The hotel is good. But not as clean as some of the good WESTIN ones.
Some of the staff are not helpful.
There is no hot water facility in room.
Great location. Comfortable bed. A little bit expensive.
Disappointed by Poor Coordination Despite Great Location
The location is fantastic, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, I faced major frustration during my stay. I extended one night under a separate booking and informed the front desk in advance. Despite assurances, I was locked out of my room twice and had to go up and down multiple times—only to be told they hadn’t taken my credit...
Great location and hot uograde to suite at higher level.
Close to all shops, times square and subway. Had a great time here. They offered free vouchers to some sights.

Lotte Palace Hotel
New York, 455 Madison Avenue 🧭 Map
A well-preserved historical site now an oasis within the bustling city surrounding it. We were welcomed by all staff, allowing us a refuge of peace once we entered our Cathedral view room and dropped onto the luxurious king bed. And room service to boot!
Food service and room of the Villiard Restaurant was not good.
Everything else I really liked!
The mother’s day brunch was no where near a brunch. And the way to pull some shenanigans with the bill no one wanted to help me so I just paid it awful service.
The toilet in the room was running, they fixed whilst I was gone, there was no temperature control in the room and the light control was hard to find there was a hardware store dimmer to control the bedside lamps. The hairdryer has cords showing through a broken part of the handle, a fire harzard. The hotel lost its glam.
Take the Saturday Morning Tour
Everything was done with excellence. The Saturday morning tour with Kevin was superb.
From the day I first arrived to the day I finished, the hotel staff's service was so good that I felt good~
The accommodation was also cleanly managed, and although the bathtub water didn't drain in the middle, it was resolved right away when I spoke about it~
Considering the location in Manhattan, New York, the accommodation was spacious and nice!

Room was modern and roomy for New York - perfect location with lots of shops and restaurants in the area.
Great and safe location! Close to metro stations and bus stops, making it easy to reach tourist attractions. The staff were enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful. The city view wasn’t particularly impressive — mostly rooftops and some unsightly air conditioners — but that was fine. I booked an accessible room; unless you specifically need accessibility features, I wouldn’t recommend this type of room...
Excellent stay and great location.
The location is superb. Stayed for 4 nights during my trip to New York. It was great.
The room is quite big, but the king-size bed and sofa are not suitable for family travel, so you still need to book a twin room. The bathroom is very small, unlike a five-star hotel, and the facilities are just ordinary, without toothbrushes and toothpaste. It is surrounded by Fifth Avenue and various commercial streets. There are many restaurants around, and there are many people. Good restaurants...

Horrible experience with Service & Unnecessary charges
a) After charging $40 + taxes, they give $30 free meal voucher every day. After Day-1 i realised it was more economical to not use the $30 voucher. Sounds strange but its very Interestingly structured. One orders an Avocado toast for $29 (within budget) from the in room menu. The guy delivers in 30mins with a bill of $52 of which its $29 of food...
for an expensive hotel i would have thought the service would have been far better - Wifi was rubbish in the room and could not use it even on my phone. spoke to the desk and made to feel like an ***** with the questions given about why it wasnt working. Also put in a room opposite the ice machine and so kept being woken up in the middle of the night but other guests getting ice. There will no doubt...
The hotel was very well located but the rooms are somewhat small.

Great Stay, Prime Location!
I had a wonderful stay at Park Lane Hotel, New York. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, just steps away from Central Park and many of New York's iconic attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the city, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a...
A bit too expensive for me. Shower was so weak. The window cannot protect outside noise especially traffic and construction noise even though i stayed at 24th floor.
Friendly staff, great location, near by square times and restaurant
We absolutely love working here! We frequently do hair and makeup for guests staying at this wonderful hotel, and every experience is fantastic. Service is top-notch, the rooms have perfect lighting, and parking is a breeze. Highly recommend!
Perfect location at Central Park. Great services!
Weekend away. Staff were fantastic. Room was a bit small for the price. Bed was super comfortable, strong water pressure in shower. Being near elevators was annoying at times. Restaurant (Jams) was decent. Overall, good hotel. Would stay again

Staff were fabulous! Location was within walking distance to many areas we needed.
Very convenient location. The hotel room is very clean and decently decorated in all details including the public corridors too. Enjoyed the stay and would return again in our next trip.
Great hotel location! The environment and facilities are all new and great! I highly recommend staying here when you come to New York. I stayed here for a week and loved it! I will come again next time. I like it very much and recommend it.
The location was in Wall Street, the service efficiency was average, and the cancellation order was treated as a new updated order. The room I got later was not exactly what I requested in the remarks.
This hotel is low-key and luxurious, warm and comfortable, with all the necessary hardware configurations. In terms of software, the front desk staff are polite and smiling. It is very comfortable to go in and out. The doorman in particular is very enthusiastic and left a deep impression on me.

