Hotel Pennsylvania
New York, 401 7th Avenue 🧭 Map
Great for the price! Check in was abysmally slow, but other than that service was good. Beds were comfortable but a bit squeaky. Bathroom was very basic and the tub had no drain stopper and was peeling
But it served my purpose well. All I wanted was an inexpensive and clean place to sleep and I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel
This hotel was a HUGE disappointment. The staff is rude, not really willing to help the clients and the rooms are far from good. Unfortunately is a perfectly-located place with a terrible service.

if you are ok with cozy you will love this place
Well located, but the room is small, no refrigerator, but it has a safe. It was weird that they only offered a shampoo/conditioner in one product - I had to go buy my own
I liked the comfortable beds and that they included a fridge and microwave in the room, also the current in the shower was very strong exactly the way I like it. But the room was a bit too small
Also the complimentary breakfast that we got was so small I can't understand why they call it a breakfast. I also loved their gym, it was spacious and had state of the art equipment. So overall my experience was not bad
You couldn't ask for a hotel with a better location. It's far enough outside of the tourist chaos of Fifth Avenue but is still only a five minute walk from all of the action
There are lots of great food options near the hotel. The rooms are tiny and could use an update but they are at least clean. The staff are very nice and attentive

New York, 45 East 45th Street 🧭 Map
Location is great in mid-town Manhattan, and being close to Grand Central is wonderful, however as far as the hotel goes, I was disappointed with my room
The hotel is certainly beautiful, but for being a historic hotel, that I was excited to check out during one of my most recent trips to NYC, I found the hotel lacking in many ways from what I expected
When we checked in, everyone was so nice. They upgraded us to a bigger room so that we could move around easier. The shower had amazing water pressure and it was easy to walk to wherever we decided to go
Only thing about the rooms is that they are gorgeous and make you feel like you are in luxury but the bathrooms do not convey that message. Walking Into the bathroom and you may feel you stepped back
They don't go with the overall aesthetic of the rest of the hotel. The different ballrooms are beautiful and wonderful. Beautiful chandeliers and drapery. Felt like i was rich beyond measure
The baggage check was very awesome for when we wanted to walk around the city in our last day when we had already checked out. Truly it was an amazing experience to stay here

Met up with a old friend from school who was visiting NYC. The hotel was close to grand central so getting there was easy. The hotel lobby and bar were very nice and quite swanky
The room my friend was staying in as a nice cozy room with modern furniture and a good view from her window. She enjoyed her visit to New York and was quite pleased with the hotel and it's location
Amazingly comfortable beds . Small mix up with our room meant we got free drink coupons and WiFi . The only letdown was the bathroom . Bath had rust and was very low though the water was nice and hot
Location is hard to beat and the beds are really comfortable. The shower was a total pain though (aimed towards the wall couldn't move it) and the TV barely functioned. Can't control your room temp!

Decent location about midway between 2 subway stations, as well as walking distance from Times Square (for those who bring comfortable shoes!) The rooms are clean and very comfortable
My favorite hotel and favorite location in Manhattan! Close to everything. Amazing staff. Kind and clean. Large rooms every time I go. A tub and shower combo. Perfect!
We were happy to wait a little extra time for the second room. Oscar was extremely generous and helpful throughout our entire stay and every staff member we encountered couldn’t have been more helpful or polite
LOCATION LOCATION! It was walking distance to everything Time Square area - Grand Central station was a quick 5 minute walk for when we wanted to explore different areas of New York! The staff was so friendly and so accommodating! We were in town celebrating a 30th birthday and they put a bottle of wine AND chocolate covered strawberries in the room for us
I couldn't say better things about this place. I am VERY picky when it comes to hotels and staying somewhere clean - and this place exceeded my expectations! Not only was the room very clean but it had two bathrooms
Best place ever to stay! Rooms are clean and the design in the rooms are really neat. Cathrine,Sly,Manny,Jose,Juan and Derrick will take great care of you. We will stay here again when we come back next year!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Wellington hotel. The location is absolutely perfect close to all subway lines you could possibly need and even walking to Central Park and Times Square was very easy
The location for the price can't be beat. The room was incredibly clean and well kept. Staff was so nice and welcoming and helped me with any issue I had. It was safe and I have no complaints at all
We were extremely happy with the deluxe double double room, and even had 2 bathrooms, which made getting ready in the morning very easy! Would definitely stay here again!
Clean rooms and helpful staff. We checked in on Friday night and requested rooms on the same floor. The elevators were slow and one got shut down during our stay
Rates were fantastic for Thanksgiving! We were close to the parade route and were able to check our bags during the parade, and while site seeing during the day
Clean hotel with plenty of space right in the middle of the tourist atmosphere in Manhattan
New York Marriott East Side, New York1 / 29

