Hotel Pennsylvania
New York, 401 7th Avenue 🧭 Map
Loved being able to stay here for a cheap price thanks to online hotel deal😍😍😍 It was around end of 2016 or beginning 2017(I think 2017 is more like it) i got nice deal for like $30 to $35 not bad even at that time and even though the room had no view it was just amazing being in there💯💯💯 So sad the governor wanted them to take it down because this was such a lovely place and only needed some fixing...
They also have stores within the hotel lobby for convenience. Check in took a total of 15 minutes on a friday night, desk staff was friendly. Extra toiletries were supplied when requested
Had a two night stay at this hotel was impressed aside from what the reviews say. Our room was spacious enough for 4 people, also cleanly. Housekeeping came by to ensure room was clean
Hotel is right in the middle of the city, walking distance to many things. We were able to grab breakfast right across the street (not the exaggerated block away)
A refrigerator would have been nice but all in all, our stay was wonderful. Its a wonder how far kind words and a nice demeanor get you
Great for the price! Check in was abysmally slow, but other than that service was good. Beds were comfortable but a bit squeaky. Bathroom was very basic and the tub had no drain stopper and was peeling

New York, 45 East 45th Street 🧭 Map
Location is great in mid-town Manhattan, and being close to Grand Central is wonderful, however as far as the hotel goes, I was disappointed with my room
The hotel is certainly beautiful, but for being a historic hotel, that I was excited to check out during one of my most recent trips to NYC, I found the hotel lacking in many ways from what I expected
When we checked in, everyone was so nice. They upgraded us to a bigger room so that we could move around easier. The shower had amazing water pressure and it was easy to walk to wherever we decided to go
Only thing about the rooms is that they are gorgeous and make you feel like you are in luxury but the bathrooms do not convey that message. Walking Into the bathroom and you may feel you stepped back
They don't go with the overall aesthetic of the rest of the hotel. The different ballrooms are beautiful and wonderful. Beautiful chandeliers and drapery. Felt like i was rich beyond measure
The baggage check was very awesome for when we wanted to walk around the city in our last day when we had already checked out. Truly it was an amazing experience to stay here

Met up with a old friend from school who was visiting NYC. The hotel was close to grand central so getting there was easy. The hotel lobby and bar were very nice and quite swanky
The room my friend was staying in as a nice cozy room with modern furniture and a good view from her window. She enjoyed her visit to New York and was quite pleased with the hotel and it's location
I brought these all up to the house and they were mortified and told me they would move me and fix the issue right away, this in turn showed me that they care and have a high level of hospitality towards their guests
Booked Weekend before Thanksgiving. Very busy, great location, great service (Baggage handlers). Rooms were very comfortable and House Keeping was great. I did not get to try the in-house restaurant
I only wish the bar was open earlier than 5:00 or 6:00 PM and had refrigerators in the rooms and had the ability to control the air and heat as I want to. Other than that, it was a great experience
During my stay my room was a little on the dirty side, carpet was dirty and the bathroom had water spots on the mirror and on the vanity. I also had damaged furniture in the room

Wellington Hotel
New York, 871 Seventh Avenue at 55th Street 🧭 Map
I really enjoyed my stay at the Wellington hotel. The location is absolutely perfect close to all subway lines you could possibly need and even walking to Central Park and Times Square was very easy
The location for the price can't be beat. The room was incredibly clean and well kept. Staff was so nice and welcoming and helped me with any issue I had. It was safe and I have no complaints at all
We were extremely happy with the deluxe double double room, and even had 2 bathrooms, which made getting ready in the morning very easy! Would definitely stay here again!
Clean rooms and helpful staff. We checked in on Friday night and requested rooms on the same floor. The elevators were slow and one got shut down during our stay
Rates were fantastic for Thanksgiving! We were close to the parade route and were able to check our bags during the parade, and while site seeing during the day
Clean hotel with plenty of space right in the middle of the tourist atmosphere in Manhattan

New York Marriott East Side Hotel
New York, 525 Lexington Avenue at 49th Street 🧭 Map
Conveniently located for tourists. Subway and grand central nearby. Rooms are a little tired and as is usual for NYC the soundproofing from the street could be better
Recently stayed for six nights at the New York Marriott East Side with a girlfriend. The room was equipped with two queen beds with lovely soft pillows. It was very clean, and they left us in private as requested
If you are near the bottom of these 2 ranges you'll struggle to get a lift at busy times. Either make sure you're on the top 3 floors or 14-16. If they're full you're best getting a low flow and using the stairs!
Neat hotel, conveniently located. Breakfast buffet was a good value. Free coffee in the morning and hot chocolate in the afternoon at the lobby was a nice touch. Our room had a small kitchenette which was useful
We booked here for a stay in January via Expedia and got a great price. The location is great for Times Square since we were there to see a show. The rooms are decent and served our needs
Check in went smoothly and quickly. Rooms were clean...a little dated but clean. Free breakfast was nice (elite members lounge). I would recommend this hotel.