Rooms were very generous in size and all the fitting were to a very high standard.
ive stayed the london in the past
i was checked into the west house and didnt really like it. although hotel prices extremely high right now that is your fault. for the high price i thought the suite we had was wonderful; we will 100% come back and hope for same room
I LOVE this hotel! Stayed here the past three visits to NY. Close to everything. Staff remembers me every time. Service is perfect. All rooms are suites & spacious. Great if u need separate space, hard to find in most NY hotels.
Lost my wallet & staff took the time to help me & saved it in security.
Girls , the lighting in the bathroom is fabulous & they give you a make up mirror. No UGLY florescent...
Rooms are large and comfortable.
Location is excellent. Staff is very friendly.
Would be great to have a bit more variety on room service menu. Very small grip so still would absolutely recommend.
Really like it here. We have a "standard room" which is quite large for a NYC hotel room. Love the automatic blinds with backlighting. Also the fresh marble tile in the bathroom is very soothing.
The hotel noticed that I was traveling with my 5 year old daughter and sent up some cookies with glasses of milk. Love little touches like this.
Thanks for the hospitality!
First of all is the UNBELIEVABLE greetting you receive from Johnnie, the iconic Doorman/Greeter. The reception by name just socks you into the reception area. Once again, the enthusiasm, genuine and warmth helps you settle into the most incredible room away from home experience. Very bad, weird, and accidentally pulled the pre-authorization
Great location next to Central Park. The hotel is a little dated, but kept up to JW standards. Amenities were great and service was polite and friendly. However, the room’s surfaces felt a little dusty.
There are delicious brunch nearby
Perfect location. Very nice and clean rooms. Kind staff. We loved this hotel.
The room is small, and the service and facilities do not match the hotel star rating.
The Indian guy at the front desk of the hotel was not serious about his work and had an arrogant attitude. He reminded us that the room payment had been paid, but he still charged a very high advance payment. After we asked to re-operate, he still did not do it. He only told us to return in three days, but three days have passed and the money has not been credited. The noise outside the room was too...

Service was great and room amenities excellent. Room was spacious and decor was current and modern.
I'm so glad I chose this Conrad location. The staff were very sweet and helpful. I didn't spend much time at the actual hotel very much & I only ordered room service once. However, I can't wait to stay there again.
The service was really nice at Conrad. Everyone was very friendly here. The place was quiet and organized which makes us feel composed and comfortable staying. To be honest we were surprised by how well the hotel is maintained since it was built for a while. The whole interior design is absolutely stunning and elegant. I would suggest they upgrade their hair dryer tho.
We absolutely loved our stay! We finally found a hotel and area in New York City that we enjoyed and look forward to returning. New York, 540 Park Avenue 🧭 Map
Very clean well maintained room. Great towels and linen. Typical small NYC room size. Very quiet. Only disappointment - could not use meal credit for breakfast because restaurant was totally booked.
The shower was fixed on the top. It was not a movable hand shower, so it was difficult to use. I wanted to drink hot tea in the room, but there was no kettle. These two points were disappointing. The bed was comfortable, with just the right amount of sinking and hardness. The surrounding area was very safe and i had a great time. Thank you so much.
Superior Service & Comfort
Kind and efficient service, above and beyond (w/small exception of restaurant - menu and food are terrific, service was solicitous but so-so in terms of efficiency) - room was comfortable and quiet, had everything I needed.
Amazing location on park avenue near shops, restaurants and beautiful Central Park.
The staff was terrific about storing my luggage while I ran to an event. I did not really get to experience all of the amenities of staying at the hotel, due to limited time. The room was very nice.

I looked a lot online and saw that various hotels had bad reviews, so I just picked one at random. I didn't expect it to be a pleasant surprise. The room is cleaned every day, and chocolates that can help you sleep...
Along the Hudson River, it is a piece of pure land in the bustling city, with vast landscape and water views. Whether it is foggy or full of colorful clouds, it can make you relax, which is great!
One of the best hotel in New York , very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely come back again
Perfect, definitely choose a room overlooking the river
The room facilities are relatively clean and comfortable.

Four Seasons Hotel
New York, 57 East 57th Street 🧭 Map
Not much I can say besides: Four Season Perfection! Not a single thing to complain about. Staff is absolutely fantastic, knows everybody’s name, very friendly. Front desk and concierge desk are the type of people I would hire had I a 5-star hotel. Breakfast staff is also very nice and accommodating (many names I to list, but mentioning Milton here who’s a character every hotel would want to have)....
The Stay at the Four Seasons near Central Park was nothing short of amazing! Thanks to Christina G. for all of the help! Every touch the staff could have made- they made it! From a subtle yet elegant birthday surprise for my 13 year old daughter to a ride in their towncar around town the staff, accommodations and venue were spectacular! amazing Views from the guest rooms.
This hotel is hard to beat. I stayed here a few years ago before they reopened it, and I’m so excited for it to be open again. I had a high level room, and the views of NYC are stunning, they extend for miles and miles. The room was a very generous size by NY standards, with a desk facing the stunning view, which was perfect for me as I was visiting on business. They leave absolutely nothing to be...
this is the best lobby in New York hotels the location is a little. bid hidden you have to walk. towards. 5th near Madisson and 57 st but once you find the way it is. easy also a good. place for meetings nice lobby bars
Great hotel, misleading view
Great hotel, but the “city and park view” room did not have a park view. See photos below. That was disappointing.