New York Marriott East Side
New York, 525 Lexington Avenue at 49th Street 🧭 Map
Conveniently located for tourists. Subway and grand central nearby. Rooms are a little tired and as is usual for NYC the soundproofing from the street could be better
Recently stayed for six nights at the New York Marriott East Side with a girlfriend. The room was equipped with two queen beds with lovely soft pillows. It was very clean, and they left us in private as requested
If you are near the bottom of these 2 ranges you'll struggle to get a lift at busy times. Either make sure you're on the top 3 floors or 14-16. If they're full you're best getting a low flow and using the stairs!
Neat hotel, conveniently located. Breakfast buffet was a good value. Free coffee in the morning and hot chocolate in the afternoon at the lobby was a nice touch. Our room had a small kitchenette which was useful
We booked here for a stay in January via Expedia and got a great price. The location is great for Times Square since we were there to see a show. The rooms are decent and served our needs
Check in went smoothly and quickly. Rooms were clean...a little dated but clean. Free breakfast was nice (elite members lounge). I would recommend this hotel.

Millennium Downtown New York
New York, 55 Church Street 🧭 Map
It was on the other side of the building and the view was kind of crappy. The side facing the 9/11 memorial is the better side
Nice hotel with great location at the Southern tip of Manhattan. Directly across the street from Ground Zero, you are in a prime tourist location with plenty to do and see within walking distance
I really liked the king room with the city view. I definitely would stay here again and the price was great! I also had a second room too as we had a big group. The second room is a city view but a double bed
The luggage helper came to me first watching me waiting for the concierge who do not care my heavy bags. Room was spacious, clean with stunning view. King size bed was super comfortable as well
My only grip about the hotel is regarding the prices for food and drinks. A bit on the outrageous side, but with a little exploring, you can find plenty of reasonably-priced alternatives
Staff could be a little more welcoming at the front desk and acknowledge you when you come in. if someone notices you when you come in the front door and says "Welcome to the hotel!"

work always put me in this hotel for the business trip. considerably more spacious than same price hotels. but if you're taking shower at busy time, you will only get warm water
The staff is rude as hell so talking to anyone here is pointless. Check-in took about forever because there was one person working and three watching and commenting on her work. No sense of customer service at all
My biggest gripe was the older looking rooms. The suggestion to management is to include vegetarian items in the complimentary breakfast. We picked items from the regular menu as we had no choice
Great Location!!! Close to everything. As a Titanium member; I got upgraded to a suite but what is strange is that they only have a queen bed in a suite however, a superior room has a king bed
I ran into a few issues while staying there including an unpleasant situations and staff members. I probably will not be returning unless it’s a work-related trip that’s being covered
In all honesty, the rooms are cozy but many of my friends complained how small it was in comparison to their hotel rooms they rented that weekend for better value and amenities

New York, 85 West Street at Albany Street 🧭 Map
I’m a New Yorker however I needed to stay here for a weekend conference! They were extremely accommodating staff PROFESSIONAL and room and view was perfect if your not from NY the view is the Statue of Liberty was breath taking I stood in room 2804 which by the way has a conjoining room if needed
Enjoyed my stay here, room was clean and housekeeping was attentive. Elevators were quick for such a big building and food was decent. The daily credits that are part of the resort fee are useful
After checking the receipts and coming back downstairs to show them the missing credits (~$75 worth missing) The staff member fixed it promptly afterwards, but I would hope folks remember even systems are not error free
However, be sure to double check your checkout receipt
I luckily kept my receipts from the week (we only ate at the restaurant once per day, so it was easy to tell when the $30 daily credit wasn't applied to the final receipt)
Housekeeping was instant at any request. The overnight manager, Gordon, was also incredibly helpful. What an amazing weekend we spent, thanks to them and others that I didn't get their name like the bellman

comfortable bed and valet parking wasn't that costly, just remember to get your parking slip stamped by the front desk when you leave(it gives a discount). I wish they had an indoor pool ?
Just a short walk to The Central Park where you can take a very refreshing morning walk and walkable to Times Square as well for a nice evening view of the lights and sounds! Overall good value for money! The rooms are larger than many other hotels that I have stayed in at Manhattan
Really enjoyed our stay, short walk from times square and central park. There is a $150 security deposit
Great place for the money! Great location. I got a great deal on Priceline. Room was decent but they didn't completely renovate the bathroom. The fixtures were outdated in the bathroom
Booked 3 different rooms and all 3 were great. Met the owner Joe at the bar, I believe that's the correct name. With the white curled mustache. the only con was the garage parking $45
I would stay here again if I were in Manhattan. I think the price and services are pretty good considering they're located in Manhattan. best of luck in the big Apple ?

