Lotte Palace Hotel
New York, 455 Madison Avenue 🧭 Map
Beautiful property, with exquisite features in the Villard Mansion areas. Our room on the 9th floor was spotless, well equipped and had the most amazing view of the Cathedral. Only wish we had more time to stay there longer. The Bellman Matt was another highlight of our stay - supremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Michael on reception was also very helpful and attentive to our needs.
5-star hotel. But, I was expecting more. Like maybe a microwave, fridge on the room. And a little more space. Nice view overlooking St. Patrick's Cathedral. Great location.
This is an extremely prestigious hotel in the heart of the city. Stayed here for a friends wedding and was extremely impressed. My son was having a temper tantrum in the lobby when we arrived and a staff member appeared out of thin air and gave him a complimentary teddy bear which definitely helped. Their staff is absolutely extraordinary you can tell they are happy to work their and it shows in every...
What a Beautiful hotel. My fiance spent 20 minutes taking pics of the ceilings and decor. Gorgeous room, incredible view overlooking Saint Patrick's Cathedral. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay very pleasant. Heavenly beds, great showers, luxurious robes. Great Midtown location. 5 min walk to Rockefeller Center
Beautiful accommodations with a great staff. Very thoughtful and always pleasant. Good location in the heart of the city, near Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Radio City Music Hall, Times Square, and more. Will definitely be back here again.
Excellent location, comfortable, clean, reasonably priced.

The hotel is good. But not as clean as some of the good WESTIN ones. Some of the staff are not helpful.
There is no hot water facility in room.
Great location. Comfortable bed. A little bit expensive.
Disappointed by Poor Coordination Despite Great Location The location is fantastic, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, I faced major frustration during my stay. I extended one night under a separate booking and informed the front desk in advance. Despite assurances, I was locked out of my room twice and had to go up and down multiple times—only to be told they hadn’t taken my credit...
Great location and hot uograde to suite at higher level.
Great location. Basic amenities and sufficient room size.

Horrible experience with Service & Unnecessary charges a) After charging $40 + taxes, they give $30 free meal voucher every day. After Day-1 i realised it was more economical to not use the $30 voucher. Sounds strange but its very Interestingly structured. One orders an Avocado toast for $29 (within budget) from the in room menu. The guy delivers in 30mins with a bill of $52 of which its $29 of food...
for an expensive hotel i would have thought the service would have been far better - Wifi was rubbish in the room and could not use it even on my phone. spoke to the desk and made to feel like an ***** with the questions given about why it wasnt working. Also put in a room opposite the ice machine and so kept being woken up in the middle of the night but other guests getting ice. There will no doubt...

Room was modern and roomy for New York - perfect location with lots of shops and restaurants in the area.
Great and safe location! Close to metro stations and bus stops, making it easy to reach tourist attractions. The staff were enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful. The city view wasn’t particularly impressive — mostly rooftops and some unsightly air conditioners — but that was fine. I booked an accessible room; unless you specifically need accessibility features, I wouldn’t recommend this type of room...
Excellent stay and great location.
The location is superb. Stayed for 4 nights during my trip to New York. It was great.
The room is quite big, but the king-size bed and sofa are not suitable for family travel, so you still need to book a twin room. The bathroom is very small, unlike a five-star hotel, and the facilities are just ordinary, without toothbrushes and toothpaste. It is surrounded by Fifth Avenue and various commercial streets. There are many restaurants around, and there are many people. Good restaurants...

