jersey City has to offer
I highly recommend the Westin Jersey City