He went above and beyond to make it absolutely amazing. We stayed in the luxury suite, which was such a great room. This suite was spacious, had a great shower and tub, and was extremely comfortable
The service was really nice at Conrad. Everyone was very friendly here. The place was quiet and organized which makes us feel composed and comfortable staying
Exactly what a hotel should be. The suites are a wonderful size given that you are in New York City downtown area. Service is friendly but doesn't go over the top like at other Conrad properties I have stayed at before
To be honest we were surprised by how well the hotel is maintained since it was built for a while. The whole interior design is absolutely stunning and elegant. I would suggest they upgrade their hair dryer tho
I was able to work early mornings while my husband could skeep in. I loved the water filtration system and the reusable water bottles were a nice touch! We also enjoyed amazing food and drinks from room service
Everyone from the bell staff to the front desk & concierge, to the hostess at the restaurant were delightful. I had a great suite with plenty of space and amenities

I certainly have my choices of hotels to stay but boy these folks certainly know how to make guests feel welcome!!! After a long day at work, I have had the honor and pleasure to be greeted by a true gem, Jen Delgado who is Food & Beverage Manager at Trumps new restaurant Spring and Varick
Highlight of it all is the amazing concierge team, Eric and the whole team really helped make the stay even more special, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in NYC, I will definitely be coming back!
I have sat on the sidelines and sipped some fabulous wine and have watch Jen make every guest feel at home. To be honest this week I ate a late night dinner at the bar to enjoy the superb hospitality of Jen and her team
I have been staying at Trump Soho on and off since July for business travel. Everyone I have encountered at the hotel from the doorman to Rakel at the front desk have always been helpful and very accommodating
I love this hotel and have stayed here many times. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated. I also like the location being close to great shopping and restaurants. I feel at home every time I return.
Now this place was amazing the service and the rooms set up great..beds are SUPER COMFORTABLE. THE doormen are extremely helpful. One almost broke a ankle assisting us. Lol. Location is Great soho gem.

The rooms were a little small, but that is to be expected in New York. The beds are comfortable and the shampoo and conditioner smells amazing! There are so many cool spaces inside the hotel to explore
This is one of the best hotels in NYC, and it’s not just because of its prime location, great pricing, and fantastic amenities
The Moxy is in a great location close to everything. They held all our bags until we were ready to leave without any issue. It was a great hotel experience and we have already spoke about when we will come back
The rooms are stylish and incredibly comfortable, but it’s the outstanding hospitality that makes this place unforgettable
Stayed in the Moxy this weekend for a bachelorette party. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was so amazing and accommodating. They were genuine and I wish I had the name of the gentleman at the front desk
A special shoutout to Rob, Angie, and Nikki at Moxy East Village—you embody the perfect blend of a warm welcome and the comforts of home. Thank you for taking such great care of me during my stay

The room was comfortable, clean, and provided the perfect view for the JC fireworks display. The buffet was well staffed, and all servers were attentive and courteous. The female bartender that evening was the BEST
Great location and right by the PATH train which makes it very easy to go into NY and skip all the traffic. Great service and very accommodating and kind and nice surprise for my wife’s birthday
Guests love the spacious, modern rooms and the breathtaking vistas of the skyline from their windows. The hotel's location near the PATH station makes commuting to NYC a breeze
We got a beautiful large room full renovated with the view of the Hudson River. Couldn’t ask for anything more
Plenty of shops and restaurants around, it’s in a great calm neighborhood I highly recommend this place and we’ll most likely stay here whenever we come to NY
There are beautiful views of the city from the hotel lobby and surrounding areas. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel

Be aware that they do not have rollaways for the rooms (fire code reasons), and that whether you get free WiFi or pay $10 per day will depend on who you happen to speak with at the desk (some people will give you the code, others will tell you to pay)
The rooms are pretty standard for any comfortable hotel anywhere in the US. They have a comfortable lobby with a restaurant and a breakfast/coffee shop (none of which I use)
Hotel was clean. Great location and workout facilities. Was a litte slow getting people checked in and out. Decent happy hour.
Nice hotel, nice girls at the reception. Asked for a room on the top floor, gave no problems. Clean. Recommend
Chinatown, Soho, Tribeca, and Little Italy are all easily walkable from the place
we had our shopping bags stole from our room by members of their staff. on the corner our room was theres was no surveillance camera. they said no one did it and they didn't even apologize.

Beautiful hotel with awesome views of the river and NYC. I was there this past weekend for a seminar. The seminar room was clean, the food was excellent and the staff was accommodating, professional and friendly
Great hotel in a brilliant location. A lot of NFL NHL NBA teams use this hotel. International Soccer teams Argentina to name one and English premiership teams too most recently Newcastle United
Special shout out to Lorraine at the front desk and Ben the concierge. Her customer service was greatly appreciated and Ben pointed me to some cool spots that Jersey City has to offer
I highly recommend the Westin Jersey City
Perfectly located downtown so you can venture out on foot to find other food options/ activities
I only gave a 4 star review because the bed/pillows weren’t comfy at all. Otherwise everything else was 5 star. Breakfast was amazing and the pool/jacuzzi was perfect. The location is convenient to New York

The suite I resided in during my stay was beautiful, with spectacular views from a large terrace. I certainly look forward to many returns to this Four Seasons Hotel, NY
Truly a delightful experience. I've never met staff that would bend over backwards for you at any establishment. You will not be dissatisfied with your stay.
Went here to grab a quick breakfast from the lobby cafe. Breakfast was great. Service was quick and very friendly. The food was rich and sweet.