The Knickerbocker Hotel
New York, 6 Times Square 🧭 Map
The hotel is in a good location, very close to time square, but the facilities are a bit old. In addition, the cleaning lady did not knock on the door and just opened the door to come in. I really don't understand
It’s a very well located hotel, clean and great staff.
The location is very good, just across the street is Times Square, and there are all kinds of delicious food just a few steps downstairs. The room size is OK, but the soundproofing is very poor, and the corridor is often noisy. Another bad thing is that the elevator is often broken when checking in, and there are a lot of people, so you always have to wait a long time for the elevator.
Overall very nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Front desk could be a little nicer though.
The room is beautiful. It is a four-star hotel with the most comfortable bedding I have ever slept in. The service is comparable to that of a five-star hotel. The steak in the restaurant upstairs is delicious. I will go there again next time I go to Chicago
I will never stay here again! I stayed here for 6 days in total, and every time I turned on the Do Not Disturb light, the housekeeper would still knock on the door rudely and ask if I needed cleaning!!! What was even more disgusting and disgusting was that they would open the door directly many times! First, I turned on the Do Not Disturb light! We went to the Plaza and had mimosas in the bar. Service was excellent. A little pricey, but worth the memory making experience
Very underwhelming and I think, probably still able to command the higher rates due to location and it's connection to films.
Literally no service to speak to. The doorman was rude but other than that you hardly see anyone and who you do, they do not interact in any way. Is it poor service - no; but is there any service to speak about, not really.
Stayed at the start of December.
An amazing hotel but hugely over priced due to it being a tourist attraction in its own right at this time of year.
The rooms are huge, very comfortable and luxurious with a bathroom almost as big as some hotel rooms in Manhattan.
Check in was very slow. Only one member of staff on reception meant we stood waiting for almost 30 minutes to check in. Got to our room...
I booked a four night stay in an Edwardian suite to spend thanksgiving in the city. The check in was very smooth and the property appears well kept with nice fragrance pumped right through the HVAC system. The entire place smelled nice as a result.
I am a die hard fan of Fairmont hotels and have tried many of their properties over the years. Having stayed at their flagship hotel the Savoy in London...

Hotels you can choose with confidence when visiting New York
The more traditional, the more international, the perfect experience, service, and hygiene are all first-class.
Located in Lower Manhattan, the building is very old, so the bathroom has a smell of sewer, and there is the sound of garbage trucks operating downstairs at night and in the morning, which affects rest! Beautiful, comfortable, and spacious rooms. Staff was the best! Extremely friendly and helpful!

Great view! Just one intersection away from the train station
The location is good, it is quiet in a busy city, the hotel facilities are also OK, the breakfast environment downstairs is quite good, but it is expensive. If you want to eat cheaper, there is a Japanese supermarket across the road, and the pizza at the pizza shop next to it is also very delicious.
The location is pretty good and the room is quite clean.

The location and design of the hotel are great. The loft room I booked is relatively large, and the view outside the window is also beautiful. The hotel is very new, the waiters are very nice, and the design inside the hotel is very old-fashioned and relaxing.
Facilities

New York, 700 Fifth Avenue at 55th Street 🧭 Map
Among the three equally well-known five-star hotels of similar price that I stayed in during my visit to New York, the other two were far from five-star in quality and were complete rip-offs. Only the Peninsula Hotel was worthy of its reputation - the rooms were spacious, sophisticated, elegant, and artistic, the facilities were smart and modern, and both the front desk and room service were great
The room facilities are complete, the artificial intelligence management system is very good and convenient. The location and transportation are undoubtedly the best.
We spent our spring break with our two young girls at this location and everything was excellent. Thank you everyone who provided outstanding service! Our room was just wonderful. We plan on coming back soon!
The Peninsula is truly an unparalleled experience. My boyfriend and I stayed there together, and it was beyond extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless—every staff member made us feel like VIPs. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views that made our stay feel like a dream. We loved it so much that we recommended it to a close friend, and they...
This is our second time at the Peninsula and we will be back again. The location (and pool) was perfect for a young family and the service was unmatched. We look forward to coming back next year! If your looking for a five star experience you are crazy to look anywhere else in NYC.
The service is very good. The hotel is a bit old, not as new as in China. It is a pity that the package does not include breakfast.
