The hotel is good. But not as clean as some of the good WESTIN ones. Some of the staff are not helpful.

Close to all shops, times square and subway. Had a great time here. They offered free vouchers to some sights.

A well-preserved historical site now an oasis within the bustling city surrounding it. We were welcomed by all staff, allowing us a refuge of peace once we entered our Cathedral view room and dropped onto the luxurious king bed. And room service to boot!

Food service and room of the Villiard Restaurant was not good. Everything else I really liked!

The mother’s day brunch was no where near a brunch. And the way to pull some shenanigans with the bill no one wanted to help me so I just paid it awful service.

The toilet in the room was running, they fixed whilst I was gone, there was no temperature control in the room and the light control was hard to find there was a hardware store dimmer to control the bedside lamps. The hairdryer has cords showing through a broken part of the handle, a fire harzard. The hotel lost its glam.

The room is quite big, but the king-size bed and sofa are not suitable for family travel, so you still need to book a twin room. The bathroom is very small, unlike a five-star hotel, and the facilities are just ordinary, without toothbrushes and toothpaste. It is surrounded by Fifth Avenue and various commercial streets. for an expensive hotel i would have thought the service would have been far better - Wifi was rubbish in the room and could not use it even on my phone. spoke to the desk and made to feel like an ***** with the questions given about why it wasnt working. A bit too expensive for me. Shower was so weak. The window cannot protect outside noise especially traffic and construction noise even though i stayed at 24th floor.

The location was in Wall Street, the service efficiency was average, and the cancellation order was treated as a new updated order. The room I got later was not exactly what I requested in the remarks.

This hotel is low-key and luxurious, warm and comfortable, with all the necessary hardware configurations. In terms of software, the front desk staff are polite and smiling. It is very comfortable to go in and out. The doorman in particular is very enthusiastic and left a deep impression on me.

I LOVE this hotel! Stayed here the past three visits to NY. Close to everything. Staff remembers me every time. Service is perfect. All rooms are suites & spacious. Great if u need separate space, hard to find in most NY hotels. Lost my wallet & staff took the time to help me & saved it in security. Really like it here. We have a "standard room" which is quite large for a NYC hotel room. Love the automatic blinds with backlighting. Also the fresh marble tile in the bathroom is very soothing. The hotel noticed that I was traveling with my 5 year old daughter and sent up some cookies with glasses of milk. Love little touches like this. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great location next to Central Park. The hotel is a little dated, but kept up to JW standards. Amenities were great and service was polite and friendly. However, the room’s surfaces felt a little dusty.

The service was really nice at Conrad. Everyone was very friendly here. The place was quiet and organized which makes us feel composed and comfortable staying. To be honest we were surprised by how well the hotel is maintained since it was built for a while. The whole interior design is absolutely stunning and elegant. Very clean well maintained room. Great towels and linen. Typical small NYC room size. Very quiet. Only disappointment - could not use meal credit for breakfast because restaurant was totally booked.

The shower was fixed on the top. It was not a movable hand shower, so it was difficult to use. I wanted to drink hot tea in the room, but there was no kettle. These two points were disappointing. The bed was comfortable, with just the right amount of sinking and hardness. The surrounding area was very safe and i had a great time. Thank you so much.

After spending 3 days in the Hamptons which was beautiful we crash landed at the Dominick and I slept like a rock. Bed was so comfy.

Front desk and concierge desk are the type of people I would hire had I a 5-star hotel. It’s a very well located hotel, clean and great staff.

The location is very good, just across the street is Times Square, and there are all kinds of delicious food just a few steps downstairs. The room size is OK, but the soundproofing is very poor, and the corridor is often noisy. Another bad thing is that the elevator is often broken when checking in, and there are a lot of people, so you always have to wait a long time for the elevator.

Very underwhelming and I think, probably still able to command the higher rates due to location and it's connection to films. Literally no service to speak to. Located in Lower Manhattan, the building is very old, so the bathroom has a smell of sewer, and there is the sound of garbage trucks operating downstairs at night and in the morning, which affects rest! The location is good, it is quiet in a busy city, the hotel facilities are also OK, the breakfast environment downstairs is quite good, but it is expensive. Among the three equally well-known five-star hotels of similar price that I stayed in during my visit to New York, the other two were far from five-star in quality and were complete rip-offs. Only the Peninsula Hotel was worthy of its reputation - the rooms were spacious, sophisticated, elegant, and artistic, the facilities were smart and modern, and both the front desk and room service were great

The room facilities are complete, the artificial intelligence management system is very good and convenient. The location and transportation are undoubtedly the best.