We absolutely love working here! We frequently do hair and makeup for guests staying at this wonderful hotel, and every experience is fantastic. Service is top-notch, the rooms have perfect lighting, and parking is a breeze. Highly recommend!
Weekend away. Staff were fantastic. Room was a bit small for the price. Bed was super comfortable, strong water pressure in shower. Being near elevators was annoying at times. Restaurant (Jams) was decent. Overall, good hotel. Would stay again
Review of One Hotel Central Park One Hotel Central Park is a fantastic spot that mixes luxury with a laid-back vibe. The rooms are bright and spacious, with awesome views and eco-friendly touches. You’ll love the rooftop bar for drinks and the Grove Restaurant & Bar for delicious, fresh meals. It's super conveniently located right by Central Park, perfect for a stroll or a morning jog. Its so exceptional. Super clean rooms , great interior design and spacious room with good out look on level 11. Can see Central Park from the room, very quiet, large comfortable bed, excellent location with all amenities close by and Central Park a few meters away, great for exercising in the morning, 2 cleaners stores across the road to wash clothes, plus supermarket and many cafes and restaurants...
As good as it gets. The staff and customer service is second to none. Especially Gilbert! From the door he (as well as all the staff) did everything he could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms were AMAZING and the eco friendly materials inspired us to decorate the house! 5 stars are not enough! We will return and stay at 1 Hotels in the future when given the opportunity!
A-MA-ZING! OUTSTANDING! Our favorite hotel in NYC. 2 steps from Central Park and commodities. Rooms with park view are stunning with their lovely cosy niche sofa by the large window and the glass shower - can see the park from everywhere in the room (curtains available).

I was having such a nice time remembering our recent trip I thought I’d post a review. My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful summer weekend at the Wall Street Hotel. I had a wonderful experience at The Wall Street Hotel. Staff is top notch. Eddie at the front door was very kind and welcoming. The room was decorated beautifully. Everything was extremely clean. We stayed at The Wall Street Hotel this past week for 2 nights as a family. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All staff were friendly especially the gentleman at the door. We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights & had an absolutely luxurious experience. The rooms are spacious (especially by NYC standards), beautifully furnished and tastefully done. Rooms are large and comfortable. Location is excellent. Staff is very friendly. Would be great to have a bit more variety on room service menu. Very small grip so still would absolutely recommend.
Really like it here. We have a "standard room" which is quite large for a NYC hotel room. Love the automatic blinds with backlighting. Also the fresh marble tile in the bathroom is very soothing. The hotel noticed that I was traveling with my 5 year old daughter and sent up some cookies with glasses of milk. Love little touches like this. Thanks for the hospitality!
First of all is the UNBELIEVABLE greetting you receive from Johnnie, the iconic Doorman/Greeter. The reception by name just socks you into the reception area. Great location next to Central Park. The hotel is a little dated, but kept up to JW standards. Amenities were great and service was polite and friendly. However, the room’s surfaces felt a little dusty.

Perfect location. Very nice and clean rooms. Kind staff. We loved this hotel.

Service was great and room amenities excellent. Room was spacious and decor was current and modern.
I'm so glad I chose this Conrad location. The staff were very sweet and helpful. I didn't spend much time at the actual hotel very much & I only ordered room service once. However, I can't wait to stay there again.
The service was really nice at Conrad. Everyone was very friendly here. The place was quiet and organized which makes us feel composed and comfortable staying. To be honest we were surprised by how well the hotel is maintained since it was built for a while. The whole interior design is absolutely stunning and elegant. Very clean well maintained room. Great towels and linen. Typical small NYC room size. Very quiet. Only disappointment - could not use meal credit for breakfast because restaurant was totally booked.
The shower was fixed on the top. It was not a movable hand shower, so it was difficult to use. I wanted to drink hot tea in the room, but there was no kettle. These two points were disappointing. The bed was comfortable, with just the right amount of sinking and hardness. The surrounding area was very safe and i had a great time. Thank you so much.
Superior Service & Comfort Kind and efficient service, above and beyond (w/small exception of restaurant - menu and food are terrific, service was solicitous but so-so in terms of efficiency) - room was comfortable and quiet, had everything I needed.
Amazing location on park avenue near shops, restaurants and beautiful Central Park.
The staff was terrific about storing my luggage while I ran to an event. I did not really get to experience all of the amenities of staying at the hotel, due to limited time. The room was very nice.