The location in Midtown is so convenient and the bar in the lobby (Stayton room) is fantastic. Without a doubt I’ll be staying there during my next trip to New York City
My stay was great… just the parking but other than that had no issues… thanks … thinking about staying again in the future…
We just arrived for our annual trip. We stay at The Lexington very February. The rates are great this time of year. The staff is awesome! They treat us like family
The location is great. I've seen several Broadway musicals and walked to all of them.
Really clean and comfortable bed. Requested a quiet room and got a high floor so was very quiet. Bar was very good, open until 11pm each evening serving nice drinks
It's in a neighborhood with nice restaurants nearby and a great store for snacks and such. And there's a Starbucks in the lobby!

They recently did renovations on the rooms & i did not think these rooms could have gotten any better! I was in total AWE! The bathroom is LARGE & spacious. Each room has a mini fridge which I appreciate so much
There’s also a coffee machine with a wide variety of coffees, creamers, sweeteners & tea selections. I love the fact that you can TEXT if you need room services or assistance & not having to call
Checking in is such a breeze & they’re so kind & warm. The only bad thing is that the last time I was there they ran out of ice. I made a quick text to the staff & they promised to refill ASAP
I really liked the king room with the city view. I definitely would stay here again and the price was great! I also had a second room too as we had a big group. The second room is a city view but a double bed
This hotel was changed the new owner and most of the rooms are renovated, amenities are simple but new. Very comfortable, good location in downtown, nice housekeeper
I was greeted at the entrance of Lou (I think) that was incredibly friendly and helpful. I told about my situation and because I was so glad to be back, I was upgraded to a better room with a great view

work always put me in this hotel for the business trip. considerably more spacious than same price hotels. but if you're taking shower at busy time, you will only get warm water
The staff is rude as hell so talking to anyone here is pointless. Check-in took about forever because there was one person working and three watching and commenting on her work. No sense of customer service at all
My biggest gripe was the older looking rooms. The suggestion to management is to include vegetarian items in the complimentary breakfast. We picked items from the regular menu as we had no choice
Great Location!!! Close to everything. As a Titanium member; I got upgraded to a suite but what is strange is that they only have a queen bed in a suite however, a superior room has a king bed
I ran into a few issues while staying there including an unpleasant situations and staff members. I probably will not be returning unless it’s a work-related trip that’s being covered
In all honesty, the rooms are cozy but many of my friends complained how small it was in comparison to their hotel rooms they rented that weekend for better value and amenities

Just a short walk to The Central Park where you can take a very refreshing morning walk and walkable to Times Square as well for a nice evening view of the lights and sounds! Overall good value for money! The rooms are larger than many other hotels that I have stayed in at Manhattan
Really enjoyed our stay, short walk from times square and central park. There is a $150 security deposit
comfortable bed and valet parking wasn't that costly, just remember to get your parking slip stamped by the front desk when you leave(it gives a discount). I wish they had an indoor pool ?
Great place for the money! Great location. I got a great deal on Priceline. Room was decent but they didn't completely renovate the bathroom. The fixtures were outdated in the bathroom
Booked 3 different rooms and all 3 were great. Met the owner Joe at the bar, I believe that's the correct name. With the white curled mustache. the only con was the garage parking $45
I would stay here again if I were in Manhattan. I think the price and services are pretty good considering they're located in Manhattan. best of luck in the big Apple ?

It was really a pleasure to stay at the hotel. The whole staff makes you feel appreciated (they gift you vouchers), they assist you super friendly and help with all the questions you may have
Marriott Corporate also stepped in, offering a token of goodwill to ensure I left with a positive impression despite the unfortunate circumstances
Great hotel with, good location, next to no amenities. The room and bed were nice clean and cozy. Would stay there again.
Excellent experience at prime location near world trade centre
Location is great for walking and discovering great restaurants and shopping in the areas.
After checking the receipts and coming back downstairs to show them the missing credits (~$75 worth missing) The staff member fixed it promptly afterwards, but I would hope folks remember even systems are not error free

I'm so glad I chose this Conrad location. The staff were very sweet and helpful. I didn't spend much time at the actual hotel very much & I only ordered room service once. However, I can't wait to stay there again.
I was able to work early mornings while my husband could skeep in. I loved the water filtration system and the reusable water bottles were a nice touch! We also enjoyed amazing food and drinks from room service
To be honest we were surprised by how well the hotel is maintained since it was built for a while. The whole interior design is absolutely stunning and elegant. I would suggest they upgrade their hair dryer tho
The location was great, easy access to the metro, you can run along the water and steps away from numerous amazing restaurants and cafes. The rooms were large and sparkling clean, there was a great office area
The service was really nice at Conrad. Everyone was very friendly here. The place was quiet and organized which makes us feel composed and comfortable staying
We absolutely loved our stay! We finally found a hotel and area in New York City that we enjoyed and look forward to returning

Amazing! Breath taking views. Incredible service. They make you feel like royalty!!! Can't wait to go there again.
I looked a lot online and saw that various hotels had bad reviews, so I just picked one at random. I didn't expect it to be a pleasant surprise. The front is not big, but the staff are very enthusiastic when I go in
Along the Hudson River, it is a piece of pure land in the bustling city, with vast landscape and water views. Whether it is foggy or full of colorful clouds, it can make you relax, which is great!
One of the best hotel in New York , very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely come back again
Perfect, definitely choose a room overlooking the river
I also found a treasure cake shop, which should be opened by Japanese, but it is not sweet, and the cream tastes very good. Banana and strawberry cakes are more suitable for Chinese tastes~ I will stay again~

Breakfast staff is also very nice and accommodating (many names I to list, but mentioning Milton here who’s a character every hotel would want to have). Rooms are great, super quiet, super clean
They pulled out all the stops to create an incredible and memorable stay, especially Johannes and the in room dining team who created the most incredible welcome amenity
Not much I can say besides: Four Season Perfection! Not a single thing to complain about. Staff is absolutely fantastic, knows everybody’s name, very friendly
The Stay at the Four Seasons near Central Park was nothing short of amazing! Thanks to Christina G
Front desk and concierge desk are the type of people I would hire had I a 5-star hotel
We are tourists in NYC in the city for a few days and we'd just been cycling around Central Park so were in need of some food and a drink! We explained to the lady in charge that we weren't looking for a large meal more a snack, nonetheless she welcomed us warmly into the casual dining Garden Restaurant

We had a great time Very friendly staff and close to the center
Hotel was very clean, staff where friendly, location is good central.
Clean, new hotel in the center of New york. However, still waiting for the invoice to be sent in order for me to claim with the company but no feedback so far
It is within proximity of subway stations for all major lines, Penn Station is a short walk, and the dining and shopping around the hotel is superb. You are right near Herald Square and the Empire State building as well
The location is convenient and located on a quiet street. Stuff are friendly and all request are promptly delivered. There is a mandatory daily charge of around $40 every night for WiFi and water/ drinks in the minibar
The rooms are spacious by New York standards and well maintained, with modern furnishings and very clean. The rooms facing 27th St were also properly soundproofed so no disturbances by traffic sounds

It’s centrally located in downtown NY. Near Chinatown. The subway is next to the building. The city view from the window is fantastic. The staff are very professionally trained and very polite and friendly.
Beautiful property with a lovely room and exceptionally comfortable bed! Large window with a view. Canal Street isn't exactly the best.
The room meets my requirements and is very close to where I want to go! I will stay here again next time

Room and sheets were very clean and I was given a quiet spot which I was really happy about. Water was well heated and pressure was perfect as well. Loved that I was able to cast my phone screen on to the TV as well
Room size was perfect for me because I was travelling solo. Location was safe and very convenient as well. But I have to say I was disappointed by the lack of bottled water and kettle in the room
Was a very quick check in, with a courteous staff and calming atmosphere. Room was a little smaller than expected based upon pictures, but its quaint and really efficient use of space
I had to get my own bottle and refill it downstairs daily. Apart from this, I’d say I had a great experience and will definitely consider staying here again when I’m back in New York
It does feel oddly comforting, like a hug. Location is ridiculous and I’m sure what most people book this place for
We also appreciated having free access to Premier League matches on the TV – a fun bonus! There were a few minor things to note: one day the shower only had cold water, and housekeeping usually came around 4–5 PM, which was often when we were back in the room for a break

There will be noise on the lower floors. Overall, it feels like a pitfall and will not stay again
This beautifully restored hotel is an absolute delight! I met friends from out of town who were staying there for our shared birthday dinner at the hotel's Temple Court restaurant

The best hotel in the center of time square. You can over look the time square from your hotel room
From the renaissance hotel R lounge you 360 degree view on the time square on the new year eve you can sit there view the ball drop from the top. The staff are friendly and the room is clean and the bed is comfortable
1st stay at a Renaissance hotel. Our location was Times Square in the middle of it all which is what we wanted. We were upgraded to a room with a terrace which has an amazing view. The room was very clean n up to date
Makes up for some minor issues. Last time the elevators in lobby broke, but the staff was quite friendly as they assisted us to service elevators. This has the best hotel bar; it overlooks all of times square
Everytime we come to NY, we stay here. It's close to EVERYTHING! The lounge area is spectacular, with views of all the happenings!! The rooms aren't that big but it's New York. However, they are clean and well kept
The mattress and bedding was very, I mean amazingly comfortable. The concierge was very helpful with everything we asked. Thanks Renaissance Times Square for making my daughter 12th Bday so much better

It's a very nice & modern hotel within a few blocks walking distance from Grand Central Station. The rooms are very nice with good views. There's a rooftop bar that's open, season depending
The Shelburne is a great hotel. It is very conveniently located, a 7 minute walk to Grand Central, less than a mile from Penn Station, near plenty of subways, etc
The Suites are definitely the way to go. About 4-5 blocks from Grand Central Station
When I was making my reservations, the nice lady worked with me to get me the best rate possible. Our bedroom was very large and it was so nice having the extra room (den) with couch, TV, computer workspace, etc
I've got to give this place 5 stars. It was totally deserving on my trip. We were treated like royalty while we were there. Very Friendly Staff! Extra large and clean room
Whatever I needed, I'd call downstairs and it would be brought up immediately. Housekeeping kept our room spotless. I had a great view of the Empire State Building