What amazing views from the Terrace Suites at this Four Seasons New York. The staff were all friendly, courteous, and discrete. The hotel's lobby, bar, and lounge are beautifully designed... The suite I resided in during my stay was beautiful, with spectacular views from a large terrace. I certainly look forward to many returns to this Four Seasons Hotel, NY.
A 5 star, elegant, discreet hotel. The interior is confusing, lacks a real centre or place of welcome and is rather cold but the service is impeccable. The 57 banquet space lacks privacy and is a mishmash of Oriental and Art Deco aesthetics. The building is much more alive at night when the trees are uplit in the lobby with green key lights for effect. The meeting floors are beneath the lobby and the...

We went to the Plaza and had mimosas in the bar. Service was excellent. A little pricey, but worth the memory making experience
Very underwhelming and I think, probably still able to command the higher rates due to location and it's connection to films. Literally no service to speak to. The doorman was rude but other than that you hardly see anyone and who you do, they do not interact in any way. Is it poor service - no; but is there any service to speak about, not really.
Stayed at the start of December. An amazing hotel but hugely over priced due to it being a tourist attraction in its own right at this time of year. The rooms are huge, very comfortable and luxurious with a bathroom almost as big as some hotel rooms in Manhattan. Check in was very slow. Only one member of staff on reception meant we stood waiting for almost 30 minutes to check in. Got to our room...
I booked a four night stay in an Edwardian suite to spend thanksgiving in the city. Luxurious hotel in a very convenient location. Easy walk to the 911 Memorial as well as Wall Street. Great bar and restaurant. Comfortable room with wonderful bed and linens. Gordon was so helpful as was all the staff as we found our way around lower Manhattan.
This beautifully restored hotel is an absolute delight! I met friends from out of town who were staying there for our shared birthday dinner at the hotel's Temple Court restaurant. The food was perfection and the attentive wait staff was wonderful.
Drinks at The Bar Room are great. Amazing staff, fun atmosphere, perfectly curated drink menu, and a fantastic space all around. Highly recommend!
Boutique hotel with a lot of potential in a great location downtown close to 9/11 memorial. Service tends to be slow and unpredictable (eg breakfast meal somehow served before my coffee, check took forever to arrive, in-room dining menu out of date with items unavailable). I have visited twice and unfortunately can no longer be put down to teething issues.
The downtown location was very nice. It's quieter than midtown and still has lots of nice cultural amenities. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The rooms were large for NYC and in a beautiful building.
I stopped in for breakfast and the staff were very accommodating, even though I had no reservation and was not a guest. The hotel is very handsomely appointed and the staff are rock solid dependable and courteous. A superb establishment so far as I could see.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to time square, but the facilities are a bit old. In addition, the cleaning lady did not knock on the door and just opened the door to come in. I really don't understand
It’s a very well located hotel, clean and great staff.
The location is very good, just across the street is Times Square, and there are all kinds of delicious food just a few steps downstairs. The room size is OK, but the soundproofing is very poor, and the corridor is often noisy. Another bad thing is that the elevator is often broken when checking in, and there are a lot of people, so you always have to wait a long time for the elevator.

Among the three equally well-known five-star hotels of similar price that I stayed in during my visit to New York, the other two were far from five-star in quality and were complete rip-offs. Only the Peninsula Hotel was worthy of its reputation - the rooms were spacious, sophisticated, elegant, and artistic, the facilities were smart and modern, and both the front desk and room service were great
The room facilities are complete, the artificial intelligence management system is very good and convenient. The location and transportation are undoubtedly the best.
We spent our spring break with our two young girls at this location and everything was excellent. Thank you everyone who provided outstanding service! Our room was just wonderful. We plan on coming back soon!
The Peninsula is truly an unparalleled experience. My boyfriend and I stayed there together, and it was beyond extraordinary.
